The working principle of the invention is that when the compartment body 2 is turned to the left side, the tractor is fixedly connected with the traction part 3 of the vehicle body, the lifting support legs 18 are folded, the turning seat 13 at the left side of the compartment body 2 is connected with the hinge shaft 5, then the electromagnetic locks 20 of all the side opening doors 10 at the left side of the compartment body 2 are opened, simultaneously the motor 9 is driven to rotate, the rotating shaft 11 is driven to rotate, the side opening doors 10 are opened for discharging, simultaneously the discharging alarm 19 gives out alarm sound to warn personnel not to approach, the lifting oil cylinder 6 stretches the piston rod to lift the compartment body 2, so that the compartment body 2 turns to the left side, simultaneously the hydraulic oil cylinder 14 stretches the piston rod, the servo motor 15 rotates to drive the pin shaft of the hydraulic oil cylinder 14 to rotate, so that the piston rod of the hydraulic oil cylinder 14 is kept in the vertical direction, when the compartment body 2 is turned to the right position, the piston rod of the hydraulic oil cylinder 14 is also stretched to the right position, the support seat 16 is propped against the vehicle frame 1, if the lifting oil cylinder 6 has a fault at the moment, the hydraulic oil cylinder 14 aligned with the lifting oil cylinder can be timely replaced, and a worker can overhaul the lifting oil cylinder 6 with the fault; when the carriage body 2 is turned to the right side, the turning seat 13 on the right side of the carriage body 2 is connected with the hinge shaft 5, the side door 10 on the right side of the carriage body 2 is opened, the lifting oil cylinder 6 stretches the piston rod to lift the carriage body 2 rightwards for discharging, and meanwhile, the support seat 16 of the hydraulic oil cylinder 14 abuts against the frame 1.
