Description

Insulator anti-pollution flashover coating spraying device
Technical Field
The utility model belongs to the field of insulator spraying, and particularly relates to an insulator anti-pollution flashover coating spraying device.
Background
Because the insulator is exposed in the external environment for a long time, dirt such as dust particles are easy to adhere to the surface of the insulator, soluble substances in the dirt are dissolved in water, and a layer of conductive film is formed on the insulating surface, the insulating level of the insulator is greatly reduced, and the electric discharge, namely the pollution flashover phenomenon, is caused, once the pollution flashover accident occurs, the damage of power equipment is caused, large-area power failure is caused, the safe and stable operation of a power grid is further influenced, and the consequence is serious. At present, one of the most economical and effective pollution flashover prevention measures in a transformer substation is to reduce pollution flashover accident frequency by spraying pollution flashover prevention paint on the surface of an insulator string, and the existing insulator mode is to spray insulators by manually holding a spray gun, so that the labor intensity of workers is high, a certain threat is caused to the health of the workers by a severe working environment, and in addition, the manual spraying is influenced by the level of operators, so that the situation of nonuniform insulator spraying exists.
In order to solve the defects of manual spraying, research and development personnel develop an insulator spraying device, and spray the insulator by rotating an insulator clamp or a spray head.
