referring to fig. 3, the extrusion part is provided with a pressing sheet 25 for supporting the main filter body 26 and a gasket 24 for extruding the sealing gasket 23, the side part of the gasket 24 is clamped with two positioning columns 216 through a notch, the pressing sheet 25 is provided with a plurality of vent holes 251, as shown in fig. 2, an air flow layer is formed between the pressing sheet 25 and the gasket 24, and when in filtration, waste gas flows through an air inlet channel 271 of the end cover 27 and the main filter body 26, and then flows through the vent holes 251, the air flow layer, enters the air flow inlet 213 and is discharged from the air flow outlet 214;
as shown in fig. 5, preferably, ribs 272 are radially disposed on the inner top wall of the end cap 27, and the main filter body 26 is pressed by the ribs 272. And the inner surface of the support end cover 27 is far away from the main filter body 26, so that air circulation is facilitated;
preferably, the cover 27 has a flange extending toward the device body 21, the flange being detachably and fixedly connected to the outer wall of the device body 21 through the connection portion 273. Specifically, the connecting portion 273 is formed with an internal thread, and is connected with the device body 21 through the internal thread, so that the main filter 26 can be replaced in time, and the main filter 26 is arranged at the tail end of the pipeline of the filtration control system through the protecting device 30, so that the dismounting is convenient, the maintenance efficiency is improved, and faults are discharged in time.
In the above technical solution, the present invention provides a filtration control system with a protection device, and the principle is as follows:
when the filtration control system works, when the airflow channel 212 of the device body 21 is blocked, the internal pressure of the exhaust gas discharge pipe 10 is increased, the air inlet branch 11 is used as a standby air inlet channel, the plectrum 31 in the alarm filter 30 deforms under negative pressure, the plectrum 31 covers the first through hole 33, the first through hole 33 is closed, the air inlet 32 and the second through hole 34 are opened, the exhaust gas flows through the air inlet 32, the airflow channel 311 and the second through hole 34 to enter the alarm filter 30, and enters the air inlet branch 11 and the exhaust gas discharge pipe 10 after being filtered and purified by the standby filter 36 to be supplied into the system, so that the duration time is provided for the whole filtration control system, the system is normally operated, the maintenance time difference is provided for system maintenance, and meanwhile, the air flows to the whistle nozzle 35 when flowing through the second through hole 34, an alarm is sent out, and the maintenance is reminded;
when the device body 21 is discharged in a fault way, the internal pressure of the air discharge pipe 10 is normal, the poking plate 31 is reset, the air flow channel 311 is closed, the second through hole 34 is closed, and the device body 21 normally executes filtering work;
the beneficial effects are that:
the invention sets up the filtration control system with protective device, it has apparatus body 21 and warning filter 30, at first, when the air flow channel 212 of the apparatus body 21 blocks the trouble, the warning filter 30 is opened, purify the waste gas for the exhaust gas discharge pipe 10 through the air inlet branch 11, after the warning filter 30 is opened, the plectrum 31 in the warning filter 30 is deformed, make the air inlet branch 11 turn to the open state from the closed state, offer the duration for filtration control system;
secondly, the accommodating cavity 211 of the device body 21 is internally provided with an airflow channel 212 for the purified waste gas to circulate, and the airflow channel 212 is constructed as a nonlinear airflow channel, so that the purified air can be stably and quietly introduced, and the noise reduction effect is good;
in addition, the air inlet end of the exhaust gas discharge pipe 10 of the filtering control system is provided with a protection device 20 for filtering exhaust gas, so that the disassembly and replacement are convenient, and the maintenance efficiency is improved.

1. A filtration control system with a protection device (20), characterized in that the inlet end of an exhaust gas discharge pipe (10) of the filtration control system is provided with the protection device (20) for filtering exhaust gas, the protection device (20) comprising:
the device body (21) for communicating with the exhaust gas discharge pipe (10) is configured such that a holding cavity (211) is formed at the top, a non-linear flowing airflow channel (212) is formed in the holding cavity (211), and a main filter body (26) is arranged in the holding cavity (211), and the device further comprises:
an alarm filter (30) which is communicated with an air inlet branch (11) arranged at the air inlet end of the exhaust gas discharge pipe (10), and when the airflow channel (212) is blocked, the alarm filter (30) opens an alarm and filters the exhaust gas;
a poking plate (31) with a flexible structure is arranged in the alarm filtering piece (30), so that the exhaust gas discharge pipe (10) is under negative pressure, the poking plate (31) is elastically deformed, an air flow channel (311) for air supply flow circulation is formed between the poking plate and the inner wall of the alarm filtering piece (30), and the air inlet branch (11) is turned from a closed state to an open state;
an air inlet hole (32) is formed in one end of the alarm filtering piece (30), a first through hole (33) is formed in the alarm filtering piece (30) corresponding to the air inlet hole (32), a poking piece (31) is arranged between the first through hole (33) and the air inlet hole (32), a plurality of second through holes (34) are formed in the outer side of the first through hole (33) in the circumferential direction, and whistle nozzles (35) for alarming are formed in the second through holes (34); one end of the alarm filter piece (30) is connected with the air inlet branch (11), an air inlet hole (32) and a first through hole (33) are sequentially formed in the other end of the alarm filter piece, a plurality of second through holes (34) are formed in the periphery of the outer side of the first through hole (33), the first through hole (33) and the air inlet hole (32) are coaxially arranged, the diameter of the first through hole (33) is smaller than that of the air inlet hole (32), and when the alarm filter piece (30) is in a closed state, the outer wall of the poking piece (31) is in contact with the inner wall of the alarm filter piece (30) to seal the first through hole (33) and the second through hole (34); when the alarm filter (30) is in an open state, the poking plate (31) deforms, the poking plate (31) covers the first through hole (33), the first through hole (33) is closed, the outer wall of the poking plate (31) is far away from the inner wall of the alarm filter (30) to form an airflow channel (311) through which air flows, the air inlet (32) and the second through hole (34) are opened, waste gas flows through the air inlet (32) and the second through hole (34) to enter the alarm filter (30), and after being filtered and purified by the standby filter (36), the waste gas enters the air inlet branch (11) and the waste gas discharge pipe to be supplied into the system, and the airflow blows to the whistle mouth (35) when flowing through the second through hole (34),
an auxiliary filtering channel is formed at the end, far away from the poking piece (31), of the alarm filtering piece (30), a standby filtering body (36) is arranged in the auxiliary filtering channel, and exhaust gas flows through the standby filtering body (36) and then enters the exhaust gas discharge pipe (10);
the alarm filter element (30) further comprises a sleeve (37) which can penetrate through the standby filter body (36), the head end of the sleeve (37) is connected with the first through hole (33), the tail end of the sleeve (37) extends to the side of the standby filter body (36) far away from the first through hole (33), a sliding sleeve (39) is slidably connected in the sleeve (37), a plurality of connecting ribs are circumferentially distributed in radial lines on the sliding sleeve (39), each connecting rib penetrates through the side wall of the sleeve (37), the tail end of each connecting rib is selectively and fixedly connected with a part of whistle mouth (35), namely the number of the connecting ribs is smaller than the number of the whistle mouth (35), when the suction force of the sleeve (37) is too large, the inner wall of a shifting piece (31) can be contacted with the sliding sleeve (39), the sliding sleeve (39) is pushed to move, thereby driving the connecting ribs to pull away a part of the whistle mouth (35), a spiral airflow runner (212) is formed in the accommodating cavity (211), the airflow runner (212) is provided with an inlet (213) and an outlet (214), the bottom of the device body (21) is provided with an air flow runner (215) which is detachably connected with the exhaust pipe (10), the connector (215) and the flexible air runner (212) is provided with the flexible air runner (212), the structure of the flexible sleeve (22) is matched with the structure of the airflow channel (212), the front end of the airflow channel (212) is provided with an extension wing (221), the extension wing (221) is attached to the inner side wall of the device body (21) and extends, the tail end of the extension wing (221) is not overlapped with the front end of the airflow channel (212), so that an airflow inlet (213) is formed, and when the airflow enters, the airflow enters from the inlet (213) of the side wall of the device body (21) in the arrow direction and then is discharged from an outlet (214) at the central position of the device body (21);
a sealing gasket (23), an extrusion piece and a main filter body (26) are sequentially arranged at the top of the flexible sleeve (22) in the accommodating cavity (211); and an end cap (27) for covering the accommodation chamber (211), the end cap (27) having an intake passage (271) communicating with the exhaust gas discharge pipe (10).
2. A filtration control system with a protection device (20) according to claim 1, characterized in that;
two positioning columns (216) are distributed on the inner wall of the accommodating cavity (211) at intervals, the positioning columns (216) extend along the axial direction of the device body (21), and notches are formed in the flexible sleeve (22) and the sealing gasket (23) and are used for being clamped with the two positioning columns (216).
