Abstract
The application relates to the field of external coating products for infants, in particular to plant itching relieving liquid for infants and a preparation method thereof. The plant itching relieving liquid for infants comprises the following components in percentage by mass: 0.01 to 0.1 percent of dogwood fruit extract, 0.01 to 0.1 percent of white flower chamomile flower extract, 0.01 to 0.1 percent of platycodon root powder, 0.01 to 0.5 percent of plant extract, 1 to 5 percent of humectant, 0.2 to 1.2 percent of solubilizer, 0.2 to 1.0 percent of cooling agent, 0 to 0.5 percent of aromatic, 0 to 0.5 percent of preservative, 0 to 0.5 percent of colorant, 0 to 0.5 percent of thickening agent and 0 to 1 percent of pH regulator; water was replenished to 100%. The application relates to a plant itching relieving liquid suitable for infants, which has the advantages of miliaria removal, itching relieving and the like.
Description
Technical Field
The application relates to the field of external coating products for infants, in particular to plant itching relieving liquid for infants and a preparation method thereof.
Background
With the gradual development of infant care products, infant care products tend to be more and more finely developed, and besides cleaning products, products for daily maintenance are more and more diversified.
In summer, when most mosquitoes bite, itching and redness can be caused. The adult has self-made ability, and after being bitten by mosquitoes, the adult can control the mosquito-repellent incense by consciousness without excessive scratching; however, the infant is not mature in mind and is difficult to control, so that the infant can cry and scratch excessively in case of discomfort caused by the bite of mosquitoes. The skin of the infant has a natural disease prevention barrier, but the skin of the infant is easy to be broken by random scratching of the infant, so that infection is caused. Especially, the skin of infants is delicate, the skin cuticle is thin, the skin barrier function is poor, and the problems of neurodermatitis, urticaria, allergic dermatitis and the like can be caused by excessive scratching.
The floral water and the mosquito-repellent lotion on the market at present have the effect of relieving itching, but are mostly developed aiming at the quality of adult human bodies, have great stimulation to infants and are not suitable for the delicate skin of the infants. Therefore, there is still a need for improvement.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to solve the problems, the application provides plant itching relieving liquid for infants and a preparation method thereof.
In a first aspect, the application provides plant itching relieving liquid for infants, which adopts the following technical scheme:
the plant itching relieving liquid for infants comprises the following components in percentage by mass: 0.01 to 0.1 percent of dogwood fruit extract, 0.01 to 0.1 percent of white flower chamomile flower extract, 0.01 to 0.1 percent of platycodon root powder, 0.01 to 0.5 percent of plant extract, 1 to 5 percent of humectant, 0.2 to 1.2 percent of solubilizer, 0.2 to 1.0 percent of cooling agent, 0 to 0.5 percent of aromatic, 0 to 0.5 percent of preservative, 0 to 0.5 percent of colorant, 0 to 0.5 percent of thickening agent and 0 to 1 percent of pH regulator;
water was replenished to 100%.
The plant itching relieving liquid provided by the application accords with the natural concept, is formed by mixing a plurality of plant extracts selected specifically, has mild and skin-friendly effects, and is very suitable for the tender skin of infants, and provides high comfort for the infants.
In the process of sucking human blood, mosquitoes can release organic acid in order to ensure that the human blood has better fluidity to be convenient to suck. These organic acids act on delicate skin of infants, and cause skin immune reaction, and release of allergic medium such as histamine, thereby causing expansion of capillary vessels and increase of permeability, and further causing skin itching and redness.
By adopting the technical scheme, under the cooperation of the specific dosage of the cornus officinalis fruit extract, the white flower, the chamomile flower extract and the platycodon root powder, the transdermal absorption effect is further promoted, and the active substances enter the skin to play a role. The plant itching relieving liquid is spread on the skin surface to form a film, and is uniformly spread on the smeared skin surface, so that the residence time of the plant itching relieving liquid in the cortex is prolonged, and the itching relieving and miliaria removing effects are fully exerted.
The plant itching relieving liquid added with the dogwood fruit extract, the white flower, the chamomile flower extract and the platycodon root powder acts on the skin of infants, so that the effects of resisting bacteria and diminishing inflammation are further improved, the activity of mast cells can be rapidly inhibited, the release of allergic medium is reduced, the transparency of capillaries is reduced, and the skin itch and redness and swelling are relieved.
The plant itching relieving liquid provided by the application can be directly smeared on the skin surface of infants and can be dripped into bath water for use. Under the co-mixing of the dogwood fruit extract, the white flower, the chamomile flower extract and the platycodon root powder, hydrophilic and lipophilic substances (such as hydrophilic polysaccharide, lipophilic aglycone and the like) in the raw materials reach a good balance state and show good surface activity, so that the raw materials are fully mixed with bath water to act on the skin surface of an infant, and a protective film is formed on the skin surface of the infant.
Preferably, the mass ratio of the cornus officinalis fruit extract to the white flower chamomile flower extract to the platycodon root powder is 1: (0.8-1.2): (0.8-1.2).
By adopting the technical scheme, the use proportion among the dogwood fruit extract, the white flower, the chamomile flower extract and the platycodon root powder is further limited, and the balance of hydrophilic and lipophilic substances is guaranteed, so that the surface activity is further improved.
In addition, the taste of the plant antipruritic liquid is improved by the specific use proportion of the cornus officinalis fruit extract, the white flower, the chamomile flower extract and the platycodon root powder.
Preferably, the plant extract comprises one or more of mugwort leaf extract, eucalyptus globulus leaf extract, peppermint leaf extract and licorice root extract.
By adopting the technical scheme, the variety of the plant extract is limited, and the plant extract is harmless to infants, high in skin affinity and high in safety.
Preferably, the plant extract is mugwort leaf extract, eucalyptus globulus leaf extract, peppermint leaf extract and licorice root extract, and the mass ratio of mugwort leaf extract, eucalyptus globulus leaf extract, peppermint leaf extract and licorice root extract is 1: (0.9-1.1): (0.9-1.1): (0.9-1.1).
By adopting the technical scheme, the selection of the plant extracts and the proportion of the raw materials are further limited, so that the effects of the plant itching relieving liquid are enriched, the effect is relieved, and the skin-friendly degree is improved. And under the limitation, the balance of the hydrophilic and lipophilic raw materials is ensured, and the surface activity is not influenced.
Preferably, the cooling agent comprises one or more of menthone glycerol ketal, methyl diisopropyl propionamide, borneol, menthol and menthane carboxamide.
By adopting the technical scheme, the use of the cooling agent not only can make the skin feel cool so as to reduce the itching feeling, but also can reduce the temperature of the surface of the human body and relieve the itching feeling.
The mosquito is followed by the human body through the modes of smell, vision, perception temperature and the like, and the reduction of the surface temperature of the human body reduces the heat energy, so that the mosquito is not easy to follow and position the human body through the mode of perception temperature.
Preferably, the cooling agent is menthone glycerol ketal, methyl diisopropyl propionamide, borneol and menthol, wherein the mass percent of the menthone glycerol ketal accounts for 0.1-0.8% of the total plant itching relieving liquid, the mass percent of the methyl diisopropyl propionamide accounts for 0.01-0.1% of the total plant itching relieving liquid, the mass percent of the borneol accounts for 0.01-0.1% of the total plant itching relieving liquid, and the mass percent of the menthol accounts for 0.01-0.05% of the total plant itching relieving liquid.
By adopting the technical scheme, the specific cooling agent is further selected and the usage amount of the cooling agent is limited, and the cooling agent can provide a stronger and longer-acting cooling feeling for a human body under the common combination.
Meanwhile, the specially-limited cooling agent can be specially matched with dogwood fruit extract, white flower, chamomile flower extract and platycodon root powder. The cornus officinalis fruit extract, the white flower chamomile flower extract and the platycodon root powder are quickly dissolved in water, so that the time for reaching the critical micelle concentration is shortened, and the micelles are formed, so that the specific cooling agent has better solubilization effect in water and can also be quickly acted on the surface of the skin.
In addition, the plant itching relieving liquid is spread on the skin surface to form a film, so that the action time of the cooling agent is further prolonged, and the comfort is improved.
In a second aspect, the application provides a preparation method of plant itching relieving liquid for infants, which adopts the following technical scheme:

uniformly mixing a solvent, a pH regulator and a colorant to obtain an A1 phase for later use;
mixing a thickener with the A1 to obtain a standby liquid;
uniformly mixing a solubilizer and a flavoring agent to obtain a B2 phase for later use;
uniformly mixing a humectant and a cooling agent to obtain a B3 phase for later use;
the cornus officinalis extract, the white flower chamomile extract, the platycodon root powder, the plant extract and the preservative are B1 phase raw materials; and mixing the B1 phase raw material, the B2 phase and the B3 phase with the standby liquid under the stirring state to obtain a finished product.
By adopting the technical scheme, various raw materials are premixed in batches and then mixed according to specific settings, so that the various raw materials can be mixed and reacted more fully, and the effects of relieving itching and removing miliaria are improved.
Preferably, the B1 phase raw material is mixed for 5 to 15 minutes under the condition of 750 to 900r/min to obtain a B1 phase; mixing the B1 phase with the B2 phase, the B3 phase and the standby liquid.
By adopting the technical scheme, the raw materials of the B1 phase are mixed under specific conditions, and various raw materials are scattered, so that uniform dispersion is realized, and the effect can be fully exerted.

The present application will be described in further detail with reference to examples.
The raw materials used in the following examples and comparative examples are all commercially available products.
Examples
Example 1
The plant itching relieving liquid for infants comprises the following components: fructus Corni extract, flos Chrysanthemi extract, radix Platycodi root powder, plant extract, humectant, solubilizer, cooling agent, aromatic, antiseptic, colorant, thickener, pH regulator, water, and dipotassium glycyrrhizinate.
The plant extracts are folium Artemisiae Argyi extract, folium Eucalypti Globueli extract, herba Menthae extract, and Glycyrrhrizae radix extract, and the mass ratio of folium Artemisiae Argyi extract, folium Eucalypti Globueli extract, herba Menthae extract, and Glycyrrhrizae radix extract is 1:1:1:1.
The cooling agent is menthone glycerol ketal, methyl diisopropyl propionamide, borneolum Syntheticum, and menthol.
The humectant is propylene glycol and ethylhexyl glycerol, the solubilizer is PEG-7 glycerol cocoate, the aromatic agent is essence, the preservative is phenoxyethanol, the colorant is caramel pigment, the thickener is guar gum, and the pH regulator is potassium citrate.
The specific amounts of the raw materials are shown in Table 1.
The embodiment of the application also discloses a preparation method of the plant itching relieving liquid for infants, which comprises the following steps:
step 1): adding water into a stirring pot, and heating to 90 ℃; then adding the pH regulator and the colorant, stirring and dissolving uniformly, and preserving heat for 20min; and (5) filtering and then sucking the mixture into an emulsifying pot to obtain an A1 phase for later use.
The thickener is phase A2.
Step 2): starting the emulsifying pot to enable the phase A1 to be in a homogeneous state, then sprinkling the phase A2 into the phase A1, and uniformly stirring and mixing; cooling to 45 ℃ to obtain the standby liquid.
Step 3): adding the solubilizer and the aromatic into a plastic barrel, and stirring and mixing uniformly to obtain a B2 phase for later use.
Step 4): and (3) adding the humectant and the cooling agent into another plastic barrel, and uniformly dispersing and dissolving to obtain a B3 phase for later use.
Step 5): the cornus officinalis extract, the white flower chamomile extract, the platycodon root powder, the plant extract and the preservative are B1 phase raw materials;
step 6): and (3) under the stirring state, sequentially adding the B1 phase raw material, the B2 phase and the B3 phase into an emulsifying pot to be mixed with the standby liquid, and continuing stirring until the materials are in a coffee transparent state, thus obtaining a finished product.
Example 2
A plant itching relieving liquid for infants is different from the embodiment 1,
the menthone glycerol ketal accounts for 0.1 percent of the total plant itching relieving liquid by mass, the methyl diisopropyl propionamide accounts for 0.01 percent of the total plant itching relieving liquid by mass, the borneol accounts for 0.1 percent of the total plant itching relieving liquid by mass, and the menthol accounts for 0.05 percent of the total plant itching relieving liquid by mass.
The amounts of the various raw materials are shown in Table 1.
Example 3
A plant itching relieving liquid for infants is different from the embodiment 1,
the menthone glycerol ketal accounts for 0.8 percent of the total plant itching relieving liquid by mass, the methyl diisopropyl propionamide accounts for 0.1 percent of the total plant itching relieving liquid by mass, the borneol accounts for 0.01 percent of the total plant itching relieving liquid by mass, and the menthol accounts for 0.01 percent of the total plant itching relieving liquid by mass.

The plant antipruritic liquid for infants is different from example 1 in that menthone glycerol ketal is used in an amount of 0.01kg, methyl diisopropylpropionamide is used in an amount of 0.2kg, borneol is used in an amount of 0.15kg, and menthol is used in an amount of 0.08kg.

A preparation method of plant itching relieving liquid for infants is different from example 1 in that B1 phase raw materials are mixed for 15min under the condition of 750r/min to obtain B1 phase; then adding the phase B1 into the step 6), and mixing with the phase B2, the phase B3 and the standby liquid.

Performance test
1. Human body test:

The test person 3 is a group, the skin surface of 5X 5cm is drawn on the back of the hands, the left hand is completely soaked in the test liquid for 1min, and the right hand is completely soaked in 500mL of clean water for 1min. The back of the hands is exposed and coated with 4X 4cm skin, and the rest is tightly shielded.
2) And (3) detection:
after the pretreatment, the test person was allowed to score the intensity of the cooling sensation and the cooling comfort, respectively, and the higher the score, the higher the cooling sensation intensity/cooling comfort, on a scale of 1 to 10.
After the pretreatment was completed, the test person was asked every half an hour whether or not the cooling sensation was felt, and the time when the cooling sensation was lost was recorded.
3. And (3) itching relieving effect detection: the test person 3 is a group, a skin surface of 5×5cm is drawn on the back of the hands, the back of the hands is exposed and coated with skin of 4×4cm, and the rest is tightly shielded.
300 female adult mosquitoes which are not absorbed with blood after eclosion are put into the mosquito cage for 4-5 days, the left hand of a tester is put into the mosquito cage for 2min, the left hand is taken out for 1min, the following treatments are respectively carried out, and the itching feeling and the red swelling condition after the treatments are recorded. The higher the score, the more severe the itching/redness is, on a scale of 1-10.
1) Directly smearing: according to 1.5 mu L/cm 2 The dose of (2) is uniformly smeared on the left-hand drawing area.
2) Soaking in water: 500mL of clear water is weighed, 1mL of test object is put in, and the mixture is uniformly mixed to obtain test liquid. The left hand of the test person is completely soaked in the test liquid for 1min.
The above detection results are shown in Table 2.

As is clear from comparison of the test data of example 1 and comparative examples 1 to 3 in Table 2, the plant itching relieving liquid (comparative examples 1 to 3) obtained after optionally replacing the extract of cornus officinalis fruit, extract of white flower, chamomile flower and root powder of platycodon grandiflorum was inferior in cooling sensation (strength, comfort) to that of example 1, and the duration of cooling sensation was inferior to that of example 1, and the itching relieving effect was inferior to that of example 1. The medicinal composition can be quickly transdermal and expanded into a film by a direct coating mode under the special combination of the cornus officinalis extract, the white flower, the chamomile flower extract and the platycodon root powder, and has good antipruritic effect; the skin itching relieving lotion is fully dispersed and mixed in water in a water soaking mode, forms a film on the surface of skin, and has good itching relieving effect.
As can be seen from comparison of the detection results of examples 1, 4-5 and example 6 in Table 2, the plant itching relieving liquid can exert good cooling sensation and itching relieving effect only by ensuring that the dogwood fruit extract, the white flower, chamomile flower extract and platycodon root powder are added into the plant itching relieving liquid, but also by further limiting the use ratio of the dogwood fruit extract, the white flower, chamomile flower extract and platycodon root powder.
From comparison of the test data of example 1 and example 7 in table 2, it is shown that the effect of example 7 on relieving itching is slightly inferior to that of example 1, and it is demonstrated that further limiting the kinds and proportions of plant extracts is beneficial to improving the performance of plant antipruritic liquid.
As is clear from comparison of the test data of example 1 and examples 8 and 9 in Table 2, the specific selection and ratio adjustment of borneol have a large influence on the cooling sensation and also have a certain influence on the itching relieving. The specific cooling agent is specially matched with the dogwood fruit extract, the white flower, the chamomile flower extract and the platycodon root powder, so that the effect of the cooling agent can be further promoted.
As is clear from comparison of the test data of example 1 and examples 10 and 11 in Table 2, the mixing of the various B1 phase raw materials under specific conditions can further improve the cooling sensation and itching relieving performance of the plant itching relieving liquid.
2. Irritation test:
1. acute eye irritation test:
1) Test article: plant itching relieving liquid of examples 1 to 11 and comparative examples 1 to 3.
2) Experimental animals: 3 rabbits/group of New Zealand rabbits of common grade, weight 1.8-2.2 kg, provided by the medical laboratory animal center in Guangdong province.
3) The test method comprises the following steps: the lower eyelid of the left eye of the New Zealand rabbit was gently pulled away with the thumb and index finger of both hands, and the test object was directly instilled into the conjunctival sac of the eye of the New Zealand rabbit according to 0.1 mL/only, so that the upper eyelid and the lower eyelid were passively closed for 1s to prevent outflow. The right eye was not treated as a self-control. Dropping the test object for 24 hours does not wash eyes.
4) Evaluation of results: the stimulation intensity of the stimulation response of the cornea, iris, and conjunctiva of the animal at 24 hours, 48 hours, and 72 hours after the test object was instilled was evaluated according to the acute eye irritation/corrosiveness test table 3 "eye irritation response classification" of 2015 edition of the cosmetic safety technical Specification.
5) Test results: the plant antipruritic solutions of examples 1 to 11 and comparative examples 1 to 3 had an eye irritation response integral of 0 for conjunctiva, iris, cornea at 1h, 24h, 48h, and 72 h.
No irritation is caused under the condition of no flushing.
2. Multiple skin irritation test:
1) Test article: plant itching relieving liquid of examples 1 to 11 and comparative examples 1 to 3.
2) Experimental animals: 4 rabbits/group of New Zealand rabbits of common grade, weight 1.8-2.2 kg, provided by the medical laboratory animal center in Guangdong province.
3) The test method comprises the following steps: the back and the spine of the experimental animal are sheared by the hairs before the experiment, and the hair removal range is about 3X 3cm respectively. 0.5mL of the test substance is smeared on the skin at the left side of an animal, the smearing area is 2.5 multiplied by 2.5cm, the smearing is carried out for 1 time per day, the smearing is carried out continuously for 14 days, and the other side is used as a blank control. 5) Test results: the plant itching relieving liquid of examples 1 to 11 and comparative examples 1 to 3 had a skin irritation response integral of 0 in terms of erythema and edema of 1 to 14d, and had no irritation.

1. The plant itching relieving liquid for infants is characterized by comprising the following components in percentage by mass: 0.01 to 0.1 percent of dogwood fruit extract, 0.01 to 0.1 percent of white flower chamomile flower extract, 0.01 to 0.1 percent of platycodon root powder, 0.01 to 0.5 percent of plant extract, 1 to 5 percent of humectant, 0.2 to 1.2 percent of solubilizer, 0.2 to 1.0 percent of cooling agent, 0 to 0.5 percent of aromatic, 0 to 0.5 percent of preservative, 0 to 0.5 percent of colorant, 0 to 0.5 percent of thickening agent and 0 to 1 percent of pH regulator;
water was replenished to 100%.
2. The plant itching relieving liquid for infants according to claim 1, wherein: the mass ratio of the cornus officinalis fruit extract to the white flower, the chamomile flower extract to the platycodon root powder is 1: (0.8-1.2): (0.8-1.2).
3. The plant itching relieving liquid for infants according to claim 1, wherein: the plant extract comprises one or more of folium Artemisiae Argyi extract, eucalyptus globulus leaf extract, herba Menthae extract, and Glycyrrhrizae radix extract.

The plant itching relieving liquid for infants according to claim 3, wherein: the plant extracts are folium artemisiae argyi extract, eucalyptus globulus leaf extract, peppermint leaf extract and licorice root extract, and the mass ratio of the folium artemisiae argyi extract to the eucalyptus globulus leaf extract to the peppermint leaf extract to the licorice root extract is 1: (0.9-1.1): (0.9-1.1): (0.9-1.1).
5. The plant itching relieving liquid for infants according to claim 1, wherein: the cooling agent comprises one or more of menthone glycerol ketal, methyl diisopropyl propionamide, borneol, menthol and menthane carboxamide.

The plant itching relieving liquid for infants according to claim 5, wherein: the cooling agent is menthone glycerol ketal, methyl diisopropyl propionamide, borneol and menthol, wherein the mass percent of the menthone glycerol ketal accounts for 0.1-0.8 percent of the total plant itching relieving liquid, the mass percent of the methyl diisopropyl propionamide accounts for 0.01-0.1 percent of the total plant itching relieving liquid, the mass percent of the borneol accounts for 0.01-0.1 percent of the total plant itching relieving liquid, and the mass percent of the menthol accounts for 0.01-0.05 percent of the total plant itching relieving liquid.
7. A method for preparing plant itching relieving liquid for infants based on any one of claims 1 to 6, which is characterized by comprising the following steps:
uniformly mixing a solvent, a pH regulator and a colorant to obtain an A1 phase for later use;
mixing a thickener with the A1 to obtain a standby liquid;
uniformly mixing a solubilizer and a flavoring agent to obtain a B2 phase for later use;
uniformly mixing a humectant and a cooling agent to obtain a B3 phase for later use;
the cornus officinalis extract, the white flower chamomile extract, the platycodon root powder, the plant extract and the preservative are B1 phase raw materials;
and mixing the B1 phase raw material, the B2 phase and the B3 phase with the standby liquid under the stirring state to obtain a finished product.
8. The method for preparing plant itching relieving liquid for infants according to claim 7, wherein: mixing the B1 phase raw material for 5-15 min under the condition of 750-900 r/min to obtain a B1 phase; mixing the B1 phase with the B2 phase, the B3 phase and the standby liquid.
