Abstract
本发明涉及生物农药技术领域,特别是涉及一种含春雷霉素和氨基寡糖素的杀菌组合物、制剂及其应用。所述抗病毒组合物活性成分包含春雷霉素和氨基寡糖素,所述春雷霉素和氨基寡糖素的质量比为1:(0.05~20)。本发明的目的是提供一种含春雷霉素和氨基寡糖素的杀菌组合物、制剂及其应用,用于防治黄瓜细菌性角斑病,以解决上述现有技术存在的问题。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及生物农药技术领域,特别是涉及一种含春雷霉素和氨基寡糖素的杀菌组合物、制剂及其应用。
背景技术
黄瓜细菌性角斑病是由黄瓜细菌性角斑病菌(Pseudomonas syringaepv.lachrymans)引起的一种常见细菌性病害。该病在高温多湿的环境下易发生,主要危害黄瓜的叶片、嫩枝和果实,对黄瓜的生长和发育产生不良影响,从而导致减产甚至死亡。黄瓜细菌性角斑病的症状包括:黄瓜叶片上出现小圆形黑色或棕色病斑,中心处有一个小凹陷,病斑周围常有黄色晕轮;病斑表面常有水珠,并且容易沾附灰白色粉状孢子;病变严重时,叶片会逐渐枯死并脱落,嫩枝也会变得软弱无力并带有不同程度的腐烂;被感染的果实会产生大量淀粉酶分解淀粉,导致果实表面出现水渍状病斑,发生软腐烂并最终枯萎。
目前,针对黄瓜细菌性角斑病的治疗主要采用化学药剂进行防治。常用的有氧丙酮、波美度等杀菌剂,这些杀菌剂具有广谱、强力和快速杀菌的特点。但是,使用化学药剂存在一定的风险和副作用,并且可能导致农产品中残留物含量过高,从而影响人体健康。因此,在使用化学药剂时,必须按照使用说明进行正确使用,并严格控制药剂使用量和使用时间,确保使用安全。除了化学防治外,还可以采取生物防治、物理防治等方法进行综合治理。例如,利用有益微生物如枯草芽孢杆菌、放线菌等进行生物防治;采取适当的灌排措施、加强通风等物理防治方法来预防和控制该病害的发生。
春雷霉素是一种广谱抗生素,其化学名为StreptovaricinA,常用于治疗多种细菌感染,如呼吸道感染、胃肠道感染、泌尿生殖系统感染、皮肤软组织感染等。春雷霉素可以通过抑制细菌蛋白质的合成来杀灭细菌,具有较强的杀菌活性。
氨基寡糖素是流行于大自然中的一种活性分子,它广泛存在于植物、动物、微生物等生物体内。在农业方面,氨基寡糖素可以发挥以下作用:促进植物生长:氨基寡糖素可被植物吸收,促进根系的发育和吸收水分、养分的能力,提高植株对自然环境的适应能力;改善土壤质量:氨基寡糖素能够刺激相关菌群的生长,催化菌与土壤介质之间的物质代谢,这使得土壤更加丰富、有机质更多、通气更好、排水更畅通,从而增加表层土壤所包容的水和营养质量,达到促进作物生长和提高产量的效果;增强耐盐碱、抗病虫害能力:通过增强植物的自然屏障作用,氨基寡糖素可以使作物提高对不良环境和病虫害的抵御能力,从而增大抗旱、抗盐碱、抗病虫害等方面的表现;促进果蔬品质:氨基寡糖素在果蔬生产过程中广泛应用,有助于提高水果、香料、辣椒等作物的品质和营养成分,如口感、色泽、风味、芳香、维生素含量等。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种含春雷霉素和氨基寡糖素的杀菌组合物、制剂及其应用,用于防治黄瓜细菌性角斑病,以解决上述现有技术存在的问题。
本发明所述的辅料或载体,如乳化剂、润湿分散剂、增稠剂、防冻剂、稳定剂、防腐剂、崩解剂、粘结剂等,均是农药制剂中常规的成分。例如,所述乳化剂可以选自非离子表面活性剂蓖麻油环氧乙烷加成物(EL40或者EL90)、壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、苯乙基酚聚氧乙烯聚氧丙烯醚、烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚甲醛缩合物中的一种或几种;所述润湿分散剂可以选自十二烷基硫酸钠、拉开粉BX、烷基酚聚氧乙烯基醚、萘磺酸甲醛缩合物的盐或聚氧乙烯基聚氧丙烯醚嵌段共聚物中的一种或两种以上按照任意比例组成的混合物;所述增稠剂可以选自黄原胶、羧甲基纤维素、聚丙烯酸钠、硅酸铝镁、气态二氧化硅或凹凸棒土中的任何一种或多种;所述防冻剂可以选自乙二醇、丙二醇、甘油、甘油-乙醚双甘醇或甲基亚丙基双甘醇中的任意一种或一种以上按照任意比例组成的混合物;所述的稳定剂可以选自2,6-二叔丁基-4-甲基苯酚(BHT)、柠檬酸或丁基羟基茴香醚(BHA)中的任意一种或多种;所述崩解剂可以选自尿素、膨润土、蒙脱土或海藻酸钠中的任意一种或多种组成的混合物;所述的粘结剂可以选自明胶、阿拉伯胶、黄原胶、三聚磷酸钠、酚醛树脂或聚乙烯吡咯烷酮中的一种或多种组成的混合物;所述的填料可以是高岭土、陶土、膨润土中的一种或多种。
本发明提供了一种含春雷霉素和氨基寡糖素的杀菌组合物,所述抗病毒组合物活性成分包含春雷霉素和氨基寡糖素,所述春雷霉素和氨基寡糖素的质量比为1:(0.05~20)。
在上述含春雷霉素和氨基寡糖素的杀菌组合物中,作为优选方案,按照重量份数计,所述抗病毒组合物包括春雷霉素10~20份和氨基寡糖素1~10份。
在上述含春雷霉素和氨基寡糖素的杀菌组合物中,作为优选方案,按照重量份数计,所述抗病毒组合物包括春雷霉素15份和氨基寡糖素6份。
在上述含春雷霉素和氨基寡糖素的杀菌组合物中,作为优选方案,按照重量份数计,所述抗病毒组合物包括春雷霉素1~10份和氨基寡糖素10~20份。
在上述含春雷霉素和氨基寡糖素的杀菌组合物中,作为优选方案,按照重量份数计,所述抗病毒组合物包括春雷霉素6份和氨基寡糖素15份,占剂型总重量的0.1%—50%。
本发明还提供一种可溶粉剂制剂,按照重量份数计,所述制剂包括如上述的抗病毒组合物50份,还包括有湿润剂、分散剂、白炭黑和/或填料20份,助剂包括十二烷基苯磺酸钠2-10份,填料包括硅藻土。
本发明还提供一种可溶液剂制剂,所述制剂包括如上述的抗病毒组合物50份,还包括有乙二醇和/或环己酮25-50份,余量为水。
本发明还提供一种悬浮剂制剂,所述制剂包括如上述的抗病毒组合物50份,还包括有乙二醇和/或环己酮2-5份,甘露醇和/或山梨醇2-5份,硫酸镁1-2份,余量为水。
本发明还提供一种颗粒剂制剂,所述制剂包括如上述的抗病毒组合物50份,还包括有萘磺酸甲醛缩聚物10-15份,十二烷基硫酸钠2-5份,硫酸铵2-10份,余量为硅藻土。
本发明还提供将上述的抗病毒组合物或上述的可溶粉剂或上述的可溶液剂或上述的悬浮剂或上述的颗粒剂用于防治黄瓜细菌性角斑病的应用。
本发明与现有技术相比,具有以下技术效果:
1.本发明提供了一种含春雷霉素和氨基寡糖素的杀菌组合物,防治效果好,农药残留低、药效稳定,不易产生抗性;
2.本发明提供了一种含春雷霉素和氨基寡糖素的杀菌组合物,能够延缓病毒病对药剂抗药性的产生,可以延长农药活性成分的使用寿命。
本发明还提供了一种含上述抗病毒组合物的制剂和应用,其有益效果与抗病毒组合物相似,不再赘述。

在上述含春雷霉素和氨基寡糖素的杀菌组合物中,作为优选方案,按照重量份数计,所述抗病毒组合物包括春雷霉素15份(例如1份、2份、3份、4份、5份、8份、10份、13份、15份等,可取小数)和氨基寡糖素6份(例如1份、2份、3份、4份、5份、6份等,可取小数)。
在上述含春雷霉素和氨基寡糖素的杀菌组合物中,作为优选方案,按照重量份数计,所述抗病毒组合物包括春雷霉素1~10份(例如1份、2份、3份、4份、5份、8份、10份等,可取小数)和氨基寡糖素10~20份(例如10份、13份、15份、20份等,可取小数)。
在上述含春雷霉素和氨基寡糖素的杀菌组合物中,作为优选方案,按照重量份数计,所述抗病毒组合物包括春雷霉素6份(例如1份、2份、3份、4份、5份、6份等,可取小数)和氨基寡糖素15份(例如1份、2份、3份、4份、5份、8份、10份、13份、15份等,可取小数),占剂型总重量的0.1%—50%。
本发明还提供一种可溶粉剂制剂,按照重量份数计,所述制剂包括如上述的抗病毒组合物50份,还包括有湿润剂、分散剂、白炭黑和/或填料20份,助剂包括十二烷基苯磺酸钠2-10份,填料包括硅藻土。
本发明还提供一种可溶液剂制剂,所述制剂包括如上述的抗病毒组合物50份,还包括有乙二醇和/或环己酮25-50份,余量为水。
本发明还提供一种悬浮剂制剂,所述制剂包括如上述的抗病毒组合物50份,还包括有乙二醇和/或环己酮2-5份,甘露醇和/或山梨醇2-5份,硫酸镁1-2份,余量为水。
本发明还提供一种颗粒剂制剂,所述制剂包括如上述的抗病毒组合物50份,还包括有萘磺酸甲醛缩聚物10-15份,十二烷基硫酸钠2-5份,硫酸铵2-10份,余量为硅藻土。
本发明还提供将上述的抗病毒组合物或上述的可溶粉剂或上述的可溶液剂或上述的悬浮剂或上述的颗粒剂用于防治黄瓜细菌性角斑病的应用。

1.一种含春雷霉素和氨基寡糖素的杀菌组合物,其特征在于,所述抗病毒组合物活性成分包含春雷霉素和氨基寡糖素,所述春雷霉素和氨基寡糖素的质量比为1:(0.05~20)。
2.根据权利要求1所述含春雷霉素和氨基寡糖素的杀菌组合物,其特征在于,按照重量份数计,所述抗病毒组合物包括春雷霉素10~20份和氨基寡糖素1~10份。
3.根据权利要求2所述含春雷霉素和氨基寡糖素的杀菌组合物,其特征在于,按照重量份数计,所述抗病毒组合物包括春雷霉素15份和氨基寡糖素6份。
4.根据权利要求1所述含春雷霉素和氨基寡糖素的杀菌组合物,其特征在于,按照重量份数计,所述抗病毒组合物包括春雷霉素1~10份和氨基寡糖素10~20份。
5.根据权利要求4所述含春雷霉素和氨基寡糖素的杀菌组合物,其特征在于,按照重量份数计,所述抗病毒组合物包括春雷霉素6份和氨基寡糖素15份,占剂型总重量的0.1%—50%。
6.一种可溶粉剂制剂,其特征在于,按照重量份数计,所述制剂包括如权利要求1~5任一所述的抗病毒组合物50份,还包括有湿润剂、分散剂、白炭黑和/或填料20份,助剂包括十二烷基苯磺酸钠2-10份,填料包括硅藻土。
7.一种可溶液剂制剂,其特征在于,所述制剂包括如权利要求1~5任一所述的抗病毒组合物50份,还包括有乙二醇和/或环己酮25-50份,余量为水。
8.一种悬浮剂制剂,其特征在于,所述制剂包括如权利要求1~5任一所述的抗病毒组合物50份,还包括有乙二醇和/或环己酮2-5份,甘露醇和/或山梨醇2-5份,硫酸镁1-2份,余量为水。
9.一种颗粒剂制剂,其特征在于,所述制剂包括如权利要求1~5任一所述的抗病毒组合物50份,还包括有萘磺酸甲醛缩聚物10-15份,十二烷基硫酸钠2-5份,硫酸铵2-10份,余量为硅藻土。
10.如权利要求1~5任一所述的抗病毒组合物或如权利要求6所述的可溶粉剂或如权利要求7所述的可溶液剂或如权利要求8所述的悬浮剂或如权利要求9所述的颗粒剂用于防治黄瓜细菌性角斑病的应用。
