Abstract

一种带有充气容器的封闭式中压配电柜内耦合场的配置结构,其中设置有作为断路器的真空开关管和作为三位式开关的释放触点。三位式开关(DSS)的释放触点(TRK)其纵轴侧与容器正面垂直且并列地设置在充气容器内的真空开关管(VLS)上方,真空开关管其纵轴同样与容器正面垂直地安装在容器内。这种耦合场适用于气体绝缘的配电柜。

Description

封闭式中压配电柜内 耦合场的配置结构
本发明涉及一种带有充气容器的封闭式中压配电柜内耦合场的配置结构,在该充气容器内设置有作为断路器的真空开关管和作为三位式开关的释放触点。
这种耦合场可以视需要作为横向耦合场用于双母线系统或作为纵向耦合场既适用于单母线系统,又适用于双母线系统。在电路图中这两种耦合场绝大部分是相同一致的。不同点主要仅在于耦合场对各种母线系统的不同的接入。
本发明的目的在于,提出一种结构紧凑并且材料消耗少、满足中压配电柜应用领域要求的耦合场。
本发明的目的是通过如下特征来实现的:
1.1.三位式开关其纵轴近似与容器正面垂直、并列地设置在充气容器内。
1.2.真空开关管其纵轴近似与容器正面垂直、并列地设置在充气容器内的三位式开关的下面。
由于三位式开关的纵轴是垂直于容器正面设置的,三位式开关的释放触点在真空开关管上方顺序设置,因而可以实现耦合场非常紧凑的结构,这是因为耦合场的整个导电部分都设置在充气容器内之故。甚至在容器内耦合场占用的位置也最少,从而只需很少的材料总消耗,即可制造封闭式中压配电柜。
本发明一种有益的设计具有如下特征:
2.1.耦合场分别为横向耦合场,
2.2.横向耦合场备有一个在充气容器外通过下面的引线导孔引出的、用于固定电流互感器的引线段。
由于采用了横向耦合场的这种设计,因而实现了电流互感器在充气容器外的安装,故不需要伸入容器内部即可随时实现由外部对电流互感器的接触。本发明另一有利方案的特征是:
3.1.耦合场分别设计为纵向耦合场,因而可以保持有两种耦合场的配电布置。
下面通过4幅附图对本发明作进一步的详细说明,附图中:
图1和2分别示出纵向耦合场和横向耦合场的电路图,
图3示出带有纵向耦合场的单母线系统的中压配电柜的结构布置,
图4示出带有横向耦合场的双母线系统的中压配电柜的结构布置。
图1示出纵向耦合场LKF的电路图,该耦合场被断路器场LF..环围。纵向耦合场LKF的功能仅在于促使后置断路器场LF..的母线SS的断开,以便例如可以在此处无危险地进行安装。与断路器场LF..相同,纵向耦合场LKF也含有释放触点TRK,该释放触点可建立与母线SS各段的连接。而纵向耦合场LKF内的释放触点TRK间的连接是通过真空断路器VLS建立的。
图2示出横向耦合场QKF,该耦合场同样通过其释放触点TRK建立与母线某段的连接,图中示出的是带有母线SS1、SS2的双母线系统。而且横向耦合场QKF也是设置在各个断路器场LF..之间的。
图3示出带有母线SS的单母线系统的中压配电柜的结构布局,该母线与母线连接触点SAK、三位式开关DSS的释放触点TRK和所配属的真空开关管VLS一起作为纵向耦合场起着与母线SS的下一个范围的连通作用。另外从图中可以看出,三位式开关DSS的释放触点(图中仅用一个释放触点TRK表示)设置在某真空开关管(图中仅表示出一个真空开关管VLS)的上方。从中压配电柜的侧视图可以看出,释放触点在容器GSB内顺序设置。
图4示出带有双母线系统SS..的中压配电柜,其各条引线L...,L′...穿过图中未加标示的透孔引入容器GSB中。接线布局本身形成一个横向耦合场,以与纵向耦合场LKF(图3)中通过母线连接触点SAK和三位式开关DSS的释放触点TRK进行连接的同样方式,在该横向耦合场中,通过带有后续引线LAS的第一引线导孔DF1与后面的第二引线导孔DF2,并通过真空开关管VLS与三位式开关的相应的释放触点TRK及相应的母线连接触点SAK分别与导线L′(即L1′,L2′,L3′)建立电连接。在所示实施例中用在线路3引入口旁的箭头表示双母线系统第一母线的输入,其输出是通过通向L3′的引出口实现的并由该处接至双母线系统的第二母线。
由于从容器GSB内接出了引线段LAS,因而始终可以从外部接触到电流互感器SWD。

Claims (3)

1.一种带有充气容器的封闭式中压配电柜内耦合场的配置结构,在该充气容器内设置有作为断路器的真空开关管和作为三位式开关的释放触点,其特征在于:
1.1.三位式开关(DSS)其纵轴近似与容器正面垂直、并列地设置在充气容器(GSB)内。
1.2.真空开关管(VLS)其纵轴近似与容器正面垂直、并列地设置在充气容器内的三位式开关(DSS)的下面。
2.如权利要求1所述的耦合场的配置结构,其特征在于:
2.1.耦合场分别为横向耦合场(QKF),
2.2.横向耦合场(QFK)备有一在充气容器(GSB)外通过下面的引线导孔(DF..)引出的、用于固定电流互感器(SWD)的引线段(LAS)。
3.如权利要求1所述的耦合场的配置结构,其特征在于:
3.1.耦合场分别设计为纵向耦合场(LKF)。
