As shown in fig. 1 to 3, a separable wheelchair bed according to an embodiment of the present invention includes a bed frame 1, a bed plate 2, a baffle 3, a connection groove 4, a seat 5, a back plate 6, a headrest 7, a leg plate 8, a support frame 9, a main wheel 10, a universal wheel 11, a pulley assembly 43 and a conveyor belt assembly 44; the top surface of the bed frame 1 is fixedly connected with a bed board 2; the head and the tail of the bed board 2 are fixedly connected with baffle plates 3; a connecting groove 4 is formed in the top surface of one side of the bed plate 2; a wheelchair assembly is arranged in the connecting groove 4 and comprises a seat plate 5; one end of the seat plate 5 close to the bed head is hinged with a back plate 6; one end of the back plate 6 close to the bed head is fixedly connected with a headrest 7; one end of the seat plate 5, which is close to the bed tail, is hinged with a leg plate 8; the seat plate 5, the back plate 6, the headrest 7 and the leg plates 8 are all matched with the connecting grooves 4; the bottom surface of the seat plate 5 is fixedly connected with a support frame 9; the bottom of the supporting frame 9 is provided with a symmetrically arranged main wheel 10 and a symmetrically arranged universal wheel 11; a plurality of pulley assemblies 43 which are uniformly arranged are fixedly arranged on the bottom surface of the bedstead 1; the pulley assembly 43 is used for assisting a user in moving the wheelchair bed; a pushing component is arranged on one side of the bed plate 2 far away from the connecting groove 4; the pushing component is used for assisting a user to push a patient on the bed board 2 to the wheelchair component; the top surfaces of the bed plate 2 and the seat plate 5 are provided with a conveyor belt assembly 44; the conveyor belt assembly 44 is used to assist in transporting the patient; when in work, in order to enable a patient lying in bed for a long time to sit on the wheelchair and go out more conveniently, the embodiment of the invention can be used, when the wheelchair bed is used as a bed, the back plate 6, the seat plate 5, the leg plates 8 and the headrest 7 are pushed into the connecting groove 4, the back plate 6 and the leg plates 8 are rotated to the same horizontal plane as the seat plate 5, so as to form a complete bed body for the patient to use, and when the patient needs to go out in the wheelchair, the patient needs to be moved to the seat plate 5 by the user, the back plate 6 and leg plates 8 are then rotated to form a wheelchair assembly, which is then pulled out of the attachment slot 4 by the user, because the universal wheels 11 and the main wheels 10 are arranged at the bottom of the wheelchair, a user can normally push the wheelchair component, the wheelchair component is formed by the combination of the back plate 6, the seat plate 5, the leg plate 8 and the headrest 7 into the connecting groove 4 of the bed plate 2, so that the patient can normally rest, when the patient needs to go out, the user moves the patient to the back plate 6, the seat plate 5, the leg plate 8 and the headrest 7, the back and leg plates 8 are then rotated, respectively, to form a wheelchair assembly, and the wheelchair is separated from the bed plate 2, so that a user can walk out with the patient through the wheelchair assembly, because the sizes of the bed board 2 and the bed frame 1 are larger than the back board 6, the seat board 5, the leg boards 8 and the headrest 7 of the wheelchair component, so that the bed body finally combined can have enough space to meet the requirement of long-time rest of patients, when the patient lies on the surface of the side of the bed board 2 far away from the connecting groove 4, the user can assist the patient to transfer the wheelchair component by pushing the component and the conveyor belt component 44, so as to facilitate the transfer of the patient.
As shown in fig. 1 to 3, the opposite side surfaces of the two baffles 3 are provided with mounting grooves 12; a linear motor 13 is fixedly connected in the mounting groove 12; the movable end of the linear motor 13 is fixedly connected with a push plate 14; a shovel plate 15 is arranged on one side of the push plate 14 close to the connecting groove 4; one end of the shovel plate 15, which is close to the connecting groove 4, is arranged in a wedge-shaped structure; in operation, when a user uses the conveyor belt assembly 44 to transfer a patient, because the conveyor belt assembly 44 on the bed plate 2 and the conveyor belt assembly 44 on the bed plate are not completely spliced, a gap exists between the two conveyor belt assemblies 44, and when the user uses the conveyor belt assembly 44 to convey the patient from the seat plate 5 to the bed plate 2, limbs or clothes of some patients possibly get stuck at the junction of the two conveyor belt assemblies 44, so when the user starts to use the conveyor belt assembly 44 to transfer the patient from the seat plate 5 to the bed plate 2, the user can start the linear motor 13, the linear motor 13 drives the shovel plate 15 and the push plate 14 to the junction of the two conveyors, then the conveyor belt assembly at the seat plate 5 firstly makes one side of the patient to be lapped on the surface of the shovel plate 15, then the linear motor 13 drives the push plate 14 and the shovel plate 15 to support one side of the patient, and then the conveyor belt is together transferred to the bed plate 2, so that the patient is prevented from being stuck between the two conveyor belt assemblies 44 and being damaged by the surface of the conveyor belt assembly 44.
As shown in fig. 1 and 5, a limiting groove 16 is formed on the surface of the push plate 14 at a position corresponding to the shovel 15; the surface of one side of the push plate 14 far away from the connecting groove 4 is fixedly connected with symmetrically arranged slide bars 17 at two sides of the limit groove 16; both sides of the shovel 15 are provided with sliding grooves 18 at positions corresponding to the sliding rods 17, and the sliding grooves 18 are matched with the sliding rods 17; the slide bar 17 is in sliding connection with the slide groove 18; when the wheelchair bed is used as a bed, a user can push the shovel plate 15 to move along the limit groove 16 and far away from the connecting groove 4, the sliding rod 17 is always positioned in the sliding groove 18 and plays a limiting role in the process, after the shovel plate 15 completely slides out of the limit groove 16, the shovel plate 15 can rotate along the sliding rod 17, so that the shovel plate vertically hangs on one side of the push plate 14, the shovel plate 15 is prevented from propping against the patient when the patient rests on the bed plate 2, the rest of the patient is influenced, meanwhile, the shovel plate 15 is hung on one side of the push plate 14, the space occupation can be reduced, and people coming and going are prevented from crashing into the shovel plate 15.
As shown in fig. 2 and 4, a side surface of the bed frame 1 far from the connecting groove 4 is rotatably connected with a pair of symmetrically arranged connecting seats 19 at the bottom of the sliding groove 18; the two connecting seats 19 are respectively and rotatably connected with a supporting plate 20 on the surface of one side far away from the push plate 14, and the supporting plates 20 are made of rigid materials; when the shovel 15 is pushed out of the limit groove 16 during operation, a user can rotate the supporting plate 20 and make the supporting plate perpendicular to the bed frame 1 and the bed board 2, the shovel 15 pulled out of the limit groove can be put on the top surface of the supporting plate 20 and supported by the supporting plate 20, so that a table is formed, and a patient or a medical care person can conveniently put some sundries.
As shown in fig. 1 and 5, a plurality of evenly arranged extrusion wheels 21 are rotatably connected to the surface of one side of the shovel plate 15, which is close to the bed plate 2; a groove 22 is formed in the top surface of the shovel plate 15; a limiting plate 23 is rotatably connected to the notch of the groove 22; the limiting plate 23 is matched with the groove 22; a spring piece 24 is fixedly connected between the limiting plate 23 and the bottom of the groove 22; the side wall of the limit groove 16 is provided with a clamping groove 25 at a position corresponding to the limit plate 23; before the linear motor 13 drives the push plate 14, a user needs to push the shovel plate 15 along the limit groove 16 towards the direction of the connecting groove 4, in the process, the limit plate 23 is extruded by the groove wall of the limit groove 16 and is pressed into the groove 22 so as to compress the elastic sheet 24, when the limit plate 23 moves to the clamping groove 25, the groove wall of the clamping groove 25 does not extrude the limit plate 23 any more, the limit plate 23 is ejected out of the groove 22 under the action of elastic force of the elastic sheet 24, then the linear motor 13 is started, and when the push plate 14 moves, the groove wall of the clamping groove 25 on the surface of the push plate 14 pushes the limit plate 23 to move together with the shovel plate 15, so that insufficient friction force between the limit groove 16 and the shovel plate 15 is reduced, relative movement occurs when a patient moves, and meanwhile, the roller on the bottom surface of the shovel plate 15 can also reduce friction force when the shovel plate 15 moves, and abrasion between the shovel plate 15 and the bed plate 2 is reduced.
As shown in fig. 6 and 8, a plurality of uniformly arranged magnet blocks 26 are embedded on the surface of one side of the seat plate 5, which is close to the connecting groove 4; the side wall of the connecting groove 4 is embedded with a second magnet block 27 which is matched with the first magnet block 26 at a position corresponding to the first magnet block; the first magnet block 26 is matched with the second magnet block 27; when the wheelchair part of the wheelchair bed is pushed into the connecting groove 4 in operation, the first magnet block 26 on the surface of the seat plate 5 and the second magnet block 27 on the wall of the connecting groove 4 are attracted mutually, so that a user is assisted in positioning the seat plate 5, the situation that the seat plate 5 is required to be moved again due to misalignment of the positions when the leg plate 8 and the back plate 6 are rotated later is avoided, and the difficulty in installation of the user is reduced.
As shown in fig. 6 to 8, a plurality of jacks 28 are arranged on one side of the leg plate 8 close to the connecting groove 4; a plurality of corresponding and matched mounting holes 29 are formed in the side wall of the connecting groove 4 at positions corresponding to the jacks 28; a spring 30 is fixedly connected to the bottom of the mounting hole 29; a connecting column 31 is fixedly connected to one end, away from the hole bottom, of the spring 30, and one end, away from the spring 30, of the connecting column 31 is arranged in an arc-shaped structure; the connecting column 31 is made of a rigid material; during operation, in the process that the leg plate 8 rotates to the same plane with the seat plate 5, a user presses the connecting column 31 into the mounting hole 29 while rotating the leg plate 8 and compresses the spring 30, after the leg plate 8 rotates to the connecting column 31, the user can stop pressing the connecting column 31 and press the connecting column 31 by the side wall of the leg plate 8 until the jack 28 on the connecting column is opposite to the mounting hole 29 when the leg plate 8 rotates, the connecting column 31 is jacked into the jack 28 under the elastic force of the spring 30, thereby fixing the leg plate 8, supporting the leg plate 8 and reducing the pressure at the hinge position of the leg plate 8 and the seat plate 5.
As shown in fig. 8, the inner walls of the insertion holes 28 are fixedly connected with limiting rings 32; a push rod 33 is connected in a sliding manner to the limiting ring 32; a limiting column 34 is fixedly connected to one end of the ejector rod 33, which is close to the connecting column 31; the diameter of the limit post 34 is larger than the inner diameter of the limit ring 32; a push rod 35 is fixedly connected with one end of the ejector rod 33 away from the limit post 34; when the connecting column 31 is required to be separated from the jack 28 in operation, a user can push the push rod 35 to the jack 28, so that the push rod 33 and the limit column 34 connected with the connecting column are pushed to the connecting column 31, the connecting column 31 is further pressed back into the mounting hole 29, the leg plate 8 can normally rotate at the moment, meanwhile, when the user pulls the push rod 35 to the direction of the far jack 28, the push rod 33 can drive the limit column 34 to prop against the surface of the limit ring 32, at the moment, the user can pull the push rod 35 again, the leg plate 8 can be fixedly connected with the limit ring 32, and the whole wheelchair component structure is pulled out of the connecting groove 4, and as an impetus is provided for the user, the wheelchair component is pulled out conveniently by the user.
As shown in fig. 8 to 9, a pair of support rods 36 are fixedly connected to the bottom of one side of the support frame 9, which is close to the main wheel 10; a rotating rod 37 is rotatably connected to the bottom of the supporting rod 36; the surface of the rotating rod 37 is fixedly connected with a plurality of strip-shaped bulges 38 which are uniformly arranged; a loop bar 39 is connected on the surface of the supporting bar 36 in a sliding way; the inner wall of the sleeve rod 39 is provided with a clamping groove 40 matched with the strip-shaped protrusion 38, and the strip-shaped protrusion 38 can slide in the clamping groove 40; when the wheelchair structure of the wheelchair bed is pulled out of the connecting groove 4 by a user, the user can pull the loop bar 39 upwards to be far away from the rotating bar 37, the user rotates the rotating bar 37 ninety degrees at the moment, the main wheel 10 is vertical to the side wall of the connecting groove 4, the loop bar 39 is sleeved back on the surface of the rotating bar 37 again, the position of the rotating bar 37 is clamped with the clamping groove 40 through the strip-shaped protrusions 38, and the user can normally rotate the main wheel 10 when pulling out the wheelchair assembly out of the connecting groove 4, so that the wheelchair assembly can be pulled out by the user conveniently.
Example two
As shown in fig. 10, in comparative example one, another embodiment of the present invention is: a connecting rod 41 is fixedly connected to one side of the seat plate 5 away from the limit groove 16; the top surface of the connecting rod 41 is fixedly connected with a handrail 42; when the wheelchair is combined with the wheelchair, the connecting rod 41 and the armrests 42 can provide shielding for one side of the bed board 2 to prevent a patient from falling from the bed carelessly, and when the wheelchair is separated from the wheelchair, the connecting rod 41 and the armrests 42 can also provide support for arms of the patient.
When in work, in order to enable a patient lying in bed for a long time to sit on the wheelchair and go out more conveniently, the embodiment of the invention can be used, when the wheelchair bed is used as a bed, the back plate 6, the seat plate 5, the leg plates 8 and the headrest 7 are pushed into the connecting groove 4, the back plate 6 and the leg plates 8 are rotated to the same horizontal plane as the seat plate 5, so as to form a complete bed body for the patient to use, and when the patient needs to go out in the wheelchair, the patient needs to be moved to the seat plate 5 by the user, the back plate 6 and leg plates 8 are then rotated to form a wheelchair assembly, which is then pulled out of the attachment slot 4 by the user, because the universal wheels 11 and the main wheels 10 are arranged at the bottom of the wheelchair, a user can normally push the wheelchair component, the wheelchair component is formed by the combination of the back plate 6, the seat plate 5, the leg plate 8 and the headrest 7 into the connecting groove 4 of the bed plate 2, so that the patient can normally rest, when the patient needs to go out, the user moves the patient to the back plate 6, the seat plate 5, the leg plate 8 and the headrest 7, the back and leg plates 8 are then rotated, respectively, to form a wheelchair assembly, and the wheelchair is separated from the bed plate 2, so that a user can walk out with the patient through the wheelchair assembly, because the sizes of the bed board 2 and the bed frame 1 are larger than the back board 6, the seat board 5, the leg boards 8 and the headrest 7 of the wheelchair component, so that the bed body finally combined can have enough space to meet the requirement of long-time rest of patients, when the patient lies on the surface of the side of the bed board 2 far away from the connecting groove 4, the user can assist the patient to transfer the wheelchair component by pushing the component and the conveyor belt component 44, so as to facilitate the transfer of the patient.
When the user needs to shift the patient to seat 5 department, can start linear electric motor 13 to drive push pedal 14 along mounting groove 12 by linear electric motor 13, move towards the direction of seat 5, and then push away the patient to seat 5, shovel board 15 can shovel the patient during this, thereby reduce the area of contact of patient and bed board 2, and then reduce the frictional force when the patient removes, through the cooperation of push pedal 14 and shovel board 15, can assist the use and remove the patient, and then reduce the degree of difficulty that the user removed the patient.
When the wheelchair bed is used as a bed, a user can push the shovel plate 15 to move along the limit groove 16 and far away from the connecting groove 4, the sliding rod 17 is always positioned in the sliding groove 18 and plays a limiting role in the process, after the shovel plate 15 completely slides out of the limit groove 16, the shovel plate 15 can rotate along the sliding rod 17, so that the shovel plate can vertically hang on one side of the push plate 14, the shovel plate 15 is prevented from being propped against a patient when the patient rests on the bed board 2, the rest of the patient is influenced, meanwhile, the shovel plate 15 is hung on one side of the push plate 14, the occupied space can be reduced, and the collision of people coming and going to the shovel plate 15 is prevented.
When the shovel 15 is pushed out of the limit groove 16, the user can rotate the supporting plate 20 and make the supporting plate perpendicular to the bed frame 1 and the bed board 2, at this time, the extracted shovel 15 is put on the top surface of the supporting plate 20 and is supported by the supporting plate 20, so that a table is formed, and a patient or a medical care person can conveniently put some sundries.
Before the linear motor 13 drives the push plate 14, a user needs to push the shovel plate 15 along the limit groove 16 towards the direction of the connecting groove 4, in the process, the limit plate 23 is extruded by the groove wall of the limit groove 16 and is pressed into the groove 22 so as to compress the elastic sheet 24, when the limit plate 23 moves to the clamping groove 25, the groove wall of the clamping groove 25 does not extrude the limit plate 23 any more, the limit plate 23 is ejected out of the groove 22 under the action of elastic force of the elastic sheet 24, then the linear motor 13 is started, and when the push plate 14 moves, the groove wall of the clamping groove 25 on the surface of the push plate 14 pushes the limit plate 23 to move together with the shovel plate 15, so that insufficient friction force between the limit groove 16 and the shovel plate 15 is reduced, relative movement occurs when a patient moves, and meanwhile, the roller on the bottom surface of the shovel plate 15 can also reduce friction force when the shovel plate 15 moves, and abrasion between the shovel plate 15 and the bed plate 2 is reduced.
When the wheelchair part of the wheelchair bed is pushed into the connecting groove 4, the first magnet block 26 on the surface of the seat 5 and the second magnet block 27 on the groove wall of the connecting groove 4 are attracted mutually, so that a user is assisted in positioning the seat 5, the situation that the seat 5 is required to be moved again due to misalignment of the positions when the leg plate 8 and the back plate 6 are rotated later is avoided, and the installation difficulty of the user is reduced.
In the process that the leg plate 8 rotates to the same plane with the seat plate 5, a user presses the connecting column 31 into the mounting hole 29 and compresses the spring 30 while rotating the leg plate 8, after the leg plate 8 rotates to the connecting column 31, the user can stop pressing the connecting column 31 and press the connecting column 31 by the side wall of the leg plate 8 until the jack 28 on the connecting column 31 is opposite to the mounting hole 29 when the leg plate 8 rotates, the connecting column 31 is jacked into the jack 28 under the elastic force of the spring 30, thereby fixing the leg plate 8, supporting the leg plate 8 and reducing the pressure on the hinge of the leg plate 8 and the seat plate 5.
When the connecting column 31 is required to be separated from the jack 28, a user can push the push rod 35 to the jack 28, so that the push rod 33 and the limit column 34 connected with the push rod 35 are pushed to the connecting column 31, the connecting column 31 is further pressed back into the mounting hole 29, the leg plate 8 can normally rotate at the moment, meanwhile, when the user pulls the push rod 35 to the direction of the far jack 28, the push rod 33 can drive the limit column 34 to push the surface of the limit ring 32, at the moment, the user can pull the push rod 35 again, the leg plate 8 can be fixedly connected with the limit ring 32, and the whole wheelchair component structure is pulled out of the connecting groove 4, and as an acting point is provided for the user, the wheelchair component is pulled out conveniently by the user.
When a user needs to pull out the wheelchair structure of the wheelchair bed from the connecting groove 4, the user can pull up the loop bar 39 upwards to be far away from the rotating bar 37, at the moment, the user rotates the rotating bar 37 ninety degrees again, so that the main wheel 10 is perpendicular to the side wall of the connecting groove 4, the loop bar 39 is sleeved back on the surface of the rotating bar 37 again, and the loop bar 39 is clamped with the clamping groove 40 through the strip-shaped protrusions 38 to fix the position of the rotating bar 37, at the moment, when the user pulls out the wheelchair assembly from the connecting groove 4, the main wheel 10 can rotate normally, and the wheelchair assembly can be pulled out conveniently by the user.
When the wheelchair bed is combined with the wheelchair, the connecting rod 41 and the armrests 42 can provide shielding for one side of the bed board 2 to prevent a patient from falling from the bed carelessly, and when the wheelchair bed is separated from the wheelchair assembly, the connecting rod 41 and the armrests 42 can also provide support for arms of the patient.
