When the ice pack is used, taking a patient to compress ice 3 times a day as an example, when the ice pack is first compressed, medical staff takes off the ice pack cover 2, opens the protective door 23, places the arc-shaped traditional Chinese medicine ice pack 3 frozen in advance in the ice pack cavity, enables the ice pack 3 to be paved on the arc-shaped side wall at the left side of the ice pack cavity, and buckles the fixing clips 27 at two ends to clamp, so that the fixation of the ice pack 3 is completed, namely, the state shown in fig. 4. When the fixing clamp 27 is buckled down, the main switch is triggered, at the moment, the motor and the refrigeration mechanism are in an electrified state, but the ice compress cover 2 is not inserted on the clamping seat 1, so that the refrigeration switch is not started, the refrigeration mechanism and the motor do not act, the ice bag 3 is frozen in advance, and ice compress can be directly carried out.
After the ice bag 3 is fixed, the protective door 23 is closed, and a medical staff or a patient self-aligns the ice compress groove 22 to the affected part, then the ice compress cover 2 is buckled at the position (the upper limb or the lower limb) where the ice compress is needed, and then the ice compress cover is fixed on the body by the binding belt 21. After the fixation, the switch of the micro air pump is pressed to start the micro air pump, the micro air pump inflates the air bag 28, the air bag 28 inflates after inflation, the ice bag 3 is extruded, the ice bag 3 is tightly attached to auxiliary materials, the dressing 26 is tightly attached to an affected part, after the patient feels that the attaching tightness is proper, the micro air pump is closed, the air bag 28 is stopped to inflate, and the air bag is maintained for 15-20 minutes, so that ice compress is realized.
After one-time ice compress is completed, the binding belt 21 is unfastened, the ice compress cover 2 is inserted back into the clamping seat 1, the plugboard 24 can trigger a refrigeration switch and a refrigeration mechanism to act when the ice compress cover is inserted back, and the ice bag 3 is refrigerated so as to compress ice next time; meanwhile, after the refrigeration switch is triggered, the motor is started, the motor drives the rope wheel 16 to reversely rotate, and the connecting rope 14 is wound, so that the connecting rope 14 is stored.

As shown in fig. 5, the difference between this embodiment and the first embodiment is that an arc-shaped slide plate 29 is slidably connected in the ice pack groove 22, the ice pack opening 25 is opened on the slide plate 29, the slide plate 29 is connected with a shift lever, and the shift lever extends out of the card holder 1.
When the ice compress device is used, the position of the ice compress opening 25 can be properly adjusted by shifting the sliding plate 29 through the shifting lever to enable the sliding plate to properly slide along the ice compress groove 22, so that the ice compress position is adjusted, the requirements of patients are met, and the ice compress comfort level is improved.
