when the patient does not need cold compress any more, the mini metal air valve 3b is opened, the air in the air bag 3 is released, the angle adjusting bolt 19 is rotated, the angle adjusting bolt 19 slides in the threaded hole on the sliding plate 10 and is far away from the rotating plate 11, the rotating plate 11 rotates towards the direction far away from the dental pad 1 through gravity, the distance between the cold compress part and the dental pad 1 in the vertical direction is reduced, the dental pad 1 is conveniently taken out of the mouth of the patient, the connection between the free end of the main pipe 23 and the interface 26a on the water storage tank 26 is disconnected, the connection between the air inlet of the negative pressure pump 25 and the interface 26a on the water storage tank 26 is disconnected, the second box cover 24c is disassembled, the water storage tank 26 is taken out, the stored saliva is poured out, the water storage tank 26 is cleaned, the cleaned water storage tank 26 is put into the mounting box 24, the second box cover 24c is covered, the interface 26a on the water storage tank 26 is connected with the air inlet of the negative pressure pump 25, the other port 26a of the water storage tank 26 is connected with the free end of the main pipe 23, and then the negative pressure pump 25 can be started again to suck the oral water in the mouth of the patient.
