(1) mixing the microemulsion A phase, stirring for 4-8 minutes at normal temperature to a transparent state, wherein the stirring speed is 150-250rpm;
the microemulsion A phase is an emulsifier phase, and the emulsifier phase comprises 7% -9% of oleyl alcohol polyether-5, 3% -5% of polysorbate-20, 3.3% -5.3% of solubilizer, and 1% -1.6% of PEG/PPG/polybutylene glycol-8/5/3 glycerol;

(2) Adding the phase B of the microemulsion, stirring for 8-15 minutes at normal temperature to a transparent state, wherein the stirring speed is 600-1000rpm; the stirring time is preferably 10 minutes and the speed is preferably 800rpm.
(3) Adding the microemulsion C phase, stirring at normal temperature for 8-15 min to transparent state, and stirring at 600-1000rpm; the stirring time is preferably 10 minutes and the speed is preferably 800rpm.
(4) Adding the D phase of the microemulsion, stirring for 4-8 minutes at normal temperature to a transparent state, wherein the stirring speed is 250-350rpm; the stirring time is preferably 5 minutes and the speed is preferably 300rpm.
Finally, the skin-friendly stable microemulsion is obtained.
The microemulsion adopts neopentyl glycol dicaprylate/dicaprate as an oil phase and is matched with four emulsifying agents, so that the microemulsion is thermodynamically stable, and compared with most microemulsion liquids, the microemulsion has relatively small consumption of emulsifying agents, and has better stability after a long time, and can not be layered for more than 10 years.
The microemulsion of the scheme can be applied to toner, and specific application is as follows.
A microemulsion toner consists of 96.1-97.1% of toner A phase, 2-2.4% of toner B phase, 0.1-0.3% of toner C phase and 0.8-1.2% of toner D phase.
The toner A phase is water phase, the toner B phase is microemulsion phase, the toner C phase is polymer phase, and the toner D phase is preservative phase.
The toner A phase consists of 81.14% -88.11% of water, 0.01% -0.02% of citric acid, 0.01% -0.02% of sodium citrate, 0.01% -0.02% of EDTA disodium, 0.2% -0.4% of trehalose, 0.02% -0.04% of sodium hyaluronate, 0.04% -0.06% of nano sodium hyaluronate, 0.2% -0.4% of 1, 2-pentanediol, 3% -5% of butanediol, 2% -4% of propylene glycol, 2.5% -3.1% of hydrated gel and 1.2% -1.8% of polyethylene glycol-8.
The hydrated gel is glycerin, water, glycerin acrylate/acrylic acid copolymer.
The toner B phase adopts the microemulsion.
The toner C phase is sodium polyacryl dimethyl taurate.
The toner D phase consists of 0.1-0.4% of 1, 2-hexanediol, 0.2-0.4% of ethylhexyl glycerol and 0.3-0.5% of phenoxyethanol.

The preparation process of the microemulsion toner comprises the following steps:
(1) mixing the toner A, stirring for 8-15 minutes to transparent state, wherein the stirring temperature is 60-70 ℃ and the stirring speed is 250-350rpm; the stirring time is preferably 10 minutes, the temperature is preferably 65℃and the speed is preferably 300rpm.
(2) Adding the toner B phase, stirring for 4-8 minutes at 40-50 ℃ and at 400-600rpm; the stirring time is preferably 5 minutes, the temperature is preferably 45℃and the speed is preferably 500rpm.
(3) Adding the toner C phase, stirring for 8-15 minutes at 40-50 ℃ and at 600-1000rpm; the stirring time is preferably 10 minutes, the temperature is preferably 45℃and the speed is preferably 800rpm.
(4) Adding the toner D phase, stirring for 2-3 minutes at 30-40 ℃ and at 400-600rpm; the stirring time is preferably 2 minutes, the temperature is preferably 35℃and the speed is preferably 500rpm.
The above embodiments are only for illustrating the technical concept and features of the present invention, and are intended to enable those skilled in the art to understand the content of the present invention and to implement the same, but are not intended to limit the scope of the present invention, and all equivalent changes or modifications made according to the spirit of the present invention should be included in the scope of the present invention.
Claims (10)
1. A skin-friendly stable microemulsion characterized by: consists of 7 to 9 percent of oleyl alcohol polyether-5, 3 to 5 percent of polysorbate-20, 3.3 to 5.3 percent of solubilizer, 1 to 1.6 percent of PEG/PPG/polybutylene glycol-8/5/3 glycerin, 3.5 to 4.5 percent of neopentyl glycol dicaprylate/dicaprate, 12 to 14 percent of propylene glycol, 3.3 to 5.3 percent of butanediol, 2.4 to 3.2 percent of polyethylene glycol-8 and 52.1 to 64.5 percent of water.
2. The skin-friendly stable microemulsion according to claim 1, wherein: the solubilizer is one or more of coco polyether-7, PPG-1-PEG-9 month Gui Erchun ether and PEG-40 hydrogenated castor oil.
3. A process for preparing a skin-friendly stable microemulsion according to claim 1, comprising the steps of:
(1) mixing the microemulsion A phase, stirring for 4-8 minutes at normal temperature to a transparent state, wherein the stirring speed is 150-250rpm;
the microemulsion A phase is an emulsifier phase, and the emulsifier phase comprises 7% -9% of oleyl alcohol polyether-5, 3% -5% of polysorbate-20, 3.3% -5.3% of solubilizer, and 1% -1.6% of PEG/PPG/polybutylene glycol-8/5/3 glycerol;
(2) adding the phase B of the microemulsion, stirring for 8-15 minutes at normal temperature to a transparent state, wherein the stirring speed is 600-1000rpm;
the microemulsion B phase is an oil phase, and the oil phase is 3.5% -4.5% of neopentyl glycol dicaprylate/dicaprate;
(3) adding the microemulsion C phase, stirring at normal temperature for 8-15 min to transparent state, and stirring at 600-1000rpm;
the microemulsion C phase is a solvent phase, and the solvent phase comprises 12% -14% of propylene glycol, 3.3% -5.3% of butanediol and 2.4% -3.2% of polyethylene glycol-8;
(4) adding the D phase of the microemulsion, stirring for 4-8 minutes at normal temperature to a transparent state, wherein the stirring speed is 250-350rpm;
the microemulsion D phase is water phase, and the water phase is 52.1% -64.5% of water.
4. A process for the preparation of a skin-friendly stable microemulsion according to claim 3, wherein: the solubilizer is one or more of coco polyether-7, PPG-1-PEG-9 month Gui Erchun ether and PEG-40 hydrogenated castor oil.
5. Use of a skin-friendly stable microemulsion according to claim 1, wherein: the toner is applied to toner.
6. A microemulsion toner is characterized in that: consists of 96.1 to 97.1 percent of toner A phase, 2 to 2.4 percent of toner B phase, 0.1 to 0.3 percent of toner C phase and 0.8 to 1.2 percent of toner D phase; the toner A phase is a water phase, the toner B phase is a microemulsion phase, the toner C phase is a polymer phase, and the toner D phase is a preservative phase; the toner B phase consists of oleyl alcohol polyether-5, polysorbate-20, a solubilizer, PEG/PPG/polybutylene glycol-8/5/3 glycerin, neopentyl glycol dicaprylate/dicaprate, propylene glycol, butylene glycol, polyethylene glycol-8 and water.
7. The microemulsion toner of claim 6, wherein: the toner A phase consists of water, citric acid, sodium citrate, EDTA disodium, trehalose, sodium hyaluronate, nano sodium hyaluronate, 1, 2-pentanediol, butanediol, propylene glycol, hydrated gel and polyethylene glycol-8.
8. The microemulsion toner of claim 6, wherein: the solubilizer is one or more of coco polyether-7, PPG-1-PEG-9 month Gui Erchun ether and PEG-40 hydrogenated castor oil.
9. The microemulsion toner of claim 6, wherein: the toner C phase is sodium polyacryl dimethyl taurate, and the toner D phase consists of 1, 2-hexanediol, ethylhexyl glycerol and phenoxyethanol.
10. A process for preparing the microemulsion toner of claim 6, comprising the steps of:
(1) mixing the toner A, stirring for 8-15 minutes to transparent state, wherein the stirring temperature is 60-70 ℃ and the stirring speed is 250-350rpm;
(2) adding the toner B phase, stirring for 4-8 minutes at 40-50 ℃ and at 400-600rpm;
(3) adding the toner C phase, stirring for 8-15 minutes at 40-50 ℃ and at 600-1000rpm;
(4) adding the toner D phase, stirring for 2-3 min at 30-40deg.C and stirring speed of 400-600rpm.
