Detailed Description
For the purpose of making the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the embodiments of the present invention more apparent, the technical solutions of the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the accompanying drawings in the embodiments of the present invention, and it is apparent that the described embodiments are some embodiments of the present invention, but not all embodiments of the present invention. All other embodiments, which can be made by those skilled in the art based on the embodiments of the invention without making any inventive effort, are intended to be within the scope of the invention.
Example 1
With reference to fig. 1 and 2, the technical proposal of the invention is a private intelligent storage method, which comprises a storage flow and a fetching flow,
the deposit process includes:
acquiring an article storing request of a specific person; identifying article information of the stored article; distributing designated storage grids according to the storage conditions of the current storage cabinet;
acquiring the storage information of the stored object in the designated storage grid, establishing a mapping relation between the object information of the stored object and the designated storage grid, and storing the mapping relation in a database;
the access process comprises:
acquiring an article taking-out request of a specific person; screening article information of the picked-up articles; searching a storage grid corresponding to the object to be fetched from the database by taking the object information of the object to be fetched as an index, and prompting the corresponding storage grid;
and acquiring the extraction information of the storage grid corresponding to the extracted object, removing the mapping relation between the object information of the extracted object and the corresponding storage grid, and updating the mapping relation into a database.
In the above embodiment, the storage process is a process of associating the object to be stored with the storage grid, and simultaneously stores the associated information of the object to be stored and the storage grid into a database. This is different from the conventional common express cabinets and storage cabinets, because the common express cabinets and storage cabinets have no motivation or reason to identify what the articles stored by unspecified people are, only the articles in a certain cabinet need to be confirmed to be stored by a certain person, and only the person has authority to open the cabinet under normal conditions.
In the above embodiment, the private intelligent storage method of the present invention may be applied to private areas such as home, and the object of use may be one or several specific persons. When the storage cabinet is used, the storage grids of the storage cabinet can be divided into permission use and all storage grids can be used together. If the storage cabinet is used in a dividing mode, personal identification, such as passwords, faces, voiceprints and the like, is needed before the storage cabinet is used.
It should be emphasized that the prior public lockers do not know the information of the articles stored by the user, and the present invention must acquire various article information to manage various articles. And the public locker faces to unspecified people, the ways of triggering the functions of the storage objects are different, and the requirements of identity authentication are different. The technical scheme of the invention is to store, store and manage the articles of specific people, and the design is based on convenience.
In this embodiment, in the depositing process, each kind of deposited object has a unique object ID;
after identifying the article information of the stored article; if the object ID of the object to be stored exists in the database, the object to be stored is endowed with the original object ID; if the object ID of the object does not exist in the database, the object is endowed with a new object ID. As shown in Table 1, each type of item has its own unique item ID, for example item ID 101, named nail clipper, and its alias description also includes nail clipper, and nail clipper, the storage system will perform semantic analysis on the information entered by the user to determine the user's intent. Multiple aliases are beneficial to improving the hit rate of text search and speech recognition.
Table 1 article table
In the above embodiment, for example, a plurality of watercolor pencils are stored in the locker, but all watercolor pencils are assigned a certain serial number, for example, 103, and the object IDs of all watercolor pencils are 103.
In this embodiment, each storage compartment of the locker is divided according to a security protection level; the value information of the stored object is also acquired in the object storing flow; and distributing the storage grids with different safety protection grades according to the value information of the stored objects.
In the above embodiment, the storage compartment of the locker may have a plurality of types. For example, some storage compartments are closed and opened only by pushing and pulling, buckling, and store some low-importance articles; other storage compartments are provided with electromagnetic locks for closing and opening, and the storage compartments store some articles with higher importance. As shown in table 2, the lattice with ID 1024 number has electromagnetic lock, the lattice with ID 1023 number and the lattice with ID 1025 number have no electromagnetic lock.
Table 2 storage grid
In the above embodiment, when storing, specifically, when storing a certain article for the first time, it is necessary to evaluate the value of the stored article, for example, the water color pen is automatically evaluated as a low value article, and the wristwatch is automatically evaluated as a high value article. When the storage grids are distributed, the storage grids with high safety protection level are preferentially distributed to high-value articles, and the storage grids with low safety protection level are distributed to low-value articles. The evaluation of the value is realized by calling cloud electronic commerce platform data by a control system, if the cloud has no related data or the cloud returns data inaccurately, an operator automatically inputs the approximate value and selects a storage grid with high safety protection grade to be used, the accuracy is not required, and the relative ranking is reflected.
In this embodiment, the database stores historical deposit information and retrieval information;
in the deposit flow, after identifying the article information of the deposit; if the object storage history of the object to be stored exists in the database, preferentially distributing the object storage grids used by the history; and if the object storage history of the object to be stored does not exist in the database, randomly distributing the object storage grids.
In the above embodiment, when the storage grid is allocated, the history storage position is also referred to; the storage grid can be the last storage grid, and if the last storage grid has no space for storage, the storage grid is randomly distributed. The random allocation here is not an absolute random but a relative random performed in compliance with other storage rules. For example, the wristwatch is stored in the electromagnetic lock storage grid No. 1 last time, but the electromagnetic lock storage grid No. 1 is filled up now, and then the electromagnetic lock storage grid No. 2 allocated with the storage space, that is, the electromagnetic lock storage grid with the storage space is preferentially allocated randomly, and a pull type storage grid is not directly allocated.
In this embodiment, a collision sensor is disposed in the storage compartment, and the collision sensor collects an open-closed state of a cabinet door of the storage compartment;
the opening and closing state of the cabinet door of the storage grid reflects whether the access action is finished, and when the cabinet door of the storage grid reaches a preset time threshold value in the opening state, the storage grid is prompted to be not closed.
In the above embodiment, the weight of the articles in the storage compartment is used as a factor affecting the distribution of the storage compartment, and the heavier articles are placed in the lower compartment, so as to reduce the burden and risk of access. The same storage grid can store a plurality of articles, and the same article can be stored in the plurality of storage grids; the opening time of the cabinet door of the storage grid indicates that the cabinet door is not closed after the user finishes using the storage grid.
In the above embodiment, in the process of taking objects, when the object exists in a plurality of storage lattices, the locker prompts that the object is contained in the storage lattices through light or voice, and if the object is located in the storage lattices provided with the electromagnetic lock, only one of the storage lattices is opened.
In this embodiment, the specific person acquiring article deposit request and the specific person acquiring article take-out request are specific voice command activation or terminal click triggering.
In the above embodiment, the specific voice command is, for example, a section of voice text, which is used as a mark for activating the locker to enter the storing state or the fetching state, and the subsequent voice command includes the name or the alias of the article to be stored or fetched; the terminal clicking trigger can be a display touch screen of the locker, a mobile phone, a PC (personal computer) and the like of a user carrying the locker APP, and specifically, the user can browse photo albums or storage lists of various terminals to achieve fetching or storing a similar object.
In this embodiment, the article information identifying the stored article includes at least one of image identification, voice identification, text identification, barcode identification, and RFID identification; the stored information of the stored object stored in the appointed storage grid and the taken information of the storage grid corresponding to the taken object is identified through camera machine vision or through information of a sensor on the storage grid.
In the above embodiment, the image recognition is that a camera on the locker recognizes a stored object; the voice recognition is that the voice input equipment on the locker recognizes the object described by the user; the characters are identified as character input ports of the storage cabinet.
In the above embodiment, whether the stored object is stored in the designated storage compartment and whether the fetched object is fetched from the storage compartment are determined by a camera on the storage cabinet to collect the user action.
In the above embodiment, the identification of the information of the sensor on the storage grid may be that an RFID reader, a barcode two-dimensional code reader, or the like is disposed on the storage cabinet to identify a barcode or an electronic tag of the stored object or the picked object.
In this embodiment, the prompting performed by the storage grid in the storage flow and the fetching flow includes at least one of a voice prompt, a UI prompt, a light indication and an action indication; the voice prompt comprises prompting the position information of the storage grid; the UI prompt comprises a position for highlighting the storage grid on a display screen or a row position and a number for displaying the storage grid in a text manner; the light indication comprises LED light emission of the storage grid; and the action indication comprises that the electromagnetic lock power-obtaining cabinet door of the storage grid is opened.
In the foregoing embodiment, the voice prompt may specifically be the position information of the storage compartment where the broadcasting target object is located, for example, "the watch is located in the storage compartment of the second row of the fourth row".
In the above embodiment, if the plurality of storage compartments store the target object, the corresponding storage compartments will prompt, and specifically select which storage compartment is determined by the user. If the target object is positioned in the storage grids with the locks, only one of the storage grids with the locks is automatically opened.
In the above embodiment, the database records both the time of the stored object and the time of the fetched object. As shown in table 3, both the state and time of the article at the time of deposit/withdrawal are recorded.
TABLE 3 article Access history
In this embodiment, a plurality of lockers owned by the same person may be cascaded, and the storage data is synchronized to the cloud end, and in the object fetching process, if the object to be fetched is not in the storage grid in the current area, the cloud end API is called to query the object to be fetched, and the searched result is fed back.
In the above embodiment, for example, the storage system includes a locker located in a study room and a locker in a living room, when the locker in the study room performs the object taking, the locker finds that no object to be taken by the owner exists, then queries the object to be taken through the cloud server, and informs the owner of the position information of the object to be taken when the object to be taken is found to be located in the living room, for example, when the position information of the object to be taken is reported through a voice prompt, the report is "you want to be taken is located in the storage grid of the row x column of the locker in the living room".
In this embodiment, in the storage flow, if there is no empty storage compartment in the storage cabinet, the storage compartment is determined according to the self-selection of the user.
In the above embodiment, when the user freely selects the storage grid for storage, the storage system associates the stored object with the corresponding storage grid and stores the stored object into the database.
The personal intelligent storage method can effectively manage and completely store personal articles, when a certain article is needed, only a voice, picture or character instruction is issued to the locker, the controller on the locker searches the position information of the corresponding article in the locker according to the instruction, and opens the corresponding storage grid, so that the needed article is rapidly provided for a user, the application is very convenient in life, and the memory burden of the user is reduced.
