the image recognition module is used for acquiring pictures of the clothing components hung on the intelligent hanging and conveying device, carrying out image recognition, determining the clothing components required to be clamped from the intelligent hanging and conveying device by the mechanical arm according to the image recognition result and the clothing component information required by the current production process, and determining the clamping position of the mechanical arm on the clothing components according to the clothing component information required by the current production process and the virtual clothing production workshop;
the production station determining module is used for determining a production start station and a production end station of the clothing component required by the current production process on clothing production equipment required by the current production process based on the clothing component information required by the current production process and the virtual clothing production workshop;
the transfer module is used for sending a transfer instruction to call the mechanical arm to clamp and transfer the clothing parts required by the current production process from the intelligent hanging and conveying device to a production starting station on clothing production equipment required by the current production process;

1. A method for unmanned production of garments, comprising:
acquiring a clothing order, and reading clothing component information and production process data required by the current production process from the clothing order;
according to the clothing component information and the production process data required by the current production process and a virtual clothing production workshop which is constructed by adopting digital twinning according to a clothing production entity workshop in advance, a scheduling instruction is sent out so that the intelligent hanging and conveying device conveys the clothing component required by the current production process to a corresponding position of clothing production equipment matched with the production process required by the current production process;
acquiring pictures of clothing components hung on the intelligent hanging and conveying device, carrying out image recognition, determining the clothing components required to be clamped from the intelligent hanging and conveying device by the mechanical arm according to image recognition results and clothing component information required by the current production process, and determining the clamping position of the mechanical arm on the clothing components according to the clothing component information required by the current production process and a virtual clothing production workshop;
determining a production start station and a production end station of the clothing components required by the current production process on clothing production equipment required by the current production process based on the clothing component information required by the current production process and the virtual clothing production workshop;
sending a transfer instruction to call a mechanical arm to clamp and transfer the clothing parts required by the current production process from the intelligent hanging and conveying device to a production starting station on clothing production equipment required by the current production process;
determining task starting conditions, task ending conditions and auxiliary action data of the mechanical arm of the current production process based on the clothing component information and the production process data required by the current production process and the equipment information of clothing production equipment required by the current production process in a virtual clothing production workshop;
acquiring first state information of a clothing component required by a current production process, judging whether a task starting condition of the current production process is met or not according to the first state information, if so, sending a starting instruction to start clothing production equipment required by the current production process, and starting a mechanical arm to enable the mechanical arm to act according to auxiliary action data, otherwise, sending alarm information;
and acquiring second state information of the clothing component required by the current production process, judging whether the task termination condition of the current production process is met, and if so, sending a termination instruction to stop clothing production equipment and a stop mechanical arm required by the current production process.
2. The method of unmanned production of garments according to claim 1, wherein the production process comprises sewing of garment parts, sewing of pockets and/or ears on garment parts, sewing of zippers and/or buttons on garment parts, sewing of buttonholes on garment parts, ironing of garments.

The method of unmanned garment production according to claim 1, wherein the method of obtaining the first status information and/or the second status information of the garment component required for the current production process comprises: and acquiring a picture of the clothing production equipment required by the current production process, and carrying out image recognition, wherein the first state information and/or the second state information of the clothing component required by the current production process on the clothing production equipment are acquired, and the first state information and/or the second state information comprise the position information of the clothing component on the clothing production equipment.
4. A method for unmanned garment production according to claim 3, wherein the task initiation conditions of the current production process are: the position of the clothing component required by the current production process on the clothing production equipment is positioned at the production start station on the clothing production equipment required by the current production process; the task termination conditions of the current production process are: the position of the garment component required for the current production process on the garment production device is at the production end station on the garment production device required for the current production process.
5. A method of unmanned garment production according to claim 3, further comprising:
after sending out the alarm information, acquiring the picture of the clothing production equipment after the state of the clothing component is adjusted by manual intervention again, and carrying out image recognition to acquire third state information of the clothing component on the clothing production equipment required by the current production process;
and constructing a machine learning model, and training the machine learning model by adopting the first state information and the third state information of the clothing components on the clothing production equipment so as to enable the machine learning model to learn the adjustment instructions for automatically adjusting the states of the clothing components when the clothing components are not put in place.

The unmanned garment production method according to claim 1, wherein the start instruction is further for starting a blowing device provided on the garment production apparatus to blow air toward the garment component to flatten the garment component, and the stop instruction is further for stopping the blowing device.
7. A system for unmanned garment production, comprising:
the order acquisition module is used for acquiring a clothing order and reading clothing component information and production process data required by the current production process from the clothing order;
the dispatching module is used for sending dispatching instructions according to the clothing component information and the production process data required by the current production process and a virtual clothing production workshop which is constructed by adopting digital twinning according to a clothing production entity workshop in advance so that the intelligent hanging and conveying device conveys the clothing component required by the current production process to clothing production equipment matched with the production process required by the current production process;
the image recognition module is used for acquiring pictures of the clothing components hung on the intelligent hanging and conveying device, carrying out image recognition, determining the clothing components required to be clamped from the intelligent hanging and conveying device by the mechanical arm according to the image recognition result and the clothing component information required by the current production process, and determining the clamping position of the mechanical arm on the clothing components according to the clothing component information required by the current production process and the virtual clothing production workshop;
the production station determining module is used for determining a production start station and a production end station of the clothing component required by the current production process on clothing production equipment required by the current production process based on the clothing component information required by the current production process and the virtual clothing production workshop;
the transfer module is used for sending a transfer instruction to call the mechanical arm to clamp and transfer the clothing parts required by the current production process from the intelligent hanging and conveying device to a production starting station on clothing production equipment required by the current production process;
the task condition determining module is used for determining task starting conditions, task ending conditions and auxiliary action data of the mechanical arm of the current production process based on the clothing component information and the production process data required by the current production process and the equipment information of clothing production equipment required by the current production process in the virtual clothing production workshop;
the starting module is used for acquiring first state information of the clothing component required by the current production process, judging whether the task starting condition of the current production process is met or not according to the first state information, if so, sending a starting instruction to start clothing production equipment required by the current production process, and starting the mechanical arm to enable the mechanical arm to act according to auxiliary action data, otherwise, sending alarm information;
