技术领域
本发明涉及中药领域，特别是一种有利于病毒感染引起肺炎后的康复中药制剂。
背景技术
病毒感染引起的病毒性肺炎，是病毒经口鼻而入进入上呼吸道，其病位在肺，病机可概括为“风、寒、湿、热、毒、血瘀”由于外邪侵袭犯肺内阻肺络，造成了肺气的宣发和肃降以及通调水道的代谢功能失常。肺失宣肃,肺气胀满,壅阻气道,呼吸不利而致喘,故咳喘，伴有头痛，乏力、恶寒发热、无汗，骨节酸痛喉痒或咳时胸痛，舌苔薄白，脉浮或浮紧。
发明内容
为了解决病毒感染引起的病毒性肺炎的问题，本发明根据外邪六淫犯肺的病机与病机，结合中医的八纲辨证的特点来指导方剂的配伍，利用方剂药物本身的四气五味及升降沉浮的药性之偏，用以纠正人体之偏，通过制成煎汤剂、颗粒剂、胶囊剂、片剂、口服液、喷雾剂、注射剂、雾化剂的手段来调整人体的阴阳平衡，使之“邪去正安”。
为了达到上述的治疗目的，本发明提供了一种利于病毒感染肺炎的康复中药制剂，包括以下中药原料：
红参、黄芪、苍术、藿香、丁香、白芷、紫草、黄芩、连翘、陈皮、灵芝孢子、九香虫。
根据症候的不同表现，本方剂按重量份配比如下：
红参10～20g、黄芪20～40g、苍术20～40g、藿香10～20g、丁香10～15g、白芷10～20g、紫草10～20g、黄芩20～40g、连翘20～40g、陈皮10～15g、灵芝孢子2～5g、九香虫2～5g。
作为优先，复方按重量份配比如下：
红参15g黄芪30g苍术30g藿香15g丁香12g白芷15g紫草15g黄芩30g连翘30g陈皮12g灵芝孢子3g九香虫3g。
将这些中药组合物,加入辅料制成药剂学上的多种剂型，如汤剂、颗粒剂、口服液、丸剂等。
本发明的组方，参考中医经典著作《黄帝内经》(己亥年底)太阳寒水司天，少阳相火在泉。时令当冷不冷、天气偏热、温热有余、气候反常、易于流行性病毒的发生。肺为华盖，主肌表、司呼吸、为邪之首犯；脾为后天之本，运化水湿，主持气之升清。
方中，红参大补元气，灵芝孢子补肺健脾，九香虫有疏肝温脾，理气止疼的功效，黄芪具有补气升阳、益卫固表的作用，且均能升清降浊，故为君药；苍术、白芷、丁香、藿香其气辛香，健脾运湿，降浊祛邪，而为臣药；连翘、黄芩、紫草都能清热凉血、活血解毒和燥湿清热，化痰驱邪，可以辅佐君臣二药的升清降浊功能，故为佐药；陈皮胃苦开泄，故能行痰；其气温平，善于通达，故能止咳，健脾和胃者也”，气机升降开合有度，故用以使药。
诸药合用，补益肺脾，祛湿化浊，辟瘟驱邪，正气升腾，机体功能健康，外邪不袭，疾病康复。
为了达到更好的预防和治疗效果，在上述组方配伍的基础上，根据病因和病机的变化情况，整体观察，辨证论治，本发明还可以添加以下原料药以辅佐君药治疗主症及配合治疗和预防兼症。
在一些实施例中，为了更好的辅佐君药治疗主症及配合治疗和预防兼症，在主方的基础上还可以加入砂仁5～10份、紫苏叶7～14份。其中，砂仁砂仁辛温、归脾经、胃经和肾经，具有化湿行气；助力君药红参大补元气，灵芝孢子补肺健脾，实现主升清降浊的功能。紫苏叶性辛、温,归于肺、脾经,属于发散风寒药物,具有解表散寒,理气宽中，也可以很好的治疗发热、出汗、咳嗽等兼症。
在一些实施例中，在上述配伍的基础上根据症候的需要，在主方的基础上还可以加入可以止咳化痰、润燥止咳的炙甘草2～6份；还可以加入解表散寒温中止呕的生姜。
服用本发明的中药组合物后，发热、发冷、头痛、不适、流涕、咽痛及咳嗽能的症状明显减轻，甚至消失；该组方主要兼顾了阴虚、气虚及虚热的患者，可以很好的起到病毒感染肺炎后迅速康复的作用，通过服用该汤剂，加上人体自身生活方式的调养，来增强体质、提高抵抗能力，从而抵御邪气。
