after the chlorine-containing disinfectant enters the water pipe 2 and is mixed with sterile water, the chlorine-containing disinfectant flows through the rotating piece 26, the water flow drives the rotating piece 26 to rotate, and when the rotating piece 26 rotates, the water flow can be stirred, so that the chlorine-containing disinfectant is mixed with the sterile water more fully, and the effect of cleaning oral appliances is achieved; when the rotating sheet 26 rotates to stir the sterile water and the chlorine-containing disinfectant, the rotating sheet 26 can simultaneously squeeze the hollow membrane 27, so that the hollow membrane 27 deforms and fluctuates, and the effect of stirring the water flow is further improved;
