Claims (10)

1. An automatic feeding and discharging device of a lead frame material box comprises a workbench, a controller, a material box bracket, a discharging machine and a lifting assembly connected with the material box bracket; the lifting assembly is used for driving the material box bracket to lift above the workbench; characterized by further comprising:
the feeder is located on the workbench, and the feeder and the discharger are respectively arranged on two sides of the material box bracket and are used for conveying the lead frames to the lead frame material boxes one by one.
2. The automatic feeding and discharging device of a lead frame magazine according to claim 1, wherein the feeder comprises:
the first rack is arranged on the workbench;
the conveying belts are arranged on the first rack and are arranged in parallel;
the pushing assembly is arranged between the two conveying belts and is positioned above the output end of the conveying belts, and the pushing assembly is used for pushing the lead frame into the lead frame box.
3. The automatic feeding and discharging device of a leadframe cartridge according to claim 2, wherein the pushing assembly includes a first push plate, further comprising:
the output shaft of the first driving mechanism is in transmission connection with the first push plate, and the first driving mechanism is used for driving the first push plate to move up and down;
and the second driving mechanism is used for driving the first driving mechanism to reciprocate horizontally.
4. The automatic feeding and discharging device of a lead frame magazine according to claim 3, wherein said pushing assembly further comprises:
the first probe is fixedly arranged above the space between the input ends of the two conveying belts;
the second probe is fixedly arranged on the first push plate.
5. The automatic feeding and discharging device of a leadframe cartridge according to claim 2, wherein the feeder further comprises:
the backup pad, the backup pad is located between two conveyer belts along the length direction of first frame, and the upper surface of backup pad is high with the conveying face of conveyer belt.
6. The automatic feeding and discharging device of the lead frame material box according to claim 1, wherein the material box bracket is U-shaped, and racks are vertically fixed on the outer walls of the two sides of the material box bracket; the lifting assembly includes:
the second rack is fixedly arranged on the workbench;
the third driving mechanism is fixedly arranged on the second rack;
the gear is in transmission connection with an output shaft of the third driving mechanism, and the gear is meshed with the rack.
7. The automatic feeding and discharging device of a lead frame material box according to claim 6, wherein a plurality of limiting rods are vertically arranged on the outer walls of the two sides of the material box bracket; the second frame includes:
the two groups of guide rods are respectively positioned at two sides of the material box bracket, and limit grooves matched with the limit rods are formed in the guide rods.
8. The automatic feeding and discharging device of a leadframe cartridge according to claim 7, wherein the lifting assembly further comprises:
the two third probes are respectively arranged at the upper part and the lower part of the guide rod and are electrically connected with the controller;
and the alarm is electrically connected with the controller.
9. The automatic feeding and discharging device of a lead frame magazine according to claim 1, wherein the discharging machine comprises:
the linear module is fixedly arranged above the workbench;
the connecting rod is parallel to the linear module and connected with the sliding table on the linear module;
the second push plate is arranged at the end part of the connecting rod.
10. The automatic feeding and discharging device of a leadframe cartridge according to claim 9, wherein the discharger further comprises a fourth probe and a fifth probe;
the fourth probe and the fifth probe are respectively arranged on the linear module and are used for detecting the sliding table on the linear module.
