Abstract

Therefore, the workpiece stamping method for the close connection of the conical hole and the small-diameter through hole has the advantages of simultaneous stamping of the conical hole and the through hole, high machining precision, continuous operation and high machining efficiency.

Technical Field

Background
The stamping is a forming processing method for obtaining a workpiece (stamping part) with a required shape and size by applying external force to plates, strips, pipes, sectional materials and the like by using a press machine and a die to enable the plates, the strips, the pipes, the sectional materials and the like to generate plastic deformation or separation. In practical operation, we found that when there is a taper hole on a workpiece and there is a small diameter through hole next to the taper hole, in the process of one-time stamping forming, since the taper hole extends to the periphery during the stamping forming process, and then the punch of the small diameter through hole next to the taper hole is extruded, the punch size of the small diameter through hole is very small, and when the punch is extruded by the material of the side taper hole, the punch is extremely easy to break, and the damage to the die is caused, so in general, when the taper hole is next to the workpiece of the small diameter through hole, in order to avoid the damage to the die, the taper hole is stamped twice, and the small diameter hole is stamped separately for the second time, although the damage to the small diameter punch is avoided, the new problem is brought: it is difficult to ensure accuracy of the relative positions of the tapered hole and the small-diameter hole at the time of the two-time punching, and the production efficiency is lowered by the two-time punching.

On the basis of the technical scheme, the invention can be improved as follows.
Preferably, the first stamping die and the second stamping die are fixedly connected together, the first stamping die corresponds to the first processing station, the second stamping die corresponds to the second processing station, and the continuous plate is intermittently fed along with the stamping action, so that continuous stamping work is realized.

S1, lifting a punching machine, continuously feeding a plate, fixing the position of the plate by matching a positioning hole with a positioning pin, moving the plate in the original pre-processing position 10 to a first processing position 20, and pre-punching a conical hole from bottom to top by adopting a first punching die, wherein the extrusion taper of the conical hole is 85 degrees;
s2, lifting the punching machine, continuously feeding the plate, fixing the position of the plate by matching the positioning hole with the positioning pin, moving the plate in the original first processing position 20 to the second processing position 30, and punching the tapered hole and the small-diameter through hole from bottom to top by adopting a second punching die, wherein the extrusion taper of the tapered hole is 89 degrees, namely the second taper is larger than the first taper, so that the tapered hole reaches the design taper, and simultaneously punching the small-diameter through hole beside the tapered hole, and simultaneously punching the outline to obtain the stamping part. As shown in the second processing station 30 of fig. 2.
In step S2, if the stamping contour is stamped from top to bottom, the internal stress of the stamping part can be reduced, and the effect is better.
The first stamping die, the second stamping die and the third stamping die are fixedly connected together, the first stamping die corresponds to the first processing station 20, the second stamping die corresponds to the second processing station 30, the third stamping die corresponds to the pre-processing station 10, and the continuous plate is intermittently fed along with the stamping action, so that continuous stamping work is realized.
