本发明涉及化妆品技术领域,具体涉及一种保湿剂及其制备方法和含有该保湿剂的化妆品。
背景技术
保湿对维持皮肤健康有很重要的意义。市场上的传统水溶性保湿产品仍然以多元醇、高分子类的成分为主,这类成分可以吸收空气中的水分,但气候干燥的时候还会吸取皮肤中的水分,无法做到全天候保湿。还有,大量的对皮肤保湿有益的矿物质和微量元素仍然无法加入到普通化妆品中。
皮肤的保湿主要靠给角质层提供水分而实现。但水分运输到角质层最主要的方式是通过水通道蛋白得以实现的,水通道蛋白的开启受矿物质离子强度以及钙、镁、钾等离子的调控,因此具有一定矿物质离子强度且富含钙、镁、钾等离子的环境将有利于水分跨膜运输到角质层,从而提高皮肤的水分含量。

本发明的目的在于提出一种保湿剂及其制备方法和含有该保湿剂的化妆品,各组分相互配合,共同起到提高皮肤水分含量,降低皮肤水分散失的作用,从而提高了保湿效果,具有广阔的应用前景。

作为本发明的进一步改进,具体包括以下步骤:将4-4.1摩尔当量的水杨酸和1摩尔当量的鞣花酸溶于甲苯中,滴加浓硫酸,加热至150-170℃,搅拌回流反应5-7h,加入等体积的饱和碳酸氢钠溶液,过滤,清水洗涤,干燥,制得保湿剂。
本发明进一步保护一种上述保湿剂在制备化妆品中的应用。
本发明进一步保护一种保湿化妆品,由以下原料按重量份制备而成:水解透明质酸钠2-5份、甜菜碱1-4份、甘油2-6份、1,3-丁二醇2-6份、泛醇0.05-0.5份、卡波姆0.05-0.5份、精氨酸0.05-0.5份、香精0.01-0.03份、上述保湿剂5-7份和水70-90份。
本发明进一步保护一种上述保湿化妆品的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将水、水解透明质酸钠、甜菜碱、甘油、1,3-丁二醇、泛醇加热混合,搅拌均匀;
(2)向步骤(1)体系中加入卡波姆和精氨酸,搅拌均匀;
(3)降温,向步骤(2)体系中加入保湿剂和香精,搅拌混合均匀后,均质,冷却至室温,制得保湿化妆品。
作为本发明的进一步改进,步骤(1)中所述加热的温度为70-80℃。
作为本发明的进一步改进,步骤(2)中所述降温的温度降至40-50℃,所述均质的转速为7000-8000r/min,时间为3-5min。
本发明具有如下有益效果:本发明制得的保湿剂包含有鞣花酸和水杨酸,制得的保湿剂不仅含有丰富的羟基、酯基,有很好的保湿效果,同时,避免了水杨酸单独使用对皮肤的刺激性,鞣花酸单独使用的消炎效果不佳等,制得的保湿剂刺激性小,保湿效果佳,还具有很好的抗菌消炎的效果。
本发明保湿化妆品组合物中生物多糖(水解透明质酸钠)能够在皮肤表面形成“锁水膜”防止皮肤水分流失,达到持久保湿的效果。
甘油和丁二醇能够起到很好的吸湿效果。
氨基酸、维生素B5(D-泛醇)能够提升细胞活力,促进皮肤新成代谢,全方位修复皮肤屏障。
有机渗透质甜菜碱促进肌肤透皮吸收技术。通过对角质层的渗透来达到保护细胞的渗透平衡,从而增加表层肌肤的含水量的作用。
本发明制得的保湿化妆品各组分相互配合,共同起到提高皮肤水分含量,降低皮肤水分散失的作用,从而提高了保湿效果,具有广阔的应用前景。

下面将对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
制备例1
如图1,保湿剂的制备方法,具体包括以下步骤:将0.4mol水杨酸和1mol鞣花酸溶于200mL甲苯中,滴加0.5mL浓硫酸,加热至150℃,搅拌回流反应5h,加入等体积的饱和碳酸氢钠溶液,过滤,清水洗涤,干燥,制得保湿剂,收率为89.7%。ESI-MS计算值:C42H23O16(M+H)+783.09,实测值:783.1。
核磁结果:1H NMR(300MHz,CDCl3)δ8.07(s,2H),7.97(d,4H),7.34(dd,4H),6.97(dd,4H),6.88(d,4H),5.0(br,4H)。
制备例2
如图1,保湿剂的制备方法,具体包括以下步骤:将0.41mol水杨酸和1mol鞣花酸溶于200mL甲苯中,滴加0.5mL浓硫酸,加热至170℃,搅拌回流反应7h,加入等体积的饱和碳酸氢钠溶液,过滤,清水洗涤,干燥,制得保湿剂,收率为90.2%。
制备例3
如图1,保湿剂的制备方法,具体包括以下步骤:将0.405mol水杨酸和1mol鞣花酸溶于200mL甲苯中,滴加0.5mL浓硫酸,加热至160℃,搅拌回流反应6h,加入等体积的饱和碳酸氢钠溶液,过滤,清水洗涤,干燥,制得保湿剂,收率为90.5%。
实施例1
本实施例提供一种保湿化妆品。
原料组成(重量份):水解透明质酸钠2份、甜菜碱1份、甘油2份、1,3-丁二醇2份、泛醇0.05份、卡波姆0.05份、精氨酸0.05份、香精0.01份、制备例1制得的保湿剂5份和水70份。
制备方法包括以下步骤:
(1)将水、水解透明质酸钠、甜菜碱、甘油、1,3-丁二醇、泛醇加热至70℃,搅拌混合均匀;
(2)向步骤(1)体系中加入卡波姆和精氨酸,搅拌均匀;
(3)降温至40℃,向步骤(2)体系中加入保湿剂和香精,搅拌混合均匀后,7000r/min均质3min,冷却至室温,制得保湿化妆品。
实施例2
本实施例提供一种保湿化妆品。
原料组成(重量份):水解透明质酸钠5份、甜菜碱4份、甘油6份、1,3-丁二醇6份、泛醇0.5份、卡波姆0.5份、精氨酸0.5份、香精0.03份、制备例2制得的保湿剂7份和水90份。
制备方法包括以下步骤:
(1)将水、水解透明质酸钠、甜菜碱、甘油、1,3-丁二醇、泛醇加热至80℃,搅拌混合均匀;
(2)向步骤(1)体系中加入卡波姆和精氨酸,搅拌均匀;
(3)降温至50℃,向步骤(2)体系中加入保湿剂和香精,搅拌混合均匀后,8000r/min均质5min,冷却至室温,制得保湿化妆品。
实施例3
本实施例提供一种保湿化妆品。
原料组成(重量份):水解透明质酸钠3.5份、甜菜碱2份、甘油4份、1,3-丁二醇4份、泛醇0.2份、卡波姆0.2份、精氨酸0.2份、香精0.02份、制备例3制得的保湿剂6份和水80份。
制备方法包括以下步骤:
(1)将水、水解透明质酸钠、甜菜碱、甘油、1,3-丁二醇、泛醇加热至75℃,搅拌混合均匀;
(2)向步骤(1)体系中加入卡波姆和精氨酸,搅拌均匀;
(3)降温至45℃,向步骤(2)体系中加入保湿剂和香精,搅拌混合均匀后,7500r/min均质4min,冷却至室温,制得保湿化妆品。
对比例1
与实施例3相比,不同之处在于,由水杨酸替代制备例3制得的保湿剂。
对比例2
与实施例3相比,不同之处在于,由鞣花酸替代制备例3制得的保湿剂。
对比例3
与实施例3相比,不同之处在于,未添加制备例3制得的保湿剂。
测试例1斑贴试验
受试物:实施例1-3和对比例1-3制备的保湿化妆品。
阴性对照:去离子水。
受试者:共30人,男0人,女30人,年龄18-40岁,符合受试者志愿入选标准。
斑贴方法:选用合格的斑试器,以封闭式斑贴试验方法,将受试物和阴性对照约0.025mL滴于斑试器内,外用专用胶带贴敷于受试者背部,24h后去除受试物,分别去除后0.5、24、48h观察皮肤反应,按《化妆品卫生规范》(2007年版)中皮肤反应分级标准记录其结果。试验结果见表1:

人体皮肤斑贴试验结果显示:30人中0例出现皮肤不良反应;说明本发明的保湿化妆品使用安全,使用实施例2-3、对比例1-3所得到的保湿化妆品按上述方法进行人体皮肤斑贴试验,均获得了与上述试验结果相类似的试验结果。但是,对比例1中2人在使用后在24h内出现了2级皮肤反应,1人在使用后在48h内出现了3级皮肤反应。
测试例2皮肤保湿性试验
按照自愿原则选取30名年龄在18-42岁的女性志愿者,随机分为6组,每组5人,分别为实施例1-3、对比例1-3组,试验期间不涂抹任何与试验无关的药物或者化妆品,受试者两侧脸部使用样品,样品组使用实施例1-3和对比例1-3制得的保湿化妆品。早晚各一次,共15天,测试前,受试者用洁净水清洗测试部位,擦干后暴露测试部位,静坐20min,使用CM825皮肤水分测试探头测试试验部位的角质层含水量,取5次平均值,在试验开始前进行角质层含水量,在第15天使用样品后1h,测试测试受试者的角质层含水量,计算皮肤含水量变化率(%)。
皮肤含水量变化率(%)=(使用后含水量-使用前含水量)/使用前含水量×100%结果见表2。

由上表可知,本发明实施例1-3制得的保湿化妆品具有良好的保湿效果。
测试例3
选择35名试用者,随机分为7组,每组5人,用数字1-10表示实施例1-3和对比例1-3制得的保湿化妆品以及市售同类产品的过敏、滋润度和保湿度感官评价的评分标准,数字越大,分别表示乳液的滋润度和保湿度越好,每天早晚涂抹1次,每次2mL,持续1个月,试验结束后打分,取总分的平均值为每组得分。
结果见表2。

由上表可知,本发明实施例1-3制得的保湿化妆品经过20人正常使用过程中均未出现过敏反应。全部试验者表示,实施例1-3制得的保湿化妆品具有很好的保湿、滋润效果,具有一定的嫩肤效果,使用后皮肤没有出现干燥现象。
以上所述仅为本发明的较佳实施例而已,并不用以限制本发明,凡在本发明的精神和原则之内,所作的任何修改、等同替换、改进等,均应包含在本发明的保护范围之内。

1.一种保湿剂,其特征在于,具有如式I所示结构:
2.一种如权利要求1所述保湿剂的制备方法,其特征在于,将水杨酸和鞣花酸发生酯化反应,制得保湿剂。
3.根据权利要求2所述的制备方法,其特征在于,所述水杨酸和鞣花酸的摩尔比为4-4.1:1。
4.根据权利要求2所述的制备方法,其特征在于,所述酯化反应的催化剂为浓硫酸,加热的温度为150-170℃,时间为5-7h。
5.根据权利要求2所述的制备方法,其特征在于,具体包括以下步骤:将4-4.1摩尔当量的水杨酸和1摩尔当量的鞣花酸溶于甲苯中,滴加浓硫酸,加热至150-170℃,搅拌回流反应5-7h,加入等体积的饱和碳酸氢钠溶液,过滤,清水洗涤,干燥,制得保湿剂。
6.一种如权利要求1所述保湿剂在制备化妆品中的应用。
7.一种保湿化妆品,其特征在于,由以下原料按重量份制备而成:水解透明质酸钠2-5份、甜菜碱1-4份、甘油2-6份、1,3-丁二醇2-6份、泛醇0.05-0.5份、卡波姆0.05-0.5份、精氨酸0.05-0.5份、香精0.01-0.03份、权利要求1所述保湿剂5-7份和水70-90份。
8.一种如权利要求7所述保湿化妆品的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)将水、水解透明质酸钠、甜菜碱、甘油、1,3-丁二醇、泛醇加热混合,搅拌均匀;
(2)向步骤(1)体系中加入卡波姆和精氨酸,搅拌均匀;
(3)降温,向步骤(2)体系中加入保湿剂和香精,搅拌混合均匀后,均质,冷却至室温,制得保湿化妆品。
9.根据权利要求8所述的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤(1)中所述加热的温度为70-80℃。
10.根据权利要求8所述的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤(2)中所述降温的温度降至40-50℃,所述均质的转速为7000-8000r/min,时间为3-5min。
