As shown in fig. 1, the present invention provides a live interaction method, including:
step S1, responding to a second killing request for receiving at least one target commodity in a live broadcasting process of a preset live broadcasting room;
s2, inputting basic information of the target commodity and information related to the second killing attribute of the target commodity, outputting the target commodity containing second killing interaction information and generating second killing commodity information; basic information such as commodity details, commodity numbers and the like, and second killing attribute related information such as daily prices, second killing duration, second killing start time, second killing end time, limited purchase quantity and the like.
Step S3, displaying the second killing commodity on the preset live broadcasting room interface in the second killing process of the preset live broadcasting room, transmitting the second killing commodity to a user side interface of a live broadcasting audience in the preset live broadcasting room for a user to finish second killing interactive operation, outputting a second killing result and monitoring the movable inventory of the second killing commodity; in this embodiment, the second killing commodity displayed on the interface of the live broadcasting room is consistent with the second killing commodity displayed on the user terminal.
Step S4, creating SKU inventory data of the second killing commodities to form unique identification information, wherein each second killing commodity corresponds to a plurality of SKU inventory objects, and the unique identification information at least comprises basic attributes and sales attributes; basic attributes such as commodity pictures, commodity names and the like, sales attributes are SKU attributes, one commodity has a plurality of SKU attributes, and each SKU attribute has a plurality of attribute values. A sku attribute can determine the inventory and price of the commodity. The composition of the sku is generated by combining a plurality of sku attributes and their sku attribute options. Such as shirt a, black, L code.
Step S5, in the second killing process of the preset live broadcasting room, presetting a movable inventory monitoring rule for the second killed commodity, and judging whether the current movable inventory of the SKU inventory object is smaller than a rule preset value or not based on the movable inventory monitoring rule;
and S6, triggering prompt information when the movable inventory monitoring rule is met, receiving and executing an automatic inventory supplementing instruction, and updating the second commodity killing information displayed on the interface of the preset live broadcasting room to a user side.
As will be appreciated by those skilled in the art, referring to fig. 2-3, the rule for monitoring the movable inventory is preset in advance in the background of the preset live broadcasting room, and as shown in fig. 4, in the second killing process, the remaining movable inventory of the commodity is monitored according to the preset rule, and in the live broadcasting process, the rule meeting will be subjected to page inventory-supplementing prompt on a certain plug-in commodity list. As shown in fig. 5, the products meeting the shortage of the remaining inventory can be prompted in the preset live plug-in product list, and the user can quickly supplement the active inventory through the one-key inventory supplement function of the preset live plug-in. According to the embodiment, the remaining movable inventory of the commodities in all second kills in the operation living broadcast room is monitored according to the preset rule in the background in advance, the early warning prompt of the system on the commodities with insufficient movable inventory is technically realized, the function of supporting one-key batch inventory replenishment of users is supported, and the management efficiency of living broadcast operation is greatly improved. Meanwhile, each SKU inventory is supplemented through an automatic algorithm, commodity inventory of the live broadcast page is refreshed according to the monitoring frequency, price change of killing commodities in seconds in a live broadcast room is avoided, and user experience sense and success conversion rate are improved.
In the step S3, in the second killing process of the preset live broadcasting room, displaying the second killing commodity on the preset live broadcasting room interface, transmitting the second killing commodity to a user terminal interface of a live broadcasting audience in the preset live broadcasting room for a user to complete second killing interaction operation, outputting a second killing result, and monitoring a movable inventory of the second killing commodity further comprises:
invoking the second commodity killing preset movable inventory monitoring rule according to a preset monitoring frequency;
judging whether the second killing interaction operation is successful, and generating an order and entering order processing service when the second killing operation is successful;
and synchronously updating the residual quantity and the movable inventory of the SKU commodity according to the successful amount of the second commodity killing.
In this embodiment, the rule for monitoring the movable inventory is preset, that is, the rule for rapidly supplementing the inventory by SKU is preset, for example, the frequency of monitoring the movable inventory is once 30 seconds. When the movable inventory under the second killing commodity is lower than a preset value, the system prompts on the plug-in page; when the user executes the one-key inventory supplement, the system executes according to the rule, and when the inventory is left in the live broadcasting room and is less than the added value, the system adds according to the remaining inventory of the store where the live broadcasting room is located.
Further, in this embodiment, SKU information of the second-killing commodity is used as related information of the commodity, and the commodity information is modified at the same time. And directly deleting all SKU information of the commodity, and then adding again. This results in the ID in the commodity SKU being modified, which can lead to a problem of failure of the original ID due to the association of the ID of the commodity SKU in the shopping cart and the order commodity. In this embodiment, under the condition of being appointed with the front end, the new added commodity SKU information does not transmit an ID, the commodity SKU information to be modified transmits an ID, and the deleted direct SKU information is not transmitted. And then determining the SKU information needing to be added, modified and deleted according to the input SKU information, so that the ID of the original commodity SKU is not changed when the commodity SKU information is updated, and the specific flow is as follows.
Creating SKU inventory data of the second-killing articles in step S4 to form unique identification information, where each second-killing article corresponds to a plurality of SKU inventory objects, and further includes:
acquiring an original SKU inventory list of the second commodity, wherein the SKU inventory list at least comprises SPU/SKU ID;
screening out the SKU to be newly added from the SKU inventory list when the ID is empty;
when at least one ID is screened out, the SKU to be modified is obtained from the SKU inventory list;
when the original SKU is converted into the modified SKU, the SKU inventory list to be deleted is summarized, and the SKU inventory list is subjected to new adding, modifying and deleting operations.
Those skilled in the art will appreciate that SPU (Standard Product Unit) refers to standard commodity units, the smallest unit of commodity information aggregation, is a set of reusable, easily retrievable standardized information that describes the characteristics of a commodity; SKU (Stock Keeping Unit) stock quantity units are physically indistinct minimum stock units. For example: for example, there are now apparel items of shirt a, which have different properties, such as black and gray, and L, XL, S and M sizes. In this case, shirt A is an SPU and shirt A black L is a SKU. One second kills the commodity SKU, representing the sub-entity formed by some combination of attribute values of several SKU attributes associated with the commodity.
Further, if we want to store some attributes in the database that are not fixed in format, it can be stored in JSON. For modification of the association attribute, modification without changing the original ID may be implemented by some logic operation. Creating SKU inventory data of the second-killing articles in step S4 to form unique identification information, where each second-killing article corresponds to a plurality of SKU inventory objects, and further includes:
if the sales attribute of the second killing commodity is dynamic, storing SKU inventory by adopting a JSON format;
determining associations of the second killing feature with a plurality of the SKU inventory, synchronizing modification of the SKU inventory while modifying the second killing feature;
wherein, the sales attribute at least comprises commodity specifications, such as color, size and the like of the second killing commodity.
Creating SKU inventory data for the second-kill item in step S4 to form unique identification information includes:
when the SKU is generated, acquiring historical SKU list data of the second commodity killing products, and defining a key value of each SKU;
if the user hits the existing data of the SKU inventory, submitting the corresponding SKU ID to the ordering service;
traversing the specification major class, the current accumulated specification combination and the current specification value when the SKU is re-created, and splicing the current specification value with the accumulated specification;
and searching the newly generated key value in the historical SKU data, and multiplexing the original data when the same key value is found.
As can be appreciated by those skilled in the art, the preset active inventory monitoring rule for the second killing commodity in this embodiment at least includes operation settings for commodity specification options in the interface display: 1. adding or deleting specific options of the attribute affects the number of the attribute options, and needs to be inserted or deleted at a proper position in the SKU list. 2. Adding and deleting attributes affects the number of layers of data, namely, all the current SKU option combinations are not up to date and need to be emptied and recombined. For example, the original attribute type has only color, size and style, a set of package attributes is now added, all SKU combinations before that need to be recombined with packages, and the previously configured inventory data is also invalidated. In order to reduce the complexity of the design, the following scheme is adopted: regardless of the type of operation, the logic of the re-combination generation is performed in unison. When SKU generates concrete implementation, the problem is abstracted as: and (5) solving the full permutation and combination of the commodity specification list. This process is a typical tree structure that requires traversing to each leaf of the tree, and eventually collecting the leaves. With recursive or cyclic solution, the data in the SKU list is regenerated each time, but for the content data which has been configured before, such as the stock quantity, the SKU combination needs to be kept before and after regeneration without change, or the data is lost completely, so a key is defined for each SKU data when creating, and the character string formed by splicing the option values contained in the key is spliced. For example, for a SKU with an option combination of [ black, L ], the [ black, L ] is used as a unique key mark, when the SKU is recreated, the new key is carried to be searched in the old SKU data, and if the new key can be found, the original data is multiplexed, so that the loss of the original data coverage caused by the recreating is avoided. When the SKU is queried, the detail page of the commodity is killed in seconds, which SKU combinations are in a stock shortage state can be pre-judged according to the specification value selected by the user currently, and the corresponding buttons are gray in advance. The embodiment adopts a back-end-based scheme, and the creation, the inquiry and the storage of the SKU are completed by the back-end. Each operation can be regarded as a form submission to the back end, and only the necessary operation information is submitted, the back end processing is completed, and the final result needed by the front end is returned. The advantage of this solution is that the real-time nature of the inventory data is good.
In the step S5, in the second killing process of the preset live broadcasting room, presetting a movable inventory monitoring rule for the second killed commodity, and determining whether the current movable inventory of the SKU inventory object is smaller than a rule preset value based on the movable inventory monitoring rule includes:
outputting at least one SKU inventory object on a plug-in page and generating prompt information of a commodity list meeting the monitoring rule when the current movable inventory of the SKU inventory object is smaller than a rule preset value;
and when the current movable inventory of the SKU inventory object is larger than or equal to a rule preset value, responding to receiving an instruction for supplementing inventory, identifying the SKU inventory object based on the SKU inventory data of the second-killing commodity and automatically supplementing the movable inventory of the SKU inventory object.
As shown in fig. 6, in the step S6, when the movable inventory monitoring rule is satisfied, a prompt message is triggered, an automatic inventory replenishment instruction is received and executed, and updating the second commodity killing information displayed on the preset live broadcasting room interface to the user terminal includes:
triggering an inventory replenishment popup window on a commodity inventory setting interface, and highlighting SKU commodities with the remaining inventory being greater than 0 and the remaining quantity of the movable inventory meeting the movable inventory monitoring rule; at this time, the commodity changing and storing setting page displays the remaining and moving commodities. The added movable stock quantity has the maximum limit, and when the movable stock is added, the stock quantity can be input, and the batch application or the one-key stock compensation button can be clicked.
A one-key inventory supplementing instruction is sent, and the movable inventory of the SKU commodity is added according to the movable inventory monitoring rule;
when the movable inventory of the SKU commodity is smaller than or equal to a first movable inventory preset value, supplementing the residual quantity of the SKU commodity into the movable inventory of the SKU commodity to reach a second movable inventory preset value;
if the residual quantity displayed by the SKU commodity is insufficient, adding the residual quantity of all the SKU commodity when the movable inventory corresponding to the SKU commodity is added;
wherein the second movable inventory preset value is greater than the first movable inventory preset value.
It can be understood by those skilled in the art that, in the specific implementation of this embodiment, a plug-in commodity list is obtained, a stock monitoring rule is called once for 30s of the commodity killed in seconds, the stock monitoring rule is satisfied when the stock of the sku activity is judged to be remained under the commodity killed in seconds at present, and the stock monitoring rule (stock) preset in the background is satisfied when the stock of the sku is not sufficient, for example, the stock of a live broadcasting room such as a trembling shop is greater than 0 cut. Clicking the inventory button opens the restocking popup window and highlights the sku items with item remaining greater than 0 and the active remaining meeting inventory monitoring rules. Clicking an interface one-key inventory supplement key: adding the movable inventory according to the inventory monitoring rules. The current sku commodity satisfies inventory monitoring rules, such as: the residual quantity of the sku commodity is 10, the residual quantity of the movable stock is 2, the cmi preset rule is that when the quantity of the movable stock is less than or equal to 3, the quantity of the supplementary stock is 5, and the quantity of the added movable stock is 3. And if the remaining goods are not enough and the movable inventory needs to be added, adding the remaining goods.
