Summary of the application
Because the channels through which the user recommends the product are various, and the viewing mode of the user on the product may be on-line or off-line, confusion is easily caused in identifying the channel to which the user belongs when viewing the product.
For example, in the field of renting and selling a property, when a user looks at a house with a complex relationship among a plurality of parties such as a consultant, a broker, a user and the like, the looking-at mode may be off-line or on-line, and mistakes are easily caused in the assignment of the home channel of the user and the protection period of the home channel. Therefore, how to accurately identify the channel attribution of the user and accurately calculate the protection period is a problem to be solved.
Exemplary System
Fig. 1 illustrates an exemplary system architecture 100 to which a user channel attribution identification method, or user channel attribution identification apparatus, of embodiments of the present disclosure may be applied.
As shown in fig. 1, a system architecture 100 may include a terminal device 101, a network 102, and a server 103. Network 102 is a medium used to provide communication links between terminal device 101 and server 103. Network 102 may include various connection types such as wired, wireless communication links, or fiber optic cables, among others.
A user may interact with the server 103 via the network 102 using the terminal device 101 to receive or send messages or the like. The terminal device 101 may have various communication client applications installed thereon, such as a search class application, a web browser application, a shopping class application, an instant messaging tool, and the like.
The terminal device 101 may be various electronic devices including, but not limited to, mobile terminals such as mobile phones, notebook computers, digital broadcast receivers, PDAs (personal digital assistants), PADs (tablet computers), PMPs (portable multimedia players), in-vehicle terminals (e.g., in-vehicle navigation terminals), and the like, and fixed terminals such as digital TVs, desktop computers, and the like.
The server 103 may be a server providing various services, such as a background server managing viewing operations initiated by the terminal device 101. The background server can analyze the checking operation of the user and determine the channel, the protection type and the protection period to which the user belongs.
It should be noted that, the method for identifying the attribution of the user channel provided in the embodiment of the present disclosure may be executed by the server 103 or may be executed by the terminal device 101, and accordingly, the device for identifying the attribution of the user channel may be set in the server 103 or may be set in the terminal device 101.
It should be understood that the number of terminal devices, networks and servers in fig. 1 is merely illustrative. There may be any number of terminal devices, networks, and servers, as desired for implementation. For example, in the case where information such as an originating source, a protection type, a protection period, etc. does not need to be acquired from a remote location, the system architecture described above may not include a network but only a server or a terminal device.
Exemplary method
Fig. 2 is a flow chart of a user channel attribution identification method according to an exemplary embodiment of the present disclosure. The present embodiment is applicable to an electronic device (such as the terminal device 101 or the server 103 shown in fig. 1), and as shown in fig. 2, the method includes the steps of:
in step 201, an originating source of a user initiating a viewing operation for a target product is determined.
In this embodiment, the electronic device may determine an origin of initiation of a user initiating a viewing operation for the target product. The target product is a product currently viewed by the user, and also can be a product once viewed by the user. The type of target product may be various, such as a house, an automobile, etc. The target product can be a physical product or a virtual product.
The viewing operation may be performed either online or offline. For example, when a user performs an online viewing operation, VR techniques may be employed for viewing.
The originating source may be the channel through which the user actually initiates the viewing operation. For example, if the user initiates the operation by browsing the web page, clicking on the application program, clicking on the link, etc., the initiation source may be determined to be the user's spontaneous initiation. If the user is brought into the viewing operation by other people, the originating source can be a channel to which the person to be brought into the user for viewing belongs.
As an example, when the target product is a house, if a broker shares a VR with a link to a user, the user enters a VR scene viewed through the link, and the origin is determined to be a channel corresponding to the broker.
Optionally, a series of decisions about the source of the user's initiation is typically required to record the user's viewing operation before the user initiates the viewing operation. For example, it may first be determined whether the initiator of the request to initiate the viewing operation is the user himself, and if so, the viewing scenario may be entered directly. If not, determining whether the user is ready and whether the current time is in the ready-to-report protection period, and if the user is ready and in the ready-to-report protection period, only the ready-to-report channel can initiate a viewing request. And whether the user views for the first time or not can be judged, and if so, the viewing request must be initiated by the backup channel.
Step 202, determining an initial protection type and an initial protection period of a user.
In this embodiment, the electronic device may determine the initial protection type and the initial protection period of the user. Wherein the initial protection type corresponds to at least one channel. The initial protection type may include, but is not limited to, at least one of: newspaper backup protection, online view protection, visit protection, transaction protection, no protection and the like.
The report protection refers to a protection mode that the user information is reported and prepared in advance by other channels besides the user, so that the user belongs to the channel. The online view protection refers to a protection mode of attributing a channel through which a user initiates a view operation to a channel through which spontaneous initiation passes. The visit protection refers to a protection mode of attributing a channel from which a user initiates a viewing operation to a channel through which a visit is offline. The deal protection refers to a protection mode that a user has obtained a target product and belongs a channel from which a viewing operation is initiated to a target channel (for example, an original channel). The unprotected mode means that the user initiates the checking operation for the first time or the checking operation of the user has passed the protection period.
Each of the protection types described above may correspond to at least one channel. For example, the stock protection may correspond to an intermediary channel, a self-built channel of a product provider, a customer tool channel, and so on. The online view protection and the visit protection correspond to channels in which the user spontaneously initiates a view operation. The deal protection corresponds to the channel through which the product is placed at the time of deal.
The guard period refers to the period during which the same user must attribute his viewing operation to the target channel. For example, the protection type is a backup protection, and the corresponding is the intermediary channel a, and in a normal case, in a protection period of the backup protection, the current checking operation of the user belongs to the original intermediary channel a. For another example, the protection type is online viewing protection, and the user attributes the protection type to a default channel (e.g., a product provider self-created channel) when viewing operation is performed in the corresponding protection period.
In general, each protection type may correspond to one protection period, and the protection periods corresponding to the various protection types may be the same or different.
Step 203, determining the channel to which the user belongs currently based on the initial protection type, the initial protection period and the initiation source.
In this embodiment, the electronic device may determine the channel to which the user is currently affiliated based on the initial protection type, the initial protection period, and the initiation source.
As an example, if the initial protection type is backup protection, the initial protection period is a backup protection period, an original channel with a source of backup is initiated, and if the viewing operation of the user is in the backup protection period, the viewing operation of the user can be attributed to the original channel. If the source of the initiation is the spontaneous initiation of the user, the viewing operation of the user can be attributed to the default channel.
Step 204, determining the current protection period and the current protection type corresponding to the channel based on the preset protection configuration information.
In this embodiment, the electronic device may determine, based on preset protection configuration information, a current protection period and a current protection type corresponding to a channel to which the user currently belongs.
The protection configuration information may be pre-configured in a customized manner, and the protection configuration information may include protection period configuration information and protection type configuration information. For example, if the user is the first to spontaneously initiate an online viewing operation, i.e., the initial protection period in step 202 is unprotected, the current protection type of the user is determined to be the online viewing protection according to the protection type configuration information. If the protection type configuration information indicates that the on-line view is equivalent to the off-line visited view, the current protection type of the user is determined to be the visited protection.
The current guard period may then be updated based on the guard period configuration information. For example, the guard period configuration information may indicate that the original guard period is maintained, or that the guard period is reset starting from the current time.
It should be appreciated that when the user initiates the viewing operation again, the current protection type and the current protection period determined in step 204 are the initial protection type and the initial protection period when the viewing operation is initiated again.
According to the method provided by the embodiment of the disclosure, the source, the initial protection period type and the initial protection period of the user for initiating the checking operation of the target product are determined, the channel to which the user belongs currently is determined according to the source, the initial protection period type and the initial protection period, and finally the current protection period and the current protection type corresponding to the channel are determined based on the preset protection configuration information, so that the channel attribution identification and protection period calculation for the checking operation of the user are automatically realized, and the checking operation of the user is managed more efficiently and accurately.
In some alternative implementations, as shown in fig. 3, step 203 may include the following sub-steps:
in response to determining that the initial protection type is backup protection and the current time is within the initial protection period, a preconfigured channel identification mode is determined, step 2031.
The report protection refers to a protection mode that the user information is reported and prepared in advance by other channels besides the user, so that the user belongs to the channel. In general, if the user does not initiate the viewing operation spontaneously, but is guided by another channel to initiate the viewing operation, a pre-report is required to make the user establish an association with the channel. In an initial protection period (which may be referred to as a backup protection period) corresponding to the backup protection, channels other than the channel associated with the channel cannot be attributed to the user.
The channel identification mode is a preconfigured mode for identifying the channel to which the user belongs. The channel-identification means may include at least one. For example, the channel identification mode may include a visit preparation and a report preparation, where the visit preparation is to use a channel through which the user actually initiates the checking operation this time as a channel to which the user currently belongs, and the report preparation is to use a channel to which the user is to be previously reported as a channel to which the user currently belongs.
Step 2032, determining the channel currently attributed to the user according to the channel identification mode based on the initiation source.
As an example, if the source of the initiation is spontaneous initiation of the user and the channel identification mode is based on the report, the channel to which the user currently belongs may be determined as the original report channel. If the source of the initiation is spontaneous initiation of the user and the channel identification mode is based on the actual channel, the channel to which the user belongs currently can be determined as the channel through which the source of the initiation passes.
The method provided by the corresponding embodiment of fig. 3 can set the channel identification mode according to the actual application scene in the report protection period, thereby being beneficial to improving the flexibility of determining the channel to which the user belongs currently.
In some alternative implementations, step 2032 above may be performed as follows:
And determining a channel to which the user belongs currently based on the backup channel and the initiating source corresponding to the backup protection in response to determining that the channel identification mode is the first mode.
The first mode may also be called reporting, that is, a mode of identifying channel attribution based on information pre-reported by a user.
As an example, the preparation may be configured such that if a channel already prepares a user, the user is assigned to the channel, other channels may not prepare the user, or other channels may prepare the user but are subject to the channel that was first prepared. When the user's viewing operation is subjected to attribution channel confirmation, the user is attributed to the channel of the report no matter what channel the user's initiating source passes through.
The user channel attribution identification is carried out in the first mode, and channel attribution identification can be carried out on the basis of the backup channel under the condition that the backup channel of the user is carried out in advance, so that the backup identification is more targeted, and the backup identification efficiency is improved.
In some optional implementations, the electronic device may determine, based on the backup channel and the initiation source corresponding to the backup protection, a channel to which the user currently belongs according to the following steps:
And in response to determining that the initiating source does not initiate spontaneously for the user, determining the backup channel as the channel to which the user currently belongs.
For example, when a user enters a channel that is viewed online, not the user is spontaneous, but other channels, then the channel to which the user belongs is maintained unchanged. In general, when a user is guided by others to watch, the user is not initiated to watch, but needs to be assisted by others, and at the moment, the attribution channel of the user is maintained as a backup channel, so that the confusion of attribution identification of the user channel can be avoided.
And in response to determining that the initiating source is spontaneous initiation of the user and the backup channel is a third-party channel, determining a preset channel as a channel to which the user is currently belonged.
The third-party channel is a channel which is not initiated by a user spontaneously, and is also a channel built by a provider of the non-target product, for example, an intermediary channel can be returned to be the third-party channel. In general, when a user spontaneously initiates a viewing operation but has a backup channel, the user can be considered to not want to view a target product through other channels, and at this time, the channel to which the user belongs can be determined as a preset channel according to a preset rule, so that the user will be automatically judged, and the flexibility of identifying the belonging channel can be improved. The preset channel may be any channel, for example, a channel built by the provider of the target product.
The two scenes of determining the channel to which the user belongs currently can be provided, and the channel attribution will of the user can be automatically judged, so that the flexibility of channel identification is improved, and the method and the device are beneficial to the provider of the target product to manage the third-party channel more effectively.
In some alternative implementations, step 2032 above may be performed as follows:
and in response to determining that the channel identification mode is the second mode, determining the channel corresponding to the initiating source as the channel to which the user currently belongs.
The second mode may be called as visited system, that is, a mode of identifying channel attribution based on the channel through which the user actually enters the view scene. The channels corresponding to the source of the user's initiation may generally include a variety of channels, such as a self-created channel of the provider of the target product, a podcast tool channel, and the like. In general, the guest-rubbing tool channel comprises a plurality of sub-channels, and when determining the channel to which the user belongs currently, the sub-channels (such as sharing through application programs, recommending through others and the like) through which the user performs the checking operation can be determined, so that the belonging channel of the user is more specific, and the accuracy of channel identification is improved.
The user channel attribution identification is carried out in the second mode, the user attribution channel identification can be accurately carried out based on the fact that the user actually enters and checks the channel through, channel identification modes are enriched, and channel identification accuracy is improved.
In some alternative implementations, step 203 may be performed as follows:
and setting the channel to which the user belongs currently as a preset channel in response to the fact that the protection type is not backup protection and/or the user is not currently in an initial protection period and the source of the initiation is spontaneous initiation of the user.
The preset channel is usually a default channel, and can be preconfigured. For example, the default channel may be set as a certain self-established channel of the provider of the target product.
As an example, when a user spontaneously initiates a view operation for the first time, the user is neither on stock nor in any guard period, at which point the user may be attributed to a default channel. When the user reports the backup in history but the backup protection period is passed, the channel of the original backup can be disabled and the user is assigned to the default channel.
According to the method and the device, when the user spontaneously initiates the checking operation, the attribution channel of the user is determined to be the preset channel under the condition that the user is not protected, so that the user is automatically allocated with one channel, and the user channel can be quickly identified when the subsequent user performs the checking operation again.
In some alternative implementations, step 204 may include at least one of the following sub-steps:
and step one, in response to determining that the protection configuration information indicates to recalculate the protection period, taking the current checking time as a starting point, and prolonging the initial protection period by a preset time length to obtain the current protection period.
In general, the protection configuration information may include protection period configuration information, which may be preconfigured. For example, when the protection period configuration information is configured to recalculate the protection period, the initial protection period is extended by a preset duration with the current checking time as a starting point, so as to obtain the current protection period. Optionally, when the protection period configuration information is configured to maintain the original protection period, the current protection period is the initial protection period.
And a second sub-step of determining the preset type as the current protection type in response to determining that the initial protection type is the target type and the protection configuration information indicates that the target type is equal to the preset type.
In some scenarios, it is desirable to equate one protection type with another, so as to facilitate management of channels to which users belong. For example, the online viewing protection may be equivalent to the visited protection, and when the user performs online viewing by VR or the like, the type of protection at this time may be determined as the visited protection.
The method and the device realize the pre-configuration of the updating mode of the protection period and the determining mode of the protection type, so that the protection type and the protection period can be updated more flexibly, and the flexibility of channel attribution identification of a user is improved.
Exemplary apparatus
Fig. 4 is a schematic structural diagram of a subscriber channel attribution recognizing apparatus according to an exemplary embodiment of the present disclosure. The embodiment can be applied to an electronic device, as shown in fig. 4, where the user channel attribution identifying device includes: a first determining module 401, configured to determine an initiation source of a user initiating a viewing operation for a target product; a second determining module 402, configured to determine an initial protection type and an initial protection period of the user, where the initial protection type corresponds to at least one channel; a third determining module 403, configured to determine a channel to which the user currently belongs based on the initial protection type, the initial protection period, and the initiation source; a fourth determining module 404, configured to determine a current protection period and a current protection type corresponding to the channel based on the preset protection configuration information.
In this embodiment, the first determination module 401 may determine an originating source of a user that initiates a viewing operation for a target product.
In this embodiment, the second determining module 402 may determine the initial protection type and the initial protection period of the user.
In this embodiment, the third determining module 403 may determine the channel to which the user is currently belonged based on the initial protection type, the initial protection period, and the initiation source.
In this embodiment, the fourth determining module 404 may determine, based on the preset protection configuration information, a current protection period and a current protection type corresponding to a channel to which the user currently belongs.
Referring to fig. 5, fig. 5 is a schematic structural view of a subscriber channel attribution recognizing apparatus according to another exemplary embodiment of the present disclosure.
In some alternative implementations, the third determining module 403 includes: a first determining unit 4031, configured to determine a preconfigured channel identification mode in response to determining that the initial protection type is backup protection and the current time is within an initial protection period; a second determining unit 4032, configured to determine, based on the originating source, a channel currently attributed to the user according to the channel identification manner.
In some alternative implementations, the second determining unit 4032 includes: the first determining subunit 40321 is configured to determine, in response to determining that the channel identification manner is the first manner, a channel to which the user currently belongs based on the backup channel and the initiation source corresponding to the backup protection.
In some alternative implementations, the first determining subunit 40321 is further configured to: responding to the determination that the initiating source does not initiate spontaneously for the user, and determining the backup channel as the channel to which the user belongs currently; and in response to determining that the initiating source is spontaneous initiation of the user and the backup channel is a third-party channel, determining a preset channel as a channel to which the user is currently belonged.
In some alternative implementations, the second determining unit 4032 includes: and the second determining subunit 40322 is configured to determine, in response to determining that the channel identification manner is the second manner, a channel corresponding to the initiation source as a channel currently attributed to the user.
In some alternative implementations, the third determining module 403 is further configured to: and the channel which is used for responding to the fact that the protection type is not the backup protection and/or the user is not in the initial protection period currently, and the source of the initiation is spontaneous initiation of the user, and the channel which the user belongs to currently is set as a preset channel.
In some alternative implementations, the fourth determination module 404 includes: a calculating unit 4041, configured to, in response to determining that the protection configuration information indicates recalculating the protection period, extend the initial protection period by a preset duration with the current viewing time as a starting point, and obtain a current protection period; and/or, the third determining unit 4042 is configured to determine the preset type as the current protection type in response to determining that the initial protection type is the target type and the protection configuration information indicates that the target type is equal to the preset type.
According to the user channel attribution identification device provided by the embodiment of the disclosure, through determining the initiating source, the initial protection period type and the initial protection period of the user initiating the checking operation on the target product, determining the channel to which the user currently belongs according to the initiating source, the initial protection period type and the initial protection period, and finally determining the current protection period and the current protection type corresponding to the channel based on the preset protection configuration information, the channel attribution identification and the protection period calculation are automatically performed on the checking operation of the user, and the checking operation of the user is more efficiently and accurately managed.
