Detailed Description
In order that the above objects, features and advantages of the present application may be more clearly understood, a further description of the aspects of the present application will be provided below. It should be noted that, in the case of no conflict, the embodiments of the present application and the features in the embodiments may be combined with each other.
In the following description, numerous specific details are set forth in order to provide a thorough understanding of the present application, but the present application may be practiced otherwise than as described herein; it will be apparent that the embodiments in the specification are only some, but not all, embodiments of the application.
Fig. 1 shows a schematic diagram of a system architecture of an exemplary application environment to which a content pushing method of an embodiment of the present application may be applied.
As shown in fig. 1, system architecture 100 may include one or more of terminal device 101, terminal device 102, terminal device 103, network 104, and server 105. The network 104 is a medium used to provide communication links between the terminal device 101, the terminal device 102, the terminal device 103, and the server 105. The network 104 may include various connection types, such as wired, wireless communication links, or fiber optic cables, among others. Terminal device 101, terminal device 102, terminal device 103 may be a variety of electronic devices including, but not limited to, desktop computers, portable computers, smart phones, tablet computers, and the like. It should be understood that the number of terminal devices, networks and servers in fig. 1 is merely illustrative. There may be any number of terminal devices, networks, and servers, as desired for implementation. For example, the server 105 may be a server cluster formed by a plurality of servers.
The content pushing method provided in the embodiments of the present application is generally executed by the server 105, and accordingly, the content pushing device may be disposed in the server 105. For example, each user may select a target knowledge topic of interest from the pre-constructed knowledge topics through the terminal device 101, the terminal device 102, and the terminal device 103, and each user may edit and generate contents under different knowledge topics and send the contents to the server 105. When the server 105 monitors that there is a content update under the target knowledge topic of interest to each user, for example, monitors that other users have newly released content under the target knowledge topic, the server 105 may push update information associated with the updated content to the user.
The embodiment of the application is applicable to the scene of specialized knowledge sharing. For example, each employee within an enterprise may create content under different knowledge topics and may subscribe to a target knowledge topic of interest. If staff A subscribes to a knowledge topic of interest and staff B generates new content under the knowledge topic, update information associated with the new content under the knowledge topic can be pushed to staff A, so that staff A can acquire update information related to the update content of the knowledge topic in time.
Referring to fig. 2, fig. 2 is a flowchart of a content pushing method in an embodiment of the present application, which may include the following steps:
step S210, monitoring whether updated content exists under a target knowledge topic subscribed by a user in advance.
Knowledge topics are topics related to knowledge in a certain aspect, for example, the knowledge topics can be encyclopedia entries and the like, and the knowledge topics can specifically comprise keywords, phrases and the like. The target knowledge topic is a knowledge topic of interest to which the user subscribes.
The user can create a new knowledge topic by a create operation. In creating a knowledge topic, a user may name the knowledge topic and create or associate knowledge content associated with the knowledge topic. Here, the specific categories of knowledge content may be varied. For example, it may be explanatory content (including but not limited to text interpretations, local or cloud documents, etc.) of the knowledge topic, and service providers (including but not limited to people, groups, applets or applications, etc.) related to the knowledge topic. After the user completes the creation of the knowledge topic, the knowledge topic can be submitted to the server. After the server side completes a certain processing procedure, the knowledge topic may be put into a certain database as knowledge of certain users or certain types of users, and used (e.g., consulted, subscribed, etc.) by the users.
Under an existing knowledge topic, a user may publish content related to the knowledge topic. In some embodiments, in response to a content editing operation associated with the knowledge topic, target content may be generated and served as updated content under the knowledge topic. The content editing operation may include, for example, at least one of: a content generating operation under the knowledge theme and an updating operation of the content with association relation with the knowledge theme.
For example, the user may edit and generate new target content under the knowledge topic, that is, establish a new association relationship between the knowledge topic and the target content. Or, the user may modify the content having an association relationship with the knowledge topic to obtain the target content, and at this time, the target content may also be used as the updated content.
The user can directly upload the target content to finish release, or the user firstly carries out auditing by the knowledge topic manager after uploading the target content, and then releases the target content by the knowledge topic manager after the auditing is passed. After publication, the presence of updated content under the knowledge topic may be monitored.
Optionally, the updated content includes: cloud document content. The cloud document may support multi-person online editing, for example, when there is erroneous content in a cloud document created by a certain user, other users may also make editing modifications to the cloud document.
In step S220, in response to detecting that updated content exists under the target knowledge topic, update information associated with the updated content is pushed to the user through the subscription number application.
It will be appreciated that the content under each knowledge topic is typically continuously updated, and thus, in some embodiments, it may be periodically monitored whether updated content exists under a target knowledge topic to which the user has subscribed in advance, so that content of interest to the user can be continuously pushed to the user. In response to monitoring that updated content exists under the target knowledge topic in the current monitoring period, updated information associated with the updated content in the current monitoring period can be pushed to the user through the subscription number application. Assuming that the monitoring period is 1 day, the content pushing time may be 8:00 of each day, and if updated content exists in the previous day, update information associated with the updated content may be pushed to the user through the subscription number application when the 8:00 time arrives. Wherein the update information associated with the updated content may include: updated content itself or information related to updated content, etc.
Wherein the subscription number application may be a push function embedded in the enterprise application. For example, the enterprise application includes a session interface of instant messaging, and update information associated with updated content can be pushed to the user through the subscription number application in the session interface of instant messaging.
In some embodiments, if the number of the target knowledge topics subscribed by the user is multiple, through the subscription number application, updated contents under the multiple target knowledge topics can be classified according to a single target knowledge topic and then aggregated and pushed to the user.
As shown in fig. 3, assume that the target knowledge topics to which the user subscribes include: if the knowledge topic 1 and the knowledge topic 2 have updated contents, the knowledge topic 1 and the knowledge topic 2 can be aggregated and pushed. Specifically, in the content push interface, the same push information may include update information of the knowledge topic 1 and the knowledge topic 2. For example, as shown in FIG. 3, the push information may be presented in the form of a push card. The pushing card may display the knowledge topic 1 and the updated information under the knowledge topic 1 (for example, the updated content itself under the knowledge topic 1 or the information related to the updated content, etc.), and display the knowledge topic 2 and the updated information under the knowledge topic 2. Through classification and aggregation transmission, the user can conveniently check the updated content under each knowledge theme. The user can click on the knowledge topic in the interface and return to the knowledge topic interface, wherein the knowledge topic interface displays content related to the knowledge topic.
In some embodiments, if the number of the target knowledge topics subscribed to by the user is multiple, the updated information associated with the updated content under the multiple target knowledge topics can be pushed to the user through the subscription number application. That is, aggregate pushing may not be performed. In some embodiments, the knowledge topics may be further classified in advance to obtain a plurality of categories, and update information associated with updated content under knowledge topics belonging to different categories may be respectively pushed. Therefore, under the conditions that the number of target knowledge topics subscribed by the user is large and the variety is large, updated contents under knowledge topics of a certain category can be conveniently and quickly checked. Of course, the time for pushing the users respectively can be the same, so that the interference to the users is avoided.
In some embodiments, interaction information for the updated content may also be pushed to the user. For example, in the case that the updated content is cloud document content, interaction information for the cloud document content may also be pushed to the user, where the interaction information includes: the amount of browsing the cloud document, the amount of praise, etc. by the user. For example, in the content push interface shown in fig. 3, the browsing amount and the praise amount of the cloud document corresponding to the title 1 and the title 2 by the user are also displayed.
In some alternative implementations, the interaction information for the updated content may be presented in association with the updated content in a push card.
The content pushing method can support subscription according to knowledge topics (such as encyclopedia vocabulary entries and the like), and users can subscribe to interested target knowledge topics. In the event that updated content exists under the target knowledge topic, updated information associated with the updated content may be pushed to the user through a subscription number application. The user can know the latest content under the interested knowledge topics by subscribing the knowledge topics without browsing and paying attention to the public numbers, so that the user is helped to efficiently acquire the interested knowledge dynamics of the user, and the content acquisition efficiency is improved.
Referring to fig. 4, fig. 4 is a flowchart of a content pushing method according to an embodiment of the present application, which may include the following steps:
in step S310, if the user interface includes a pre-constructed knowledge theme, the knowledge theme is displayed differently from other content in the user interface.
Knowledge topics are topics related to knowledge in a certain aspect, for example, the knowledge topics can be encyclopedia entries and the like, and the knowledge topics can specifically comprise keywords, phrases and the like. For example, within an enterprise, a knowledge topic manager may create a knowledge topic (e.g., a term, etc.) in the background. The knowledge topics can be created by the enterprise internal staff through the foreground, and after the knowledge topics are checked and passed by the knowledge topic manager, the knowledge topics created by the enterprise internal staff take effect, and the knowledge topics can be modified by the knowledge topic manager.
The user interface may be a user interface of an application or a user interface of a file. If a knowledge topic is included in the user interface, each knowledge topic in the user interface may be displayed differently from other content in order to highlight the knowledge topic. For example, the knowledge topics may be bolded, underlined, use different colors, etc. If multiple knowledge topics are included in the user interface, the multiple knowledge topics can be displayed differently from other content. For example, a first knowledge topic may be displayed in red and a second knowledge topic may be displayed in yellow.
Optionally, the user interface includes: a session interface of instant messaging and/or an interface of cloud documents. That is, if a certain knowledge topic appears during the chat process between the user and other users, the knowledge topic can be displayed differently from other contents. Or when a user browses a certain cloud document, if a certain knowledge topic appears in the cloud document, the knowledge topic can be displayed differently from other contents.
Referring to fig. 5, fig. 5 is a schematic view of a display of a user interface according to an embodiment of the present application. Presented in fig. 5 is a user interface of an application used by a user. The application may include an instant messaging module. If a message sent by a user and/or a message received by the user includes a title of a certain knowledge topic during the process of using the instant messaging module by the user, characters corresponding to the title of the knowledge topic are displayed differently from other characters in the session message, for example, an underline, a bold display, etc. may be added to the title of the knowledge topic.
As shown in fig. 5, the session interface of instant messaging includes a knowledge topic 1 and a knowledge topic 2, for example, the knowledge topic 1 and the knowledge topic 2 may be a term 1 and a term 2, respectively, and by adding an underline to the knowledge topic 1, the knowledge topic 2 is bolded for display, so that the knowledge topic 1 and the knowledge topic 2 are displayed differently from other contents in the interface, and the display manners of the knowledge topic 1 and the knowledge topic 2 are also different.
Step S320, in response to the subscription operation for the knowledge topics, subscribing the knowledge topics and determining the subscribed knowledge topics as target knowledge topics.
The user can subscribe to any one or more knowledge topics according to his own interests. In some embodiments, in response to a first operation (e.g., may be a hover operation or a click operation, etc.) for the knowledge topic, a subscription button is displayed; and in response to triggering operation (such as clicking operation and the like) aiming at the subscription button, subscribing the knowledge topics, wherein the knowledge topics subscribed by the user are target knowledge topics.
Optionally, content related to the knowledge topics is displayed in response to a second operation (which may be, for example, a hover operation or a click operation, etc.) directed to the knowledge topics. Wherein the first operation and the second operation may be the same or different. If the first operation and the second operation are the same, the subscription button and content related to the knowledge topic may be displayed in one interface. If the first operation and the second operation are different, the subscription button and the content related to the knowledge topic may be displayed in different interfaces, respectively.
On the basis of fig. 5, if the user performs a first operation on the knowledge topic 1, a knowledge topic interface may be displayed. As shown in fig. 6, a subscription button and content related to the knowledge topic 1 are displayed in the knowledge topic interface. Content related to knowledge topic 1 includes, but is not limited to: paraphrase information of the knowledge topic 1, a link address related to the knowledge topic 1, a cloud document related to the knowledge topic 1, an entry of a service provider related to the knowledge topic 1, etc., the entry of the service provider related to the knowledge topic 1 may include: feedback group of the knowledge topic 1, platform duty number of the knowledge topic 1, external cooperation docking group of the knowledge topic 1, and the like.
Step S330, monitoring whether updated content exists under the target knowledge subject to which the user subscribes in advance.
In step S340, in response to detecting that updated content exists under the target knowledge topic, update information associated with the updated content is pushed to the user through the subscription number application.
The steps S330 to S340 are the same as the steps S210 to S220 in the embodiment of fig. 2, and may be specifically referred to the description in the embodiment of fig. 2, and are not repeated here.
According to the content pushing method, a user can subscribe to one or more target knowledge topics of interest by pre-constructing the knowledge topics (for example, the knowledge topics in an enterprise). When updated content exists under the target knowledge topic, updated information associated with the updated content may be pushed to the user. The user can know the latest content under the target knowledge topic by subscribing the knowledge topic and not browsing and paying attention to each public number, so that the user is helped to efficiently acquire knowledge dynamics interested by the user, and the content acquisition efficiency is improved. In addition, in the enterprise, staff can be motivated to enrich the enterprise knowledge and have high quality through a knowledge topic subscription and pushing mechanism.
