Detailed Description
In order that the above-mentioned objects, features and advantages of the present application may be more clearly understood, the solution of the present application will be further described below. It should be noted that the embodiments and features of the embodiments of the present application may be combined with each other without conflict.
In the following description, numerous specific details are set forth in order to provide a thorough understanding of the present application, but the present application may be practiced in other ways than those described herein; it is to be understood that the embodiments described in this specification are only some embodiments of the present application and not all embodiments.
Fig. 1 is a schematic diagram showing a system architecture of an exemplary application environment to which a content push method of an embodiment of the present application can be applied.
As shown in fig. 1, system architecture 100 may include one or more of terminal device 101, terminal device 102, terminal device 103, network 104, and server 105. Network 104 is the medium used to provide communication links between terminal device 101, terminal device 102, terminal device 103, and server 105. Network 104 may include various connection types, such as wired, wireless communication links, or fiber optic cables, to name a few. The terminal devices 101, 102, 103 may be various electronic devices including, but not limited to, desktop computers, portable computers, smart phones, tablet computers, and the like. It should be understood that the number of terminal devices, networks, and servers in fig. 1 is merely illustrative. There may be any number of terminal devices, networks, and servers, as desired for implementation. For example, server 105 may be a server cluster comprised of multiple servers, or the like.
The content push method provided by the embodiment of the present application is generally executed by the server 105, and accordingly, the content push apparatus may be disposed in the server 105. For example, each user may select an interested target knowledge topic from the pre-constructed knowledge topics through the terminal device 101, the terminal device 102, and the terminal device 103, and each user may further edit and generate contents under different knowledge topics and publish the contents to the server 105. When the server 105 monitors that there is a content update in the target knowledge topic in which each user is interested, for example, monitors that other users newly release content in the target knowledge topic, the server 105 may push update information associated with the updated content to the user.
The embodiment of the application can be applied to scenes of professional knowledge sharing. For example, each employee within a business may create content under different knowledge topics and may subscribe to a target knowledge topic of interest. If the employee A subscribes to a certain interested knowledge theme and the employee B generates new content under the knowledge theme, the update information related to the new content under the knowledge theme can be pushed to the employee A, so that the employee A can conveniently acquire the update information related to the update content of the knowledge theme in time.
Referring to fig. 2, fig. 2 is a flowchart of a content pushing method in an embodiment of the present application, which may include the following steps:
step S210, monitoring whether updated content exists under a target knowledge topic subscribed by the user in advance.
The knowledge topic is a topic related to some aspect of knowledge, and may be, for example, an encyclopedic entry, and the knowledge topic specifically includes a keyword, a phrase, a short sentence, and the like. The target knowledge topic is a knowledge topic of interest to which the user subscribes.
The user may create a new knowledge topic by a create operation. When creating a knowledge topic, a user may name the knowledge topic and create or associate knowledge content associated with the knowledge topic. Here, the specific category of knowledge content may be diverse. For example, there may be explanatory content of the knowledge topic (including but not limited to word explanations, local documents or cloud documents, etc.), service providers (including but not limited to people, groups, applets or applications, etc.) related to the knowledge topic. After the user completes the creation of the knowledge topic, the knowledge topic can be submitted to the server. After the server completes a certain processing flow, the knowledge topic can be put into a certain database as the knowledge of some users or some kind of users, and is used by these users (for example, refer, subscribe, etc.).
Under an existing knowledge topic, a user may publish content related to the knowledge topic. In some embodiments, the target content may be generated in response to a content editing operation associated with the knowledge topic and be the content updated under the knowledge topic. The content editing operations may include, for example, at least one of: the content generation operation under the knowledge topic and the update operation of the content which has an association relation with the knowledge topic.
For example, the user may edit and generate new target content under the knowledge topic, that is, establish a new association relationship between the knowledge topic and the target content. Alternatively, the user may modify the content associated with the knowledge topic to obtain the target content, and in this case, the target content may be used as the updated content.
The user can directly upload the target content to complete the release, or the user firstly passes the verification of the knowledge topic manager after uploading the target content, and then the knowledge topic manager releases the target content after the verification passes. After release, the existence of updated content in the knowledge topic can be monitored.
Optionally, the updated content includes: cloud document content. The cloud document can support multi-user online editing, for example, when error content exists in the cloud document created by a certain user, other users can edit and modify the cloud document.
Step S220, in response to the monitored existence of the updated content under the target knowledge topic, pushing, by the subscription number application, update information associated with the updated content to the user.
It will be appreciated that the content under each knowledge topic is generally continuously updated, and therefore, in some embodiments, whether updated content exists under the target knowledge topic pre-subscribed by the user may be periodically monitored, so that the content of interest to the user can be continuously pushed to the user. In response to the fact that the updated content exists in the target knowledge subject in the current monitoring period, the update information related to the updated content in the current monitoring period can be pushed to the user through the subscription number application. Assuming that the monitoring period is 1 day, the content push time may be 8:00 per day, and if updated content exists in the previous day, update information associated with the updated content may be pushed for the user through the subscription number application when the 8:00 time arrives. Wherein the update information associated with the updated content may include: the updated content itself or information related to the updated content, etc.
The subscription number application may be a push function embedded in the enterprise application. For example, the enterprise application includes a session interface of instant messaging, and update information associated with updated content can be pushed to the user through the subscription number application in the session interface of instant messaging.
In some embodiments, if the number of the target knowledge topics subscribed by the user is multiple, through the subscription number application, the contents updated under the multiple target knowledge topics can be classified according to a single target knowledge topic and then aggregated and pushed to the user.
As shown in fig. 3, assume that the target knowledge topic subscribed by the user includes: knowledge subject 1 and knowledge subject 2, if updated contents exist in both knowledge subject 1 and knowledge subject 2, then knowledge subject 1 and knowledge subject 2 can be pushed together. Specifically, in the content push interface, the same piece of push information may include the update information of the knowledge topic 1 and the knowledge topic 2. For example, as shown in FIG. 3, the push information may be presented in the form of a push card. The push card may display the knowledge topic 1 and the updated information under the knowledge topic 1 (for example, the updated content under the knowledge topic 1 itself, or the information related to the updated content, etc.), and display the knowledge topic 2 and the updated information under the knowledge topic 2. Through classification and aggregate sending, the user can conveniently check the updated content under each knowledge topic. The user can click the knowledge subject in the interface and return to the knowledge subject interface, wherein the knowledge subject interface displays the content related to the knowledge subject.
In some embodiments, if the number of the target knowledge topics subscribed by the user is multiple, the subscription number application may push update information associated with the updated content under the multiple target knowledge topics to the user. That is, the polymerization push may not be performed. In some embodiments, the knowledge topics may also be classified in advance to obtain a plurality of categories, and update information associated with updated content under knowledge topics belonging to different categories may be pushed separately. Therefore, under the condition that the number of the target knowledge topics subscribed by the user is large and the types of the target knowledge topics are large, the updated content under the knowledge topics of a certain type can be conveniently and quickly checked. Certainly, the respective pushing time for the users can be the same, so that interference to the users is avoided.
In some embodiments, interaction information for the updated content may also be pushed to the user. For example, when the updated content is cloud document content, the interaction information for the cloud document content may also be pushed to the user, where the interaction information includes: the amount of browsing, the amount of approval, and the like of the user to the cloud document. For example, the content push interface shown in fig. 3 also displays the browsing amount and the like amount of the user for the cloud documents corresponding to the title 1 and the title 2.
In some optional implementations, the interaction information for the updated content may be presented in the push card in association with the updated content.
The content push method in the embodiment of the application can support subscription according to knowledge topics (such as encyclopedia entries) and users can subscribe interested target knowledge topics. When the situation that updated content exists in the target knowledge theme is monitored, the update information related to the updated content can be pushed to the user through the subscription number application. The user can learn the latest content under the knowledge topic interested by the user by subscribing the knowledge topic without browsing and paying attention to each public number, so that the user is helped to efficiently acquire the knowledge dynamic interested by the user, and the content acquisition efficiency is improved.
Referring to fig. 4, fig. 4 is a flowchart of a content pushing method in an embodiment of the present application, which may include the following steps:
step S310, if the user interface contains the pre-constructed knowledge theme, the knowledge theme is displayed in a distinguishing way with other contents in the user interface.
The knowledge subject is a subject related to some knowledge, for example, the knowledge subject may be an encyclopedia entry, and the knowledge subject may specifically include a keyword, a phrase, a short sentence, and the like. For example, within an enterprise, a knowledge topic administrator may create a knowledge topic (e.g., a term of art, etc.) in the background. The staff in the enterprise can also create the knowledge theme through the foreground, after the administrator of the knowledge theme passes the audit, the knowledge theme created by the staff in the enterprise takes effect, and the administrator of the knowledge theme can also modify the knowledge theme.
The user interface may be a user interface of an application or a user interface of a file. If the knowledge topic is contained in the user interface, each knowledge topic in the user interface can be displayed in a distinguishing way with other contents in order to highlight the knowledge topic. For example, the knowledge topic may be bolded, underlined, using different colors, etc. If the user interface comprises a plurality of knowledge topics, the knowledge topics can be displayed in a distinguishing way besides other contents. For example, knowledge topic one may be displayed in red and knowledge topic two may be displayed in yellow.
Optionally, the user interface includes: a session interface for instant messaging and/or an interface for cloud documents. That is, in the process of chatting between the user and other users, if a certain knowledge topic appears, the knowledge topic can be displayed differently from other contents. Or, when a user browses a certain cloud document, if a certain knowledge topic appears in the cloud document, the knowledge topic can be distinguished from other contents for display.
Referring to fig. 5, fig. 5 is a display diagram of a user interface in an embodiment of the present application. Presented in fig. 5 is a user interface of an application used by a user. The application may include an instant messaging module. In the process of using the instant messaging module by the user, if a message sent by a certain user and/or a message received by the user includes a title of a certain knowledge topic, the text corresponding to the title of the knowledge topic is displayed in a manner of distinguishing from other text in the session message, for example, the title of the knowledge topic can be underlined, bolded and the like.
As shown in fig. 5, the session interface of the instant messaging includes a knowledge topic 1 and a knowledge topic 2, for example, the knowledge topic 1 and the knowledge topic 2 may be a technical noun 1 and a technical noun 2, respectively, by underlining the knowledge topic 1 and bolding the knowledge topic 2, the knowledge topic 1 and the knowledge topic 2 are displayed differently from other contents in the interface, and the display modes of the knowledge topic 1 and the knowledge topic 2 are also different.
Step S320, in response to the subscription operation for the knowledge topic, subscribing to the knowledge topic, and determining the subscribed knowledge topic as the target knowledge topic.
The user can subscribe to any one or more knowledge topics according to own interests. In some embodiments, in response to a first operation on a knowledge topic (which may be, for example, a hover operation or a click operation, etc.), a subscription button is displayed; and in response to a triggering operation (such as a clicking operation and the like) for the subscription button, subscribing the knowledge topic, wherein the knowledge topic subscribed by the user is the target knowledge topic.
Optionally, in response to a second operation (for example, a hovering operation or a clicking operation, etc.) on the knowledge topic, the content related to the knowledge topic is displayed. The first operation and the second operation may be the same or different. If the first operation and the second operation are the same, a subscription button and content related to the knowledge topic can be displayed in one interface. If the first operation and the second operation are different, the subscription button and the content related to the knowledge topic can be respectively displayed in different interfaces.
On the basis of fig. 5, if the user performs the first operation on the knowledge topic 1, a knowledge topic interface may be displayed. As shown in fig. 6, a subscription button and content related to the knowledge topic 1 are displayed in the knowledge topic interface. Content related to knowledge topic 1 includes, but is not limited to: paraphrase information of knowledge topic 1, a link address related to knowledge topic 1, a cloud document related to knowledge topic 1, an entry of a service provider related to knowledge topic 1, etc., the entry of the service provider related to knowledge topic 1 may include: the system comprises a knowledge theme 1 feedback group, a knowledge theme 1 platform duty number, a knowledge theme 1 external cooperation docking group and the like.
Step S330, monitoring whether updated content exists under a target knowledge topic subscribed by the user in advance.
Step S340, in response to the monitored existence of the updated content under the target knowledge topic, pushing update information associated with the updated content to the user through the subscription number application.
The steps S330 to S340 are the same as the steps S210 to S220 in the embodiment of fig. 2, and specific reference may be made to the description in the embodiment of fig. 2, which is not repeated herein.
According to the content pushing method, by constructing knowledge topics in advance (for example, knowledge topics inside enterprises), a user can subscribe one or more target knowledge topics of interest. When it is monitored that updated content exists in the target knowledge topic, update information associated with the updated content can be pushed to the user. The user can learn the latest content under the target knowledge theme by subscribing the knowledge theme without browsing and paying attention to each public number, so that the user is helped to efficiently acquire the knowledge dynamics interested by the user, and the content acquisition efficiency is improved. In addition, in an enterprise, through a knowledge topic subscription and pushing mechanism, employees can be stimulated to enable enterprise knowledge to be richer and higher in quality.
