本发明涉及肥料制造技术领域,具体涉及一种改土型茶树专用肥及其制备方法。改土型茶树专用肥为颗粒状肥料,由内而外包括长效层、尿素包膜、速效层、硝化抑制剂包膜,制备方法包括:(1)制备长效层;(2)覆盖尿素包膜;(3)覆盖速效层;(4)覆盖硝化抑制剂包膜。本发明的肥料颗粒为多层包膜结构,速效层与长效层相互配合,可在短时间大量提供茶树生长必须的元素,且持久、均衡的释放多种营养元素、提升土壤质量,并可达到长效灭虫效果,肥料无异味,便于使用和推广。

茶树是我国重要的经济作物,采集茶叶制得的茶叶制品含有多种有益成分,可起到一定保健作用,市场广阔。茶叶产品的质量与茶树种植息息相关,茶树为多年生木本植物,经济年龄一般为40~50年,喜弱酸性土壤,对营养需求表现为喜铵态氮、对铝有聚集作用、对氯敏感和嫌钙,在养分吸收利用方面表现有明显的持续性、阶段性和季节性。
在茶树种植过程中,因茶树需氮量大,对氮肥的需求较高。同时,因老龄茶树的生殖能力强,必须采取控磷、控钾的方式防止茶树开花结籽。因而现有技术中,多通过多次大量施加尿素、少量施加磷、钾肥的方式进行肥料的施加和管理。然而,施加尿素虽然可满足快速提供大量氮肥的需求,但多次单一施用尿素易导致土壤有机质含量下降、腐殖质不能得到及时的补充,进而导致土壤板结、肥力下降;同时土壤中的硝化细菌易使一部分铵态氮转化为硝态氮流失,造成肥料的浪费,肥效短。
另一方面,有机肥经生物物质、动植物废弃物、植物残体等加工而来,富含大量营养物质,能改良土壤的理化性质,但是有机肥肥效慢,无法满足茶树短时间的氮肥需求,且有机肥有刺激性气味,使得有机肥在推广上存在障碍,未能在茶树种植中得到广泛的应用。
此外,茶树种植过程中易产生小绿叶蝉、茶尺蠖、茶毛虫、茶卷叶蛾等虫害,害虫发生时间由初春持续至秋末,持续时间长,而茶树以茶叶为主要产品,不适合对叶片进行传统农药及杀虫剂喷洒,而物理灭虫方法存在效率较低、灭虫效果不持久的缺点。
发明内容
针对现有技术在茶树种植中大量施用尿素易导致土壤板结、肥力下降、肥效短,有机肥肥效慢、气味重,灭虫效果不持久的问题,本发明提供一种改土型茶树专用肥,肥料颗粒为多层包膜结构,速效层与长效层相互配合,可在短时间大量提供茶树生长必须的元素,且持久、均衡的释放多种营养元素、提升土壤质量,并可达到长效灭虫效果,肥料无异味,便于使用和推广。
第一方面,本发明提供一种改土型茶树专用肥,为颗粒状肥料,肥料颗粒由内而外包括长效层、尿素包膜、速效层、硝化抑制剂包膜;以重量份计,长效层原料包括有机肥料32-50份、磷矿粉1-6份、草木灰1-3份、增效剂2-4份、驱虫剂1.5-2.5份、固体除味剂2-4份、液体除味剂0.5-1份;速效层原料包括尿素7-20份、硅藻土5-8份、增效剂1-2份、驱虫剂1-1.5份、固体除味剂0.5-1份;尿素包膜原料包括尿素及固化剂,共3-6份,硝化抑制剂包膜原料包括硝化抑制剂及粘合剂,共2-3份。其中,草木灰为钾肥、磷矿肥为磷肥,可为土壤提供必要的磷、钾元素。
进一步的,固体除味剂包括花椒根、冰片,液体除味剂包括姜汁稀释剂、桂花精油,固体及液体除味剂均为有除味效果的植物及其加工品,应用在肥料中可吸收有机肥的异味并释放出芳香味,成分对环境友好、不会产生污染。
进一步的,增效剂包括羧甲基壳聚糖、聚天冬氨酸,为生物降解性好的、环境友好型肥料增效剂,可以起到良好的节肥增效作用,同时缓解土壤板结情况。
进一步的,驱虫剂包括除虫菊、苦参,其中含有除虫菊酯、苦参碱等驱虫成分,能有效减少茶树主要害虫小绿叶蝉、茶尺蠖、茶毛虫、茶卷叶蛾的数量,且环境亲和、对人体无害。
进一步的,以重量份计,尿素包膜包括尿素1.5-3份、固化剂1.5-3份;固化剂为含异氰酸酯基的有机化合物,包括二甲基联苯二异氰酸酯、甲苯二异氰酸酯、二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯的一种或几种的混合物。
进一步的,硝化抑制剂包括2-氯-6-三氯甲基吡啶(CP)、3,4-二甲基吡唑磷酸盐(DMPP)、双氰胺(DCD),粘合剂包括聚乙烯醇和淀粉;以重量份计,硝化抑制剂包膜包括硝化抑制剂0.05-0.1份、聚乙烯醇1.5-2份、淀粉0.4-1份。
第二方面,本发明提供一种改土型茶树专用肥的制备方法,步骤包括:
(1)制备长效层:将驱虫剂与固体除味剂混合后加入纯净水,浸泡后捞出烘干,随后进行粉碎得长效层混合粉末;将长效层混合粉末与液体除味剂、磷矿粉、草木灰、增效剂、有机肥料均匀混合后造粒,制得长效层颗粒;
(2)覆盖尿素包膜:将尿素固体与固化剂混合后加热至135-140℃,使混合物完全熔融为液态后混合均匀,制得尿素包膜液;在长效层颗粒表面喷涂覆盖尿素包膜液,降温烘干,制得尿素包膜颗粒;
(3)覆盖速效层:将速效层原料混合均匀后粉碎得到速效层混合粉末,将速效层混合粉末与尿素包膜颗粒混合后造粒,制得双层肥料颗粒;
(4)覆盖硝化抑制剂包膜:将硝化抑制剂及粘合剂混合均匀,制得硝化抑制剂包膜液;在双层肥料颗粒表面喷涂覆盖硝化抑制剂包膜液,烘干,制得改土型茶树专用肥。
进一步的,步骤(1)浸泡温度为40-50℃,浸泡时间为1-2h,烘干时间为8-10min。
进一步的,步骤(2)先将长效层颗粒预热至55-70℃,再喷涂覆盖尿素包膜液。
进一步的,步骤(1)制得的长效层颗粒粒径为1.5-2mm;步骤(3)制得的双层肥料颗粒粒径为2.5-4mm。
本发明的有益效果在于:
1.本发明提供的改土型茶树专用肥,肥料颗粒为多层包膜结构,最外层为硝化抑制剂包膜,可有效抑制土壤中硝化细菌的活性,避免速效层的尿素释放时被硝化细菌转化为硝态氮,速效层的尿素可透过硝化抑制剂包膜快速向土壤施放大量铵态氮,满足茶树的短期需求;速效层内为尿素包膜,内部长效层的营养成分及其他内容物可透过尿素膜缓慢释放至土壤中,均衡的释放多种营养元素,尤其缓释磷、钾肥,满足茶树生长周期控磷控钾的需求,避免茶树开花,提升茶叶产量和品质;同时,硝化抑制剂包膜与尿素包膜均易于降解,不会对土壤产生额外的污染。
2.本发明的肥料颗粒中,速效层成分包括硅藻土、长效层主要成分为有机肥,二者配合,可在提供肥效的同时改善土壤品质、提升土壤质量,不易产生板结;同时硅藻土为酸性物质,有机肥也可中和长效层中草木灰的碱性,有利于土壤保持在适宜茶树生长的弱酸性环境,进一步提升茶叶产量和品质。
3.本发明的肥料颗粒速效层及长效层均包含除味剂,可有效去除有机肥成分的异味,并使肥料散发出芳香味,便于农业推广。
4.本发明的肥料颗粒速效层及长效层均包含除虫剂,可在短期内起到明显的灭虫驱虫效果,且能在较长时间内维持驱虫效果,驱虫剂环境亲和、对人体无害。

为了使本技术领域的人员更好地理解本发明中的技术方案,下面将对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都应当属于本发明保护的范围。
实施例1
一种改土型茶树专用肥,为颗粒状肥料,肥料颗粒由内而外包括长效层、尿素包膜、速效层、硝化抑制剂包膜;以重量份计,长效层原料包括有机肥料32份、磷矿粉6份、草木灰3份、增效剂3份、驱虫剂1.5份、固体除味剂2份、液体除味剂1份;速效层原料包括尿素11份、硅藻土5份、增效剂2份、驱虫剂1份、固体除味剂0.5份;尿素包膜原料包括尿素3份、固化剂甲苯二异氰酸酯3份,硝化抑制剂包膜原料包括硝化抑制剂双氰胺0.1份、粘合剂聚乙烯醇1.5份、淀粉0.4份。其中,驱虫剂为除虫菊和苦参以1.5:1质量比混合得到的混合物,固体除味剂为花椒根和冰片以4:1的质量比混合得到的混合物,增效剂为聚天冬氨酸和羧甲基壳聚糖以1:4的质量比混合得到的混合物,液体除味剂包括姜汁稀释剂0.9份、桂花精油0.1份。
实施例1的改土型茶树专用肥制备步骤为:(1)制备长效层:将驱虫剂与固体除味剂混合后加入纯净水,控制温度为40-50℃浸泡1.5h后捞出烘干,烘干时间为8-10min,随后进行粉碎得长效层混合粉末;液体除味剂、磷矿粉、草木灰、增效剂、有机肥料均匀混合后造粒,粒径为1.5-2mm,制得长效层颗粒;
(2)覆盖尿素包膜:将尿素固体与固化剂混合后加热至135-140℃,使混合物完全熔融为液态后混合均匀,制得尿素包膜液;将长效层颗粒预热至55-70℃后,在长效层颗粒表面喷涂覆盖尿素包膜液,降温烘干,制得尿素包膜颗粒;
(3)覆盖速效层:将速效层原料混合均匀后粉碎得到速效层混合粉末,将速效层混合粉末与尿素包膜颗粒混合后造粒,粒径为2.5-4mm,制得双层肥料颗粒;
(4)覆盖硝化抑制剂包膜:将硝化抑制剂及粘合剂混合均匀,制得硝化抑制剂包膜液;在双层肥料颗粒表面喷涂覆盖硝化抑制剂包膜液,烘干,制得改土型茶树专用肥。
实施例2
一种改土型茶树专用肥,为颗粒状肥料,肥料颗粒由内而外包括长效层、尿素包膜、速效层、硝化抑制剂包膜;以重量份计,长效层原料包括有机肥料50份、磷矿粉1份、草木灰1份、增效剂2份、驱虫剂2.5份、固体除味剂4份、液体除味剂0.5份;速效层原料包括尿素8份、硅藻土5份、增效剂1份、驱虫剂1份、固体除味剂0.5份;尿素包膜原料包括尿素3份、固化剂3份,硝化抑制剂包膜原料包括硝化抑制剂3,4-二甲基吡唑磷酸盐0.05份、粘合剂聚乙烯醇1.95份、淀粉1份。其中,驱虫剂为除虫菊和苦参以4:3质量比混合得到的混合物,固体除味剂为花椒根和冰片以2:1的质量比混合得到的混合物,增效剂为聚天冬氨酸和羧甲基壳聚糖以1:2的质量比混合得到的混合物,液体除味剂包括姜汁稀释剂0.4份、桂花精油0.1份。
实施例2的改土型茶树专用肥制备步骤与实施例1相同。
实施例3
一种改土型茶树专用肥,为颗粒状肥料,肥料颗粒由内而外包括长效层、尿素包膜、速效层、硝化抑制剂包膜;以重量份计,长效层原料包括有机肥料40份、磷矿粉2份、草木灰2份、增效剂聚天冬氨酸2份、驱虫剂1.5份、固体除味剂3份、液体除味剂姜汁稀释剂1份;速效层原料包括尿素10份、硅藻土5份、增效剂聚天冬氨酸1份、驱虫剂1份、固体除味剂1份;尿素包膜原料包括尿素2份、固化剂2份,硝化抑制剂包膜原料包括硝化抑制剂2-氯-6-三氯甲基吡啶0.05份、粘合剂聚乙烯醇1.45份、淀粉0.5份。其中,驱虫剂为除虫菊和苦参以1.5:1质量比混合得到的混合物,固体除味剂为花椒根和冰片以5:3的质量比混合得到的混合物。
实施例3的改土型茶树专用肥制备步骤与实施例1相同。
实施例4
一种改土型茶树专用肥,为颗粒状肥料,肥料颗粒由内而外包括长效层、尿素包膜、速效层、硝化抑制剂包膜;以重量份计,长效层原料包括有机肥料35份、磷矿粉1份、草木灰2份、增效剂4份、驱虫剂1.5份、固体除味剂2份、液体除味剂1份;速效层原料包括尿素20份、硅藻土5份、增效剂2份、驱虫剂1份、固体除味剂0.5份;尿素包膜原料包括尿素2.5份、固化剂2.5份,硝化抑制剂包膜原料包括硝化抑制剂双氰胺0.1份、粘合剂聚乙烯醇2份、淀粉1份。其中,驱虫剂为除虫菊和苦参以1.5:1质量比混合得到的混合物,固体除味剂为花椒根和冰片以1:1.5的质量比混合得到的混合物,增效剂为聚天冬氨酸和羧甲基壳聚糖以1:5的质量比混合得到的混合物,液体除味剂包括姜汁稀释剂0.9份、桂花精油0.1份。
实施例4的改土型茶树专用肥制备步骤与实施例1相同。
实施例5
一种改土型茶树专用肥,为颗粒状肥料,肥料颗粒由内而外包括长效层、尿素包膜、速效层、硝化抑制剂包膜;以重量份计,长效层原料包括有机肥料42份、磷矿粉4份、草木灰1份、增效剂2份、驱虫剂2.5份、固体除味剂2份、液体除味剂0.5份;速效层原料包括尿素7份、硅藻土5-8份、增效剂1份、驱虫剂1.5份、固体除味剂0.5份;尿素包膜原料包括尿素2.5份、固化剂2.5份,硝化抑制剂包膜原料包括硝化抑制剂2-氯-6-三氯甲基吡啶0.05份、粘合剂聚乙烯醇1.5份、淀粉0.45份。其中,驱虫剂为除虫菊和苦参以1:1质量比混合得到的混合物,固体除味剂为花椒根和冰片以1:1.5的质量比混合得到的混合物,增效剂为聚天冬氨酸和羧甲基壳聚糖以2:1的质量比混合得到的混合物,液体除味剂包括姜汁稀释剂0.4份、桂花精油0.1份。
实施例5的改土型茶树专用肥制备步骤与实施例1相同。
使用实施例1-5进行茶园施肥试验,同时设置施用不同类型肥料的对比例1-2。
对比例1
常规施无机肥处理,尿素+过磷酸钙+硫酸钾,年施氮量为500.0kg·hm-2,施磷量为166.7kg·hm-2,施钾量为166.7kg·hm-2。氮磷钾施用比例为3:1:1。
对比例2
常规施有机肥处理,该有机肥的各成分的份数比为:猪粪500份、鸡粪200份、草灰100份和污泥50份。
上述有机肥的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
步骤一:设置有机肥制备装置,注入有机肥料;
步骤二:对有机肥料进行运输;
步骤三:将有机肥进行混合和成型;
步骤四:实现对有机肥的切割和收集。
试验点选择在湖北省荆门市一片集中连片的茶园,将每种处理设置3次重复,共21片试验小区,小区面积48m2(长8m×6m),各小区随机排列。施肥时间为2021年10月,采样时间为2021年10月和2022年10月。采摘茶叶用于干茶产量、茶多酚、氨基酸、咖啡碱、茶水浸出物的测定,同时统计实施例1-5相对于实施例1-2的茶园主要害虫防效,害虫防效计算公式如下:害虫防效=(对比例1-2平均产生害虫株数-实施例产生害虫株数)/对比例平均产生害虫株数×100%。

可见,施肥当年各小区内指标均无明显区别,施肥第二年实施例1-5和对比例1-2干茶产量、茶多酚、氨基酸、咖啡碱、茶水浸出物含量均提高,但实施例1-5的指标提升明显优于对比例1-2。

可见,施用实施例1-5肥料7天后,茶叶主要害虫数量均明显下降,且施肥120天后仍能起到害虫防治效果。

Claims (3)
1.一种改土型茶树专用肥,所述改土型茶树专用肥为颗粒状肥料,其特征在于,肥料颗粒由内而外包括长效层、尿素包膜、速效层、硝化抑制剂包膜;以重量份计,长效层原料包括有机肥料32-50份、磷矿粉1-6份、草木灰1-3份、增效剂2-4份、驱虫剂1.5-2.5份、固体除味剂2-4份、液体除味剂0.5-1份;速效层原料包括尿素7-20份、硅藻土5-8份、增效剂1-2份、驱虫剂1-1.5份、固体除味剂0.5-1份;尿素包膜原料包括尿素及固化剂,共3-6份,硝化抑制剂包膜原料包括硝化抑制剂及粘合剂,共2-3份;
固体除味剂包括花椒根、冰片,液体除味剂包括姜汁稀释剂、桂花精油;
增效剂包括羧甲基壳聚糖、聚天冬氨酸;
驱虫剂包括除虫菊、苦参;
以重量份计,尿素包膜包括尿素1.5-3份、固化剂1.5-3份;固化剂为含异氰酸酯基的有机化合物,包括二甲基联苯二异氰酸酯、甲苯二异氰酸酯、二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯的一种或几种的混合物;
硝化抑制剂包括2-氯-6-三氯甲基吡啶、3,4-二甲基吡唑磷酸盐、双氰胺,粘合剂包括聚乙烯醇和淀粉;以重量份计,硝化抑制剂包膜包括硝化抑制剂0.05-0.1份、聚乙烯醇1.5-2份、淀粉0.4-1份;
制备步骤包括:
(1)制备长效层:将驱虫剂与固体除味剂混合后加入纯净水,浸泡后捞出烘干,随后进行粉碎得长效层混合粉末;将长效层混合粉末与液体除味剂、磷矿粉、草木灰、增效剂、有机肥料均匀混合后造粒,制得长效层颗粒;
(2)覆盖尿素包膜:将尿素固体与固化剂混合后加热至135-140℃,使混合物完全熔融为液态后混合均匀,制得尿素包膜液;将长效层颗粒预热至55-70℃,然后在长效层颗粒表面喷涂覆盖尿素包膜液,降温烘干,制得尿素包膜颗粒;
(3)覆盖速效层:将速效层原料混合均匀后粉碎得到速效层混合粉末,将速效层混合粉末与尿素包膜颗粒混合后造粒,制得双层肥料颗粒;
(4)覆盖硝化抑制剂包膜:将硝化抑制剂及粘合剂混合均匀,制得硝化抑制剂包膜液;在双层肥料颗粒表面喷涂覆盖硝化抑制剂包膜液,烘干,制得改土型茶树专用肥。
2.如权利要求1所述的改土型茶树专用肥,其特征在于,步骤(1)浸泡温度为40-50℃,浸泡时间为1-2h,烘干时间为8-10min。
3.如权利要求1所述的改土型茶树专用肥,其特征在于,步骤(1)制得的长效层颗粒粒径为1.5-2mm;步骤(3)制得的双层肥料颗粒粒径为2.5-4mm。
