s1: preparation before welding:
placing a wine pot to be welded on the placement frame 38, then adjusting the guide unit 4 according to the welding position required by the wine pot, starting the electric sliding block to drive the worm 22 to rotate, driving the worm wheel 24 to rotate when the worm 22 rotates, and driving the circular ring 41 to lift through the pushing frame 25 when the worm wheel 24 rotates until the rubber block 48 is leveled with the welding position required;
s2: fixing the wine pot:
the electric push rod 47 is started to push forwards to enable rubber blocks 48 on two sides to clamp the outside of the wine kettle, then the electric telescopic rod 53 is started to enable the connecting frame 54 to move downwards to the inside of the wine kettle, then the driving rod 56 is rotated clockwise, the magnetic plate 58 is pushed by the extrusion block 57 until the magnetic plate 58 is attached to the inner wall of the metal wine kettle when the driving rod 56 rotates, and then the traction rod is controlled to enable the upper anti-sliding block 59 and the lower anti-sliding block 59 to be contacted with the upper part and the lower part inside the metal wine kettle;
s3: welding wine pot:
the steering rod 462 is rotated to move the position of the cross plate 463 until the welding head 466 is attached to the welding part, the handle 37 is slid upwards, the handle 37 drives the slip ring 34 and the folding plate 35 to ascend so as to surround the guide unit 4, and then the electric sliding block is started to enable the welding head 466 to perform arc welding on the metal wine pot.
When the welding machine is used, firstly, a wine pot to be welded is placed on the placement frame 38, then, the electric sliding block is started, the electric sliding block drives the worm 22 to rotate forward or backward, the worm 22 synchronously drives the worm wheel 24 engaged with the worm 22 at the outer side to rotate synchronously, the worm wheel 24 drives the pushing frame 25 to push and pull when rotating, and the pushing frame 25 drives the circular ring 41 to lift through the connecting piece 26, so that the position of the welding head 466 is adjusted to be level with the position to be welded;
the electric push rods 47 on two sides are controlled to push forwards, the electric push rods 47 drive the rubber blocks 48 on two sides to be close to each other until the rubber blocks 48 on two sides are attached to the metal wine pot, then the electric telescopic rods 53 are started to enable the connecting frame 54 to move downwards into the wine pot, then the driving rods 56 are rotated clockwise, the magnetic suction plates 58 are pushed by the extrusion blocks 57 until the magnetic suction plates 58 are attached to the inner wall of the metal wine pot when the driving rods 56 rotate, the magnetic suction plates 58 are contacted with the inner wall of the metal wine pot and magnetically suck the magnetic suction plates, and then the traction rods are controlled to stretch and draw the anti-skid blocks 59 to be evenly contacted with the upper part and the lower part of the metal wine pot, so that multiple fixing of the metal wine pot during welding is achieved, and welding errors caused by movement of the wine pot during welding are effectively avoided;
the sliding of the moving rod 464 drives the welding head 466 at the front part of the cross plate 463 to move, and then the cross plate 463 is fixed through the positioning piece 467, so that welding operation of metal wine pots with different specifications and sizes is realized;
finally, the handle 37 is moved upwards, the handle 37 slides on the central rod 33 through the sliding ring 34 so as to synchronously drive the folding plate 35 to be unfolded upwards, and at the moment, the folding plate 35 shields the periphery of the guide unit 4 above the supporting plate 21, so that spark splashing caused when welding a metal wine kettle is effectively avoided, the electric sliding block is started to drive the T-shaped block 46 to move in the middle of the arc-shaped frame 45, and the welding machine is started to enable the welding head 466 to weld the metal wine kettle in the circumferential direction.

the welding equipment comprises a bottom plate (2) for contacting the ground, a supporting plate (21) is fixedly arranged on one side of the upper surface of the bottom plate (2), a worm (22) is arranged in the center of the upper end face of the supporting plate (21) through an electric sliding block, fixing pieces (23) fixedly connected with the supporting plate (21) are annularly arranged on the outer side of the worm (22), a plurality of fixing pieces (23) are arranged, and the middle part of each fixing piece (23) is of a concave structure;
the middle part of the fixing piece (23) is transversely rotatably provided with a rotating shaft, the middle part of the rotating shaft is fixedly provided with a worm wheel (24), two sides of the worm wheel (24) are provided with pushing frames (25) fixedly connected with the rotating shaft, one ends of the pushing frames (25) far away from the fixing piece (23) are hinged with connecting pieces (26), guide units (4) are jointly arranged among the connecting pieces (26), the other side of the upper surface of the supporting plate (21) is fixedly provided with a fixing unit (5), the middle part of the supporting plate (21) is fixedly provided with a placing frame (38), side grooves (39) are formed in the periphery of the outer sides of the placing frame (38), and the pushing frames (25) are positioned in the side grooves (39) for adjustment;
