s2, the computer sends a modification instruction to the test board, the test board modifies the relay state of the corresponding relay in the test board into a preset switch state in relevant parameters of a switch value circuit which is correspondingly and electrically connected with the tested electric power instrument, so that the actual switch value state of the switch value circuit which is correspondingly and electrically connected with the corresponding relay in the test board is consistent with the relay state of the corresponding relay in the test board, the relay in the tested electric power instrument generates a corresponding relay state, the switch value circuit in the test board which is correspondingly and electrically connected with the relay also generates a switch value state consistent with the relay state of the relay, the computer reads the switch value state of the switch value circuit in the test board which is correspondingly and electrically connected with the relay, judges whether the switch value state is consistent with the preset relay state, if so, sends out qualified prompt information of the functional test item of the relay, and if not, sends out unqualified alarm information of the functional test item of the relay;
