Abstract
The invention provides a detection system and a detection method for communication terminals of a car networking, wherein the system comprises upper computer software, an industrial personal computer, an electrical control cabinet and a detection clamp, wherein CAN communication protocol content of a whole car is written into the upper computer software, the upper computer software is used for simulating the communication between the whole car and a terminal product to be detected, sequentially detecting the functions of the terminal product to be detected and displaying a detection result; the industrial personal computer is a carrier of the upper computer software and controls the upper computer software to automatically run; the electrical control cabinet is controlled by the upper computer software and is used for receiving commands of the upper computer software and feeding back information to the upper computer software, sending information to the terminal product to be tested and receiving information fed back by the terminal product to be tested; the inspection fixture is a carrier of a terminal product object to be detected and is used for realizing connection between the terminal product to be detected and the detection system. The problem that the existing product detection method is low in efficiency is solved through the scheme, and various functions of the product are automatically tested by simulating vehicle and product communication, so that the detection efficiency is effectively improved, and the reliability of the product is guaranteed.

Technical Field

Background
The vehicle networking communication terminal is used as an important component of vehicle informatization and intellectualization, not only can the functions of vehicle remote control, remote communication, fault alarm, equipment interconnection and the like be realized, but also vehicle information interaction under various conditions is facilitated. In the actual production process, no matter how strict the product design and manufacturing process are, unqualified conditions can exist to a certain extent.
At present, the problem of unqualified communication terminal products is mostly aimed at specific functions of a vehicle network terminal, such as a positioning function and a CAN reading function, the specific functions are respectively tested through special equipment, an industrial personal computer is manually controlled to perform data interaction with the terminal, whether products are qualified or not is judged, and when a large amount of equipment needs to be tested, the detection efficiency is low.
Disclosure of Invention
In view of this, the embodiment of the invention provides a system and a method for detecting a communication terminal in the internet of vehicles, so as to solve the problem of low detection efficiency of the existing terminal.

the inspection fixture is a carrier of a terminal product object to be detected and is used for realizing connection between the terminal product to be detected and the detection system.
In a second aspect of the embodiments of the present invention, a method for detecting a communication terminal in a vehicle networking system is provided, including:
placing a terminal product to be tested on a test fixture for fixing;
after the label of the terminal product to be tested is scanned, controlling the upper computer software to automatically run and test;
sending information to a terminal product to be detected through an electrical control cabinet, receiving feedback information of the terminal product to be detected, and sequentially detecting functions of the terminal product to be detected;

During detection, the equipment queries the SIM card connection state of the product by sending CAN data to the product, and judges whether the product is qualified;
GPS/big dipper locate function: the built-in positioning module starts to work after the product is electrified, and the product is required to have satellite positioning, and the number of satellites is more than or equal to 4. During detection, the equipment queries the satellite positioning state and the satellite number of the product by sending CAN data to the product, and judges whether the product is qualified;
and (3) static current detection: the design requires that the current of the product is less than 10mA in a silent state after the ignition power supply is turned off, the equipment automatically turns off the ignition power supply of the product during detection, then the current of the product is measured through the programmable power supply, and whether the product is qualified is judged according to the measured data.
Optionally, the upper computer software 110 includes a parameter display module and a parameter setting module, the parameter display module is configured to read and display parameters of the terminal product to be tested, and store the parameters of the terminal product to be tested into the detection record, and the parameter setting module is configured to set parameters of a standard product, and determine whether the terminal product to be tested is qualified according to the parameters of the standard product.

The inspection fixture is formed by machining according to the appearance of the communication terminal product of the Internet of vehicles, and the product is placed in the inspection fixture and is connected with the electrical control cabinet through a wire harness after being fixed.
In general, the inspection jig may include various types, and may generally be composed of a positioning device, a clamping device, a transmission device, a motion guide device, and other auxiliary elements.
The system provided by the embodiment automatically calibrates parameters such as an ID (identity), an SIM (subscriber identity module) card number and an IP (Internet protocol) of a terminal product by simulating interaction of the whole vehicle and a vehicle networking communication terminal product, and then detects a CAN (controller area network) communication function, a switching value response function, a satellite positioning function, a 4G platform connection function and the like of the product, automatically displays a detection result after software runs, effectively screens out unqualified products, and improves reliability and detection efficiency of a test product.
Fig. 2 is a schematic flow chart of a method for detecting a communication terminal in the internet of vehicles according to a second embodiment of the present invention, including:
