the male die comprises a connecting part and a working part which is in a hexagonal pyramid shape, wherein the working part comprises a large-diameter end and a small-diameter end, and the large-diameter end and the small-diameter end are in smooth transition connection through a slope;
the female die assembly is correspondingly distributed around the male die and comprises a limiting ring, the body of the limiting ring is uniformly divided into six fan-shaped working areas along the circle center of the circular ring of the limiting ring, each fan-shaped working area comprises a limiting working assembly, the six limiting working assemblies and the limiting ring jointly form a working table for expanding workpieces, and the workpieces which are arranged on the outer side of the working table in advance are expanded through the cooperation of the male die and the limiting working assemblies;
the male die fixing device comprises a fixing plate, and the fixing plate is connected with the connecting part of the male die in a matched manner to fix the male die on the male die fixing device;
the female die fixing device comprises a female die gasket, the female die gasket is fixedly connected with the limiting ring through a plurality of first screws, and the female die fixing device is used for limiting the limiting ring in the female die assembly and limiting the movement of the limiting ring in any direction.

The horizontal expansion die for a water pump end ring of claim 1, wherein: the male die fixing device further comprises a male die fixing seat, a male die base plate is further arranged between the male die fixing seat and the fixing plate, and the male die fixing seat, the male die base plate and the fixing plate are positioned and fixedly connected through a plurality of first cylindrical pins and a plurality of second screws.

in addition, each group of limiting working components comprises a forming pushing block and a wedge-shaped pushing block, wherein the forming pushing blocks comprise short arc parts and long arc parts, the short arc parts are attached to the outer circular side surfaces of the limiting rings, and the long arc parts are attached to the inner circular side surfaces of the workpieces; in addition, the wedge-shaped push block comprises an integrally formed inclined block part and a guide rod part, wherein the inclined block part is used for being matched and attached to any surface of the male die when working, the pressure provided by the male die is transmitted to the limit working assembly, and the guide rod part is smoothly inserted into the slideway of the limit ring; the forming push block and the guide rod part of the wedge-shaped push block are connected through a third screw, so that on the basis that the limiting ring is limited, the forming push block and the wedge-shaped push block move along the radial direction of the limiting ring at the same time, and the workpiece is expanded;
on the basis, a group of compression springs are further arranged between the inclined block part of the wedge-shaped pushing block and the limiting ring, and two ends of each compression spring are matched with grooves preset on the inclined block part and the limiting ring; when the compression spring is in a relaxed state, the forming pushing block is attached to the limiting ring, namely the diameter of the workbench is minimum at the moment, and the forming pushing block is used for placing an original workpiece; when the male die presses the wedge-shaped pushing block, the compression spring is compressed gradually, namely the diameter of the workbench begins to be enlarged at the moment, and the original workpiece begins to expand.

The horizontal expansion die for a water pump end ring of claim 4, wherein: the die fixing device further comprises two groups of guide assemblies, the two groups of guide assemblies are symmetrically arranged on the die fixing seat, each group of guide assemblies comprises guide posts for connecting the punch fixing seat and the die fixing seat, guide holes and receiving holes respectively arranged on the punch fixing seat and the die fixing seat, and when the horizontal expansion die works, the punch fixing device and the punch realize accurate extrusion action in the horizontal direction under the limit guide action of the guide assemblies.
