A multi-functional hospital bed, comprising: bed body portion and functional part, the functional part is located the middle part of bed body portion, the functional part includes: the device comprises a first bed plate, a second bed plate and a third bed plate which are hinged in sequence, wherein two servo motors which are arranged oppositely are arranged at the bottom of the second bed plate, the servo motors are rotationally connected with the second bed plate, rotating shafts of the servo motors are fixedly connected with screw rods, nut blocks are rotationally connected with the first bed plate and the third bed plate, and the nut blocks are in threaded connection with the screw rods; the bed body comprises: a fourth bed plate and a fifth bed plate, wherein the fourth bed plate and the fifth bed plate are positioned at two sides of the functional part; the side of the second bed plate is provided with a rotating shaft, the fourth bed plate is provided with a sliding block and a baffle plate corresponding to the rotating shaft, the rotating shaft is lapped on the baffle plate, the sliding block is connected with the fourth bed plate in a sliding manner, and the sliding block can move to the upper part of the rotating shaft; the back surfaces of the first bed plate and the third bed plate are provided with arc-shaped rods, and the nut blocks are rotationally connected with the arc-shaped rods; the bed body part further comprises a base, the fourth bed plate and the fifth bed plate are fixedly connected with the base, two symmetrical telescopic cylinders are arranged on the base, and the telescopic cylinders can be abutted against the second bed plate; the first bed board comprises a bottom board and a panel, the panel is connected with the bottom board in a sliding mode, and a spring is arranged between the bottom board and the panel to realize the relative elastic sliding of the bottom board and the panel.
