本发明涉及支气管活瓣覆膜技术领域,具体公开了一种支气管活瓣双层覆膜结构,包括支架主体和支架覆膜,所述支架覆膜包括支架外膜和支架内膜,所述支架外膜和支架内膜分别包覆在支架主体的内外两侧。本发明通过双层覆膜技术,使支架内膜具有较高的硬度便于得到良好的柔韧性和支撑作用,支架外膜采用更为柔软的薄膜,将两种不同硬度的膜复合在一起,既保证了产品良好的性能又能避免气管内壁的肉芽产生,且提高了支架主体的支撑力和稳定性,降低对支气管内壁的损伤率,减少支气管炎的发生几率。

一种支气管活瓣双层覆膜结构
技术领域
本发明涉及支气管活瓣覆膜技术领域,具体为一种支气管活瓣双层覆膜结构。
背景技术
肺气肿等慢性阻塞性肺疾病,是一种常见病,尤其老年人的发病率较高。传统上,肺气肿的治疗一般包括内科治疗和外科治疗。内科治疗包括吸氧、预防肺部感染、支气管解痉等,但疗效极为有限;外科治疗则多以肺减容手术为主,也存在较多的局限性,如:严格的手术适应症,存在较多并发症,麻醉及与麻醉相关的并发症,术前疗效难以预测、术后无法弥补因切除过多或过少所造成疗效不理想的结果,高昂的手术费用和较大的精神、肉体痛苦,另外由于部分患者本身肺功能较差而往往不能耐受手术,因此术后死亡率较高,这限制了外科手术的应用。据统计,终末期肺气肿患者的5年生存率不足50%,为了更好地治疗肺气肿,提高患者的生活质量,减少手术过程中对患者的创伤,国际上研究利用经支气管镜实施的支气管瓣介入治疗肺气肿。目前国际市场上主要使用的支气管瓣有鸭嘴式支气管瓣和伞状支气管瓣。
支气管活瓣是单向阀设计,通过单向气流通过原理来治疗慢阻肺。支气管活瓣由两部分组成,支架和膜,这次申请的专利是膜相关技术,依托于支气管活瓣,支气管活瓣在肺气管中阻挡气体的主要是靠膜来完成的,要求膜具有良好的柔韧性和硬度,但膜是要接触支气管表面,现有的支气管活瓣覆膜一般为单层的膜结构内膜,外部为金属贴合气管壁,无法兼顾硬度和良好的柔韧性,如果膜的硬度太高又会造成支气管表面摩擦产生肉芽。
发明内容
针对上述存在的技术不足,本发明的目的是提供一种支气管活瓣双层覆膜结构,以解决背景技术中提出的问题。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用如下技术方案:
本发明提供一种支气管活瓣双层覆膜结构,包括支架主体和支架覆膜,所述支架覆膜包括支架外膜和支架内膜,所述支架外膜和支架内膜分别包覆在支架主体的内外两侧。
优选的,所述支架主体呈伞状结构。
优选的,所述支架主体包括若干个支架、锚杆和连接块,若干个所述支架和锚杆通过连接块焊接为一个整体。
优选的,所述支架主体内部的连接块上焊接有连接杆,且所述连接杆上连接有回收手柄。
优选的,所述支架覆膜为胶质,厚度为10-100微米。
优选的,所述支架覆膜由橡胶原溶液硫化形成,所述橡胶原溶液为聚氨酯溶液。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:
(1)本发明通过支架内膜和支架外膜的双层覆膜技术,使支架内膜具有较高的硬度便于得到良好的柔韧性和支撑作用,支架外膜采用更为柔软的薄膜,将两种不同硬度的膜复合在一起,既保证了产品良好的性能又能避免气管内壁的肉芽产生。
(2)本发明采用的结构提高了支架主体的支撑力和稳定性,降低对支气管内壁的损伤率,减少支气管炎的发生几率。

如图1-4所示,本发明提供了一种支气管活瓣双层覆膜结构,包括支架主体1和支架覆膜2,所述支架覆膜2包括支架外膜201和支架内膜202,所述支架外膜201和支架内膜202分别包覆在支架主体1的内外两侧。
进一步地,所述支架主体1呈伞状结构。
进一步地,所述支架主体1包括若干个支架101、锚杆102和连接块103,若干个所述支架101和锚杆102通过连接块103焊接为一个整体。
进一步地,支架101的数量为6个,整体呈伞状结构,单个支架101为弧形长条状;
进一步地,锚杆102的数量为5个,锚杆102末端分叉成两节,且其中一节折弯。
进一步的,所述支架主体1内部的连接块103上焊接有连接杆3,且所述连接杆3上连接有回收手柄4。
进一步地,所述支架覆膜2为胶质,厚度为10-100微米。
进一步的,所述支架覆膜2由橡胶原溶液硫化形成,所述橡胶原溶液为聚氨酯溶液。
工作原理:
本发明的支气管活瓣双层覆膜结构,是由框架式的呈伞状的支架主体1和支架覆膜2组成,其中支架覆膜2分为内外层,支架覆膜2为橡胶原溶液均匀涂抹在支架主体1上,并加工处理后形成一个整体,支架覆膜2紧贴在支架主体1上,通过支架内膜202和支架外膜201的双层覆膜技术,使支架内膜202具有较高的硬度便于得到良好的柔韧性和支撑作用,支架外膜201采用更为柔软的薄膜,将两种不同硬度的膜复合在一起,既保证了产品良好的性能又能避免气管内壁的肉芽产生,该结构提高了支架主体1的支撑力和稳定性,降低对支气管内壁的损伤率,减少支气管炎的发生几率。
显然,本领域的技术人员可以对本发明进行各种改动和变型而不脱离本发明的精神和范围。这样,倘若本发明的这些修改和变型属于本发明权利要求及其等同技术的范围之内,则本发明也意图包含这些改动和变型在内。

1.一种支气管活瓣双层覆膜结构,其特征在于,包括:
支架主体(1),所述支架主体(1)呈伞状结构,所述支架主体(1)包括若干个支架(101)、锚杆(102)和连接块(103),若干个所述支架(101)和锚杆(102)通过连接块(103)焊接为一个整体,所述支架主体(1)内部的连接块(103)上焊接有连接杆(3),所述连接杆(3)上连接有回收手柄(4);
支架覆膜(2),所述支架覆膜(2)包括支架外膜(201)和支架内膜(202),所述支架外膜(201)和支架内膜(202)分别包覆在支架主体(1)的内外两侧,所述支架覆膜(2)为胶质,厚度为10-100微米,支架内膜(202)具有较高的硬度便于得到良好的柔韧性和支撑作用,支架外膜(201)采用更为柔软的薄膜,将两种不同硬度的膜复合在一起。
2.如权利要求1所述一种支气管活瓣双层覆膜结构,其特征在于,所述支架覆膜(2)为橡胶原溶液均匀涂抹在支架主体(1)上,并加工处理后形成一个整体,支架覆膜(2)紧贴在支架主体(1)上,通过支架内膜(202)和支架外膜(201)的双层覆膜技术,使支架内膜(202)具有较高的硬度便于得到良好的柔韧性和支撑作用,支架外膜(201)采用更为柔软的薄膜,将两种不同硬度的膜复合在一起,既保证了产品良好的性能又能避免气管内壁的肉芽产生,该结构提高了支架主体(1)的支撑力和稳定性,降低对支气管内壁的损伤率,减少支气管炎的发生几率。
