Abstract

extracting a first characteristic value in data information of the communication switching equipment;
comprehensively calculating a first characteristic value in the data information of the communication switching equipment to obtain a negative influence value of the communication switching equipment on a user side;
judging whether the negative influence value is larger than a preset first negative influence threshold value, if so, determining that the corresponding communication exchange equipment needs to be repaired;
according to the first characteristic value and the negative influence value in the data information of the communication exchange equipment, a repair scheme and repair time of the corresponding communication exchange equipment are obtained;
repairing and controlling the communication exchange equipment according to the repairing scheme and repairing time of the communication exchange equipment;
after extracting the first characteristic value in the data information of the communication exchange device, the method further comprises:
performing difference calculation on the first characteristic value and a preset characteristic value to obtain a first characteristic difference value;
judging whether the first characteristic difference value is smaller than a preset characteristic threshold value or not, if so, inquiring in a preset characteristic type table according to the preset characteristic threshold value to obtain a type corresponding to the first characteristic value;
if not, revising the preset feature threshold according to the preset feature revision value to obtain a revised preset feature threshold;
performing a second judgment on the first characteristic difference value according to the revised preset characteristic threshold value until all the first characteristic values are subjected to cluster analysis;
the comprehensive calculation of the first characteristic value in the data information of the communication switching device is performed to obtain a negative influence value of the communication switching device on the user side, and the method specifically comprises the following steps:
inquiring in a preset negative influence weight coefficient table according to the type of the first characteristic value to obtain a negative influence weight coefficient corresponding to the type of the first characteristic value;
multiplying the first characteristic value by a corresponding negative influence weight coefficient to obtain a negative influence value of the first characteristic value;
and accumulating the negative influence value of the first characteristic value to obtain the negative influence value of the communication exchange equipment on the user side.

The method for specialized repair control of communication switching equipment according to claim 1, wherein the obtaining the repair scheme and repair time of the corresponding communication switching equipment according to the first characteristic value and the negative influence value in the data information of the communication switching equipment specifically comprises:
numbering the first characteristic values according to the sequence from the higher negative influence value to the lower negative influence value to obtain the number of the first characteristic values;
inquiring in a preset characteristic value processing step table according to the first characteristic value to obtain a processing step corresponding to the first characteristic value;
and sequencing the processing steps of the first characteristic value according to the sequence of the corresponding numbers to obtain a repair scheme of the corresponding communication exchange equipment.

The method for specialized repair control of a communication switching device according to claim 1, wherein the obtaining the repair plan and repair time of the corresponding communication switching device according to the first characteristic value and the negative influence value in the data information of the communication switching device further comprises:
obtaining the grade number of the corresponding negative influence value according to the preset negative influence value range in which the negative influence value falls;
inquiring in a preset maintenance schedule according to the grade number of the negative influence value to obtain the processing time of the corresponding communication exchange equipment;
identifying a repair plan for the communication switching device based on the processing time of the communication switching device;
and sending the processing time of the communication exchange equipment and the repair scheme of the corresponding communication exchange equipment to corresponding operators for prompting.
4. The method for specialized repair control of a communication switching device according to claim 1, further comprising:
inquiring in a preset preparation time table according to the repair scheme of the communication exchange equipment to obtain the preparation time of the repair scheme of the corresponding communication exchange equipment;
obtaining a first time according to the preparation time of the repair scheme of the communication exchange equipment and the processing time of the corresponding communication exchange equipment;
acquiring current time point information;
judging whether the current time point is equal to the first time, if so, triggering time prompt information;
and sending the time prompt information to a corresponding operator for prompting.
