the risk factor is a factor which possibly affects the risk level of the system, and the risk factor is identified when the risk assessment is carried out, so that the risk condition of the operation safety can be better assessed;
the risk factors are evaluated to reflect the states of the risk factors except the risk influence values, and different states can reflect the occurrence probability of the risk type item M; according to the risk influence value and the state evaluation score of the risk factors, the occurrence probability of the risk type item M obtained based on the risk factors can be calculated, and the calculation formula is as follows:
in the above, P 1 (M) represents probability of occurrence of risk type item M based on risk factor, P 2 (M) represents the average occurrence probability of risk type item M obtained based on risk factors obtained according to historical big data statistics, alpha represents alpha-th risk factor, w α Representing the risk influence value of the alpha-th risk factor on the risk type item M, and n represents the number of risk factors related to the risk type item M; t (T) α Representing the risk factor status value based on the alpha-th risk factor's assessment score.

the operation diagnosis subunit is used for finishing result data according to the operation implementation type, detecting and diagnosing the on-duty and operation safety protection conditions of operators, remotely video consultation of operation site problems, real-time on-line supervision and diagnosis of operation behavior safety, and diagnosing and processing data to be processed;
and the operation checking subunit is used for carrying out compliance checking on the operation quality and generating an acceptance report by adopting a mode of combining on-line intelligent checking and remote checking based on the operation implementation type completion result data.
