Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present application more apparent, the present application will be further described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings and examples. It should be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are for purposes of illustration only and are not intended to limit the present application.
Referring to fig. 6, fig. 6 illustrates a network frame connection relationship among the tool management cabinet 610, the cloud server 620, and the mobile management terminal 630 of the present application. The tool management cabinet 610 is generally connected to the cloud server 620 through a wireless communication manner, and the cloud server and the mobile management end are also generally connected through a wireless communication manner, for example, the wireless communication manner is one or more of a WiFi network, a 2G/3G/4G/5G network, and the like; the tool management cabinet 610 and the cloud server 620 may also be connected by a wired communication method, for example, the wired network connection may be a standard interface communication method such as an optical fiber, a USB, etc. It should be noted that the number of the tool management cabinet 610, the cloud server 620 and the mobile management end 630 in this embodiment may be one or more, and only one is used for illustration, and in practical application, a plurality of combinations and selections may be performed as required. The tool management cabinet of this embodiment is mainly used to manage the inside tool of machining enterprise, and this tool management cabinet has a plurality of controllable storing storehouse of opening or closing, and after the staff of machining enterprise can use the account login this tool management cabinet of oneself registration, select to borrow the cutter or return the cutter.
Based on the above understanding, referring to fig. 1, the tool management method of the present application is applied to an embodiment of an intelligent management cabinet, and includes:
101. and determining the target account in the login state in the intelligent management cabinet.
If a user or an employee of the embodiment needs to borrow a cutter from the intelligent management cabinet, the user or the employee must log in his own personal account in the intelligent management cabinet, so that the intelligent management cabinet determines that the target account currently in the login state is a certain personal account borrowing the cutter, and the user who needs to operate the cutter currently is known through the personal account. In practical application, the employee needs to register his personal account in advance and set a login mode of the account in the intelligent management cabinet, for example, the employee can login through fingerprint, voiceprint, retina, facial and other biological feature recognition, and also can login through account encryption, employee number encryption, mobile phone number and short message verification code and other verification modes, which is not limited in detail herein.
102. When the target account starts the old and new functions, reminding to put the target old cutter into a cutter recycling bin of the intelligent management cabinet.
The default target accounts of the embodiment are all opened with the old renewing function, and the old renewing function refers to: the target account must return a tool in the borrowed state to exchange for an opportunity to borrow a tool in the borrowable state from the intelligent management cabinet. In the step 101, if the target account is in the login state and the target user selects the related option of the tool borrowing, the old and new functions are automatically triggered and started, and the intelligent management cabinet reminds that the target old tool is put into the tool recycling bin of the intelligent management cabinet through the output devices such as a display screen or a loudspeaker. The intelligent management cabinet may designate one or more storage bins as so-called tool recovery bins for storing old tools and open the tool recovery bins at this step so that the user closes the tool recovery bins after placing the old tools into the tool recovery bins.
103. And when the old target cutter is determined to be received, releasing the new target cutter in the intelligent management cabinet to a designated position.
When the tool recovery bin of step 102 determines that the target old tool is received, for example: carrying out article identification on the cutter recycling bin through the camera device, and determining that the target old cutter is received in the cutter recycling bin; or after the cutter recovery bin closes the bin gate, the scanner scans a specific identification code on the cutter to identify that the target old cutter is put in storage, and the target old cutter is determined to be received in the cutter recovery bin. When it is determined that one old target cutter is received, one old target cutter is recovered, one new target cutter in the intelligent management cabinet can be released to a designated position, so that the total number of cutters in the borrowing state can be guaranteed not to be increased any more, only a manager is required to recover redundant cutters left in all places in time, the quantity and recovery quantity of cutters flowing out through the intelligent management cabinet can be guaranteed to be balanced, and the problems that the quantity of the borrowed cutters is too large, and the use efficiency of the cutters is low due to excessive idle cutters in the prior art are effectively solved.
Referring to fig. 2, another embodiment of the tool management method of the present application includes:
201. and determining the target account in the login state in the intelligent management cabinet.
The execution of this step is similar to step 101 in the embodiment of fig. 1, and the repetition is not repeated here.
It should be noted that there may be a plurality of intelligent management cabinets deployed in an enterprise, usually, only one account is supported in one intelligent management cabinet to log in simultaneously, one account can also log in one intelligent management cabinet simultaneously, a new logged-in target account in the same intelligent management cabinet can squeeze a previous account which is not logged out, and the login of the same target account in the same intelligent management cabinet can cause the new intelligent management cabinet to be in a login state and become a login state in the previous intelligent management cabinet, so as to ensure that one target account can only be in a login state on one intelligent management cabinet at the same time, or one target account is in an unregistered state on any intelligent management cabinet at the same time.
202. Judging whether the user authority of the target account has the direct tool borrowing authority, if the user authority of the target account does not have the direct tool borrowing authority, executing step 203; if the user authority of the target account has the direct tool borrowing authority, directly executing the related operation of the tool borrowing.
It is noted that each account registered in step 201 may be configured by an administrator account having administrative rights with or without direct tool borrowing rights. The personal account with the direct tool borrowing authority is a user with a technician identity generally, has a certain experience level on the use and management of tools, can judge whether a certain tool equipment needs to return redundant tools or needs to add the number of tools according to the technical experience of the user, and can be configured to have the direct tool borrowing authority; while a personal account without direct tool borrowing rights is typically a user of ordinary worker identity who is typically low in level of use and management of tools, typically an operator of a certain tool equipment, which is configured without direct tool borrowing rights.
Therefore, this step needs to further determine step 201 to determine whether the user authority of the target account in the login state in the intelligent management cabinet has the direct tool borrowing authority, if the user authority of the target account does not have the direct tool borrowing authority, it is proved that the user of the target account is a general worker, and the reminding of starting the old and new functions can be actively performed; if the user authority of the target account has the direct tool borrowing authority, and the user of the target account is proved to be the identity of a technician, the tool borrowing related operation can be directly executed without returning the old tool to serve as a condition for lending the new tool. Of course, the target account with the technician identity can also return the old tool unconditionally, and the target account with the technician identity is not limited.
203. When the target account is started for an old and new function, the selected target knife device is determined.
When it is determined in step 202 that the target account does not have the direct borrowing right, it means that the target account defaults to start the old and new functions, or the user starts the functions by reminding the old and new functions, because the tools loaded by the intelligent management cabinet may be used by multiple tool devices, the tools available or applied by each tool device may be different, and in order to conveniently record which tool device the tool object of the new tool to be borrowed is, this step needs to further allow the user to determine which target tool device the borrowed tool is to be used for, i.e. determine the selected target tool device.
204. Reminding to put the old target cutter of the target cutter equipment into the cutter recycling bin of the intelligent management cabinet.
The intelligent management cabinet in this step can remind the user of the target account to put the target old tool of the target tool determined in step 203 into the tool recovery bin of the intelligent management cabinet through the display modes such as a popup window, a virtual character, a notification bar message and the like of the display screen or through the audio playing mode such as a loudspeaker and the like, so as to change the new tool, and usually, the old tool is changed once. It should be noted that the new tool in this embodiment does not refer to a new tool, but a tool that can be used normally after detection. At the same time, the tool recovery bin of the intelligent management cabinet for recovering the target old tool can be opened so that the user puts the target old tool into the opened tool recovery bin and closes the tool recovery bin.
205. When it is determined that the target old tool is received, a target new tool available to the selected target tool device is determined.
It will be appreciated that the intelligent management cabinet may pre-store a device tool table describing available tools associated with each of the different tool devices, and when determining that the old target tools of step 204 are received, prove that the user of the target account has stored the old target tools in the tool recovery bin of the intelligent management cabinet, and then may give a new tool with the same number of stored old tools an opportunity to pick up. Based on such new tool extraction opportunities, in some embodiments, the user may select the same number of any type of tools stored in the intelligent management cabinet; in a further embodiment, the user can only select tools of the same type as the old tool model in the intelligent management cabinet; in another embodiment, the intelligent management cabinet automatically selects a tool with the same type as the old tool model for the user, namely, the target new tool and the target old tool are tools with the same specification model available for the target tool equipment, and the like, so as to further determine the target new tool available for the selected target tool equipment, wherein the target new tool is one of available tools associated with the target tool equipment recorded in the tool table for the equipment.
206. And obtaining a tool borrowing record of the target old tool from the cloud server.
In step 205, the old target tool is received, and it is proved that the old target tool is recovered to the intelligent management cabinet, then the tool file of the old target tool can be updated for the old target tool in this step, that is, the old target tool must be hung under an account of a certain user and is in a borrowed state, at this time, an update can be made for a borrowing record of the account, and for this purpose, the borrowing record of the old target tool needs to be obtained from the cloud server.
207. Updating the tool borrowing record of the target old tool and synchronizing to the cloud server.
Updating the tool borrowing record of the target old tool acquired in the step 206, correcting the tool borrowing record of a certain account where the target old tool is located from the borrowing state to the returning state, and synchronizing the tool borrowing record to the cloud server.
208. Judging whether a target new cutter available to the target cutter equipment exists in the intelligent management cabinet, and executing step 209 if the target new cutter available to the target cutter equipment does not exist in the intelligent management cabinet; if there is a new target tool available to the target tool equipment in the intelligent management cabinet, step 210 is performed.
When it is determined in step 205 that the target new tool available to the selected target tool equipment is available, it is generally further required to determine whether there is a target new tool available to the target tool equipment in the intelligent management cabinet, so as to determine whether the current intelligent management cabinet can provide the user with the replacement service of the new tool required by the user, if there is no target new tool available to the target tool equipment in the intelligent management cabinet, it is proved that the current intelligent management cabinet cannot provide the user with the replacement service of the new tool required by the user, and at this time, the intelligent management cabinet can return the old tool or let the user select to allow the old tool to be continuously recovered.
209. And sending out a reminder.
When the intelligent management cabinet determines in step 208 that there is no target new tool available for the target tool equipment, the intelligent management cabinet can send a notification to an administrator account bound to the cloud server, and the corresponding new tool is required to be timely supplemented to meet the field requirement; or the intelligent management cabinet can inquire whether the new cutter required by the user exists in other intelligent management cabinets through the cloud server, and if the new cutter required by the user exists in other intelligent management cabinets, the position of the other intelligent management cabinets is informed to the user, so that the user can conveniently obtain the new cutter.
210. And releasing the target new cutter to a designated position.
When the intelligent management cabinet determines in step 208 that there is a new target tool available for the target tool equipment, the intelligent management cabinet may release the new target tool from the designated location of the intelligent management cabinet, or open a storage bin in the intelligent management cabinet storing the new target tool for the user to acquire.
211. And when the new target cutter is determined to be picked up, updating the cutter borrowing record of the new target cutter and synchronizing the record to the cloud server.
For example, after the user obtains the target new tool, various sensors can be used for timely updating the tool borrowing record of the target new tool to the cloud server for synchronous updating, and the integrity and timeliness of the tool borrowing record of the target account can be timely maintained. The borrowing record of the target new tool is recorded under the target account name and bound with the target tool equipment selected in step 205, and the file state of the target new tool is updated to be the borrowing state.
