step one: according to the overall size of the steel-wood stairs required in the actual engineering project, determining the size and the number of the stair platform steel plates 11, the platform beams 12, the wood chip plates 13, the platform steel grids 14, the transverse pedals 211, the longitudinal pedals 212, the solid rods 213, the wood chip blocks 22, the stair section beams 23 and the steel pull rods 24; prefabricating corresponding parts.
Step two: adopting a flat floor for entrance, and dismantling part of stair sections and platforms; and then the installation is started from the top layer to the bottom layer according to the positioning of the original stairs.
Step three: platform 1 is first installed. Firstly, hoisting a platform steel plate 11 to the original platform position, and carrying out sitting and anchoring treatment on the corresponding position of the wall body 3; and placing the I-shaped platform beam 12 at a proper position below the platform steel plate 11, anchoring the I-shaped platform beam 12 and the wall body, adhering the wood chip plate below the platform steel plate 11 and on the left side of the I-shaped platform beam 12 by using an adhesive, and finally welding a platform steel grid on the left side of the I-shaped platform beam 12. Taking this as an example, the installation of each floor of the stair platform 1 is completed.
Step four: and installing a stair tread. Firstly, a curled edge 214 at one end of a transverse pedal 211 and a curled edge at the upper end of a longitudinal pedal 212 are hooked and connected into a stair pedal 21; a plurality of pedals 21 are installed according to the need.
The first pedal 21 is a single hemmed pedal mounted from a top platform to a bottom. The single-curled pedal is transversely placed and connected with the platform steel plate, one side without curled edges is welded with the platform steel plate, then the curled edges of the pedal 21 are hooked Lian Yanshen to the next stair steel platform, the welding is performed similarly, and meanwhile spot welding is performed on the curled edge connection parts, so that the stair section structure is further reinforced.

Step six: when the stair bench 2 is positioned in the two platforms 1, the T-shaped bench beam 23 and the I-shaped steel pull rod 24 in the upper end of the stair bench 2 are fixed with the platform beam 12 through welding, and the non-hemmed side of the pedal 21 at the bottom end of the stair bench 2 is fixed with the platform steel plate 11 through welding.
When the bottom end of the stair tread 2 contacts the concrete floor, the I-shaped steel pull rod 24 and the T-shaped tread beam are cast in-situ into the underlying concrete floor.
