Abstract
本发明具体涉及一种含青蒿提取物的去屑洗发制剂及其制备方法。本发明含有青蒿提取物、假交替单胞菌发酵产物提取物、牛蒡根提取物、壬二酸、月桂氮卓酮、吡罗克酮乙醇铵盐、己脒定二(羟乙基磺酸)盐、山梨坦辛酸酯、保湿剂、表面活性剂、调理剂和水的洗发制剂具有优异的除螨、抑制糠秕马拉色菌、去屑、控油、易梳理效果,具有极佳的体验感。

本发明涉及洗发水技术领域,具体涉及一种含青蒿提取物的去屑洗发制剂及其制备方法。
背景技术
头皮屑的产生与重复发作,与糠秕马拉色菌产生的代谢产物游离脂肪酸导致人体正常头皮异样增生有关。当头皮屑过多,毛孔被堵塞之后,就会容易造成毛发衰弱,细菌易增殖,头皮屑的类型也随之由生理性头皮屑转向病理性,这类头皮屑的特点是头皮会红肿热痛,同时伴有瘙痒紧绷等症状。头屑发生的机制主要为:微生态失衡、皮脂分泌及头皮屏障功能受损;且这三个机制是相互影响的。
在洗发水市场中,去屑洗发水占比较重。虽然去屑产品一代接一代更新,但是大多数人群认为去屑效果并不满意,原因可能是目前对于头皮屑的处理方法主要集中于马拉色菌上,但是头皮屑影响因素非常多,涉及头皮微生态、油脂过度分泌、头皮干燥以及屏障受损等多重因素,并不仅仅马拉色菌单独作用的结果。另一方面,抗真菌治疗后,又很快复发,说明反复使用化学去屑剂会产生耐药性,因此针对单纯抗真菌治疗头皮屑可能不是唯一有效的对策,需要采取综合治疗来恢复头皮微生物之间的稳态。
目前去屑洗发产品主要通过单一化学去屑剂,例如二硫化硒、吡罗克酮乙醇铵盐、吡硫鎓锌等,进行去屑功能的实现,靶点单一、无法完全针对所有头屑问题,且大量化学去屑剂使用会造成头皮屏障腐蚀,无法从根源解决头屑问题,“治标不治本”,极易造成头皮瘙痒等不良反应并发。同时,为了追求低廉的成本,过度添加表面活性剂等清洁成分,达到“洗的干净”效果,但是由于过度清洁会导致严重损害头皮屏障,造成恶性循环引发更严重的头部问题。现有市售去屑类洗发水常无法解决头螨及其导致的一系列头皮问题。且由于淋洗类产品特性,功效物料作用效果不明显,大部分产品中功效成分无法真正发挥作用。由于去屑产品清洁能力过强,会造成发丝毛躁干枯等不良情况,需要再配上护发素或精油等修复产品后期弥补。
因此,“有效抑菌抑螨”与“建立健康头皮微生态”成为解决消费者头皮瘙痒、头屑增生问题的核心,如何在保证产品安全温和无刺激的同时高效抑菌抑螨、平衡头皮健康微生态,将是去屑洗发产品在开发研究中需要同时兼顾和考虑的因素。而提供一种“配方搭配科学、工艺容易控制、产品功效明确、绿色天然、产品用后体验感较好”的可以从根源处理头屑、头螨、控油和易梳理效果的问题,且能修复头皮屏障、保护健康头皮环境的去屑洗发制剂,将是长期需要解决的问题。
发明内容
本发明基于上述技术问题的解决,从而提供一种含青蒿提取物的去屑洗发制剂及其制备方法。本发明洗发制剂具有优异的除螨、抑制糠秕马拉色菌、去屑、控油、保湿、易梳理效果,具有极佳的体验感。
本发明所述洗发制剂含有青蒿提取物、假交替单胞菌发酵产物提取物、牛蒡根提取物、壬二酸、月桂氮卓酮、吡罗克酮乙醇铵盐、己脒定二(羟乙基磺酸)盐、山梨坦辛酸酯、保湿剂、表面活性剂、调理剂和水。
进一步地,青蒿提取物在本发明制剂中的质量百分比用量为0.01-1.5%,也可为0.03%、0.05%、0.08%、0.1%、0.15%、0.2%、0.25%、0.3%、0.35%、0.4%、0.5%、0.7%、0.8%、1.0%、1.3%、1.5%的数值或上述任意两个数值之间的范围。所述成分具有广谱抗菌,抑螨能力强,调节和保持透皮微生态平衡,较好的持水能力。本发明以青蒿为主要抑螨功效成分,驱除螨虫,缓解瘙痒,避免马拉色菌进入毛囊,抑制马拉色菌生长。

本发明制剂中青蒿提取物和假交替单胞菌发酵产物能相互促进,增加制剂抑制糠批马拉色菌、提高去屑效果,两者的配合使得本发明制剂具有显著的效果。

本发明制剂中椰油酰基丙氨酸TEA盐与二硬脂醇月桂酰谷氨酸酯的搭配能优异地增加制剂对于头发的易梳理效果,两者的配合使得本发明制剂具有显著的效果,能使得使用者头发易梳理效果好,且头发光滑不打结。进一步地,作为更进一步地增加头发易梳理需求,本发明发现了选择椰油酰基丙氨酸TEA盐与二硬脂醇月桂酰谷氨酸酯质量比为1:(1.5-2.3)范围内得到的洗发制剂具有优异的易梳理效果。更佳地选择两者质量比为1:(1.6-2.2)、1:(1.7-2.2)或1:(1.8-2.2)。

进一步地,酵母发酵产物提取物在本发明制剂中的质量百分比用量为0.1-0.5%,也可为0.2%、0.3%、0.4%的数值或上述任意两个数值之间的范围。所述成分能增强角质,护发,改善头皮屏障功能,有效去除皮脂,去屑平衡,清洁力强,改善易梳理性质,具有与一定的增稠作用。
进一步地,本发明调理剂,以制剂质量百分比计,包括0.1-0.8%瓜尔胶羟丙基三甲基氯化铵、0.025-2.2%尿囊素、0.03-1.0%泛醇、1-4%聚季铵盐-7、0.1-1.5%桑白皮提取物、0.1-1%野菊花提取物、0.1-1%金银花提取物、0.1-1%茶树油、0.1-0.5%酵母发酵产物提取物。

本发明洗发制剂对糠秕马拉色菌的抑菌圈直径达到22.58±0.23mm;本发明的洗发制剂具有优异的抑制糠秕马拉色菌效果,能显著减少头皮屑效果。
本发明体系中青蒿提取物、假交替单胞菌发酵产物提取物具有优异抑制糠秕马拉色菌效果,能显著减少头皮屑产生。青蒿提取物和假交替单胞菌发酵产物提取物在抑制糠秕马拉色菌、去屑效果上能相互促进,显著增加制剂的去屑效果,两者的复配使得本发明制剂具有优异效果。青蒿提取物、假交替单胞菌发酵产物提取物质量比为 1:(1.5-2.5)范围时,制剂的抑制糠秕马拉色菌、去屑效果最优。
本发明体系中的山梨坦辛酸酯能显著增强本发明洗发制剂的去屑效果。
本发明洗发制剂在使用20天后,能减少透皮油脂比例为54.34%,使用40天后,能减少透皮油脂比例为68.54%;本发明的洗发制剂具有优异的控制油脂分泌效果,能显著降低透皮油脂分泌,使得头油减少,改善人体使用效果,体验感强。
本发明中的牛蒡根提取物、壬二酸均在本发明中具有优异降低皮脂效果,牛蒡根提取物和壬二酸在减少头皮油脂效果上能产生协同效果,能优异地增加制剂的控油效果,两者的配合使得本发明制剂具有显著的效果,能显著提高使用者的体验效果。牛蒡根提取物、壬二酸质量比为1:(0.3-0.7)范围时,制剂的控油效果更佳。
本发明体系中的月桂氮卓酮的添加能在一定程度上增加制剂的控制头皮油脂的效果,能更进一步地减少油头的产生。月桂氮卓酮影响活性成分发挥效果,能进一步地增加制剂易梳理效果。
本发明洗发制剂中添加了青蒿提取物,该提取物成分多为水溶性的,在淋洗类洗发剂型中易于被吸收利用,本发明洗发制剂抑螨虫效率达到99.58%,本发明的洗发制剂具有优异的抑制螨虫效果,对维护头皮微生态的平衡起到了非常好的协同作用,显著增加发用化妆品的体验感;本发明青蒿提取物能显著增加制剂的去除螨虫效果。
本发明洗发制剂具有优异干梳理和湿梳理效果,干梳理评分达到4.79分,湿梳理评分达到4.85分,本发明的洗发制剂能使得头发顺滑效果,赋予头发优异易梳理效果。
本发明中的椰油酰基丙氨酸TEA盐、二硬脂醇月桂酰谷氨酸酯能赋予头发优异易梳理性能,赋予头发顺滑等效果,两者相互配合与促进,影响制剂的易梳理效果。当两者质量比在1:(1.5-2.3)范围内时,产品易梳理效果更优异。

上述各测试组洗发制剂的制备方法如下:按照所述用量称取原料;将各原料加入到加水的搅拌容器中;开启搅拌,在42℃条件下以200转/分转速搅拌1小时;室温静置陈化2小时,灌装,得到所述洗发制剂。
将上述洗发制剂进行性能测试。
1、抑制糠秕马拉色菌、去屑效果测试
采用平板打孔法,用无菌棉签将浓度约为1×106cfu/ml的受试菌悬液糠秕马拉色菌在营养琼脂平板培养基表面涂抹均匀,放置室温下干燥10min。然后,用无菌圆形打孔器打孔,取上述洗发制剂A1-A18的样品10μl用水1:1进行稀释,加入孔中。进行三组平行实验。随后,将培养皿置于(36±1)℃的恒温箱中培养72h,取出观察,用游标卡尺测量抑菌圈直径(mm),测试结果见表2。

由上述表2中内容可知,本发明洗发制剂对糠秕马拉色菌的抑菌圈直径为22.58±0.23mm;本发明的洗发制剂具有优异的抑制糠秕马拉色菌效果,能显著减少头皮屑效果。
由表2的制剂A1与A2-3的比较可知,青蒿提取物、假交替单胞菌发酵产物提取物具有优异抑制糠秕马拉色菌效果,能显著减少头皮屑产生;而制剂A2-4中青蒿提取物或假交替单胞菌发酵产物提取物与A1中两者总质量相同的情况下,省略青蒿提取物或假交替单胞菌发酵产物提取物中之一的制剂的效果,相较于制剂A1的抑制糠秕马拉色菌、去屑效果差,本发明制剂中青蒿提取物和假交替单胞菌发酵产物提取物在抑制糠秕马拉色菌、去屑效果上能相互促进,显著增加制剂的去屑效果,两者的复配使得本发明制剂具有优异相关。当青蒿提取物、假交替单胞菌发酵产物提取物质量比为 1:(1.5-2.5)范围时,制剂的抑制糠秕马拉色菌、去屑效果最优。
通过表2制剂A1和A16的测试内容可以得到山梨坦辛酸酯能显著增强本发明洗发制剂的去屑效果。
2、控油效果测试
本发明控油效果的测试是采用油脂测试仪Sebumeter SM815测试头发的油脂含量;所述测试是基于光度计原理,约为0.1mm厚的特殊消光胶带吸收人体头发上的油脂后,就会变成一种半透明的胶带,它的透光量就会发生变化,吸收的油脂越多,透光量就会越大,这样就可以测量出头发油脂的含量。
该测试具体操作步骤为:选择油性头皮志愿者(35-50岁)若干名,将志愿者随机分成16组,各组为10名男性和10名女性共20名志愿者;志愿者在温度25±2℃,相对湿度55±5%的实验室内静坐40分钟,用油脂测试仪Sebumeter SM815分别测试左右额头的头发油脂含量,记为D0的数据。上述随机分组的第1-16组志愿者分别使用A1-A16的洗发制剂,各组的志愿者每天使用相同用量的制剂洗头一次,持续40天;并分别在第20天和第40天在前述实验室以相同方法测试头发油脂含量,所述含量分别记为D20和D40。按公式分别计算出D20和D40的油脂减少率:油脂减少率=100%×(使用制剂前的油脂含量-使用制剂后的油脂含量)/使用制剂前的油脂含量。控油效果的测试结果值结果如表3所示。

由上述表中内容可知,在使用本发明洗发制剂20天后,能减少透皮油脂比例为54.34%,使用40天后,能减少透皮油脂比例为68.54%;本发明的洗发制剂具有优异的控制油脂分泌效果,能显著降低透皮油脂分泌,使得头油减少,改善人体使用效果,体验感强。
由表3的制剂A1与A7-8的比较可知,牛蒡根提取物、壬二酸均在本发明中具有优异降低皮脂效果,制剂A7-8中保持牛蒡根提取物或壬二酸总量与A1中两者总质量相一致时,省略牛蒡根提取物或壬二酸中之一的制剂的效果,相较于制剂A1的控油效果差,由此可知,本发明制剂体系中牛蒡根提取物和壬二酸在减少头皮油脂效果上能产生协同效果,能优异地增加制剂的控油效果,两者的配合使得本发明制剂具有显著的效果,能显著提高使用者的体验效果。而当牛蒡根提取物、壬二酸质量比为1:(0.3-0.7)范围时,制剂的控油效果更佳,可由表3中制剂A1与A9-10的比较结果得到。
同时,通过测试内容得到,本发明月桂氮卓酮的添加能在一定程度上增加制剂的控制头皮油脂的效果,能更进一步地减少油头的产生。
3、抑制螨虫效果测试
具体测试方法可以参考GB/T 24253-2009中记载的方法进行检测。具体的抑制螨虫测试结果平均抑制率(%)如表4所示。

由上述表4中内容可知,本发明洗发制剂抑螨虫效率达到了99.58%;本发明的洗发制剂具有优异的抑制螨虫效果,显著增加发用化妆品的体验感。由A1与A2、A5的比较可知,本发明青蒿提取物能显著增加制剂的去除螨虫效果。
4、洗发水易梳理效果测试
选择年龄为40-55岁志愿者若干名,随机分成16组,每组10人,男、女各5名。然后上述第1-16组的志愿者分别使用A1-A16洗发制剂,每三天使用一次,使用一个月后对洗发水使用的头发梳理效果进行打分;其中,湿梳效果是指各组志愿者在使用一个月后并在最后一次洗头之后的头发在湿润状下的梳理效果,干梳效果是指在湿梳效果评价之后将头发吹干并在干燥状态下的梳理效果。最高分为5分,最低分为0分;其中,5分表示梳理头发的顺滑度非常满意,4分表示梳理头发的顺滑度满意,3分表示梳理头发的顺滑度一般,2分表示梳理头发的顺滑度勉强接受,1分表示梳理头发的顺滑度不满意,0分表示梳理头发的顺滑度非常不满意。然后对各个志愿者所打分数进行平均值计算,结果如表5所示。

由上述表5中内容可知,本发明洗发制剂具有优异干梳理和湿梳理效果,干梳理评分达到4.79分,湿梳理评分达到4.85分,本发明的洗发制剂能使得头发顺滑效果,赋予优异易梳理效果。
由制剂A1与A11-14的比较可知,椰油酰基丙氨酸TEA盐、二硬脂醇月桂酰谷氨酸酯能赋予头发优异易梳理性能,赋予头发顺滑等效果,两者相互配合与促进,影响制剂的易梳理效果。其中,当两者质量比在1:(1.5-2.3)范围内时,产品易梳理效果更优异。而月桂氮卓酮影响活性成分发挥效果,从而进一步地增加制剂易梳理效果,这可以从制剂A1与A15的比较可知。
显然,本领域的技术人员可以对本发明进行各种改动和变型而不脱离本发明的精神和范围。这样,倘若本发明的这些修改和变型属于本发明权利要求及其等同技术的范围之内,则本发明也意图包含这些改动和变型在内。
Claims (10)
1.一种含青蒿提取物的去屑洗发制剂,其特征在于:以所述制剂质量百分比计,所述制剂含有0.01-1.5%青蒿提取物、0.1-2.5%假交替单胞菌发酵产物提取物、0.1-2.5%牛蒡根提取物、0.02-0.8%壬二酸、0.01-0.7%月桂氮卓酮、0.1-1.5%吡罗克酮乙醇铵盐、0.05-0.8%己脒定二(羟乙基磺酸)盐、0.03-0.5%山梨坦辛酸酯、1-8%保湿剂、10-40%表面活性剂、1-10%调理剂和40-80%水。
2.如权利要求1所述的制剂,其特征在于:所述青蒿提取物和假交替单胞菌发酵产物提取物质量比为1:(1.5-2.5)。
3.如权利要求1所述的制剂,其特征在于:所述牛蒡根提取物、壬二酸质量比为1:(0.3-0.7)。
4.如权利要求1所述的制剂,其特征在于:所述表面活性剂包括椰油酰甲基牛磺酸牛磺酸钠、椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱、聚甘油-4葵酸酯、椰油酰基丙氨酸TEA盐、二硬脂醇月桂酰谷氨酸酯至少一种。
5.如权利要求1所述的制剂,其特征在于:以所述制剂质量百分比计,所述表面活性剂包括4-12%椰油酰甲基牛磺酸牛磺酸钠、6-10%椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱、1-5%聚甘油-4葵酸酯、0.5-3.5%椰油酰基丙氨酸TEA盐、0.5-6%二硬脂醇月桂酰谷氨酸酯。
6.如权利要求5所述的制剂,其特征在于:所述椰油酰基丙氨酸TEA盐与二硬脂醇月桂酰谷氨酸酯质量比为1:(1.5-2.3)。
7.如权利要求1所述的制剂,其特征在于:所述调理剂包括瓜尔胶羟丙基三甲基氯化铵、尿囊素、泛醇、聚季铵盐-7、桑白皮提取物、野菊花提取物、金银花提取物、茶树油、酵母发酵产物提取物中的至少一种。
8.如权利要求1所述的制剂,其特征在于:所述保湿剂包括甘油、丙二醇、丁二醇、β-葡聚糖、透明质酸钠、山梨糖醇中的至少一种。
9.如权利要求1-8任意一项所述洗发制剂的制备方法,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:按质量称取原料,混合,静置,灌装,得到所述制剂。
10.如权利要求1-8任意一项所述洗发制剂的应用,其特征在于:所述应用包括将所述制剂用于制备发用化妆品的用途。
