Fig. 1 illustrates a flowchart of a processing method of a multimedia resource according to an exemplary embodiment of the present disclosure. As an example, the processing method of the multimedia resource according to the exemplary embodiment of the present disclosure may be performed by the user terminal.
Referring to fig. 1, in step S101, a target multimedia resource is uploaded through a target terminal.
The target multimedia resource is recorded with description information of at least one article, and the target multimedia resource does not contain touch elements belonging to the at least one article, wherein the touch elements are used for displaying article information of the at least one article when touch operation is performed.
As an example, the descriptive information of the at least one item may include, but is not limited to, at least one of: image information of the at least one item, audio description information of the at least one item, text description information of the at least one item.
As an example, the item information of the at least one item may include, but is not limited to: and introducing information of a matched article matched with the at least one article in a preset article library and/or acquiring guiding information of the matched article from the preset article library. A matching item that matches the at least one item may be understood as an item that is the same as or similar to the at least one item.
As an example, the item information of the at least one item may include: descriptive information of all or part of the at least one item.
In step S102, a notification message issued by the server is received.
The notification message is used for notifying the target terminal to add the touch element belonging to the at least one object in the target multimedia resource.
As an example, the server may issue a corresponding notification message for all or part of the uploaded multimedia resources. As an example, the notification message sent by the server may be received only when the target multimedia resource meets a preset condition. For example, the preset conditions may include: the issued duration is less than a preset duration.
Further, as an example, the processing method of a multimedia resource according to an exemplary embodiment of the present disclosure may further include: responding to the operation of the notification message, and displaying an editing page of the target multimedia resource; responding to touch element adding operation received in the editing page, and adding touch elements belonging to the at least one object in the target multimedia resource; the editing page comprises identification information of at least one candidate touch element.
The identification information of the at least one candidate touch element may be provided by the server.
As an example, the matching items corresponding to different candidate touch elements are different.
According to an exemplary embodiment of the present disclosure, a touch element belonging to the at least one item may be displayed in a specific area of the target multimedia resource during the process in which the target multimedia resource is browsed. For example, when the target multimedia asset is a video, the touch element belonging to the at least one item may be displayed while a video frame including the description information of the at least one item is played.
Fig. 2 illustrates a flowchart of a processing method of a multimedia resource according to an exemplary embodiment of the present disclosure. As an example, the processing method of the multimedia resource according to the exemplary embodiment of the present disclosure may be performed by a server side.
Referring to fig. 2, in step S201, a target multimedia resource transmitted by a target terminal is acquired.
The target multimedia resource is recorded with description information of at least one article, and the target multimedia resource does not contain touch elements belonging to the at least one article, wherein the touch elements are used for displaying article information of the at least one article when touch operation is performed.
As an example, the target multimedia resource may be a multimedia resource that has been published or is to be published.
As an example, the target terminal may be a terminal capable of publishing a multimedia resource through a multimedia resource publishing platform.
As an example, the type of the target multimedia resource may include, but is not limited to, at least one of: video, image, graphics.
As an example, the target multimedia resource may include a multimedia resource that is unbound to items (i.e., does not contain touch elements belonging to the at least one item) and/or a multimedia resource that fails to bind to an item. For example, item binding failure may be caused by a low matching of matching items manually bound by the user through the terminal to the content of the multimedia resource.
As an example, the target multimedia resource to be published may include: requesting a published target multimedia resource.
As an example, the descriptive information of the at least one item may include, but is not limited to, at least one of: image information of the at least one item, audio description information of the at least one item, text description information of the at least one item.
As an example, the item information of the at least one item may include: and introducing information of a matched article matched with the at least one article in a preset article library and/or acquiring guiding information of the matched article from the preset article library.
In step S202, a matching item that matches the at least one item is retrieved from a library of preset items.
As an example, a matching item that matches the at least one item may be retrieved from a library of preset items based on the description information of the at least one item and the information of the target multimedia resource.
As an example, the information of the target multimedia asset may include at least one of image information, audio information, text information of the target multimedia asset.
As an example, the text information of the target multimedia asset may include, but is not limited to, at least one of: text information (e.g., subtitles, etc.) identified from an image of the target multimedia asset, text information included in the target multimedia asset itself, text description information (e.g., introductory information, titles, etc.) of the target multimedia asset, text information identified from speech of the target multimedia asset.
For example, when the target multimedia resource is video, the image of the target multimedia resource is a video frame of the target multimedia resource, and when the target multimedia resource is image, the image of the target multimedia resource is the target multimedia resource itself.
By way of example, the type of item may include, but is not limited to, at least one of the following: the same kind of articles, article combinations and article suits.
As an example, step S202 may include: judging whether the target multimedia resource meets the condition of recommending the item (namely, identifying whether the target terminal can recommend the item through the target multimedia resource); and in the case that the target multimedia resource meets the condition of recommending the item, retrieving a matched item matched with the at least one item from the preset item library.
Optionally, the condition of recommending the item includes that the information of the item contained in the target multimedia resource meets a predetermined condition. Specifically, the predetermined condition includes at least one of: the target multimedia resource contains specific information of the article, or the information quantity of the information containing the article reaches a threshold value.
As an alternative example, if the proportion of the video frames of the information including the item in the target multimedia resource occupying all frames of the target multimedia resource exceeds a predetermined proportion, for example, 30% (the proportion may be obtained based on historical experience, which the present application is not limited to), it is determined that the amount of information including the item in the target multimedia resource reaches a threshold value, thereby determining that the target multimedia resource satisfies the condition of recommending the item.
As another alternative example, if the total duration of the video clips of the information including the item in the target multimedia resource exceeds a predetermined proportion of the duration of the target multimedia resource, for example, the total duration of the video clips exceeds 30% or more of the total duration of the target multimedia resource (the proportion may be obtained based on historical experience, which is not limited by the present application), it is determined that the information amount including the item in the target multimedia resource reaches a threshold value, thereby determining that the target multimedia resource satisfies the condition of recommending the item. The video clips may be one clip or multiple clips, and if the video clips are multiple, the total duration of the video clips is the sum of the durations of the multiple video clips. In addition, the segments herein are not limited to physically separated segments, and the minimum unit of the segments may be 1 video frame, and if there is information about the presence of an item in 1 or more consecutive video frames in the target multimedia resource, the 1 or more consecutive video frames may be the video segments described above.
As another alternative example, the specific information of the item may be evaluation information of the item, specifically, if specific description information pointing to the item is included in the target multimedia resource, it is determined that the target multimedia resource satisfies the condition of recommending the item. Specifically, the specific descriptive information may be evaluation information of the article. For example, the target multimedia resource includes price evaluation information (inexpensive, expensive, etc.) of an article, performance evaluation information (ready-to-use, standby time, beautiful color, lightweight, heavy, etc.), and the like.
The article may be a single article, a collection of a plurality of articles, or a composite of a plurality of articles.
As yet another alternative example, an identification model (e.g., a deep learning based identification model) may be used to determine whether the target multimedia asset meets the condition of recommending items. For example, at least one of image information, audio information and text information of the target multimedia resource may be input into the recognition model, so as to obtain a determination result output by the recognition model.
An exemplary embodiment of step S202 will be described below in conjunction with fig. 3, which is not developed here.
In step S203, in response to retrieving the matching item, the target terminal is notified to add a touch element belonging to the at least one item in the target multimedia resource.
Further, as an example, the processing method of a multimedia resource according to an exemplary embodiment of the present disclosure may further include: and displaying the type of the released multimedia resource to the target terminal according to the three types of the to-be-bound article, the bound article and the article binding failure.
Further, as an example, the processing method of a multimedia resource according to an exemplary embodiment of the present disclosure may further include: and providing the identification information of at least one candidate touch element corresponding to the searched matched object for the target terminal.
As an example, the processing method of the multimedia resource according to the exemplary embodiment of the present disclosure may be performed at a timing or when it is detected that the target terminal issues or requests to issue the multimedia resource.
Fig. 3 illustrates a flowchart of a method of retrieving a matching item from a library of preset items that matches the at least one item, according to an exemplary embodiment of the present disclosure.
As shown in fig. 3, in step S301, a preset type of item contained in the target multimedia resource is determined.
As an example, in case that the target multimedia asset is a video or an image, step S301 may include: acquiring an article image of an article of a preset type from a target multimedia resource; then, clustering all the acquired object images to obtain at least one category; and then, determining the articles corresponding to the categories as articles of preset types contained in the target multimedia resources. Each category corresponds to an article, and the articles corresponding to different categories are different. For example, in the case where the target multimedia asset is a video, an item image of an item of a preset type is acquired from a video frame of the target multimedia asset.
As an example, in the case that the target multimedia asset is a video, the step of acquiring an item image of an item of a preset type from the target multimedia asset may include: position information of an item of a preset type (for example, coordinates of a rectangular frame including the item) is identified from a video frame of a target multimedia resource, and then an item image of the item is acquired from the image according to the position information of the item.
As an example, in the case that the target multimedia resource is an image, the step of acquiring an item image of the preset type of item from the target multimedia resource may include: location information of an item of a preset type (e.g., coordinates of a rectangular frame including the item) is identified from the target multimedia resource, and then an item image of the item is acquired from the target multimedia resource according to the location information of the item.
As an example, the location information of the preset type of item may be identified from the image of the target multimedia asset through an item detection model (e.g., a deep learning-based target detection model). For example, when the target multimedia resource is video, the image of the target multimedia resource is a video frame of the target multimedia resource, and when the target multimedia resource is image, the image of the target multimedia resource is the target multimedia resource itself.
As an example, the step of clustering all acquired item images may include: and clustering all the object images according to the information (such as text information associated with the object images) associated with the object images in the information of the target multimedia resource and the content of the object images.
As an example, a multi-dimensional feature vector corresponding to an item image may be extracted by an item feature extraction model (e.g., an item feature extraction model based on deep learning) trained based on the same item data, and the similarity of the feature vectors may be used to determine whether the items are the same item, so that the item images may be clustered based on the feature vector corresponding to the item image. For example, the input of the item feature extraction model may be information associated with the item image, among the information of the item image and the target multimedia asset.
In step S302, an item recommended by the target multimedia resource is determined from the included items of the preset type as the at least one item.
As an example, for each item of the included items of the preset type, it may be determined whether the item is an item recommended by the target multimedia resource according to recommendation information of the item, in other words, whether the item satisfies the recommendation condition according to recommendation information of the item.
As an example, the recommendation information for an item may be information that characterizes how obviously the targeted multimedia resource recommended the item.
As an example, the recommendation information for the item may include, but is not limited to, at least one of: the frequency of the item appearing in the target multimedia resource, the time period of the item appearing in the target multimedia resource, the picture rate of the item in the target multimedia resource (for example, the picture rate in a video frame, the picture rate in an image, the picture rate in a picture, etc.), and the matching relation of the category to which the item belongs and the category recommended by the target multimedia resource.
As an example, the matching relationship of the category to which the item belongs and the category recommended by the target multimedia resource may be: whether the category recommended by the target multimedia resource includes a category to which the item belongs. As an example, in a case where the category recommended by the target multimedia resource includes a category to which the item belongs, the item may be determined as the item recommended by the target multimedia resource, for example, whether the item is the item recommended by the target multimedia resource is further determined based on, in particular, a frequency of occurrence of the item in the target multimedia resource, a time period of occurrence of the item in the target multimedia resource, a picture period of the item in the target multimedia resource, and the like.
As an example, the category recommended by the target multimedia asset may be determined based on at least one of image information, voice information, text information of the target multimedia asset. For example, the category recommended by the target multimedia asset may be determined to be clothing based on the title of the target multimedia asset.
As an example, it may be determined whether the target multimedia resource satisfies the condition of recommending the item; and determining the category recommended by the target multimedia resource under the condition that the target multimedia resource meets the condition of recommending the item.
By way of example, the category recommended by the target multimedia asset may be determined by a multimodal video classification model trained based on video images and text.
By way of example, the category to which each item belongs may be derived by training an item classification model based on the item image and text. For example, the item image of each item and the information associated with the item in the information of the target multimedia resource may be input into the item classification model to obtain the category to which each item belongs.
In step S303, a matching item matching the at least one item is retrieved from the preset item library.
As an example, an item that is the same as or similar to the at least one item may be retrieved from a library of preset items as a matching item.
As an example, an item whose similarity to the feature vector of the at least one item exceeds a preset threshold value may be retrieved from a preset item library as the matching item.
The feature vector of the at least one item may be extracted from information of the target multimedia asset. As an example, the feature vector of the at least one item is extracted from information associated with the item (e.g., descriptive information of the item) of the target multimedia asset. As an example, the feature vector of the at least one item may be a feature vector obtained by the item retrieval model described above.
According to the exemplary embodiment of the disclosure, the method for intelligently recommending the binding articles for the multimedia resources is provided, the efficiency of binding articles for the multimedia resources can be improved, and the intelligent recommended binding articles have higher matching degree with the content of the multimedia resources.
Fig. 4 illustrates an example of a method of retrieving a matching item that matches the at least one item according to an example embodiment of the present disclosure. Here, the target multimedia asset is video.
As shown in fig. 4, the video frame extraction step includes: a plurality of successive video frames are extracted from the video, the time intervals between frames being generally equal to ensure that items appearing in the video are in the extracted image frames.
The steps of character recognition OCR and speech recognition ASR include: identifying text that appears in the video, converting audio of the video to text.
And (3) an article detection model: the object appearing in the video frame is identified through a target detection model based on deep learning, coordinates of the object in the image are obtained, and then object frames (namely object images) in the video frame are obtained, so that each object is represented by a rectangular frame.
Article feature extraction model: the multi-dimensional feature vectors of the article frames are extracted through the deep learning article feature extraction model obtained based on the same article data training, and the similarity among the feature vectors can be used for judging whether the articles are the same.
The step of clustering the multi-object frames comprises the following steps: because of the continuity of the video frames, there are cases where the same item appears in multiple video frames, the item frames may be clustered based on the multi-dimensional feature vectors of the item frames, each item being represented by a cluster.
Article classification model: and obtaining the category of the article frame through a deep learning article classification model obtained based on article image and text training.
Video recognition model: and judging whether the target multimedia resource meets the condition of recommending the object or not through a deep learning video recognition model obtained based on video image and text training.
Multimodal video classification model: by deep learning a video classification model based on video images and text training, the category of the item that the video primarily recommends (i.e., the category that the video recommends) is determined.
The judging step comprises the following steps: multiple articles may appear in one video, and the recommended articles are determined by combining information such as the occurrence times, the duty ratio and the like of the article frames and the matching relation between the article frame categories and the recommended categories of the video.
The step of retrieving includes: and retrieving the matched articles matched with the recommended articles from the preset article library according to the article indexes of the preset article library. For example, an item index for the pre-set item library may be constructed based on feature vectors for each item in the pre-set item library extracted by the item feature extraction model. For example, matching items may be retrieved from a library of preset items by comparing the feature vectors of the recommended items with the feature vectors of the individual items in the library of preset items.
Fig. 5 illustrates an example of a processing method of a multimedia resource according to an exemplary embodiment of the present disclosure.
As shown in fig. 5, the algorithm platform receives a message that the terminal issues a video, retrieves a matched item (hereinafter, also referred to as a matched item) from a preset item library for the video of an unbound item, scores the matched item, finally generates an item list of the score top10, and sends the information to the video issuing platform, which is responsible for the storage in the library.
Regarding the terminal touch, there are mainly two modes of the terminal touch, one is the real-time touch at the production stage and the other is the daily timing touch.
Touching in real time: a new video is the optimal exposure period within a certain time after being released, and a user can be guided to bind objects to the video more timely through the terminal by touching in real time. In order to avoid excessive disturbance to the terminals, the touch can use a frequency control strategy, each terminal can only touch once a day, and after the verification of the frequency control rule, a touch message is directly sent to the terminal.
Timing touch: the video database DB of the articles to be bound is scanned in a full amount every day for a preset time period, and if the matched articles are not deleted and the frequency control rule is filtered, the terminal is touched.
As an example, the touch manner may mainly include APP end push, end in message (platform message, etc.), short message, phone, etc., where the end push and the end in message may directly guide the terminal into the video management page of the article to be bound.
As an example, on the to-be-bound item video management page of the terminal, a to-be-bound item video list of the last period of time may be displayed. For example, each type of published video may be displayed in pages according to three areas to be bound, binding success, and binding failure.
As an example, the matching item with the highest score is selected by default to bind (i.e., a touch element corresponding to the matching item is added to the multimedia resource), but the terminal may replace the item bound by default in response to the user operation; when the articles are replaced, the articles matched by the algorithm are displayed preferentially by the article selector, and are displayed in a sorted manner from high to low according to the scores.
Further, as an example, if a target item in a preset item library is already shelved, the item will be automatically shelved.
According to the exemplary embodiment of the disclosure, the method for post-recalling the uploaded multimedia resources and binding the recommended articles is provided, post-dragging can be achieved for the multimedia resources which are released but not bound with the recommended articles, the terminals are reminded to bind the articles, and matched articles are accurately retrieved from a preset article library and recommended to the terminals for binding, so that scenes of binding the recommended articles by the multimedia resources are enriched.
