In order to guarantee the precision and the stability of the intelligent electric meter, all intelligent electric meters need to be electrified to detect when leaving the factory, but because the detection process is complex, detection personnel are often required to continuously operate a wiring terminal and a power switch and evaluate whether the electric meter is qualified according to the running state of the electric meter, and in batch production, the detection means is time-consuming and labor-consuming, easy to make mistakes and low in manual inspection efficiency.

The invention aims to provide a performance detection system of an electricity consumption information acquisition device, which realizes automatic detection of an intelligent ammeter through a meter analysis host connected with a test bench, so that the labor cost is reduced, and the detection efficiency and accuracy are improved.

The positioning mechanism comprises a servo motor, the output shaft of the servo motor extends vertically to the top of the test bench, the positioning mechanism further comprises a clamping arm vertically connected to the top end of the output shaft, the clamping arm is provided with a sliding groove along the length direction, a sliding block is matched in the sliding groove, and the probe is connected with the sliding block.
The top of the test bench is provided with an adjusting groove along the length direction of the conveying groove, and the servo motor is connected with the adjusting groove in a sliding fit manner through a connecting seat.
The intelligent ammeter test bench is characterized in that a counter is further arranged at the top of the test bench and is electrically connected with the ammeter analysis host and used for prompting and recording unqualified intelligent ammeters.

In the detection process, the ammeter analysis host computer compares the current states acquired by the front current detection device and the rear current detection device respectively, and when the comparison result does not accord with a preset value, the ammeter analysis host computer prompts and stops detection. According to the invention, the automatic detection of the intelligent ammeter is realized through the meter analysis host connected with the test bench, so that the labor cost is reduced, and the detection efficiency and accuracy are improved.
In addition, the camera is used for collecting image data of the currently tested intelligent ammeter and comparing the image data with the reference image in a video image mode, and when the intelligent ammeter is in a state different from the reference image in the testing process, the same ammeter analysis host machine makes an abnormal prompt and stops detection.

In the detection process, the ammeter analysis host 9 compares the current states acquired by the front current detection device 6 and the rear current detection device 8 respectively, and when the comparison result does not accord with a preset value, the ammeter analysis host 9 gives a prompt and stops detection.
In a preferred embodiment, the invention further comprises a camera 10, wherein the camera 10 is suspended above the test bench 1 through a support arm 11 connected with the test bench 1 and is used for shooting the smart meter 13; the camera 10 is electrically connected with the ammeter analysis host 9; the electricity meter analysis host 9 is provided with a first storage space and a second storage space, wherein the first storage space is used for storing an electricity meter reference image, and the second storage space is used for storing a recorded image of the camera 10; the first storage space and the second storage space are respectively in communication connection with a processor of the electricity meter analysis host 9.
It should be noted that, the camera 10 collects the image data of the currently tested smart meter 13 and compares the image data with the reference image in a video image manner, when the smart meter 13 is in a state different from the reference image in the test process, the same meter analysis host 9 makes an abnormal prompt and stops the detection. In addition, the top of the test bench 1 is further provided with a counter 12, and the counter 12 is electrically connected with the electric meter analysis host 9, and is used for prompting and recording the unqualified intelligent electric meter 13.
