As shown in fig. 1, as a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the feeding assembly may adopt a conventional seed feeding machine, or may adopt a spiral structure for feeding, that is, the feeding assembly includes a feeding pipe 11, a feeding barrel 12, a fixing seat 13, a feeding motor 14, a feeding pipe 15 and a spiral blade, the feeding barrel 12 is fixed on the outer side of the storage bin 9 through the fixing seat 13, the spiral blade (not shown) is disposed on the inner side of the feeding barrel 12, the feeding motor 14 for driving the spiral blade to rotate is further disposed at the end of the feeding barrel 12, the feeding pipe 11 is connected with the lower end of the feeding barrel 12, the end of the feeding pipe 11 far away from the feeding barrel 12 is inclined upwards, and the end of the feeding pipe 11 far away from the feeding barrel 12 is also connected with the middle of the bottom of the storage bin 9, so as to facilitate discharging seeds into the feeding barrel 12 through the feeding pipe 11; the upper end of the charging barrel 12 is communicated with a charging outlet pipe 15, the charging outlet pipe 15 is inclined downwards at one end far away from the charging barrel 12, and one end of the charging outlet pipe 15 far away from the charging barrel 12 is positioned above a distributing barrel 29 of the quantity control distributing assembly 16, so long as seeds can be discharged into the distributing barrel 29.
In the embodiment of the invention, seeds in the storage bin 9 can flow to the feeding cylinder 12 through the feeding pipe 11, the spiral blades are driven to rotate through the working of the feeding pipe 15, the seeds can be lifted until being discharged from the feeding pipe 15 into the distributing cylinder 29, and the excessive seeds fall into the storage bin 9 again, so that the circulating feeding can be performed, and the full and reliable utilization of the seeds is ensured.
As shown in fig. 1, as a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the liftable and adjustable conveying assembly 1 includes a conveying belt 2, a roller frame 3, a support 4, a conveying motor 5 and a first telescopic cylinder 6, wherein the support 4 is disposed on one side of a storage bin 9, the first telescopic cylinder 6 is fixed on the lower side of the support 4, the lower end of the first telescopic cylinder 6 is fixed on a base 7, and the first telescopic cylinder 6 is arranged in a proper amount, so as to ensure stable lifting and lowering of the support 4; two ends of the support 4 are respectively provided with a conveying roller through a roller frame 3 in a rotating way, a conveying belt 2 for carrying out the holding connection on seeds poured by a distributing barrel 29 of the quantity control distributing assembly 16 is wound between the two conveying rollers, and the rotating installation of the conveying rollers is only needed by referring to the prior art and is not limited; one of the roller frames 3 is also provided with a conveying motor 5 for driving the conveying rollers to rotate, and the conveying rollers are driven to rotate by the operation of the conveying motor 5, so that the operation of the conveying belt 2 is realized.
In one embodiment, a packaging groove (not shown) may be disposed on the conveying belt 2, and the packaging bag is sleeved on the packaging groove, so that seeds poured from the dispensing barrel 29 can be reliably contained, and then the packaging bag sealing operation is performed, which is not limited and described in detail.
In the embodiment of the invention, the conveying motor 5 drives the conveying belt 2 to rotate, so that seeds poured from the material distributing barrel 29 can be contained and conveyed, the height of the conveying belt 2 can be controlled through the first telescopic cylinder 6, the material distributing barrel 29 can be better matched with the material distributing barrel 29, packaging bags of different types can be adapted to be packaged, and the reliability of the contained connection is improved.
According to the quantity control conveying equipment for the agricultural seed packaging machine provided by the embodiment of the invention, the dumping assembly 10 is specifically arranged, seeds can be conveyed from a station where the feeding assembly is positioned to the lifting adjusting conveying assembly 1, the required installation space of the lifting adjusting conveying assembly 1 and the feeding assembly is met, the space for controlling the quantity of the seeds by the quantity control distributing assembly 16 and the operation space for controlling the quantity control distributing assembly 16 to dump the seeds to the lifting adjusting conveying assembly 1 by the dumping assembly 10 (namely, the feeding outlet pipe 15 of the feeding assembly cannot interfere), the next packaging procedure is facilitated, the efficiency of seed packaging is improved, and the labor is saved.
In addition, the conveying motor 5 is preferably a stepping motor, the feeding motor 14 and the scraping motor 33 are all conventional motors, the first telescopic cylinder 6, the arc telescopic cylinder 22, the second telescopic cylinder 25 and the third telescopic cylinder 37 can be hydraulic cylinders or electric telescopic cylinders, the control of all the components is only performed by adopting a PLC controller disclosed in the prior art, the model and circuit connection of all the components are not particularly limited, and the components can be flexibly arranged in practical application.
The related circuits, electronic components and modules are all in the prior art, and can be completely implemented by those skilled in the art, and needless to say, the protection of the present invention does not relate to improvements of software and methods.
