The joint of the first straight line section and the second straight line section is in smooth transition, so that support and sealing can be provided for the lifting glass 4, and the influence of excessive friction resistance on normal lifting is avoided.
The number of the second sealing cavities 322 may be set according to the length of the sealing rod 312 and the requirement of the lifting glass 4, and in one embodiment of the present application, the number of the second sealing cavities 322 is one, and the second sealing cavities 322 are disposed between the end of the sealing rod 312, which is far from the sealing body 3111, and the first sealing cavity 321.
FIG. 7 is a schematic view of a third glass sealing strip in a third embodiment of the present invention. FIG. 8 is a cross-sectional view of the third glass sealing strip shown in FIG. 7 at A-A. The seal structure is usually provided by a seal cavity and a seal skirt, and when the seal cavity and the seal skirt are provided in combination, the seal cavity is usually closer to the seal main body 3111 than the seal skirt, so that the seal structure is prevented from interfering with each other during the movement of the lifting glass 4.

The sealing bar 312, support guide 3113 and sealing skirt enclose a bulb structure that approximates a triangle. In the ascending process of the lifting glass 4, the lifting glass passes through the third sealing skirt edge 332 and the third sealing cavity 331 in sequence and is abutted against the arc line segment of the sealing skirt edge of the third sealing cavity 331 or the joint of the arc line segment and the straight line segment; the lifting glass 4 is located between the straight line section of the sealing skirt edge and the third sealing skirt edge 332, the straight line section of the sealing skirt edge and the third sealing skirt edge 332 are oppositely arranged to form a channel for the lifting glass 4 to pass through, the arc line section of the sealing skirt edge and the third sealing skirt edge 332 do not interfere, the lifting glass 4 can be arranged close to the straight line section of the sealing skirt edge as much as possible, the lifting glass 4 can be arranged flush with the door frame matching component 2 or is arranged close to the flush, and the close flush arrangement means that the step difference 6 between the extension line 5 of the door frame matching component 2 and the lifting glass 4 is not more than 3.5mm. By adopting the third glass sealing strip 33, the channel formed by the third sealing cavity 331 and the third sealing skirt edge 332 can provide guiding and supporting functions, and the channel enables the lifting glass 4 to be close to the second end of the sealing main body 3111 as much as possible, so that wind noise caused by the traditional large-amplitude step difference 6 can be effectively solved, and the channel is formed by adopting two different sealing structures, so that the step difference 6 is eliminated, the sealing performance of the whole vehicle is improved, the attractiveness is improved, the wind resistance of the vehicle in motion is reduced, and the comfort level of the vehicle is improved.
In an embodiment of the present application, the terminal surface that the one end of straight line section was kept away from to the pitch arc section of sealed shirt rim is provided with the joint surface, through setting up the joint surface, increases the pitch arc section of sealed shirt rim and the joint area of sealing rod 312, improves joint strength. The third sealing skirt 332 is spaced from the sealing skirt by a distance less than the length of the third sealing skirt 332. The end of the third sealing skirt 332, which is far away from the sealing rod 312, has a smooth end surface, so that the support and sealing can be provided for the lifting glass 4, and the influence of excessive friction resistance on normal lifting can be avoided.
The number of the third sealing skirts 332 may be set according to the length of the sealing rod 312 and the requirement of lifting the glass 4, and in one embodiment of the present application, the number of the third sealing skirts 332 is one, and the end surface of the sealing rod 312, which is far from the end of the sealing body 3111, extends out of the third sealing skirts 332.
Alternatively, a mounting passage is provided on an end face of the first end, and a plurality of positioning portions 3112 are provided on a side face of the mounting passage away from the support guide 3113 at intervals in the width direction. The sealing body 3111 is wrapped on the transverse plate of the door frame sheet metal 1 through the mounting channel, the width of the mounting channel is larger than the thickness of the transverse plate of the door frame sheet metal 1, and the sealing body 3111 is abutted on the door frame sheet metal 1 through the positioning portion 3112, so that the sealing body 3111 and the door frame sheet metal 1 can be stably connected together.
In one embodiment of the present application, the mounting channel extends from the first end to the second end, the number of the positioning portions 3112 is three, and the three positioning portions 3112 are sequentially arranged at intervals along the length direction of the mounting channel. The seal body 3111 is nearly C-shaped, the seal rod 312 and the support guide 3113 are both provided on the lower surface of the seal body 3111, the upper surface of the seal body 3111 is provided with an insertion portion 3111 extending obliquely upward, and the insertion portion 3111 can be connected to the door panel 7.
The door frame sheet metal 1 and the door sheet metal 7 are connected together through expansion buckles. When the seal body 3111 is wrapped outside the lateral plate of the door frame sheet metal 1 through the mounting passage, there is a gap between the longitudinal plate of the door frame sheet metal 1, the door sheet metal 7 and the seal rod 312, and in order to improve the sealing property and the assembly stability, in addition, optionally, a plurality of seal protrusions are provided along the length direction at intervals on the side surface of the seal rod 312 facing away from the support guide 3113. Through setting up sealed protruding, sealed protruding and door frame panel beating 1 sealing connection provides the supporting role for door panel beating 7 simultaneously.
In one embodiment of the present application, the number of the sealing protrusions is three, namely, the first sealing protrusion 3121, the second sealing protrusion 3122 and the third sealing protrusion 3123, and the first sealing protrusion 3121, the second sealing protrusion 3122 and the third sealing protrusion 3123 are sequentially arranged at intervals along the length direction of the sealing rod 312, for example, the first sealing protrusion 3121 is arranged at the connection part of the sealing rod 312 and the sealing body 3111, the first sealing protrusion 3121 extends downwards in a tilting manner, the first sealing protrusion 3121 provides support for the transverse plate of the door frame sheet metal 1, and one end of the first sealing protrusion 3121 away from the sealing rod 312 is abutted with the longitudinal plate of the door frame sheet metal 1. The second sealing protrusion 3122 is located at the middle of the sealing rod 312, and one end of the second sealing protrusion 3122 away from the sealing rod 312 abuts against the longitudinal plate of the door frame sheet metal 1. The third sealing protrusion 3123 is located at the bottom end of the sealing rod 312, the third sealing protrusion 3123 extends obliquely downward, and one end of the third sealing protrusion 3123 away from the sealing rod 312 abuts the door panel 7.
In the first embodiment of the present application, the third sealing projection 3123 is an integrally formed structure with the second sealing skirt 314; in a second embodiment of the present application, the third sealing projection 3123 is an integrally formed structure with the fold line sealing skirt; in the first embodiment of the present application, the third sealing projection 3123 is an integrally formed structure with the third sealing skirt 332.
The sealing skirt used in the first glass sealing strip 31, the second glass sealing strip 32 or the third glass sealing strip 33 contains a hard framework, the hardness of surrounding substances of the sealing skirt is lower than that of the hard framework, and the hard framework ensures that the surrounding substances are tightly adhered to the lifting glass 4 after the lifting glass 4 is closed and durable.
The use of the glass sealing strip 3 is further described below.
The sealing body 3111 is arranged between the door frame sheet metal 1 and the door frame matching component 2, the first end is wrapped on a transverse plate of the door frame sheet metal 1 through the installation channel, and is abutted on the door frame sheet metal 1 through the positioning part 3112, so that the sealing body 3111 and the door frame sheet metal 1 can be connected together; the sealing rod 312 is abutted against the longitudinal plate of the door frame sheet metal 1 and the door sheet metal 7 through the first sealing bulge 3121, the second sealing bulge 3122 and the third sealing bulge 3123; the door frame mating member 2 is sleeved on the second end, the first hook of the door frame mating member 2 is clamped and connected in the first clamping groove 3114, the second hook of the door frame mating member 2 is clamped and connected in the second clamping groove 3116, and the supporting guide 3113 provides supporting function for the door frame mating member 2. At the same time, the lift glass 4 can abut on the support guide 3113 when it rises to the top.
The lift glass 4 is reciprocally lifted between the support guide 3113 and the seal structure, and the lift glass 4 is disposed as close to one end of the support guide 3113 as possible, i.e., as close to the second end of the seal body 3111 as possible.
The invention also proposes a door and window frame comprising a glass sealing strip 3 as described above. The sealing structure may employ any one of the first glass sealing strip 31, the second glass sealing strip 32, or the third glass sealing strip 33, so that the step difference can be controlled between 0 and 3.5mm.
The vehicle adopts the door and window frame, the door and window frame adopts the glass sealing strip 3, the door frame matching component 2 and the lifting glass 4 are respectively positioned at two opposite sides of the second end of the sealing main body 3111, the door frame matching component 2 is sleeved at the second end from the outer side of the sealing main body 3111 and is directly clamped and connected to the sealing main body 3111, and the distance between the door frame matching component 2 and the second end is further shortened; the lift glass 4 is mounted on the inner side of the second end of the seal body 3111, and a channel is provided between the support guide 3113 and the seal structure, so that the channel is fitted to the second end as much as possible, whereby the distance between the lift glass 4 and the second end is shortened from the inner side. Step 6 refers to the distance between the extension line of door frame mating part 2 and the surface of lift glass 4, through reducing the distance of door frame mating part 2 and second end, lift glass 4 and the distance of second end respectively, and then as far as possible trowelling or eliminating this step 6, make door frame mating part 2 flush or near flush with lift glass 4 outward appearance surface, can effectively solve the wind noise that brings because of traditional step 6 by a wide margin, improve the sealing performance of whole car, improve aesthetic property, whole molding is cleaner, reduce the windage of vehicle motion, promote the vehicle comfort level.
As can be seen from the above description and practice, the glass sealing strip and the door window frame provided by the invention have the following advantages compared with the prior art: by adopting the glass sealing strip, the door frame matching component and the lifting glass are respectively positioned at two opposite sides of the second end of the sealing main body, and the door frame matching component is sleeved at the second end from the outer side of the sealing main body and is directly clamped and connected on the sealing main body, so that the distance between the door frame matching component and the second end is shortened; the lifting glass is arranged on the inner side of the second end of the sealing main body, and a channel is arranged between the supporting guide part and the sealing structure, so that the channel is attached to the second end as much as possible, and the distance between the lifting glass and the second end is shortened from the inner side. Step difference means the extension line of door frame mating part and the distance between the lift glass surface, through reducing the door frame mating part and the distance of second end, the distance of lift glass and second end respectively, and then as far as possible trowelling or eliminating this step difference, make door frame mating part flush or near flush with lift glass outward appearance surface, can effectively solve the wind noise that brings because of traditional step difference by a wide margin, improve the sealing performance of whole car, improve aesthetic property, overall molding is cleaner, reduce the windage of vehicle motion, promote the vehicle comfort level.

the sealing structure comprises a sealing mantel, a first sealing skirt edge and at least one second sealing skirt edge, wherein the sealing mantel is connected with one end, far away from the sealing main body, of the supporting guide part, the first sealing skirt edge is connected with one end, far away from the sealing main body, of the sealing rod, at least one second sealing skirt edge is arranged between the sealing mantel and the first sealing skirt edge, and the first sealing mantel and the second sealing skirt edges are opposite to each other and distributed in a staggered manner.

the sealing structure comprises a first sealing cavity and at least one second sealing cavity, wherein the first sealing cavity is formed by enclosing the sealing rod, the supporting guide part and the sealing skirt, at least one second sealing cavity is arranged between one end, far away from the sealing body, of the first sealing cavity and one end, far away from the sealing body, of the sealing rod, and the second sealing cavity is formed by enclosing the sealing rod and the folding line sealing skirt.

the sealing structure comprises a third sealing cavity and at least one third sealing skirt edge, wherein the third sealing cavity is formed by enclosing the sealing rod, the supporting guide part and the sealing skirt edge, and at least one third sealing skirt edge is arranged between one end, far away from the sealing body, of the third sealing cavity and the sealing rod.
