The function of the groove 30511 is to facilitate ejection of tablets with arcuate surfaces. So that the tablet ejector 305 is adapted for tablets of different sizes and shapes.
The tablet feeder 3 has a simple structure and is suitable for household medicine taking reminders. However, since tablets are irregularly stacked in the tablet holder 301, there is a possibility that only one tablet is ejected at a time by the tablet ejector 305, and there is a possibility that no tablet is ejected. However, the tablet ejector 305 must eject the tablet a plurality of times. The tablet feeder 3 may take a longer time to dispense a set number of tablets when the present invention is in operation. However, this is not a practical disadvantage, as the patient takes several hours each time, as long as the tablet feeder 3 is able to feed tablets during this time.
Capsules are also a common pharmaceutical form. The capsule is cylindrical in shape and is difficult to place on the top end of the ejector rod 3051. In order to enable the tablet feeder 3 to output capsules, it is preferable that the top of the ejector rod 3051 has a cross-shaped groove 30512. Thus, the capsule can be ejected by entering the cross-shaped groove 30512 from the side surface of the capsule, and the application range of the tablet feeder 3 is further enlarged.
The specific structure of the air supply device 306 may be as shown in fig. 13 and 14, the air supply device 306 includes an air supply cylinder 3061, an air supply motor 3066, a turntable 3062, a connecting rod 3063 and an air distribution valve 3064, the turntable 3062 is connected with the air supply motor 3066, one end of the connecting rod 3063 is hinged with the edge of the turntable 3062, the other end of the connecting rod 3063 is hinged with a piston of the air supply cylinder 3061, and the air distribution valve 3064 is connected with the air supply cylinder 3061; the medicine blowing pipe 304 is connected to the air distribution valve 3064, and the tablet ejector 305 is connected to the air distribution valve 3064 through a pipe. Shaft receptacle 3067 may also be provided for supporting the motor shaft for stability. The air supply motor 3066 should be a stepper motor whose rotation angle can be precisely controlled.
Thus, the gas supply motor 3066 rotates to drive the turntable 3062 to rotate, and the connecting rod 3063 drives the piston of the gas supply cylinder 3061 to move, so that gas supply is realized. The air supply process is specifically as follows: A. in the initial state, the piston of the air supply cylinder 3061 is positioned at a low position, and the air distribution valve 3064 works to enable the air supply cylinder 3061 to be communicated with the tablet ejector 305 and not to be communicated with the medicine blowing pipe 304 and the outside; B. the air supply motor 3066 rotates at a low speed for half a cycle, the connecting rod 3063 drives the piston of the air supply cylinder 3061 to move upwards, and air in the air supply cylinder 3061 is pressed into the tablet ejector 305, so that the ejector rod 3051 moves upwards to the highest point; C. the air distribution valve 3064 works to enable the air supply cylinder 3061 to be communicated with the outside and not communicated with the tablet ejector 305 and the medicine blowing pipe 304; D. the air supply motor 3066 rotates rapidly for half a cycle, and the air supply cylinder 3061 sucks air from the outside; E. the air distribution valve 3064 works to enable the air supply cylinder 3061 to be communicated with the medicine blowing pipe 304 and not communicated with the tablet ejector 305 and the outside; F. the air supply motor 3066 rotates rapidly for half a cycle, and air in the air supply cylinder 3061 is blown out from the medicine blowing pipe 304 to blow the medicine into the medicine passage 3073; G. the air distribution valve 3064 works to enable the air supply cylinder 3061 to be communicated with the tablet ejector 305 and not communicated with the medicine blowing pipe 304 and the outside; H. the air supply motor 3066 rotates a half-turn, and the air supply cylinder 3061 sucks air from the tablet ejector 305 and resets the ejector rod 3051.
The air supply 306 preferably also includes a relief valve 3065, the relief valve 3065 being connected to the air supply cylinder 3061. The overflow valve 3065 is a valve that can be opened in both directions under a certain pressure difference. The gas cylinder 3061 thus can hold a larger amount of gas than the tablet ejector 305 can, so that the ejector rod 3051 of the tablet ejector 305 can be moved to the highest position and reset to the lowest position. Excess gas may enter and exit the overflow valve 3065.
The counter 309 may be a conventional technology, or as shown in fig. 15, the counter 309 includes a swing plate 3091 and a pressure sensor 3092, the pressure sensor 3092 is fixedly disposed, the swing plate 3091 is mounted on the pressure sensor 3092, and the swing plate 3091 includes a sloped section 30911 under the delivery tube 3072; the delivery structure 307 includes a tablet damper 3074, the tablet damper 3074 being positioned in front of the swing plate 3091 and connected to the delivery tube 3072.
The tablet falls out of the delivery tube 3072 and onto the sloped segment 30911, causing the measurement of the pressure sensor 3092 to be incremented, at which point the counter 309 counts once. The tablet retainer 3074 serves to retain the tablet that has been sprung by the inclined segment 30911, ensuring that the tablet falls into the weeping hole 310.
Further, the tablet feeder 3 of the present invention preferably includes a medicine turning cover 308, the medicine turning cover 308 is connected to the bottom of the tablet container 301, the bottom of the tablet container 301 is provided with a medicine turning hole 3013, and the medicine turning cover 308 is connected to the air supply device 306 via a pipe. The medicine turning holes 3013 are small holes.
As described above, the tablets are irregularly stacked in the tablet container 301, and the tablet ejector 305 may not be able to eject the tablets at one time, but the expansion and contraction of the ejector rod 3051 agitates the tablets, and the stacking is changed, and the next time the ejector rod 3051 is expanded, the tablets may be ejected. However, when the ejector rod 3051 is extended and retracted for many times, the air supply device 306 can supply air into the medicine turning cover 308 rapidly, and air is ejected from the medicine turning holes 3013 to further stir the medicine, so that the accumulation of the medicine is changed, and the subsequent ejection of the medicine by the medicine ejector 305 is facilitated.
When the medicine turning cover 308 is supplied with air, the air distribution valve 3064 controls the air supply cylinder 3061 to be communicated with the medicine turning cover 308 only, and when the air is sucked after the air is supplied, the air distribution valve 3064 controls the air supply cylinder 3061 to be communicated with the outside only.
Each operation of the tablet feeder 3 is pneumatic, and the tablet feeder 3 should not be closed, and should be capable of air intake and exhaust from the outside. The tablet feeder 3 has a vent hole 312 communicating the inside and the outside thereof, and a screen 313 is provided inside the vent hole 312. The filter screen 313 serves to prevent external contaminants from entering the tablet feeder 3.

the main machine (2) can set medicine taking reminding time and the number of tablets output by each tablet feeder (3) through the setting key (22), the tablet feeders (3) output tablets on time according to the setting, and the sounding reminder sounds when the medicine taking reminding time arrives.

the tablet ejector (305) is a cylinder comprising an ejector rod (3051), the tablet ejector (305) is vertically arranged below the tablet container (301), a groove (3051) is formed in the top of the ejector rod (3051), the ejector rod (3051) is inserted into the ejector hole (3012), the ejector rod (3051) can move up and down, the lowest position of the ejector rod (3051) is that the top end of the ejector rod is lower than the bottom surface of the tablet container (301), and the highest position of the ejector rod (3051) is that the top end of the ejector rod is exposed out of the container hole (3011) and lower than the drug adding hopper (302);
the guiding-out structure (307) comprises a guiding-out cover (3071) and a guiding-out pipe (3072), wherein the guiding-out cover (3071) is connected with the tablet container (301), a tablet channel (3073) is formed between the guiding-out cover (3071) and the tablet container (301), and the guiding-out pipe (3072) is vertically arranged and connected to the lower end of the guiding-out cover (3071);
the end of the medicine blowing pipe (304) faces to the highest position of the top end of the ejector rod (3051) and faces to the tablet channel (3073); the air supply device (306) can supply air to the medicine blowing pipe (304) and the tablet ejector (305);
a counter (309) capable of detecting the number of tablets passing in the delivery tube (3072); the drain hole (310) is positioned below the delivery tube (3072).

A home medication reminder as recited in claim 5, wherein: the air supply device (306) comprises an air supply cylinder (3061), an air supply motor (3066), a rotary table (3062), a connecting rod (3063) and an air distribution valve (3064), the rotary table (3062) is connected with the air supply motor (3066), one end of the connecting rod (3063) is hinged with the edge of the rotary table (3062), the other end of the connecting rod (3063) is hinged with a piston of the air supply cylinder (3061), and the air distribution valve (3064) is connected with the air supply cylinder (3061); the medicine blowing pipe (304) is connected with the air distribution valve (3064), and the tablet ejector (305) is connected with the air distribution valve (3064) through a pipeline.
