本公开的组合物可用于农业用地诸如田地、稻田、草地和果园,或用于非农业用地。本公开可用于防治农业用地中的病害,以栽培植物而对植物无任何植物毒性。
可以在其上使用本发明组合物的作物的示例包括但不限于玉米、水稻、小麦、大麦、黑麦、燕麦、高粱、棉花、大豆、花生、荞麦、甜菜、油菜籽、向日葵、甘蔗、烟草;蔬菜:茄类蔬菜诸如茄子、番茄、甜椒、胡椒、马铃薯,葫芦科蔬菜诸如黄瓜、南瓜、西葫芦、西瓜、甜瓜、倭瓜,十字花科蔬菜诸如萝卜、白萝卜、辣根、甘蓝、大白菜、卷心菜、芥菜、西兰花、花椰菜,紫菀科蔬菜诸如牛蒡、茼蒿、洋蓟、莴苣,百合科蔬菜诸如绿洋葱、洋葱、大蒜和芦笋,非淀粉类(ammiaceous)蔬菜诸如胡萝卜、欧芹、芹菜、欧洲防风草,藜科蔬菜诸如菠菜、唐莴苣,薄荷科蔬菜诸如白苏、薄荷、罗勒,草莓、甘薯、日本薯蓣、芋,花、观叶植物、草坪草、水果:仁果类水果诸如苹果、梨、柑橘等,核果诸如桃、李子、油桃、乌梅、圣女果、杏、西梅,柑橘类水果,诸如橙、柠檬、酸橙、葡萄柚,坚果诸如栗子、核桃、榛子、杏仁、开心果、腰果、夏威夷果,浆果诸如蓝莓、蔓越莓、黑莓、树莓,葡萄、柿子、橄榄、李子、香蕉、咖啡豆、枣椰、椰子,除果树以外的树;茶树、桑树、开花植物,树木诸如白蜡树、桦树、山茱萸、桉树、银杏、丁香、枫树、栎树、杨树、南欧紫荆、枫香树、悬铃树、榉树、金钟柏、冷杉、铁杉、杜松、松树、云杉和红豆杉。
在一方面,本公开可提供防治真菌病害的方法,该方法包括施用组合,该组合包含:
a)至少一种多位点杀真菌剂;和
b)至少三种选自以下的内吸杀真菌剂:DMI杀真菌剂、QoI杀真菌剂、SDHI杀真菌剂和它们的组合。
在一个实施方案中,可以根据上述组合的任何优选实施方案选择多位点杀真菌剂和至少三种内吸杀真菌剂。
本公开的组合可以作为预混的组合物出售。或者,多位点杀真菌剂和至少三种内吸杀真菌剂可以作为试剂盒的单独部分单独提供,并且可以在喷洒前混合在一起。试剂盒还可包含至少一种佐剂,并与多位点杀真菌剂和至少三种内吸杀真菌剂混合在一起。或者,该试剂盒可含有多位点杀真菌剂和至少三种内吸杀真菌剂的混合物以及至少一种单独的佐剂,使得该混合物和至少一种佐剂在喷洒前罐混。
本公开的组合物可作为罐混物或制剂同时施用,或者多位点杀真菌剂和至少三种内吸杀真菌剂可相继施用。或者,该施用可以是出苗后施用。可在植物出苗前(种植前或种植后)对土壤进行施用。可在作物发育期间的不同时间以叶喷进行施用,出苗后可以早晚施用一次或两次。
根据本公开的组合物可在植物或其繁殖材料被真菌感染之前或之后施用。
本公开的一个或多个优点:
在一个实施方案中,本公开提供多位点杀真菌剂和选自DMI杀真菌剂、QoI杀真菌剂、SDHI杀真菌剂或它们的组合的至少三种内吸杀真菌剂的组合。
测试使用不同组合的多种处理对于防治分别引起白粉病和亚洲大豆锈病的微小球腔菌(Microsphaera diffusa)和豆薯层锈菌(Phakopsora pachyrhizi)的有效性。还对该组合进行了针对多主棒孢菌(Corynespora cassiicola)和甘氨酸壳针孢(Septoriaglycines)的测试。发现多位点杀真菌剂与至少三种内吸杀真菌剂的组合在防治病害方面比多位点杀真菌剂与两种内吸杀真菌剂的组合或两种多位点杀真菌剂与一种内吸杀真菌剂的组合明显更有效。
本申请首次描述了包含多位点杀真菌剂和至少三种选自DMI杀真菌剂、QoI杀真菌剂、SDHI杀真菌剂和它们的组合的内吸杀真菌剂的杀真菌组合,以提供维持该组合在防治真菌及其相关病害中的功效的长期期待的解决方案。
除了满足本行业的长期需求外,还发现多位点杀真菌剂与三种其它内吸杀真菌剂的组合之间的协同互补是意想不到的和令人惊奇的。
还发现这些组合的施用导致零植物毒性。
当多位点杀真菌剂与两种内吸杀真菌剂组合或两种多位点杀真菌剂与一种内吸杀真菌剂组合时,未观察到本公开的组合的这些令人惊奇的优点。
在本申请中,本发明人进行的研究以及所公开和要求保护的主题发现,向三种内吸杀真菌剂的组合中添加多位点杀真菌剂逆转了已知组合的功效的衰减,并使其恢复至原始的已知功效或甚至更好的功效。

Claims (14)
1.一种杀真菌组合,所述杀真菌组合包含:
(a)至少一种多位点杀真菌剂;和
(b)至少三种内吸杀真菌剂。
2.根据权利要求1所述的杀真菌组合,所述杀真菌组合包含至少三种DMI杀真菌剂或至少三种QoI杀真菌剂或至少三种SDHI杀真菌剂。
3.根据权利要求1所述的杀真菌组合,所述杀真菌组合包含至少一种SDHI杀真菌剂和一种DMI杀真菌剂的组合。
4.根据权利要求1所述的杀真菌组合,所述杀真菌组合包含至少一种SDHI杀真菌剂和一种QoI杀真菌剂。
5.根据权利要求1所述的杀真菌组合,所述杀真菌组合包含至少一种DMI杀真菌剂和一种QoI杀真菌剂。
6.根据权利要求1所述的杀真菌组合,所述杀真菌组合包含至少一种DMI杀真菌剂、一种QoI杀真菌剂和一种SDHI杀真菌剂。
7.根据权利要求1所述的杀真菌组合,所述杀真菌组合包含一种或多种选自以下的多位点杀真菌剂:铜类杀真菌剂、硫类杀真菌剂、二硫代氨基甲酸酯类杀真菌剂、邻苯二甲酰亚胺类杀真菌剂、氯腈类杀真菌剂、磺酰胺类杀真菌剂、胍类杀真菌剂、三嗪类杀真菌剂或醌类杀真菌剂。
8.根据权利要求1所述的杀真菌组合,所述杀真菌组合包含选自以下的SDHI杀真菌剂:麦锈灵、氟酰胺、灭锈胺、异丙噻菌胺、氟吡菌酰胺、甲呋酰胺、萎锈灵、氧化萎锈灵、噻氟菌胺、苯并烯氟菌唑、联苯吡菌胺、氟唑菌酰胺、呋吡菌胺、吡唑萘菌胺、氟唑菌苯胺、吡噻菌胺、氟唑环菌胺、啶酰菌胺、氟唑菌酰羟胺、氟茚唑菌胺、联苯吡嗪菌胺、异丙氟吡菌胺、Inpyrfluxam、Dipymetitrone或它们的组合。
9.根据权利要求1所述的杀真菌组合,所述杀真菌组合包含选自以下的DMI杀真菌剂:氧环唑、联苯三唑醇、糠菌唑、环丙唑醇、苯醚甲环唑、烯唑醇、氟环唑、乙环唑、腈苯唑、氟喹唑、氟硅唑、粉唑醇、己唑醇、亚胺唑、种菌唑、叶菌唑、腈菌唑、戊菌唑、丙环唑、硅氟唑、戊唑醇、四氟醚唑、三唑酮、三唑醇、灭菌唑、丙硫菌唑、抑霉唑、恶咪唑、稻瘟酯、咪鲜胺、氟菌唑、嗪氨灵、啶斑肟、啶菌噁唑、氯苯嘧啶醇、氟苯嘧啶醇、氯氟醚菌唑、伊芬三氟康唑或它们的组合。
10.根据权利要求1所述的杀真菌组合,所述杀真菌组合包含选自以下的QoI杀真菌剂:嘧菌酯、丁香菌酯、烯肟菌酯、氟菌螨酯、啶氧菌酯、唑菌酯、曼地洛宾、吡唑醚菌酯、唑胺菌酯、氯啶菌酯、醚菌酯、醚菌胺、烯肟菌胺、苯氧菌胺、恶唑菌酮、氟嘧菌酯、咪唑菌酮、吡菌苯威、四唑菌酮、肟菌酯或它们的组合。
11.一种杀真菌组合物,所述杀真菌组合物包含:
(a)至少一种多位点杀真菌剂;和
(b)至少三种内吸杀真菌剂。
12.根据权利要求11所述的杀真菌组合物,所述杀真菌组合物包含:
(a)至少一种多位点杀真菌剂;和
(b)至少三种选自以下的内吸杀真菌剂:DMI杀真菌剂、QoI杀真菌剂、SDHI杀真菌剂和它们的组合。
13.一种在场所防治真菌病害的方法,所述方法包括施用:
(a)至少一种多位点杀真菌剂;和
(b)至少三种内吸杀真菌剂。
