如从图3中可以看出的,第一列2的滚动元件比滚动元件的第二列4的滚动元件8小。此外,第一列2的三个球和第二列4的两个球接纳在腔格18中,第一列2的三个球和第二列4的两个球的位置由突出部24或另外的凹部20、22限定。
图4示出了根据第四实施方式的滚动轴承的保持架1。图4的保持架1与图1的保持架1的不同之处在于:图4的保持架1的腔格18被构造为分别接纳第一滚动元件列2的三个滚动元件6和第二滚动元件列4的三个滚动元件8,图4中的滚动元件是圆柱形滚子。此外,在腔格18的区域中,每个侧部10、14设置有两个突出部24,两个突出部24形成三个另外的凹部20、22,凹部20、22被构造为限定滚动元件6、8在腔格18中的位置,使得滚动元件6、8(第一滚动元件列2和第二滚动元件列4)相对于彼此错开。
总之,由于保持架腔格18被构造为接纳第一列2的至少一个滚动元件6和第二列4的至少一个滚动元件8,并且第一侧部10和第二侧部14以过盈配合、摩擦配合和/或材料结合的方式彼此连接的事实,多列滚动轴承即使在高的旋转速度(/转速)下也可以被使用。此外,由此也可以提高保持架1的稳定性并且因此提高滚动轴承的稳定性,和/或可以减少滚动轴承中的振动。由于至少两个滚动元件列2、4因公共保持架1而具有相同的圆周速度,因此至少两个滚动元件列2、4可以有利地进一步在轴向方向上推到一起,直到它们在轮廓上看起来重叠。由此,如果需要,则可以优化多列滚动轴承的轴向安装空间。
Claims (11)
1.一种多列滚动轴承,具有第一轴承圈、第二轴承圈、至少两列(2、4)滚动元件(6、8)以及保持架(1),所述至少两列(2、4)滚动元件(6、8)布置在所述第一轴承圈与所述第二轴承圈之间,所述保持架(1)包括具有至少一个第一桥元件(12)的第一侧部(10)和具有至少一个第二桥元件(16)的第二侧部(14),其中,所述侧部(10、14)被构造为单独的元件并且在所述第一桥元件(12)和所述第二桥元件(16)的区域中彼此连接,其特征在于,所述侧部(10、14)与所述桥元件(12、16)一起形成至少一个保持架腔格(18),所述至少一个保持架腔格(18)被构造为接纳第一列(2)的至少一个滚动元件(6)和第二列(4)的至少一个滚动元件(8)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的滚动轴承,其特征在于,所述第一侧部(10)和所述第二侧部(14)能够释放地或防脱地彼此连接。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的滚动轴承,其特征在于,所述第一侧部(10)和所述第二侧部(10,14)粘附、铆接、焊接到彼此、特别是用超声波焊接到彼此,或者,通过卡接凸耳连接。
4.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的滚动轴承,其特征在于,所述滚动元件(6)的第一列(2)包括第一数量的滚动元件(6),所述滚动元件(8)的第二列(4)包括第二数量的滚动元件(8),其中,所述滚动元件(6)的第一数量与所述滚动元件(8)的第二数量不同。
5.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的滚动轴承,其特征在于,所述第一列(2)的滚动元件(6)具有第一尺寸,所述第二列(4)的滚动元件(8)具有第二尺寸,其中,所述第一尺寸与所述第二尺寸不同。
6.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的滚动轴承,其特征在于,每列(2、4)的多个滚动元件(6、8)接纳在一个腔格(18)中。
7.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的滚动轴承,其特征在于,在所述腔格(18)中,所述第一列(2)的滚动元件(6)相对于所述第二列(4)的滚动元件(8)错开布置。
8.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的滚动轴承,其特征在于,在一个腔格(18)中,所述第一列(2)的滚动元件(6)的数量与所述第二列(4)的滚动元件(8)的数量不同。
9.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的滚动轴承,其特征在于,在所述腔格(18)中设置有至少一个突出部(24),所述至少一个突出部(24)被构造为将至少两个滚动元件(6、8)彼此间隔开。
10.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的滚动轴承,其特征在于,所述滚动元件(6、8)是球和/或滚子。
11.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的滚动轴承,其特征在于,至少一个轴承圈被构造为一件式,优选地,两个轴承圈被构造为一件式。
