When the integrated knitted fabric knitted by the method is an integrated garment, the integrated knitted fabric is structurally composed of underwear and outerwear, the adopted underwear is a hanging band, a vest or a chest-rubbing garment, and the outerwear is a vest, a short sleeve or a long sleeve. When the underwear is female underwear, the front part of the underwear is provided with the bra cup and the bra pad groove, the bra pad groove is a sandwich structure formed by jacquard knitting, and the sandwich structure in which the bra pad groove is arranged can be placed into the bra pad to form the bra cup. The magic tape for closing the opening is arranged on the inner side of the opening arranged at the side end of the chest pad groove, and when the chest pad is moved, the opening can be closed to keep a stable shape all the time.
This application is woven integrative knitting and is as integrative trousers when, integrative trousers are integrative trousers of women, set up sanitary cotton groove, removable cotton groove at the structure of pants, removable cotton groove is adjacent with the sanitary cotton groove through the spacer layer, fixed band, connecting piece on the pants, and the fixed band is connected with the connecting piece through the connecting hole, and the sanitary cotton through the fixed band on to the sanitary cotton groove is simply fixed. Detailed Description
The following will describe embodiments of the present application in detail with reference to the drawings and examples, thereby how to apply technical means to the present application to solve technical problems, and realizing the technical effects can be fully understood and implemented accordingly. It should be noted that, as long as no conflict exists, each embodiment and each feature in each embodiment in the present application may be combined with each other, and the formed technical solutions are all within the protection scope of the present application.
In the following description, for purposes of explanation, numerous specific details are set forth in order to provide a thorough understanding of the embodiments of the present application. It will be apparent, however, to one skilled in the art, that the present application may be practiced without some of these specific details or in the specific manner described herein.
According to some embodiments of the present application, there is provided an environmentally friendly breathable unitary braid. The environment-friendly breathable integrated braid comprises an inner braid and an outer braid, wherein the inner braid and the outer braid are integrally braided through braiding equipment, and the inner braid and the outer braid are seamless fabrics.
The external braided fabric and the internal braided fabric are connected in the braiding process, so that the seam gaps are reduced while the integral braiding is realized. Meanwhile, a through hole structure is woven in a single-sided single-needle loop transferring mode, so that the ventilation effect of the integrated woven fabric is improved. Or, the jacquard structure is woven again, the style structure of the integral braid is increased, and the style and pattern structure of the integral braid are greatly increased.
According to some embodiments of the present application, optionally, the seamless fabric is a knitted structure of at least one layer, such as: the single-layer knitted structure fabric or the double-layer knitted structure fabric or the multi-layer knitted structure fabric has better elasticity, moisture absorption, ventilation, comfort and warmth retention.
According to some embodiments of the present application, optionally, the inner braid or/and the outer braid are provided with a plurality of holes. Hole structures are arranged on the inner braided fabric and the outer braided fabric, so that the air permeability of the braided fabric is enhanced.
According to some embodiments of the application, the environment-friendly breathable integrally woven fabric is woven in a single-sided single-needle loop transferring mode to form holes, and the holes form a plurality of breathable areas on the fabric in a single mode or a plurality of combined modes. The through holes are arranged in a concentrated mode according to the areas, local air permeability of the braided fabric is enhanced, and the functional effect of the braided fabric is improved.
According to some embodiments of the present application, the holes of the ventilation area may be holes of the same size or holes of different sizes. The hole specification is reasonably set, and when the braided fabric covers the body, the braided fabric area easy to sweat can be properly enlarged under the condition of ensuring privacy.
According to some embodiments of the application, the environment-friendly breathable integrated braid is woven by adopting an environment-friendly material, wherein the environment-friendly material is any one or a combination of several of animal and plant degradable yarns, chemical fiber environment-friendly yarns and recycling environment-friendly yarns. The environment-friendly material is selected for knitting, so that the environment-friendly property of the knitted fabric is improved.
According to some embodiments of the application, the environment-friendly breathable integrated braid is woven by at least one functional yarn, and the functional yarn has one or a combination of several of antibacterial, moisture-absorbing, quick-drying, warm-keeping and far infrared functions. Besides the structure of the environment-friendly breathable integrated braid, the integrated braid is woven by functional yarns, and the functional yarns can endow the braid with the following functions, such as: antibacterial, hygroscopic, quick-drying, warming, far infrared function, etc.
According to some embodiments of the present application, optionally, the inner braid and/or the outer braid are provided with a jacquard weave. The jacquard weave is to knit the yarn on some needles selected by pattern requirement, the knitting needles not padded with new yarn are not looped, the yarn is in floating line and is behind the knitting needles not participating in knitting, thus the knitting weave is called jacquard weave, and the structural units are the loops and the floating lines. Jacquard weave can be divided into single-sided and double-sided, single-colored and multi-colored.
According to some embodiments of the present application, optionally, the environmentally friendly breathable integrally knit fabric includes an outer pant 1 and an inner pant 2, the outer pant 1 and inner pant 2 being integrally knit by a knitting machine. The integral knitted fabric formed by the outer pants 1 and the underpants 2 is the integral pants, and when the knitting machine is used for knitting, the underpants 2 are knitted, then the connecting structure 20 is knitted, and then the outer pants 1 are knitted.
According to some embodiments of the present application, optionally, the panty 2 is provided with a sanitary napkin groove 3, a fastening strip 4, and a connecting member, and the fastening strip 4 is connected to the connecting member through a connecting hole. To enhance the structural functional effect of the pants, such as: a female integrated trousers is characterized in that a prefabricated sanitary cotton groove 3 structure is woven on the underpants 2, meanwhile, a fixing belt 4 and a connecting piece are arranged to simply fix the edge end of the sanitary cotton, a connecting hole is formed in the fixing belt 4, and the connecting piece penetrates through the connecting hole to be connected. In practical application, the connecting piece is an ultrathin button 41, the ultrathin button 41 passes through the connecting hole and is lapped on the fixing belt 4, and the inner side of the fixing belt 4 is wrapped with the edge end structure of the sanitary napkin.
According to some embodiments of the present application, optionally, the side end of the sanitary napkin groove 3 is provided with a replaceable napkin groove 5, the top end of the replaceable napkin groove 5 is of an opening structure, and a napkin is arranged in the replaceable napkin groove 5. On the basis that the sanitary cotton groove 3 is arranged on the female integrated trousers, the replaceable cotton groove 5 is arranged at the side end of the sanitary cotton groove 3, side leakage is prevented, and the cotton sheets in the replaceable cotton groove 5 are adsorbed.
According to some embodiments of the present application, the replaceable cotton groove 5 is optionally adjacent to the sanitary cotton groove 3 via a spacer layer 51, the spacer layer 51 having a thickness of 1-5mm. An ultrathin spacing layer 51 is arranged at the interval position between the replaceable cotton groove 5 and the sanitary cotton groove 3, so that the adsorption effect of cotton sheets in the replaceable cotton groove 5 is ensured.
According to some embodiments of the present application, the underpants 2 are optionally any one of briefs and panties, and the outer pants 1 are optionally any one of short pants, middle pants and long pants. The matching patterns of the underpants 2 and the outer pants 1 are in a selected combination relationship.
According to some embodiments of the present application, optionally, a waistband 7 is further disposed on the outer pants 1, the waistband 7 is woven into an elastic waistband 7 by a weave, and a patch pocket 6 is disposed on the outer pants 1. The abdomen is wrapped by the waistband 7, the shaping function is achieved, and the patch bag 6 is a functional bag body structure.
According to some embodiments of the present application, optionally, the environmentally friendly breathable unitary knit comprises an undergarment 9 and an outerwear 8, the undergarment 9 and outerwear 8 being integrally knit or spliced by a knitting machine. The integral braid composed of the underwear 9 and the outerwear 8 is an integral garment, and when the braiding machine is used for braiding, the underwear 9 is braided firstly, then the connecting structure 20 is braided, and then the outerwear 8 is braided.
According to some embodiments of the present application, optionally, the underwear 9 is integrally connected or spliced with the outer garment 8 through shoulder straps, and the front portion of the underwear 9 is provided with a cup and a chest pad groove, the chest pad groove is a sandwich structure formed by jacquard knitting, and the edge of the cup is connected with the sandwich structure through a knitting structure. The chest pad groove of the underwear 9 is of a sandwich structure, and the bra cup is placed in the sandwich structure to form a complete women's underwear 9 structure.
According to some embodiments of the present application, optionally, the chest pad slot side end is provided with an opening 10, and the inner side of the opening 10 is provided with a closing structure, and the closing structure is a magic tape 101. The opening 10 facilitates placement of the breast pad into the cup structure of the undergarment 9.
According to some embodiments of the present application, the underwear 9 is optionally any one of a sling, a vest, and a chest-smeared, and the outer garment 8 is optionally any one of a vest, a short sleeve, and a long sleeve. The patterns of the underwear 9 and the outer garment 8 are selected and combined.
According to some embodiments of the present application, there is provided a method of braiding an environmentally friendly breathable unitary braid, comprising the steps of:
knitting the inner knitted fabric, preparing to start knitting by threading on knitting equipment according to the structure of the inner knitted fabric, and knitting from the bottom end of the inner knitted fabric to a connection point of the inner knitted fabric and the outer knitted fabric during knitting;
the knitting connection structure 20 is used for connecting and hanging the upper half needle and the needle cylinder of the needle cylinder through knitting wires, and transferring connecting wires on the half needle to the needle cylinder after the needle cylinder is knitted for a set number of turns;
knitting the outer braid, continuing to knit the outer braid from the end of the connecting structure 20 to the neck-in during knitting, and adding a material with elasticity at the position where elasticity is required;
Closing up by preventing loosening, knitting the needle-separating raised strips and closing up by filling the needles with a plurality of circles, and then closing up by removing the whole circle, and ending the integrally knitted blank;
post-finishing, namely pre-shrinking and shaping the woven cloth sample, dyeing the pre-shrunk cloth sample, and drying the dyed cloth sample;
and (3) splicing and forming, namely integrally cutting the dried cloth sample, and ironing and forming after splicing.
According to some embodiments of the present application, optionally, the elastic material is one or a combination of more of spandex, wrap, and elastic.
According to some embodiments of the present application, optionally, the knitting step of the knitted fabric includes knitting the hole by single-sided single-needle loop transfer, and the knitting step of single-sided single-needle loop transfer includes:
transferring a loop selection needle, wherein the loop selection needle is selected by a needle selector, and the loop connection needle is not selected;
transferring and lifting a needle, moving the needle to a high track in advance after the needle is selected, and then moving the needle to a low track;
preparing for transferring, wherein a transfer needle moves upwards, a loop receiving needle is parallel, a loop slides downwards from a transfer needle hook to reach the position of a loop expanding groove, and the loop is expanded by the loop expanding groove;
transferring the loop, lifting the loop connecting needle, enabling the loop connecting needle to be parallel, enabling the loop connecting needle hook to enter from the loop transferring groove on the right side of the left loop connecting needle, reaching the loop expanding groove, and entering the loop transferring coil, wherein the loop connecting needle is at the loop collecting position;

and (3) transferring and resetting, wherein the transferring needle and the loop receiving needle descend together to finish resetting, and the transferring action of the single hole is finished.

The embodiment provides an environment-friendly breathable integrative braided fabric, which comprises an inner braided fabric and an outer braided fabric, wherein the inner braided fabric and the outer braided fabric are integrally braided through braiding equipment, and the inner braided fabric and the outer braided fabric are seamless fabrics. The seamless fabric is a single-layer knitting structure fabric or a double-layer knitting structure fabric or a multi-layer knitting structure fabric.
The knitted fabric of the embodiment is formed by connecting the inner knitted fabric and the outer knitted fabric together in an integral knitting mode after knitting is completed, so that the seam gaps are reduced, and the integrity is high.
Example 2
The embodiment provides an environment-friendly breathable integrative braided fabric, which comprises an inner braided fabric and an outer braided fabric, wherein the inner braided fabric and the outer braided fabric are integrally braided through braiding equipment, and the inner braided fabric and the outer braided fabric are seamless fabrics. The seamless fabric is a single-layer knitted structure fabric or a double-layer knitted structure fabric.
The inner knitting fabric or/and the outer knitting fabric is provided with jacquard structure.
The knitting fabric of this embodiment sets up jacquard structure organization on the basis of integrative knitting, increases the style structure of integrative knitting, promotes the knitting element of integrative knitting for knitting structure is diversified.
Example 3
The embodiment provides an environment-friendly breathable integrative braided fabric, which comprises an inner braided fabric and an outer braided fabric, wherein the inner braided fabric and the outer braided fabric are integrally braided through braiding equipment, and the inner braided fabric and the outer braided fabric are seamless fabrics. The seamless fabric is a single-layer knitted structure fabric or a double-layer knitted structure fabric. The inner knitting fabric or/and the outer knitting fabric is provided with jacquard structure.
The inner braid or/and the outer braid are provided with a plurality of holes. The environment-friendly breathable integrated braid is woven into holes in a single-sided single-needle loop transferring mode, and the holes form a plurality of breathable areas on the fabric in a single or multiple combination mode. The holes of the ventilation area are holes of the same specification or holes of different specifications.
The basketwork of this embodiment is on the basis of integrative weaving, for the gas permeability of reinforcing integrative basketwork, satisfies the ventilative demand of integrative basketwork, forms the hole through single face single needle transfer mode weave, and hole quantity, specification, position set up according to the user demand, and the setting of hole needs to compromise the requirement of integrative basketwork gas permeability, thru hole position privacy.
Example 4
The embodiment provides an environment-friendly breathable integrative braided fabric, which comprises an inner braided fabric and an outer braided fabric, wherein the inner braided fabric and the outer braided fabric are integrally braided through braiding equipment, and the inner braided fabric and the outer braided fabric are seamless fabrics.
The environment-friendly breathable integrated braid is formed by braiding an environment-friendly material, wherein the environment-friendly material is any one or a combination of a plurality of animal and plant degradable yarns, chemical fiber environment-friendly yarns and recycling environment-friendly yarns.
The braid of the embodiment is woven by adopting an environment-friendly material on the basis of integrally weaving, so that the environment-friendly property of the integrally braided braid is improved.
Example 5
The embodiment provides an environment-friendly breathable integrative braided fabric, which comprises an inner braided fabric and an outer braided fabric, wherein the inner braided fabric and the outer braided fabric are integrally braided through braiding equipment, and the inner braided fabric and the outer braided fabric are seamless fabrics. The environment-friendly breathable integrated braid is formed by braiding at least one functional yarn, and the functional yarn has one or a combination of more of the functions of antibiosis, moisture absorption, quick drying, warmth retention and far infrared.
The knitted fabric of the embodiment is knitted by adopting functional yarns with functions on the basis of integral knitting, so that the functionality of the integral knitted fabric is improved, and the integral knitted fabric is attached with the functional effects of antibiosis, moisture absorption, quick drying and warmth retention.

The integrated fabric of this embodiment is a piece of trousers, sets up removable cotton groove 5 on the basis of embodiment 6 structure, adsorbs the liquid that sanitary napkin side overflowed through setting up cotton piece in removable cotton groove 5, plays the prevention effect.

The integral braid of the present embodiment is a one-piece pants, and the waistband 7 is provided on the basis of the structure of the embodiment 7 to tighten the abdomen.

Referring to fig. 7-10, fig. 7 is a schematic structural diagram of embodiment 9 of the present application, fig. 8 is a schematic structural diagram of an undergarment turned outside when the present application is an integral braid, fig. 9 is a schematic structural diagram of an undergarment when the present application is an integral braid, and fig. 10 is a schematic structural diagram of a velcro arranged at an opening in the undergarment when the present application is an integral braid.

The integral braid of this embodiment is the integral clothing of women, and the integral clothing of this embodiment is female integral clothing, and underwear 9 is the corset structure that has the cup, specifically sets up the chest pad groove of side open-ended on the underwear 9, and its corresponding structure that places the cup forms complete corset in its inside. The replaceable structure improves the convenience of the underwear 9 in the use process, and gives the female integral garment a better use effect.
Example 10
The embodiment provides an environment-friendly breathable integrated braid, in particular to an integrated garment, which comprises an underwear 9 and an outer garment 8, wherein the underwear 9 and the outer garment 8 are integrally spliced by a braiding machine. The underwear 9 is any one of a sling, a vest and a chest-rubbing garment, and the outer garment 8 is any one of a vest, a short sleeve and a long sleeve.
The underwear 9 is formed by integrally splicing shoulder straps and outer garments 8, the front part of the underwear 9 is provided with bra cups and chest pad grooves, the chest pad grooves are of a sandwich structure formed by jacquard knitting, and the edges of the bra cups are connected with the sandwich structure through a knitting structure.
An opening 10 is arranged at the side end of the chest pad groove, and a magic tape 101 is arranged at the inner side of the opening 10.
Example 11
The embodiment provides a braiding method of an environment-friendly breathable integrated braid, which comprises the following steps:
knitting the inner knitted fabric, preparing to start knitting by threading on knitting equipment according to the structure of the inner knitted fabric, and knitting from the bottom end of the inner knitted fabric to a connection point of the inner knitted fabric and the outer knitted fabric during knitting;
in the knitting connection structure, a knitting device is used for connecting and hanging a disc-on half needle and a needle cylinder needle through a knitting thread, and after the needle cylinder is knitted for a set number of turns, connecting wires on the half needle are transferred to the needle cylinder;
knitting the outer braided fabric, continuously knitting the outer braided fabric from the end of the connecting structure to the closing-in position during knitting, and adding elastic materials into the position needing elasticity;
closing up by preventing loosening, knitting the needle-separating raised strips and closing up by filling the needles with a plurality of circles, and then closing up by removing the whole circle, and ending the integrally knitted blank;
post-finishing, namely pre-shrinking and shaping the woven cloth sample, dyeing the pre-shrunk cloth sample, and drying the dyed cloth sample;
and (3) splicing and forming, namely integrally cutting the dried cloth sample, and ironing and forming after splicing.
According to some embodiments of the present application, optionally, the elastic material is one or a combination of more of spandex, wrap, and elastic.
The following takes the integral braiding as an example, and the braiding method is as follows:
(1) firstly, designing an integrated pattern of clothes and trousers in a computer, inputting the pattern into a single-sided seamless small circular knitting machine for knitting, knitting a plurality of rows of machine needle cylinders in a single layer to form an inner layer head lifting base fabric, and connecting and hanging upper and lower knitting lines through half needle discharging;
(2) continuously jacquard weaving single-sided rib patterns according to a designed process, transferring loops on the half needles to a needle cylinder, continuously jacquard weaving the single side of the needle cylinder to a required length, and connecting and hanging upper and lower knitting yarns through needle discharging of the half needles;
(3) adding spandex, continuously separating needles, staggering, jacquard weaving single-sided waist rib, transferring loops on half needles to a needle cylinder, and continuously jacquard weaving the single side of the needle cylinder to a required length;
(4) carrying out anti-loosening closing weaving and cropping, preshrinking and shaping the woven cloth sample, dyeing the preshrinked cloth sample, drying the dyed cloth sample, and integrally cutting the dried cloth sample;
(5) and (5) performing edge locking, seam splicing and label ironing on the cut cloth sample. Checking, ironing and packaging the spliced clothes and trousers to form the finished product of the integrated clothes and trousers.
Example 12
The embodiment provides a braiding method of an environment-friendly breathable integrated braid, which comprises the following steps:
Knitting the inner knitted fabric, preparing to start knitting on knitting equipment according to the structure of the required inner knitted fabric, wherein the knitted inner knitted fabric is at least one layer of seamless fabric, and knitting from the bottom end of the inner knitted fabric to a connection point of the inner knitted fabric and the outer knitted fabric during knitting;
a knitting connection structure 20, in which machine needles of knitting equipment are used for connecting and hanging upper and lower knitting yarns through half needle discharge;
knitting an outer knit, starting to knit the outer knit at the same time as knitting connecting structure 20, the knitted outer knit being at least one layer of seamless fabric, incorporating a material having elasticity at the location where elasticity is desired;
the anti-loosening opening is used for preshrinking and shaping the woven cloth sample, dyeing the preshrinked cloth sample, drying the dyed cloth sample, and integrally cutting the dried cloth sample;
and (5) serging and splicing, and serging and splicing the cut cloth sample.
According to some embodiments of the present application, optionally, the elastic material is one or a combination of more of spandex, wrap, and elastic.
According to some embodiments of the present application, optionally, the inner braid or/and the outer braid are provided with a plurality of holes.
According to some embodiments of the present application, optionally, the inner braid and/or the outer braid are provided with a jacquard weave.
According to some embodiments of the present application, optionally, the knitting method of the environment-friendly breathable integrated knitting fabric is: the outer braid is woven, then the connecting structure 20 is woven, and finally the inner braid is woven. Because the knitted unitary knit is knitted with the unitary knit structure after the knitted unitary knit is turned inside out. Therefore, it is possible to knit either the inner braid or the outer braid.
According to some embodiments of the present application, optionally, the knitting step of the knitted fabric includes knitting the hole by single-sided single-needle loop transfer, and the knitting step of single-sided single-needle loop transfer includes:
transferring a loop selection needle, wherein the loop selection needle is selected by a needle selector, and the loop connection needle is not selected;
transferring and lifting a needle, moving the needle to a high track in advance after the needle is selected, and then moving the needle to a low track;
preparing for transferring, wherein a transfer needle moves upwards, a loop receiving needle is parallel, a loop slides downwards from a transfer needle hook to reach the position of a loop expanding groove, and the loop is expanded by the loop expanding groove;
transferring the loop, lifting the loop connecting needle, enabling the loop connecting needle to be parallel, enabling the loop connecting needle hook to enter from the loop transferring groove on the right side of the left loop connecting needle, reaching the loop expanding groove, and entering the loop transferring coil, wherein the loop connecting needle is at the loop collecting position;
withdrawing the loop, transferring the loop, descending the loop transferring needle, paralleling the loop transferring needle, closing the loop transferring needle latch, withdrawing the loop from the loop transferring needle and completely entering the loop transferring needle hook;
And (3) transferring and resetting, wherein the transferring needle and the loop receiving needle descend together to finish resetting, and the transferring action of the single hole is finished.
In this embodiment, on the basis of embodiment 10, a single-sided single-needle loop transferring operation is added in the process of integral knitting, and a hole structure is knitted on the structure of the knitted fabric by a knitting method.
The following is described in connection with the actual construction:
the knitting needle of the single-sided knitting circular machine capable of transferring loops comprises a needle head, a needle rod, a needle tongue and a loop transferring groove, wherein the needle head is arranged on the needle rod, a needle hook is connected with the needle tongue through a needle tongue pin, and a loop expanding groove is arranged on the right side of the needle rod at a position 10mm below the needle tongue. The height of the ring expanding groove is 10mm, and the width of the ring expanding groove is 0.5mm.
Single transfer motion: the needle is lifted through the needle selector and the triangular track, the needle is lifted through the triangular track after being selected by the needle selector, the needle is lifted through the triangular track after being transferred, and the needle is lifted directly after being connected with the loop, so that different triangular tracks are moved by different action needles;
the knitting needle moves forward, the loop transferring needle moves upward under the pushing of the triangle to the needle butt, the loop receiving needle is parallel, the loop slides downwards from the loop transferring needle hook to reach the loop expanding groove position, and the loop is expanded by the loop transferring needle loop expanding groove;
the knitting needle continues to move forward, the loop connecting needle moves upward under the pushing of the triangle butt, the loop transferring needle is parallel, the loop connecting needle hook enters from the loop transferring groove on the right side of the left loop transferring needle, reaches the loop expanding groove and enters into the loop transferring loop, and the primary loop in the loop connecting needle is still on the needle tongue at the moment;
The knitting needle continues to move forward, the transfer needle moves downwards under the pushing of the triangle to the needle butts, the loop connecting needle is parallel, the loop connecting needle latch is closed under the action of the loop, and the original loop withdraws from the loop connecting needle and completely enters the loop connecting needle hook;
the knitting needle continues to move forward, and the transfer needle and the loop receiving needle move downwards together to finish the reset under the pushing of the triangle butt, so that the single loop transferring action is finished.
If a hole of 2 times is made, repeating the above steps on the next row of original contact pins.

Claims (14)
1. An environment-friendly breathable integrated braided fabric is characterized by comprising an inner braided fabric and an outer braided fabric, wherein the inner braided fabric and the outer braided fabric are integrally braided through braiding equipment, and the inner braided fabric and the outer braided fabric are seamless fabrics.
2. The environmentally friendly breathable unitary knit fabric of claim 1 wherein said seamless fabric is of at least one layer knit construction.
3. The environmentally friendly breathable unitary knit according to claim 1 wherein said inner knit or/and outer knit is provided with a plurality of holes.
4. The environmentally friendly breathable unitary knit according to claim 1 wherein the environmentally friendly breathable unitary knit is knit with single-sided single needle transfer to form holes and wherein the holes form a plurality of breathable zones on the fabric in single or multiple combinations.
5. The environmentally friendly breathable unitary knit according to any one of claims 1-4 wherein said inner knit or/and outer knit is provided with a jacquard weave structure.
6. The environmentally friendly breathable unitary knit fabric of any one of claims 1-4 comprising an outer pant and an inner pant integrally knit by a knitting machine.
7. The environment-friendly breathable integrated fabric according to claim 6, wherein the underpants are provided with a sanitary napkin groove, a fixing band and a connecting piece, and the fixing band is connected with the connecting piece through a connecting hole.
8. The environment-friendly breathable integrated fabric according to claim 7, wherein the side end of the sanitary napkin is provided with a replaceable napkin groove, the top end of the replaceable napkin groove is of an opening structure, and a cotton sheet is arranged in the replaceable napkin groove.
9. The environmentally friendly breathable unitary knit fabric of any one of claims 1-4 comprising an undergarment and an outerwear integrally knit or spliced by a knitting machine.
10. The environment-friendly breathable integrated braid according to claim 9, wherein the underwear is integrally connected or spliced with the outer garment through shoulder straps, the front portion of the underwear is provided with bra cups and bra pad grooves, the bra pad grooves are of a sandwich structure formed by jacquard knitting, and the edges of the bra cups are connected with the sandwich structure through a knitting structure.
11. The environmentally friendly breathable integrated braid of claim 10, wherein the chest pad slot side end is provided with an opening, the inside of which is provided with a closed structure.
12. The weaving method of the environment-friendly breathable integrated woven fabric is characterized by comprising the following steps of:
knitting the inner knitted fabric, preparing to start knitting by threading on knitting equipment according to the structure of the inner knitted fabric, and knitting from the bottom end of the inner knitted fabric to a connection point of the inner knitted fabric and the outer knitted fabric during knitting;
in the knitting connection structure, a knitting device is used for connecting and hanging a disc-on half needle and a needle cylinder needle through a knitting thread, and after the needle cylinder is knitted for a set number of turns, connecting wires on the half needle are transferred to the needle cylinder;
knitting the outer braided fabric, continuously knitting the outer braided fabric from the end of the connecting structure to the closing-in position during knitting, and adding elastic materials into the position needing elasticity;
closing up by preventing loosening, knitting the needle-separating raised strips and closing up by filling the needles with a plurality of circles, and then closing up by removing the whole circle, and ending the integrally knitted blank;
post-finishing, namely pre-shrinking and shaping the woven cloth sample, dyeing the pre-shrunk cloth sample, and drying the dyed cloth sample;
and (3) splicing and forming, namely integrally cutting the dried cloth sample, and ironing and forming after splicing.
13. The method for knitting an environment-friendly breathable integrally knit fabric according to claim 12, wherein the elastic material is one or a combination of more of spandex, covered yarn and rubber string.
14. The method for knitting the environment-friendly breathable integrated braid according to claim 12 or 13, wherein the step of knitting the braid comprises the steps of:
transferring a loop selection needle, wherein the loop selection needle is selected by a needle selector, and the loop connection needle is not selected;
transferring and lifting a needle, moving the needle to a high track in advance after the needle is selected, and then moving the needle to a low track;
preparing for transferring, wherein a transfer needle moves upwards, a loop receiving needle is parallel, a loop slides downwards from a transfer needle hook to reach the position of a loop expanding groove, and the loop is expanded by the loop expanding groove;
transferring the loop, lifting the loop connecting needle, enabling the loop connecting needle to be parallel, enabling the loop connecting needle hook to enter from the loop transferring groove on the right side of the left loop connecting needle, reaching the loop expanding groove, and entering the loop transferring coil, wherein the loop connecting needle is at the loop collecting position;
withdrawing the loop, transferring the loop, descending the loop transferring needle, paralleling the loop transferring needle, closing the loop transferring needle latch, withdrawing the loop from the loop transferring needle and completely entering the loop transferring needle hook;
and (3) transferring and resetting, wherein the transferring needle and the loop receiving needle descend together to finish resetting, and the transferring action of the single hole is finished.
