With continued reference to fig. 3, the push rod 51 includes two push rods arranged in parallel along the longitudinal direction, and the push plate mechanism 5 further includes two adjustment handles 56 disposed on the fixed plate 53, where the two adjustment handles 56 are used for adjusting the distance between the two push rods 51 in the longitudinal direction. With the above structure, the distance between the two push rods 51 can be adjusted by the two adjusting handles 56 to adapt to circuit boards with different widths.
Referring to fig. 4, the clamping lifting mechanism 4 further includes two limiting blocks 44 respectively connected to the two connecting plates 424 for limiting the clip 10, so that the clip 10 moves to the same position each time. In the above structure, the clip assembly 41 clips the clip 10 and retreats, and the clip 10 is limited by the limiting block 44, so that the clip 10 is at the same position after retreating each time. Thus, frequent adjustment of the longitudinal position of the push rod 51 is not required, and the push rod 51 can push the circuit board out of the clip 10.
Referring to fig. 5 and 6, the clip 10 includes two side plates 101 and two top plates 102, the two side plates 101 are parallel and opposite to each other, the two top plates 102 are parallel and opposite to each other, and the two side plates 101 and the two top plates 102 are connected into a frame structure with two open ends. The inner side of the side plate 101 is provided with a plurality of clamping grooves 1011, the plurality of clamping grooves 1011 are arranged along the vertical interval, and the length direction of each clamping groove 1011 is transverse for bearing the edge of the circuit board. With the structure, when the push plate mechanism 5 pushes out the circuit boards from the cartridge clip 10 one by one, the height of the clamping lifting mechanism 4 required to be adjusted each time is the same, so that the control is convenient.
With continued reference to fig. 5 and 6, the top board 102 includes a first sub-board 1021 and a second sub-board 1022, which are slidably disposed along a longitudinal direction, the first sub-board 1021 is provided with a threaded hole, the second sub-board 1022 is provided with a U-shaped slot, the second sub-board 1022 is disposed outside the first sub-board 1021, and the threaded hole is communicated with the U-shaped slot. In the above structure, the first and second sub boards 1021 and 1022 may be fixed by screws penetrating the U-shaped grooves and the screw holes. The distance between the two side plates 101 can be adjusted by adjusting the positions of the threaded holes in the U-shaped grooves to accommodate circuit boards of different widths.
With continued reference to fig. 5 and 6, the two ends of the slot 1011 are provided with chamfers for facilitating the introduction of the circuit board. With this structure, the circuit board can be put into the cartridge clip 10 more quickly and accurately.
Referring to fig. 5, the side plate 101 is provided with a plurality of bar holes 1012, and the bar holes 1012 are parallel to the clamping slots 1011 and are staggered. In the above structure, the strip-shaped holes 1012 can reduce the weight of the clip 10, and do not interfere with the clamping grooves 1011, and do not affect the placement of the circuit board into the clip 10.
Referring to fig. 1, the clip type automatic feeding device further includes a stacking board placing mechanism 20 disposed on the frame 1 and located between the board collecting mechanism 6 and the board arranging mechanism 8, for receiving and stacking the circuit boards on the board collecting mechanism 6. With the structure, if the circuit boards are allowed to be stacked and stored, the circuit boards on the plate connecting mechanism 6 can be stacked on the stacking plate placing mechanism 20 through the feeding plate grabbing arm 9, and then the circuit boards on the stacking plate placing mechanism 20 are moved to the whole plate placing mechanism 8 one by one through the feeding plate grabbing arm 9, so that different working modes can be met.
The discharge hole on the clip feeding mechanism 2 is provided with a movable baffle plate for preventing the clip 10 from separating from the clip feeding mechanism 2. With this structure, the clip 10 can be effectively prevented from slipping off the clip feeding mechanism 2.
The working process of the cartridge clip type automatic feeding device of the preferred embodiment of the invention comprises the following steps:
1. the positions of the threaded holes in the U-shaped grooves are adjusted, so that the distance between the two side plates 101 is adjusted to adapt to circuit boards with different widths, and a plurality of circuit boards are placed into the clamping grooves 1011 one by one;
2. placing the cartridge clip 10 with the circuit board on the cartridge clip feeding mechanism 2, and conveying the cartridge clip 10 by the cartridge clip feeding mechanism 2 along the longitudinal direction towards the clamping lifting mechanism 4;
3. opening a baffle plate positioned at the discharge end of the cartridge clip feeding mechanism 2;
4. the lifting assembly 43 drives the clamping assembly 41 to move so as to enable the clamping assembly 41 to correspond to the height of the cartridge clip 10 on the cartridge clip feeding mechanism 2, the telescopic assembly 42 drives the clamping assembly 41 to extend, the cartridge clip 10 is clamped by the clamping assembly 41, the telescopic assembly 42 drives the clamping assembly 41 to retract again, and the limiting block 44 limits the clamping assembly 41, so that the cartridge clip 10 is retracted at the same position every time;
5. the distance between the two push rods 51 is adjusted by the two adjusting handles 56 so as to adapt to circuit boards with different widths;
6. the lifting assembly 43 continuously adjusts the height of the cartridge clip 10, and the push plate moving assembly 52 drives the push rod 51 to push the circuit boards in the cartridge clip 10 out of a certain distance one by one; when the resistance of the push rod 51 in the process of pushing the circuit board is overlarge and is larger than the elastic force of the extension spring 54, the distance between the fixed plate 53 and the driving block 522 is increased, the two parts of the sensor 55 are separated, the sensor 55 loses sensing, at the moment, a control system gives corresponding error, and the push plate moving assembly 52 is controlled to stop the push plate operation so as not to damage equipment;
7. the clamping plate moving mechanism 7 moves the pushed-out circuit board to the plate receiving mechanism 6;
8. the board receiving mechanism 6 rotates 90 degrees clockwise, so that the circuit board is in a required orientation when being placed on the whole board mechanism 8;
9. the feeding grabbing arm 9 moves the circuit board from the board receiving mechanism 6 to the board arranging mechanism 8 to wait for other operations;
10. if the circuit boards are allowed to be stacked and stored, the circuit boards on the plate connecting mechanism 6 can be stacked on the stacking plate placing mechanism 20 through the feeding plate grabbing arm 9, and then the circuit boards on the stacking plate placing mechanism 20 are moved to the plate arranging mechanism 8 one by one through the feeding plate grabbing arm 9;
11. the empty cartridge 10 is placed on the empty cartridge receiving mechanism 3 by the grip lifting mechanism 4, and the empty cartridge 10 is conveyed.
Thus, the working process of the cartridge clip type automatic feeding device of the preferred embodiment is completed.
The invention relates to a clip type automatic feeding device, which is characterized in that in the working process, clips with circuit boards are placed on a clip feeding mechanism, the clip feeding mechanism conveys the clips along the longitudinal direction of a clip lifting mechanism, a lifting assembly drives a clip assembly to move so as to correspond to the heights of the clips of the clip feeding mechanism, a telescopic assembly drives the clip assembly to extend out to clip the clips and then retract, the lifting assembly continuously adjusts the heights of the clips, a push plate moving assembly drives a push rod to push the circuit boards in the clips one by one for a certain distance, a clamping plate moving mechanism moves the pushed circuit boards onto a plate receiving mechanism, and a feeding plate grabbing arm moves the circuit boards from the plate receiving mechanism to a plate arranging mechanism to wait for other operations. And the empty cartridge clips are placed on the empty cartridge clip receiving mechanism through the clamping lifting mechanism, and the empty cartridge clips are conveyed. The cartridge clip type automatic feeding device can automatically place circuit boards in the cartridge clips on the whole board mechanism one by one, and convey empty cartridge clips without manual assistance, and has high feeding efficiency.

The cartridge clip type automatic feeding device is characterized by comprising a rack, a cartridge clip feeding mechanism, an empty cartridge clip receiving mechanism, a clamping lifting mechanism, a push plate mechanism, a plate receiving mechanism, a clamping plate moving mechanism, a plate arranging mechanism and a feeding plate grabbing arm, wherein the cartridge clip feeding mechanism, the empty cartridge clip receiving mechanism, the clamping lifting mechanism, the push plate mechanism, the plate arranging mechanism, the feeding plate grabbing arm are all arranged on the rack; the feeding direction of the cartridge clip feeding mechanism and the feeding direction of the empty cartridge clip receiving mechanism are longitudinal, the feeding direction and the feeding direction of the empty cartridge clip receiving mechanism are vertically arranged in parallel, and the feeding end of the empty cartridge clip receiving mechanism and the discharging end of the cartridge clip feeding mechanism are positioned on the same side; the push plate mechanism, the clamping lifting mechanism, the plate receiving mechanism and the plate straightening mechanism are sequentially arranged along the transverse direction;
the cartridge clip feeding mechanism is used for conveying a cartridge clip provided with a circuit board, and the cartridge clip is provided with openings at two ends along the transverse direction;
the empty clip receiving mechanism is used for conveying the empty clips;
the clamping lifting mechanism is arranged adjacent to the feeding end of the empty clip receiving mechanism and the discharging end of the clip feeding mechanism, the clamping lifting mechanism comprises a clamping assembly, a telescopic assembly and a lifting assembly, the clamping assembly is used for clamping the clip, the telescopic assembly is connected to the clamping assembly and used for controlling the clamping assembly to move longitudinally so as to take the clip off the clip feeding mechanism, and the empty clip is placed on the empty clip receiving mechanism; the lifting assembly is connected to the telescopic assembly and used for controlling the telescopic assembly and the clamping assembly to move vertically;
the push plate mechanism comprises a push rod and a push plate moving assembly, the push rod extends transversely, the push plate moving assembly is connected with the push rod, and the push plate moving assembly is used for driving the push rod to move transversely so as to push out the circuit board through the opening of the cartridge clip;
the plate receiving mechanism is used for receiving the circuit board pushed out by the push plate mechanism;
the clamping plate moving mechanism is used for conveying the circuit board pushed out by the push plate mechanism to the plate receiving mechanism;
the plate arranging mechanism is used for receiving a circuit board on the plate arranging mechanism;
the feeding grabbing arm is used for moving the circuit board on the board connecting mechanism to the whole board connecting mechanism.
2. The cartridge clip type automatic feeding device according to claim 1, wherein the push plate moving assembly comprises a push plate driving piece and a driving block, and the push plate driving piece drives the driving block to move; the push plate mechanism further comprises:
a fixed plate slidably connected to the driving block, the push rod being connected to the fixed plate;
the push plate moving assembly drives the fixed plate and the push rod to move through the extension spring; the method comprises the steps of,
the sensor is arranged between the driving block and the fixed plate, and is used for detecting the relative positions of the driving block and the fixed plate and outputting a stop signal to the push plate moving assembly.

The cartridge clip type automatic feeding device according to claim 2, wherein the push rods are two push rods which are distributed in parallel along the longitudinal direction, the push plate mechanism further comprises two adjusting handles which are arranged on the fixed plate, and the two adjusting handles are used for adjusting the distance between the two push rods in the longitudinal direction.
4. The clip type automatic feeding device according to claim 1, wherein the clip lifting mechanism further comprises a limiting block connected to the telescopic assembly for limiting the clip so that the clip moves to the same position.

The cartridge clip type automatic feeding device according to claim 1, wherein the cartridge clip comprises two side plates and two top plates, the two side plates are parallel and oppositely arranged, the two top plates are parallel and oppositely arranged, the two side plates and the two top plates are connected into a frame structure with two open ends, a plurality of clamping grooves are formed in the inner side of the side plates, the clamping grooves are distributed at intervals vertically, and the length direction of each clamping groove is transverse and is used for bearing the edge of a circuit board.
