Background

Constipation can increase the absorption of human body to energy substances in food, and cause obesity, and seriously, can prolong the action time of toxic and harmful substances on intestinal wall, and cause various diseases such as hypertension, hyperlipidemia, diabetes, cancer, etc.
At present, most of the existing weight-losing medicines are chemical substances, have certain dependence on medicines and have certain side effects on bodies.

(b) Respectively crushing and mixing the raw materials to obtain a mixture;
(c) Adding ethanol water solution into the mixture, reflux extracting, filtering, concentrating to paste, oven drying, and pulverizing to obtain the Chinese medicinal composition.
Preferably, the mass ratio of the ethanol aqueous solution to the mixture is (3-5) to 1; the concentration of the ethanol aqueous solution is 30% -50%.
Preferably, the number of times of reflux extraction is 2-4, and the time of each reflux extraction is 2-4 hours.
The third aspect of the invention provides application of the traditional Chinese medicine composition in preparing traditional Chinese medicine preparations for improving obesity and constipation.
Preferably, the dosage forms of the traditional Chinese medicine preparation comprise tablets, granules, tea and capsules.
The fourth aspect of the invention provides a traditional Chinese medicine preparation with the effects of improving obesity and constipation, which comprises the traditional Chinese medicine composition and pharmaceutically acceptable auxiliary materials.
Preferably, the auxiliary material comprises at least one of sorbitol, maltodextrin and sucralose.

The number of reflux extractions was 3, and the time per reflux extraction was 3 hours.
Example 4
This example is a Chinese medicinal preparation having the effect of improving obesity and constipation, which is prepared by mixing 10 parts of the Chinese medicinal composition of example 1 with 70 parts of maltodextrin, 10 parts of sorbitol and 10 parts of sucralose, granulating, drying, adding magnesium stearate, and tabletting with 0.5g each tablet.
Example 5
This example is a Chinese medicinal preparation having the effect of improving obesity and constipation, which is prepared by mixing 10 parts of the Chinese medicinal composition of example 2 with 70 parts of maltodextrin, 10 parts of sorbitol and 10 parts of sucralose, granulating, drying, adding magnesium stearate, and tabletting with 0.5g each tablet.
Example 6
This example is a Chinese medicinal preparation having the effect of improving obesity and constipation, which is prepared by mixing 10 parts of the Chinese medicinal composition of example 3 with 70 parts of maltodextrin, 10 parts of sorbitol and 10 parts of sucralose, granulating, drying, adding magnesium stearate, and tabletting with 0.5g each tablet.
Experimental example
Respectively obtaining the traditional Chinese medicine preparation of the example 6;
56 patients with constipation are characterized in that the number of times of defecation of each patient is less than or equal to 3 times per week; then taking the traditional Chinese medicine preparation prepared in the embodiment 6 of the invention respectively; the administration method comprises the following steps: 3 times a day, 4 tablets each time; is taken for 6 weeks. Then, the number of times of stool in one week after the recording; the recording results are shown in Table 1;

As shown in table 1, the traditional Chinese medicine composition prepared in the embodiment of the application can significantly improve constipation, and further can improve obesity caused by constipation.
