本发明涉及一种刮痧按摩用的精油及其制备方法,所述精油的原料组分包括药物粉料和植物油,所述药物粉料采用适当重量配比的丹参、红花、高良姜、荜茇和冰片为原料,其中以红花、丹参为君药,主要发挥活血化瘀、通经止痛的功效;以荜茇、高良姜为臣药,具有辛温散寒、温中行气的功效;君臣相互配伍以增强辛温通脉、活血祛瘀之效。再辅以冰片为佐使,取其芳香开窍作用,配合君臣药以加强活血化瘀、温通行气之功效。本发明所述的刮痧按摩用的精油,通过采用丹参、红花、高良姜、荜茇和冰片作为药物粉料的有效成分,在发挥介质的芳香通窍、开窍止痛功效的基础上,在临床温灸刮痧操作过程中,充分发挥了温灸刮痧活血化瘀的作用。

本发明属于精油技术领域,具体涉及一种刮痧按摩用的精油及其制备方法。
背景技术
温灸刮痧是一项融合了温灸和刮痧的特色中医治疗技术,刮痧通过刮拭组织周围的血液循环,以达到“活血化瘀,祛瘀生新”的作用,还可反射性活跃全身的血液循环,增加组织血流量,促进心脏、血管、微血管和淋巴的循环,达到消瘀散结的作用;艾灸则通过温通血脉达到活血化瘀的作用。温灸刮痧技术即是在中医经络腧穴理论指导下,结合刮痧和艾灸的基本原理,在体表一定部位反复刮拭,达到温经散寒、活血化瘀的作用,契合冠心病血瘀证病人的病机,临床应用安全有效。如与活血化瘀作用较好介质相配合,能增加疗效。
配合刮痧疗法的介质有很多品种,常用的膏剂类介质有冬青油膏和凡士林膏,这些物质主要起润滑和减小摩擦作用,避免损伤皮肤,并且对局部有滋润的作用,但几乎没有药物成分。一类是伤科用药油,常用的有万花油、红花油、风油精、活络油等。此类药油均由中药药物提纯萃取而成,多用于筋伤、骨伤等疾病,具有化瘀生肌功效,常用于皮肤修复,精油类介质多用于调神与稳定情绪等治疗。针对血瘀证患者的专用刮痧油相对较少。
发明内容
为了解决现有技术存在的以上问题,本发明提供了一种刮痧按摩用的精油及其制备方法。本发明所述的刮痧按摩用的精油,通过采用丹参、红花、高良姜、荜茇和冰片作为药物粉料的有效成分,在发挥介质的芳香通窍、开窍止痛功效的基础上,充分发挥了温灸刮痧活血化瘀的作用。本发明所述活血化瘀刮痧油,增加了刮拭时皮肤血管扩张充盈作用,药物随之被吸收,加强穴位刺激,再渗透进人血液循环,产生明显的针对性的药理作用。
本发明所采用的技术方案为:
一种刮痧按摩用的精油,原料组分包括药物粉料和植物油,所述药物粉料的有效成分包括丹参4-8份、红花2-4份、高良姜1-3份、荜茇1-3份和冰片0.5-1.5份;
所述药物粉料与所述植物油的体积比为1:2-1:3。
所述药物粉料的有效成分包括丹参6份、红花3份、高良姜2份、荜茇2份和冰片1份。
所述药物粉料与所述植物油的体积比为1:2.2。
所述植物油为玉米油。
所述的刮痧按摩用的精油的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)按照重量份取所述药物粉料的各有效成分,粉碎后备用;
(2)将步骤(1)粉碎后的药物粉料加入到植物油中,搅拌使充分混合均匀,得到混合料;
(3)将所述混合料进行加热处理后过滤,即得所述刮痧按摩用的精油。
步骤(1)中,所述药物粉料粉碎后的粒径为80目-100目。
所述药物粉料中包括粗粉和细粉,粗粉与细粉的质量比为3:2。
步骤(3)中,进行所述加热的温度为40-80℃,进行所述加热的时间为2-6h。
优选地,进行所述加热的温度为60℃,进行所述加热的时间为4h。

(1)准备原料饮片,所述原料饮片中各种药材按重量计为:丹参6g,红花3g,高良姜2g,荜茇2g,冰片1g;将原料饮片用高速粉碎机粉碎为粉料,所述药物粉料粉碎后的粒径为80目-100目,所述药物粉料中包括粗粉和细粉,所述粗粉与细粉的质量比为3:2;

从表1和表2可以看出,本发明所述活血化瘀刮痧油相比与现有技术中的精油,具有更好的温灸刮痧活血化瘀的作用,能够较好地缓解胸闷和胸痛。

Claims (1)
1.一种刮痧按摩用的精油,其特征在于,原料组分包括药物粉料和植物油,其中,所述药物粉料的原料如下:
丹参6g、红花3g、高良姜2g、荜茇2g和冰片1g;
所述药物粉料与所述植物油的体积比为1:2.2;
所述刮痧按摩用的精油的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)准备原料饮片,所述原料饮片中各种药材按重量计为:丹参6g,红花3g,高良姜2g,荜茇2g,冰片1g;将原料饮片用高速粉碎机粉碎为粉料,药粉全部通过二号筛,但混有能通过四号筛不超过40%的粗粉;
(2)将步骤(1)粉碎后的药物粉料加入到玉米油中,搅拌使充分混合均匀,得到混合料;
(3)将所述混合料在水浴条件下、60℃进行加热处理4h后,放凉,用纱布过滤,即得所述刮痧按摩用的精油。
