技术领域
本发明涉及中医药领域，特别涉及一种治疗肝阳上亢型眩晕的中药组方。
背景技术
眩晕是主观症状，是一种运动错觉，是患者对于空间关系的定向感觉障碍或平衡感觉障碍患者感到外界环境或自身在旋转移动或摇晃。它是由前庭神经系统病变所引起的，与头晕不同。一般来说头晕并无外界环境或自身旋转的运动觉，即患者主诉的头重脚轻头脑不清楚等。眩晕是患者头晕眼花，站立不稳，视周围物体旋转，如坐舟船的自觉症状，包括内耳眩晕症，高血压，严重贫血，脑震荡，神经衰弱，某些药物中毒，中暑及晕动病等的部分现象。轻者闭目即止，重者如立舟车之上，起则欲倒，甚者不省人事，伴有恶心、呕吐、出汗等症。
中医认为眩晕可由风火、痰湿、气血虚弱、肝肾阴虚等所致。风火多由肝阳上亢引起，主要表现为眩晕、头痛、面赤、耳鸣、口苦、舌质红、脉弦等；痰湿所致者，则多表现为体胖、脘满、胸闷、动则悸喘且眩晕加重、舌苔白腻、脉滑；气血虚弱所致者，则表现为面色苍白唇淡、精疲力乏及失眠多梦、舌质淡，脉细；肝肾阴虚所致者，则表现为头目昏眩、精神不振、腰膝疲软、遗精耳鸣等。
发明内容
本发明提供肝阳上亢引起的眩晕症治疗的中药组方，本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的。
本发明的技术方案是：天麻10克、钩藤15克、石决明12克、枸杞15克、蒺藜15克、菊花12克、生地黄12克、龙骨12克、牡蛎15克、竹茹10克、丹参10克、麦冬15克、山药15克、甘草10克。
本发明的中药药理如下：
天麻：甘、平。【归经】归肝经。【功效】息风，定惊。用于：眩晕眼黑，头风头痛，肢体麻木，半身不遂，语言蹇涩，小儿惊痫动风。
钩藤：甘、凉。【归经】归肝、心包经。【功效】息风定惊，清热平肝。用于：肝风内动，惊痫抽搐，高热惊厥，感冒夹惊，小儿惊啼，妊娠子痫，头痛眩晕。
石决明：咸、寒。【归经】归肝、肾经。【功效】平肝潜阳，清肝明目。用于：头痛眩晕，目赤翳障，视物昏花，青盲雀目。
枸杞：甘、平。【归经】归肝、肾经。【功效】滋补肝肾，益精明目。用于：肝肾阴亏，腰膝酸软，头晕，健忘，目眩，目昏多泪，消渴，遗精。
蒺藜：辛、苦、微温。【归经】归肝经。【功效】平肝解郁，活血祛风，明目，止痒。用于：头痛眩晕，胸胁胀痛，乳闭乳痈，目赤翳障，风疹瘙痒。
菊花：苦，辛，平。【归经】归肺、肝经。【功效】清热解毒；疏风平肝。用于:疔疮，痈疽，丹毒，湿疹，皮炎，风热感冒，咽喉肿痛，高血压病。
生地黄：甘，苦，凉。【归经】归心、肝、肾经。【功效】清热生津滋阴，养血。用于：阴虚发热，消渴，吐血，衄血，血崩，月经不调，胎动不安，阴伤便秘。
龙骨：甘、涩、平。【归经】归心、肝、肾、大肠经。【功效】镇惊安神，敛汗固精，止血涩肠，生肌敛疮。用于：惊痫癫狂，怔忡健忘，失眠多梦，自汗盗汗，遗精淋浊，吐衄便血，崩漏带下，泻痢脱肛，溃疡久不收口。。
牡蛎：咸、微寒。【归经】归肝、胆、肾经。【功效】敛阴，潜阳，止汗，涩精，化痰，软坚。用于：惊悸失眠，眩晕耳鸣，瘰疠痰核，瘕痞块，自汗盗汗，遗.精崩带，胃痛泛酸。
竹茹：甘、微寒。【归经】归脾经，胃经，胆经。【功效】清热化痰，凉血，除烦止呕。用于：烦热呕吐、呃逆，痰热咳喘，吐血，衄血，崩漏，恶阻，眙动，惊痫。
丹参：苦，微寒。【归经】归心、肝经。【功效】活血祛瘀，通经止痛，清心除烦，凉血消痈。用于：胸痹心痛，脘腹胁痛，瘕瘕积聚，热痹疼痛，心烦不眠，月经不调，痛经经闭，疮疡肿痛。
麦冬：甘，微苦，微寒。【归经】归心、肺、胃经。【功效】养阴生津,润肺清心。用于：肺燥干咳，虚痨咳嗽，津伤口渴，心烦失眠，内热消渴，肠燥便秘，咽白喉。
山药：甘、平。【归经】归脾、肺、肾经。【功效】滋养强壮，助消化，敛虚汗，止泻。用于：脾虚腹泻、肺虚咳嗽、糖尿病消渴、小便短频、遗精、妇女带下、慢性肠炎。
甘草：性甘平；【归经】归脾胃肺心经【功效】益气补中，祛痰止咳，解毒，缓急止痛，缓和药性。用于：心气虚的心动悸，脉结代。脾虚乏力、食少便溏，咳嗽气喘，疮痈肿毒，食物或药物中毒，脘腹或四肢挛急疼痛，调和诸药。
本发明的有益效果是：能够平肝潜阳，治疗肝阳上亢引起的眩晕症。各种中药合理配伍，组成的药物具有独特的功效，临床疗效显著。
具体实施方式
取天麻10克、钩藤15克、石决明12克、枸杞15克、蒺藜15克、菊花12克、生地黄12克、龙骨12克、牡蛎15克、竹茹10克、丹参10克、麦冬15克、山药15克、甘草10克。水煎服，每日一剂。
