Referring to fig. 2 and 4, the discharging assembly 17 includes a second electric switch door 171, a guiding frame 172 and a material guiding member 173, a discharging hole is formed at the lower side of the right end of the container body 11, the second electric switch door 171 is disposed on the container body 11 and between the discharging holes, the guiding frame 172 is fixedly mounted at the right end of the container body 11 and at the right side of the discharging hole, and the material guiding member 173 is fixedly mounted at the upper end of the inner bottom wall surface of the container body 11 and at the left side of the discharging hole; the electric switch door 171 is opened, and the dried fruit and vegetable strips are conveyed to the material guiding-out part 173 by the conveying component III, move into the guiding-out frame member 172 along the material guiding-out part 173, and are discharged out of the container body 11 through the guiding-out frame member 172.
The working principle of the invention is as follows: the hot air system 2 and the ultraviolet lamp 14 are started, hot air is blown out from the hot air system 2 to preheat the inside of the container body 11, then fruit and vegetable strips to be dried are added into the container body 11 through the feeding component 15 and uniformly spread on the layered bulk material component 12, the fruit and vegetable strips are transferred and conveyed layer by layer from top to bottom through the layered bulk material component 12, the residence time of the fruit and vegetable strips in the container body 11 is prolonged, the drying time of the fruit and vegetable strips is prolonged, the dried hot air blown out from the hot air system 2 is uniformly led to the fruit and vegetable strips through the wind direction guide piece 13, the fruit and vegetable strips transferred layer by layer are subjected to drying treatment, the moisture evaporated from the fruit and vegetable strips is intermittently ventilated and dehumidified through the air exhaust piece 16, so that the quality of the finished product of the fruit and vegetable strips is ensured, and the dried fruit and vegetable strips are discharged out of the container body 11 through the discharging component 17.

the layered bulk material component (12) comprises fixed vertical frames (121), wherein the fixed vertical frames (121) are symmetrically and fixedly arranged on the inner bottom wall surface of the container body (11) front and back, a first conveying component (122), a second conveying component and a third conveying component are sequentially arranged between the fixed vertical frames (121) from top to bottom, a first connecting inclined plate (123) is arranged on the right side of the first conveying component (122), a second connecting inclined plate (124) is arranged between the fixed vertical frames (121) and on the left side of the second conveying component, a transmission component (125) is arranged at the rear end of the container body (11), and the first conveying component (122), the second conveying component and the third conveying component are all connected with the transmission component (125);
the first conveying assembly (122) comprises a first transmission shaft (1221), a first transmission shaft (1221) and a second transmission shaft (1222) are rotatably connected between the fixed vertical frames (121), the first transmission shaft (1221) is positioned on the left side of the second transmission shaft (1222), the first transmission shaft (1221) is connected with the second transmission shaft (1222) through a storage conveyor belt (1223), a protective baffle (1224) is arranged between the fixed vertical frames (121), and the protective baffle (1224) is used for limiting the front side and the rear side of fruit and vegetable strips in the transportation process;
circular through holes which are arranged in a matrix are formed in the protective baffle (1224) and the object placing conveyor belt (1223);
horizontal square through holes are uniformly formed in the fixing vertical frames (121).
