In another exemplary embodiment, a specific structure of a tank truck with a pump is illustrated, and referring specifically to fig. 3 and 4, fig. 3 is a front view of a tank truck with a pump according to an exemplary embodiment of the present application.
Fig. 4 is a top view of a tank truck with a pump according to an exemplary embodiment of the present application. As shown in fig. 3 and 4, the pump-equipped tank truck 100 includes an identity information collection device 101, a positioning device 102, a controller 103, an emergency switch 104, a gas detector 105, a hydraulic pump solenoid valve 106, a pre-pump pressure transmitter 107, a gas detector 108, a liquid level transmission receiving box 109, a post-pump pressure transmitter 110, an explosion-proof lighting lamp 111, a flow meter 112, a post-collection box 113, a reel connection box 114, a power reel 115, a gun head travel switch 116, a brake solenoid valve 117, an emergency cut-off valve solenoid valve 118, a door detection travel switch 119, a lighting lamp switch 120, a combination lock 121, a collision sensor 122, and a height detection rod 123. Wherein the pre-pump pressure transmitter 107 and the post-pump pressure transmitter 110 constitute a pressure sensor in the embodiments described below; the gun head travel switch 116 is similar to the pump gun sensing device in the following embodiments, and is used for acquiring the working state of the pump gun, for example, when the gun head travel switch 116 is opened, the pump gun is in the working state; when the gun head travel switch 116 is closed, the pump gun is in a non-operating state.
The controller 103 is installed in the cab. The emergency switch 104 is installed at the left rear side of the cab, is connected to the controller 103, and is used for controlling the emergency cut-off valve electromagnetic valve 118 and the hydraulic pump electromagnetic valve 106, and the emergency cut-off valve electromagnetic valve 118 and the hydraulic pump electromagnetic valve 106 can be rapidly closed by pressing the emergency switch 104. The collision sensor 520 is installed at the rear end of the vehicle, and the collision sensor 122 has a rear end collision warning function and is connected in parallel with the emergency cut-off valve solenoid valve 118 and the hydraulic pump solenoid valve 106. The controller 103 is connected with the tank truck with pump through sim card network, and can upload the temperature, pressure, liquid level and other parameter information of the liquid/gas in the tank body to the management platform in real time, so that the management platform can monitor the tank truck with pump in real time.
Referring to fig. 5, fig. 5 is a flowchart illustrating a method for controlling a controller in a tank truck with a pump according to an exemplary embodiment of the present application, which may be specifically performed by the controller 103 in any one of fig. 1 to 4. Of course, the method may also be applied to other implementation environments and executed by a server device in other implementation environments, which is not limited by the present embodiment. As shown in fig. 5, the controller 103 is configured to perform S510 to S540, which are described in detail below:
S510: and responding to an instruction for executing the target job, and matching the identity information with preset identity information to obtain an identity information matching result.
The instruction for executing the target job is an operator-triggered instruction, for example, the operator triggers a request to the central control platform, and the platform issues an instruction for executing the target job corresponding to the request to the controller 103, so that the controller 103 responds to the instruction. Wherein each request corresponds to at least one target job in number, i.e., one request may simultaneously correspond to a plurality of target jobs.
The preset identity information is pre-entered information including one or more operators' identity information, such as at least one type of identity information of fingerprint, sound wave, facial image information, etc.
The identity authentication process can be performed on the management platform 300 as described above, and can also be performed on the controller 103 in the tank truck with pump 100, which is not described in detail in this embodiment.
Illustratively, the controller 103 receives an instruction for executing a target job, matches the fingerprint information of the current operator acquired by the identity information acquisition device 101 with preset fingerprint information in preset identity information, and if the fingerprint information is matched, obtains a matching result representing that the identity information is successfully matched; and if the preset fingerprint information is not matched, obtaining a matching result representing that the identity information is failed to be matched.
S520: and if the identity information matching result represents that the identity information matching is successful, acquiring the position information of the identity information matching result and the position information of the target storage tank.
The self position information is the position information of the tank truck with the pump. The target storage tank is a container for storing the transfer liquid, namely, the liquid in the liquid storage tank of the tank truck with the pump.
The own position information and the position information of the target tank may be coordinate information in a two-dimensional coordinate system, for example, the own position information is (1, 2), and the position information of the target tank is (2, 3).
S530: and calculating to obtain the relative position distance between the tank truck and the target storage tank according to the position information of the tank truck and the position information of the target storage tank.
Illustratively, the pump-equipped tank car self-location information is (x 1 ,y 1 ) The position information of the target tank is (x) 2 ,y 2 ) And calculating the relative position distance between the tank truck and the target storage tank according to the following formula:
wherein D represents the relative position distance between the tank truck and the target storage tank; (x) 1 ,y 1 ) Representing the position coordinates of the tank truck; (x) 2 ,y 2 ) Representing the location coordinates of the target tank.
S540: and if the detected relative position distance is smaller than the preset relative position distance, executing the target operation.
The preset relative position distance is a preset value, and the unit of the preset relative position distance is the same as the relative position distance.
For example, if the detected relative position distance is less than the preset relative position distance, the target storage tank is characterized as being in the operation range of the tank truck, which is a precondition for the tank truck to execute the target operation.
The embodiment matches the identity information acquired by the identity information acquisition device with preset identity information to perform identity verification on an operator, thereby supervising the operator. Meanwhile, in order to execute target operation, the condition that the relative position distance between the tank truck and the target storage tank is smaller than the preset relative position distance needs to be met, so that the liquid in the tank truck with the pump is monitored to be transferred to the target storage tank, and safety accidents caused by the transfer of the liquid to other non-standard containers are avoided.
If the monitoring is improper or the operation is improper in the process of loading/unloading the tank truck with the pump, potential safety hazards such as liquefied gas leakage and the like are extremely easy to occur, even safety accidents such as fire and explosion are caused, and the life safety and social property safety of people are seriously endangered. The existing tank truck with the pump has the problem that the safety of an operation control system is poor, and the safety accident is easily caused by improper operation of operators.
To this end, in another exemplary embodiment, a flow meter is provided in the pumped tank truck for monitoring the flow of liquid in the pumped tank truck; the flow meter records an initial reading at an initial time, records a current reading of the flow meter passing through the flow meter at a current time in the process of unloading operation, and determines the flow of the liquid unloaded in the process of unloading operation at the current time according to a difference value between the initial reading and the current reading of the flow meter passing through the flow meter at the current time. Referring specifically to fig. 6, fig. 6 is a flow chart illustrating another method of controlling a controller in a tank truck with a pump according to another exemplary embodiment of the present application. Wherein the target operation is a liquid unloading operation. As shown in fig. 6, the controller 103 is further configured to perform the steps of:
S610: during the execution of the discharging operation, it is detected whether the decrease in the liquid in the tank truck with the pump is smaller than the increase in the liquid in the target tank.
Because the cost of the flowmeter is far greater than that of the liquid level meter, in the actual application scene, the tank truck with the pump is provided with the flowmeter, and the target storage tank is provided with the liquid level meter, so that the liquid reduction or increase amount can be collected and recorded. The liquid level meter records the initial liquid level in the target storage tank, and in the process of discharging operation of the tank truck with the pump, the liquid level at the current moment is recorded, and the difference value between the liquid level at the current moment and the initial liquid level is the increment of the liquid in the target storage tank. If cost is not a concern, the target tank may also be provided with a flow meter.
In the process of unloading operation which is ideally safe, free of liquid leakage and does not consider liquid volatilization, the reduction amount of the liquid in the tank truck with the pump is equal to the increase amount of the liquid in the target storage tank, namely, the liquid in the tank truck with the pump is completely transferred into the target storage tank.
S620: if the decrease amount is smaller than the increase amount, stopping executing the liquid unloading operation.
In an actual scene, due to the problems of liquid volatilization, instrument precision and the like, a certain amount of decrease and increase exist, and a certain difference exists between the decrease and increase. Therefore, in the preferred embodiment, if the decrease amount is smaller than the increase amount and the difference between the decrease amount and the increase amount is greater than the preset difference, the liquid decreased in the tank truck with pump is not completely transferred to the target storage tank, and there is a risk of leakage, and in order to avoid safety accidents, the liquid unloading operation is stopped.
According to the embodiment, whether the liquid leakage risk exists in the liquid unloading operation process or not is judged by detecting whether the reduction amount of the liquid in the tank truck with the pump is smaller than the increase amount of the liquid in the target storage tank or not, if the reduction amount of the liquid in the tank truck with the pump is smaller than the increase amount of the liquid in the target storage tank, the liquid unloading operation is immediately stopped, so that safety accidents in the liquid unloading process are avoided, and the safety of the liquid unloading operation is improved.
In order to ensure that the liquid in the liquid storage tank in the tank truck with the pump is reduced, not caused by leakage, other auxiliary detection steps are needed to determine that the liquid/gas reduction of the liquid storage tank is caused by the execution of the liquid unloading operation.
For this purpose, in a further exemplary embodiment, a pump gun sensing device is also provided in the tank truck with pump for detecting the operating state of the pump gun. The controller 103 is further configured to perform the steps of:
and if the detected relative position distance is smaller than the preset relative position distance and the operation state of the pump gun represents that the pump gun is in the operation state, executing the liquid discharging operation.
In the discharging operation, the pump gun is certainly in an operating state. If the pump gun is not in operation, but is still in operation for discharging liquid, the concrete situation may need to be analyzed due to liquid leakage or other faults.
The operation state of the pump gun can be judged according to the real-time position of the pump gun, and if the pump gun is arranged on the gun seat, the pump gun is characterized as being in an unworked state; if the pump gun is not arranged on the gun seat, the pump gun is characterized as being in an operating state. The operation states of the pump guns can be classified according to the motion trail of the pump guns, and if the motion trail of the pump guns is detected, the operation states of the pump guns are represented; and if the movement track of the pump gun is not detected, indicating that the pump gun is not in an operation state.
In this embodiment, when the relative position distance is detected to be smaller than the preset relative position distance, it needs to be determined whether the pump gun is in an operating state, and if the pump gun is detected to be in the operating state at the same time, the liquid discharging operation is executed. The safety accident in the liquid unloading operation is avoided, and the safety in the liquid unloading operation process is improved.
In another exemplary embodiment, to prevent leakage of liquid, at least one gas detector is provided around the pumped tank car for detecting the gas concentration of the combustible gas. Wherein the combustible gas is an alkane, e.g. propane (C 3 H 8 ) Propylene (C) 3 H 6 ) Butane (C) 4 H 10 ) Butene (C) 4 H 8 ) And butanedi (C) 4 H 6 ) At the same time, also contains a small amount of methane (CH) 4 ) Ethane (C) 2 H 6 ) Pentane (C) 5 H 12 ) Hydrogen sulfide (H) 2 S), etc. The controller 103 is further configured to perform the steps of:
detecting whether the gas concentration of the combustible gas is greater than a preset gas concentration;
and stopping executing the target operation if the gas concentration of the combustible gas is detected to be larger than the preset gas concentration.
The preset gas concentration is a preset standard parameter and is used for measuring whether the concentration of the volatilized combustible gas exceeds the preset standard parameter, and if the gas concentration of the combustible gas is detected to be larger than the preset gas concentration, the condition that the concentration of the combustible gas around the tank truck with the pump exceeds the safety standard parameter is indicated, and the safety risk exists, the execution of the target operation is stopped.
According to the embodiment, the gas detector is additionally arranged to detect whether the gas concentration of the combustible gas around the tank truck with the pump is larger than the preset gas concentration, and if the gas concentration of the combustible gas is detected to be larger than the preset gas concentration, the execution of the target operation is immediately stopped, so that safety accidents are avoided, and the safety of the target operation is improved.
In another exemplary embodiment, the pump-equipped tank truck further comprises a liquid discharge pump for pumping liquid in the liquid storage tank of the pump-equipped tank truck to a target storage tank; and the electromagnetic valve is used for controlling the flow of the liquid pumped by the liquid discharging pump. Wherein the target operation is a liquid unloading operation. The controller 103 is further configured to perform the steps of:
If the gas concentration of the combustible gas is detected to be larger than the preset gas concentration, the electromagnetic valve is controlled to be closed, and the liquid discharging pump is controlled to stop pumping operation.
The embodiment further illustrates that if the gas concentration of the combustible gas is detected to be greater than the preset gas concentration in the process of the liquid discharging operation, the electromagnetic valve for controlling the liquid discharging pump is closed to rapidly control the liquid to stop flowing out of the liquid storage tank, so that the interlocking termination operation under the abnormal condition is realized, namely, the emergency cut-off valve and the liquid discharging pump are closed at the same time, and the liquid discharging operation is stopped.
In order to increase safety during operation, in another exemplary embodiment, at least one temperature sensor is provided in the tank truck with pump for sensing the storage temperature in the tank. The controller 103 is further configured to perform the steps of:
detecting whether the storage temperature exceeds a preset temperature threshold;
and stopping executing the target job if the storage temperature is detected to exceed the preset temperature threshold.
The preset temperature threshold is a preset parameter, which may be a single parameter or a parameter interval, for example, [1, 10], (1, 20), [1, 15), etc.
The liquefied petroleum oil and the like have certain requirements on the storage temperature, and safety accidents such as explosion and the like can happen after the storage temperature exceeds certain storage temperature, so that the embodiment is used for detecting whether the storage temperature of the liquid is in a safe storage temperature range or not by arranging the temperature sensor in the tank truck with the pump, and immediately stopping executing the operation when the storage temperature exceeds the safe storage temperature range so as to ensure the safety of the operation process.
In order to increase safety during operation, in another exemplary embodiment, at least one pressure sensor is provided in the tank truck with pump for collecting the gas pressure in the liquid reservoir; the controller 103 is further configured to perform the steps of:
detecting whether the gas pressure exceeds a preset pressure threshold;
and stopping executing the target operation if the gas pressure is detected to exceed the preset pressure threshold.
The preset pressure threshold is a preset parameter, which may be a single parameter or a parameter interval.
The pressure sensor may collect a pressure value in the liquid storage tank, and the controller 103 may obtain the collected pressure value and compare the collected pressure value with a preset pressure threshold value to determine whether to stop executing the target operation. The controller obtains that the pressure value collected by the pressure sensor is 10Pa, the preset pressure threshold is (1 Pa,9 Pa), the pressure value at the moment exceeds the preset pressure threshold, the fact that the pressure value in the current liquid storage tank is too large is indicated, in order to avoid safety accidents, the execution of target operation needs to be stopped, and an alarm prompts an operator to prompt the operator to carry out safety maintenance.
In another exemplary embodiment, the controller 103 is further configured to perform the steps of:
Detecting whether the relative position distance is smaller than a preset relative position distance;
if the detected relative position distance is larger than the preset relative position distance, the target storage tank is not in the working range.
If the detected relative position distance is larger than the preset relative position distance, the characteristic that the target storage tank is not in the operation range, namely the linear distance between the liquid storage tank in the tank truck with the pump and the target storage tank is far, cannot meet the operation requirement of liquid transfer of the two. The alarm prompts that the target storage tank is not in the operation range, and can inform operators that the liquid storage tank and the target storage tank are not in the operation range in time, so that the operators can analyze and judge the current operation faults.
In addition, if the relative position distance is detected to be greater than the preset relative position distance, but the current moment is in the state of liquid unloading operation, liquid leakage possibly occurs, or liquid in the liquid storage tank is transferred to the non-target storage tank, and when the alarm prompts that the target storage tank is not in the operation range, the liquid unloading operation can be immediately controlled to stop, so that a supervision function is realized, and the safety of the liquid unloading operation process is ensured.
In order to increase safety during operation, in another exemplary embodiment, at least one crash sensor is provided around the tank truck with pump for collecting the crash forces to which the tank truck with pump is subjected. The controller 103 is further configured to perform the steps of:
And stopping executing the target operation if the collision force is detected to be greater than the preset collision force.
The specific position of the collision sensor is not limited, the collision sensor can be arranged at the tail of the tank truck with the pump, the collected collision force represents whether the tank truck with the pump is knocked into rear, if the tank truck with the pump is knocked into rear, the collected collision force of the collision sensor is larger than the preset collision force, and at the moment, in order to ensure the safety of the target operation process, the execution of the target operation needs to be stopped immediately. And safety accidents such as combustion and explosion are avoided, wherein the safety accidents are caused by liquid/gas leakage caused by collision or rear-end collision of vehicles in the process of executing target operation.
Similarly, the collision sensors can be arranged at the front, left and right positions of the tank truck with the pump, the number of the collision sensors is at least one, and a plurality of collision sensors can be arranged around the tank truck with the pump, and the respective collected collision force is compared and analyzed with the respective corresponding preset collision force to determine whether to stop executing the target operation.
Another aspect of the present application also provides an electronic device, including: a controller as described in any one of the above; and a memory for storing one or more programs that, when executed by the controller, perform the steps of configuring the controller.
