Abstract

The invention discloses an interactive emergency information service system based on position information, which comprises an emergency management center information system, a position service system, a bottom information updating workstation, a geographic information system platform, an information service database and an interactive information storage module, wherein the emergency management center information system is connected with the position service system through a network; the geographic information system platform is respectively connected with the bottom information updating workstation and the emergency management center information system; the emergency management center information system extracts corresponding data and processing modes from the underlying information updating workstation, the geographic information system platform, the information service database and the interactive information storage module according to emergency information provided by the emergency workstation, the emergency information server, the client server and/or the information service workstation, processes the emergency information, sends back a processing result, and reports the processing result to a superior emergency center for archiving. The invention realizes the instant information transmission aiming at the time of the emergency event, the emergency measure and the emergency channel, and improves the accessibility and the effectiveness of the emergency evacuation information service.

Technical Field

Background
In the existing urban public places, the requirements of security risk prevention and control and emergency passenger flow evacuation generally exist; particularly, the urban rail transit and the super-huge underground space complex have large passenger flow and relatively closed space, so that passengers are in strange environment; when an emergency occurs, timely and effective evacuation of safe emergency is the key of space safety management.
Compared with the prior art, the intelligent sensing, dynamic identification, timely early warning and evacuation rescue technologies of people flow, environmental state and other information in the space are used by technical means, and how to utilize individual sensed information or sent requests of emergency evacuation sites is information which realizes accurate early warning and improves emergency disposal efficiency.
Therefore, an emergency management platform is designed to complete various existing security evacuation technologies, and emergency treatment of various potential hazards possibly occurring in urban public places is very necessary.
Disclosure of Invention
In view of the above defects in the prior art, the present invention provides an interactive emergency information service system based on location information, and one of the objectives of the present invention is to construct an interactive shared information service based on location information, so as to implement instant information transmission for time of emergency event, emergency measure and emergency channel, and improve accessibility and effectiveness of emergency evacuation information service.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention discloses an interactive emergency information service system based on position information, which comprises an emergency management center information system and a position service system.
The system also comprises a bottom information updating workstation, a geographic information system platform, an information service database and an interactive information storage module; the geographic information system platform is respectively connected with the bottom information updating workstation and the emergency management center information system; the emergency management center information system extracts corresponding data and processing modes from the bottom information updating workstation, the geographic information system platform, the information service database and the interaction information storage module according to emergency information provided by an emergency workstation, an emergency information server, a client server and/or an information service workstation, processes the emergency information, sends back a processing result, and sends the processing result and the processing process to a superior emergency center for archiving.

The danger label, the entrance and exit and the emergency door label contained in the interactive emergency information based on the position information can bring value and reference to other customers in the space; based on the device, each individual user and the emergency management center can enrich and improve the emergency information of the system, and send out the emergency event information with additional specific position information at the first time.
4. The interactive emergency information service device based on the position information changes the single mode of the traditional emergency information service about an emergency center and an individual, and constructs the information service based on the position information, the interactive shared information service, the emergency event, the time and the emergency measure, wherein the emergency channel is the instant information based on the position, thereby improving the accessibility and the effectiveness of the emergency evacuation information service.

As shown in fig. 1, the interactive emergency information service system based on location information includes an emergency management center information system and a location service system.
The system also comprises a bottom information updating workstation, a geographic information system platform, an information service database and an interactive information storage module; the geographic information system platform is respectively connected with the bottom information updating workstation and the emergency management center information system; the emergency management center information system extracts corresponding data and processing modes from the underlying information updating workstation, the geographic information system platform, the information service database and the interactive information storage module according to emergency information provided by the emergency workstation, the emergency information server, the client server and/or the information service workstation, processes the emergency information, sends back a processing result, and sends the processing result and the processing process to a superior emergency center for archiving.
The principle of the invention is as follows: the system consists of an emergency management center information system, a GIS (geographic information system) platform and bottom information updating workstation, an LBS (location based service) system, an information service database, an emergency information server, an emergency workstation, an information service workstation, a client server, an interactive information storage unit and the like.

When emergency evacuation is carried out or at ordinary times, the system is used for obtaining evacuation guidance information, and an evacuation guidance path is based on the GIS platform and interactive emergency information obtained by the device.
As shown in fig. 2, in some embodiments, the location services system uses the geographic information system platform and the underlying information update workstation connected to the emergency management center information system to calculate location information using the beidou satellite system, the GPS positioning system, or the cell phone signaling, determines a location based on data provided by the geographic information system platform, and sends the location information to the emergency management center information system.
