Abstract
The invention discloses a shallow water piling ship with a travelling mechanism, wherein a first diesel engine of the travelling mechanism is positioned at one side of the shallow water piling ship, the first diesel engine is connected with a first screw propeller through a first reduction gearbox, a second diesel engine is arranged at the opposite side of the first diesel engine, the second diesel engine is connected with a second screw propeller through a second reduction gearbox, a piling groove is formed between the first diesel engine and the second diesel engine of the shallow water piling ship, a piling frame of the piling mechanism is arranged at the piling groove of the shallow water piling ship, a wire wheel hinged to the top end of the piling frame is in sliding connection with a steel rope, the top end of the piling frame is connected with the top end of a fixed frame, one end of the steel rope is connected with a lifting hook, the other end of the steel rope is connected with a winding drum, and a travelling crawler belt is arranged at the front end of the shallow water piling ship. Preferably, the connecting rod is provided with a positioning line wheel, the positioning line wheel is connected with a positioning pile through a positioning line, the positioning pile is connected with a positioning cavity of the shallow water piling ship, the positioning line wheel is connected with a second positioning line wheel of the first rotating part through the positioning line, and the positioning line is connected with a positioning line winding drum.

The positioning wire wheel 9 and the second positioning wire wheel 55 of the first rotating part 51 are connected by a positioning wire, and the positioning wire is connected with a positioning wire reel. The positioning line moves along the positioning line wheel 9 and the second positioning line wheel 55, after the positioning line is released, the positioning pile 10 passes through the positioning cavity 11 to be connected with a shallow water under the action of gravity, the position of the shallow water piling ship 14 is positioned, and the positioning line winding drum controls the position of the positioning pile 10 through the positioning line.
The connection part of the first rotating part 51 and the second rotating part 52 of the pile driving frame 5 is provided with a plurality of second positioning wire wheels 55, and one side of the first rotating part 51 is connected with the lower part of the fixed frame 6 through a connecting rod 8. The other side of the first rotating part 51 is hinged with a hydraulic cylinder 54, and the top end of the second rotating part 52 is connected with the top end of the pile driving frame 5 on the opposite side of the wire wheel 53. The hydraulic cylinder 54 drives the first rotating part 51 and the second rotating part 52 to rotate relative to the shallow water piling ship 14, and the first rotating part 51 drives the fixing frame 6 to rotate through the connecting rod 8.
The shallow water piling ship 14 is provided with a chain winding drum 12, and one end of a chain wound on the chain winding drum 12 is connected with a ship anchor 13. After the shallow water pile driving boat 14 reaches the fixed position, the position range of the shallow water pile driving boat 14 is fixed by the boat anchor 13. The positioning cavity 11 penetrates the body of the shallow water piling ship 14, so that the positioning pile 10 can penetrate the positioning cavity 11 to fix the shallow water piling ship 14 at a fixed position on a shallow water beach.
The top of the fixed frame 6 is symmetrically provided with pulleys 61, the pulleys 61 are in sliding connection with steel ropes, the steel ropes are connected with lifting hooks 62 outside the fixed frame 6, and plumb projections of the lifting hooks 62 are positioned in the piling groove 4. The number of positioning cavities 11 is one on the side of the pile driving channel 4, and the positioning wire drum is located in the operating chamber 15 at the first turning part 51. The arrangement of the number of the positioning cavities 11 ensures the stable fixation of the shallow water piling ship 14 in the shallow water beach.
The number of anchor chain reels 12 is two on one side of the shallow water piling ship 14, and the anchor chain reels are positioned in the operation room 15. So that the shallow water piling ship 14 can be stably stopped in the shallow water.
In use, the first diesel engine 1 and the second diesel engine 3 are started to move the shallow water piling ship 14 to a designated position, the anchor chain winding drum 12 is started to release the ship anchor 13, and the ship anchor 13 fixes the shallow water piling ship 14 within a certain range of a shallow water beach.
