Abstract
本发明涉及衣物洗涤技术领域,尤其涉及IPC C11D3领域,更具体的,涉及一种羽绒服专用干洗剂及其制备方法。按重量百分比计,组分包括:表面活性剂4‑7%,溶剂3‑7%,渗透剂4‑9%,抑菌剂0.1‑0.2%,酶制剂0.1‑0.2%,水补足余量。所述溶剂、渗透剂和酶制剂重量比为(5‑7):(5‑8):(0.1‑0.15)时,可提高干洗剂的去污和渗透效果;所述酶制剂包括蛋白酶、纤维素酶,所述蛋白酶、纤维素酶重量比为1:(0.5‑1)时,可进一步提高干洗剂对聚酯纤维面料的清洁能力。

技术领域
本发明涉及衣物洗涤技术领域,尤其涉及IPC C11D3领域,更具体的,涉及一种羽绒服专用干洗剂及其制备方法。
背景技术
目前的羽绒服干洗剂通常以渗透性强的表面活性剂作为主要成分,清洁力不够高,留有残留,不能从根本上去除污渍,有的则以油性溶剂发挥相似相溶的作用,去除羽绒服上的污渍,由于羽绒服装的填充料是禽类羽绒,在干洗过程中,羽绒完全浸泡在干洗剂中,药水渗人到了纤维内部,再加上羽绒服装选用的布料一般都是高密度织物或涂层织物,所以虽经过高速甩干和烘干回收,但渗入服装和纤维内部的干洗液难以完全排出,以致长期残留在羽绒服装之内,经过干洗的羽绒服装往往在很长一段时间内都会散发出异味,存在一定的毒性,这种残留的干洗剂可能对人体健康造成危害。
CN 111334377B公开了一种相变羽绒服干洗剂及其制备方法,包括如下重量份数的原料,二甲基硅油1.5~3.5份、硅胶4~8.5份、生物质表面活性剂2.5~5份、第一溶剂57~80份、第二溶剂16.5~27份,其中第一溶剂为有机溶剂,过多的有机溶剂残留一定程度对健康造成危害。
发明内容
为克服背景技术中的不足,本发明提供了一种羽绒服专用干洗剂及其制备方法,通过调整组分间的配比,降低了有机溶剂的添加量,同时仍能保持优异的稳定性、去污能力以及渗透效果。
为达到本发明的目的,本发明第一方面提供了一种羽绒服专用干洗剂,按重量百分比计,组分包括:表面活性剂4-7%,溶剂3-7%,渗透剂4-9%,抑菌剂0.1-0.2%,酶制剂0.1-0.2%,水补足余量。
所述表面活性剂包括表面活性剂A,表面活性剂B,表面活性剂C,所述表面活性剂A,表面活性剂B,表面活性剂C重量比为1:(0.2-0.5):(2-4)。
优选的,所述表面活性剂A,表面活性剂B,表面活性剂C重量比为1:0.3:2。
所述表面活性剂A包括烷基糖苷,烷基醇醚,所述烷基糖苷,烷基醇醚重量比为1:(0.8-1.5)。
优选的,所述表面活性剂A包括烷基糖苷,烷基醇醚,所述烷基糖苷,烷基醇醚重量比为1:1.5。
所述烷基醇醚包括十二烷基醇醚硫酸铵、十八烷基胺聚氧乙烯醚、烷基聚乙二醇醚中的一种。
优选的,所述烷基醇醚包括十二烷基醇醚硫酸铵,品牌:巴斯夫,型号:ASESA。
优选的,烷基糖苷包括C8-C14的烷基糖苷。
优选的,所述烷基糖苷包括C12-C14的烷基糖苷,购自山东金裕世嘉化工有限公司。
所述表面活性剂B包括磺化琥珀酸二辛酯钠盐,牛脂胺聚氧乙烯醚,失水山梨醇脂肪酸酯,山梨醇聚氧乙烯醚油酸酯中的一种。
优选的,所述表面活性剂B包括磺化琥珀酸二辛酯钠盐,购自江苏省海安石油化工厂。
所述表面活性剂C包括C12-C15异构醇乙氧基化物。
优选的,所述表面活性剂C包括C13异构醇乙氧基化物,型号:沙索13/90,品牌:湖北鑫宇宏。
所述溶剂包括乙二醇、丙二醇、丙三醇、丙二醇甲醚、丙二醇乙醚、丙二醇丙醚、丙二醇丁醚、二丙二醇甲醚、二丙二醇乙醚、二丙二醇丙醚、二丙二醇丁醚中至少一种。
优选的,所述溶剂包括丙二醇甲醚。
所述渗透剂包括二甲基亚砜,硫酸化蓖麻油、烷基磺酸钠、烷基苯磺酸钠、中的一种或者多种。
优选的,所述渗透剂包括二甲基亚砜。
所述抑菌剂包括柠檬烯、肉桂醛、丹皮酚、壳聚糖、变性乙醇和柠檬酸钠中至少一种。
优选的,所述抑菌剂包括柠檬烯。
所述酶制剂包括蛋白酶、纤维素酶,所述蛋白酶、纤维素酶重量比为1:(0.5-1)。
优选的,所述酶制剂包括蛋白酶、纤维素酶,所述蛋白酶、纤维素酶重量比为1:0.6。
优选的,所述蛋白酶包括酸性蛋白酶、中性蛋白酶、碱性蛋白酶、木瓜蛋白酶中一种。
进一步优选的,所述蛋白酶包括碱性蛋白酶,购自河南辉腾化工产品销售有限公司。
优选的,所述纤维素酶包括中性纤维素酶,购自夏盛生物科技开发有限公司。
所述表面活性剂和渗透剂的重量比为1:(0.8-1.3)。
优选的,所述表面活性剂和渗透剂的重量比为1:1。
本申请人研究发现,所述溶剂、渗透剂和酶制剂重量比为(5-7):(5-8):(0.1-0.15)时,可提高干洗剂的去污和渗透效果,干洗剂接触污渍后,溶剂接触到污渍,溶解污渍表层的同时充分包覆污渍,酶制剂可进一步对污渍进行溶解,为了进一步提高酶制剂的溶解效率,特定比例的渗透剂可加快污渍的分解,同时降低溶剂的添加量,提高干洗剂的安全性,进一步研究发现,溶剂为丙二醇甲醚,渗透剂为二甲基亚砜,可增加干洗剂对油污的清洁能力,尽管溶剂与渗透剂具有较强的油溶性,使得亲水性较差,但在多种表面活性剂的作用下,溶剂和渗透剂的润湿性得到有效提升。
所述溶剂、渗透剂和酶制剂重量比为(5-7):(5-8):(0.1-0.15)。
优选的,所述溶剂、渗透剂和酶制剂重量比为7:5:0.1。
本发明第二方面提供了一种羽绒服专用干洗剂及其制备方法,包括以下步骤:
S1,将表面活性剂,溶剂,渗透剂加入到水中,混合均匀,得到混合液1;
S2,将抑菌剂与酶制剂加入到混合液1中,混合均匀,即得。
有益效果:
1.所述溶剂、渗透剂和酶制剂重量比为(5-7):(5-8):(0.1-0.15)时,可提高干洗剂的去污和渗透效果。
2.所述酶制剂包括蛋白酶、纤维素酶,所述蛋白酶、纤维素酶重量比为1:(0.5-1)
时,可进一步提高干洗剂对聚酯纤维面料的清洁能力。
3.所述表面活性剂包括表面活性剂A,表面活性剂B,表面活性剂C,所述表面活性剂A,表面活性剂B,表面活性剂C重量比为1:(0.2-0.5):(2-4)时,可提高干洗剂的稳定性。
4.所述表面活性剂和渗透剂的重量比为1:(0.8-1.3)时,可提高干洗剂的渗透能力,同时降低溶剂的使用量。
具体实施方式
实施例1
一种羽绒服专用干洗剂,按重量百分比计,组分为:表面活性剂5%,溶剂7%,渗透剂5%,抑菌剂0.15%,酶制剂0.1%,水补足余量。
所述表面活性剂包括表面活性剂A,表面活性剂B,表面活性剂C,所述表面活性剂A,表面活性剂B,表面活性剂C重量比为1:0.3:2。
所述表面活性剂A为烷基糖苷,烷基醇醚,所述烷基糖苷,烷基醇醚重量比为1:1.5。
所述烷基醇醚为十二烷基醇醚硫酸铵,品牌:巴斯夫,型号:ASESA。
所述烷基糖苷为C12-C14的烷基糖苷,购自山东金裕世嘉化工有限公司。
所述表面活性剂B为磺化琥珀酸二辛酯钠盐,购自江苏省海安石油化工厂。
所述表面活性剂C为C13异构醇乙氧基化物,型号:沙索13/90,品牌:湖北鑫宇宏。
所述溶剂为丙二醇甲醚(CAS登录号107-98-2)。
所述渗透剂为二甲基亚砜(CAS登录号67-68-5)。
所述抑菌剂为柠檬烯(CAS登录号138-86-3)。
所述酶制剂为蛋白酶、纤维素酶,所述蛋白酶、纤维素酶重量比为1:0.6。
所述蛋白酶为碱性蛋白酶,购自河南辉腾化工产品销售有限公司。
所述纤维素酶为中性纤维素酶,购自夏盛生物科技开发有限公司。
本发明第二方面提供了一种羽绒服专用干洗剂及其制备方法,为以下步骤:
S1,将表面活性剂,溶剂,渗透剂加入到水中,混合均匀,得到混合液1;
S2,将抑菌剂与酶制剂加入到混合液1中,混合均匀,即得。
实施例2
具体实施方式同实施例1;不同的是,实施例2中所述组分为:表面活性剂6%,溶剂6%,渗透剂5%,抑菌剂0.15%,酶制剂0.1%,水补足余量。
实施例3
具体实施方式同实施例1;不同的是,实施例3中所述表面活性剂A,表面活性剂B,表面活性剂C重量比为1:0.2:2.5。
对比例1
具体实施方式同实施例1;不同的是,对比例1中所述表面活性剂A,表面活性剂B,表面活性剂C重量比为1:1:1。
对比例2
具体实施方式同实施例1;不同的是,对比例2中所述组分为:表面活性剂5%,溶剂8%,渗透剂4%,抑菌剂0.15%,酶制剂0.1%,水补足余量。
对比例3
具体实施方式同实施例1;不同的是,对比例3中所述组分为:表面活性剂5%,溶剂9%,渗透剂3%,抑菌剂0.15%,酶制剂0.1%,水补足余量。
性能测试方法
将实施例1-3和对比例1-3中所得干洗剂进行性能测试,测试数据列于表1中。
1)稳定性:高温稳定性-在40℃保持24h,恢复至室温后,观察与实验前是否有明显变化(分层、絮状杂质);低温稳定性-在-5℃保持24h,恢复至室温后,观察与实验前是否有明显变化(分层、絮状杂质)。
2)去污力:对白色羽绒服上的酒渍、果汁、血渍、油渍喷洒上干洗剂,30s后,进行相同力度的擦拭,直到无残留,记录擦拭次数。
3)渗透力:对白色羽绒服上的油渍喷洒上羽绒服干洗剂,10s后,喷洒擦拭8次,对比残留,分为A\B\C\D四个等级,使用白度测试仪测试(纺织面料白度仪WSB-3),初始白度为S0,测试白度为S,净率定义为M=
(S0-S)/S*100%,定义等级A的M为95-100%,等级B的M为85-95%,等级C的M为65-85%,等级D的M为低于65%。

1.一种羽绒服专用干洗剂,其特征在于,按重量百分比计,组分包括:表面活性剂4-7%,溶剂3-7%,渗透剂4-9%,抑菌剂0.1-0.2%,酶制剂0.1-0.2%,水补足余量。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种羽绒服专用干洗剂,其特征在于,所述表面活性剂包括表面活性剂A,表面活性剂B,表面活性剂C,所述表面活性剂A,表面活性剂B,表面活性剂C重量比为1:(0.2-0.5):(2-4)。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种羽绒服专用干洗剂,其特征在于,所述表面活性剂A包括烷基糖苷,烷基醇醚,所述烷基糖苷,烷基醇醚重量比为1:(0.8-1.5)。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种羽绒服专用干洗剂,其特征在于,所述表面活性剂C包括C12-C15异构醇乙氧基化物。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种羽绒服专用干洗剂,其特征在于,所述酶制剂包括蛋白酶、纤维素酶,所述蛋白酶、纤维素酶重量比为1:(0.5-1)。
6.根据权利要求1或4所述的一种羽绒服专用干洗剂,其特征在于,所述渗透剂包括二甲基亚砜、硫酸化蓖麻油、烷基磺酸钠、烷基苯磺酸钠、中的一种或者多种。
7.根据权利要求6所述的一种羽绒服专用干洗剂,其特征在于,所述抑菌剂包括柠檬烯、肉桂醛、丹皮酚、壳聚糖、变性乙醇和柠檬酸钠中至少一种。
8.根据权利要求1所述的一种羽绒服专用干洗剂,其特征在于,所述表面活性剂和渗透剂的重量比为1:(0.8-1.3)。
9.根据权利要求1所述的一种羽绒服专用干洗剂,其特征在于,所述溶剂、渗透剂和酶制剂重量比为(5-7):(5-8):(0.1-0.15)。
10.一种根据权利要求1所述羽绒服专用干洗剂的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
S1,将表面活性剂,溶剂,渗透剂加入到水中,混合均匀,得到混合液1;
S2,将抑菌剂与酶制剂加入到混合液1中,混合均匀,即得。
